      • 학교시설 건립에 있어 CM적용 필요성에 관한 연구

        This study aims to find out demand areas of CM by examining the progresses of various service areas for the conceptual framework of CM suitable to construction environment of school facilities and recognition and needs of construction business management and present the basic information to construction business managers. Consequently, such problems as practical application of cost for design and construction and demand and supply of materials were pointed out in the side of construction executor based on sufficient budget and supports for the construction and design. As a result of questionnaire, it was found that design change factors according to progress included changes of field conditions and degree of opinion adjustment in the part of constructor and changes by customers' personal intentions in the part of designer. As a result of examining the degree of recognition and needs of construction business management, most of respondents showed affirmative responses on recogniton of construction business management, employment of constuction business manager and its application in building school facilities and in particular constructors showed a high affirmative opinions. Accordingly, it will be important that the need and importance of construction business management in building school facilities should be emphasized to customers, its expected effects should be published, professional technologies should be equipped for ensuring more demanders and service demands by each area should be explored.

        We have studied on the curriculum to develop the communication department of the inter-related fisheries and marine junior college groups and abridged them as follows. (1) A vessel communication has the special characteristics compared with general communication field and also it has an aim to protect the lives and the property from dangerous navigation. For these reasons we must educate many competent graduates who are versed in business and accustom themselves to necessary knowledge of communication and can be adapted them selves to the advanced communication method, techniques and international information on the communication. (2) Training goal and way of thinking of students were rearranged and the occupational cluster in the electronic-communication field was fractionated to develop the curriculum. Especially regarding operator's duty served the above purpose as a occupational cluster, we analyzed their job in accordance with it. (3) International convention on standards of training certification and watchkeeping for seafarers, 1978 was reflected, also international telecommunication convention was referred so that it might be satisfied with the condition to be observed. (4) Developing the curriculum, we responed and analyzed the questions from scientific world, industrial organizations and graduates and provide their advice and suggestions form consultive committee and reflected them to develop the curriculum

        악관절 융기 증강술을 통한 습관성 악관절 탈구환자의 치험례

        Recurrent mandibular dislocation is frequent morbidity of temporomandibular joint relatively. There are many etiologic causes in TMJ disorders but, difficult to find obvious one. Various treatment methods have been utilized for a mandibular dislocation. It is categorized into two groups broadly - nonsurgical or surgical methods. The basic rationale of the surgical method is to allow free movement of the condyle by reducing height of articular eminence or to limit anterior excessive movement of the condyle by increasing height of articular eminence or soft tissue anchoring procedure. In this case, 69 year-old woman was treated by augmentation of the articular eminence with mandibular symphysial bone graft leading to osteosynthesis without difficulty. As a result, favorable postoperative outcome was obtained functionally without any complication or recurrence.

        The bid and contract system of public sector with such a great scale prepared the various bid systems to prevent the waste of budget according to the highest bid price, but it has not achieved the actual effects in the rapidly changing domestic and overseas environment according to the globalization and openness. Therefore, this study examines the major bid and contract systems of domestic construction works and their changes, compares and analyzes the them to foreign conditions and aims at minimizing the operational problems in the current bid and contract system and presenting the improvement methods for the settlement of fair order. This research is not focused on settling the current problems, but seeks the developmental directions for the standardization of bid and contract system. The suggestions of this research are made as follows; First, the specialization of ordering agency is improved through the cultivation of private professionals and the operation of professional education system and the extended right of discretion is given to the ordering agency with the introduction of dispersed ordering system and the legalization of the various ordering methods. Second, the survey price of actual transaction is reflected as the estimated price through the improvement of government cost calculation system to achieve the rationalization of the estimated price calculation. Third, the incentive system, a kind of value engineering of a new technology, should be legalized for the improvement of competitiveness through the encouragement of the will to develop a new technology and construction and technical ability, escaping from the price centered current system. Fourth, the number of selecting the proper companies is reduced to under 10 companies as the PQ system related improvement method, the computerized system of ordering agencies is prepared, the regular qualification screening is conducted, the work efficiency by the screening system of each case is maximized and the simplification of administrative procedures is pursued.

      • N₂O 가스로 열산화된 게이트 산화막의 전기적 특성

        미래의 ULSI 소자의 게이트 산화막으로 이용하기 위하여 N₂O 가스 분위기에서 기존의 전기로를 이용한 실리콘의 열산화에 의해 N₂O 산화막을 형성하였고, MOS 소자를 제작하여 전기적 특성을 고찰하였다. 900℃에서 90분간 산화한 N₂O 산화막의 경우, 플랫밴드 전압(??), 고정전하밀도(??)와 플랫밴드 전압의 변화량(??)은 각각 0.81 [V], ?? [??]와 80∼95[mV]를 나타내었다. N₂O 산화막의 전기전도기구는 저전계 영역에서는 Fowler-Nordheim 터널링, 고전계영역에서는 Poole-Frenkel 방출이 지배적으로 나타났고, 절연파괴전계는 16 [MV/㎝]로 높게 나타났다. 따라서 N₂O 산화로 형성된 게이트 산화막이 ULSI 소자의 게이트 유전체로 응용이 가능하리라 생각된다. In order to applicate gate insulators in future ULSI devices, electrical properties was investigated in MOS device with N₂O oxide grown by thermal oxidation using conventional furnace in N₂O ambient. For the sample oxidized at 900℃ for 90 min, Flatband voltage(??), fixed charge density(??) and shifts of flatband voltage(??) after BTS was obtained 0.81 [V], ?? [??] and 80∼95[mV], respectively. The dominant conduction mechanism of N₂O oxide appeared to be Fowler-Nordheim tunneling in the low electrical field region(4-6 [MV/㎝]) and to be Poole-Frenkel emission in the high electrical field region( 9 [MV/㎝] or above). Dielectrics breakdown fields of N₂O oxide appeared about 16 [MV/㎝]. These results suggest that the N₂O oxides is a promising candidate for ultrathin gate dielectric for MOS ULSI applications.

