        중국 금융구조 변화의 실태분석

        이종수,신동완,장재우 한국국제농업개발학회 2004 韓國國際農業開發學會誌 Vol.16 No.3

This study aims at analysing China's financial structure change concerning financial instruments, financial institutes and its affecting factors. Since early 1980's, China has entered into 4 stages of reforming financial system coping with market-oriented economic deregulation and liberalization. As results of adiusting the chinese finance system, some features can be summarized as follows; First, banking system of Central Bank of China and other national commercial banks has been extended to various non-banking finance system such as investment trust companies after 1983. Second China's financial assets and installment deposits has increased rapidly to RMB 15,222 billion yuan in 1996 from RMB 3,417billion yuan in 1978 with the growth of the national economy and change of national income structure. Third, there has been increasing finance activities throuth developing various financial commodities and loan systems. Such successful innovation of finance structure seems resulted from the changing financial resource distribution system, ownership structure, profit redistribution, macroeconomic arrangements, and governments' tacit supports.

      • Sex-related Differences in DNA Copy Number Alterations in Hepatitis B Virus-Associated Hepatocellular Carcinoma

        Zhu, Zhong-Zheng,Wang, Dong,Cong, Wen-Ming,Jiang, Hongmei,Yu, Yue,Wen, Bing-Ji,Dong, Hui,Zhang, Xiao,Liu, Shu-Fang,Wang, Ai-Zhong,Zhu, Guanshan,Hou, Lifang Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2012 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.13 No.1

Background: Males have a higher prevalence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) than females in general, but the reasons for the sex disparity are still obscure. DNA copy number alteration (CNA) is a major feature of solid tumors including HCC, but whether CNA plays a role in sex-related differences in HCC development has never been evaluated. Methods: High-resolution array comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) was used to examine 17 female and 46 male HCC patients with chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in Shanghai, China. Two-tailed Fisher's exact or ${\chi}^2$ tests was used to compare CNAs between females and males. Results: The overall frequencies and patterns of CNAs in female and male cases were similar. However, female HCC tumors presented more copy number gains compared to those in males on 1q21.3-q22 (76.5% vs. 37.0%, P = 0.009), 11q11 (35.3% vs. 0.0%, P = 0.0002) and 19q13.31-q13.32 (23.5% vs. 0.0%, P = 0.004), and loss on 16p11.2 (35.3% vs. 6.5%, P = 0.009). Relative to females, male cases had greater copy number loss on 11q11 (63.0% vs. 17.6%, P = 0.002). Further analyses showed that 11q11 gain correlated with 19q13.31-q13.32 gain (P = 0.042), 11q11 loss (P = 0.011) and 16p11.2 loss (P = 0.033), while 1q21.3-q22 gain correlated with 19q13.31-q13.32 gain (P = 0.046). Conclusions: These findings suggest that CNAs may play a role in sex-related differences in HBVassociated HCC development.

      • Key Point Detection in 3D Reconstruction Based On Human-Computer Interaction

Zhu Shi Wei,Zhang Xiao Guo,Lv Jia Dong,Wang Qing 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Multimedia and Ubiquitous Vol.10 No.1

Aiming at solving problem of points’ redundancy caused by full automatically detecting points and the problem of large workload caused by picking all points manually, I advanced a new method of picking points which is based on Human-Computer Interaction in our 3D reconstruction platform after automatically detecting points. We first detected and matched points