        In accordance with internationalization of enterprise management, a new research problem of accounting for foreign currencies has been brought about in the field of accounting to measure and communicate the economic phenomena concerning the enterprise activity. The accounting for foreign currencies is a process to designate the title of accounts denominated and measured in foreign currencies into domestic currencies using the exchange rate. In generally, accounting for the translation of foreign currency has two directions. First, it is problem to reflect foreign currencies stated asset and liability which is resulted from our domestic firm's translation in financial statement. Second, it is the problem to reflect foreign currencies stated financial statement of oversea branch in parent company's financial statement. To solve that kind of problem, I used litereture on research method and compared the foreign currency translation of Korea with that of U.S.A In U.S.A Current-Non current method was officially accepted in 1953 and Menetary-Non monetary method in 1965. Temporal method was accepted in 1975. and Funtional currency method was accepted in 1983. In Korea, Menetary-Non monetary method was accepted in 1974 and modified four times till 1988. Our accounting standards adopt Menetary-Non monetary method for domestic firm's translation and current rate method for foreign subsidiary company's translation. The purpose of this study is to suggest the directions to improve present accounting standards of Korea. The result of this study is as follows. First, our accounting standards should be considered the characteristics of oversea operation and should be applied to proper exchange rate. Second, our accounting standards should be accorded with International accounting standards which will be accepted with more common agreement, because our economy is globalized. Thrid, It is more proper to apply to sole translation method for the translation of over ser branch foreign currency financial statement. Four, It is more proper to adopt temporal method than monetary- non monetary method for the translation of oversea branch foreign currency statement. Five, our accounting standards should be provided proper information which can be used as expetive measure for economic exposure. For that, our accounting standards must enlarge the scope of disclosure.

      • 공동주택 하자의 유형과 예방에 관한 연구

        This study classifies the types of the defects to 8,442 households among 10th and 22nd floors of 81 apartment houses at 19 apartment house construction sites constructed in Kwangju and Chonnam regions from March 1997 to March 1999 and makes them the data. The defects on based to the classified data is divided into each type including construction finish work, installation work, and electrical work. Then they are analyzed. The results is represented following: In the incidence of defects in each area of apartment houses, of total 42,211 defect cases, construction part is represented 33,051 cases(78.3%), installation part 4,981 cases(ll.8%) and electrical part 4,179(9.9%). In the defect found in construction work, wood windows are represented most(17.2%), followed by papering(23.8%), floor materials(l3.3%) and tile(7.1%). Also the defects of installation work are found in sanitary instruments(51.1%), heating apparatus(29.1%), piping(7.2%), and heating pipes(7.296). The defects of electrical work are shown in illumination equipments(57.6%) and piping systems(34.2%). First, as a means to prevent the defect in apartment house construction on based to this results. quality control system should be complemented and the production control system in each process should be introduced. It is considered that a potential of defect can be reduced through the reinforcement of production management in each process with quality control of finished buildings. Second, for preventing the occurrence of defect in apartment house Construction, it is necessary for constructor to select superior construction company in determining contractors, to have willingness of construction with good quality. Trough it, the more synergy will can create in respect with the managerial and supervisory. Third, construction of apartment houses accompanies many processes and the delay of construction period is frequently caused by irrational process management and the conflict between process and process. Therefore it is considered difficult having traffic line in construction work due to the process conflict and the delay of construction period. Also, it is considered that causes the defects of construction work. So it should be prepare alternatives log adjusting construction period through periodical calculation of processes.

      • 監理業務의 問題點을 通한 CM制度 發展方案에 關한 硏究

        This study compares and analyzes foreign construction management systems and CM according to the actual conditions of domestic supervision system and the introduction of CM system, draws the problems of supervision system with the engineers and technicians at construction work site and presents the improvement methods. The service adjustment is required to execute CM service according to the selection of ordering company with the maintenance of current responsible supervision system rather than to replace the current system in consideration of the service, nature and application objects of construction project management system, and the division of construction supervision to the type of consortium with construction company rather than only by supervision company will be desirable. In addition, faulty work is prevented and competitiveness to foreign construction companies in the time of openness of construction market can be secured by achieving EC(Engineering Construction) function through the unification of designand construction work. As the developmental stages for the settlement of CM, first package introduction of CM of design and construction work is developed and the service range of CM should be extended with the progress of EC. And CM type construction method which CM company controls the whole services from the survey of a project validity to final maintenance should be introduced, and in the early period of its introduction, joint venture or consortium with foreign construction companies should be devised and after accumulating know-how, sole CM project should be progressed. For the successful introduction and development of CM, the cultivation of CMr(Construction Manager) with the handing capacity from project planning to maintenance and management stage is necessary. The training and cultivation methods of such CMr include overseas field survey for the personnels having rich experiences and know-how and high-level CMr education, education of business administration-centered project control and special education. Also for the cultivation of special CMr, the acquisition of promising foreign qualifications is recommended to overseas construction engineers.
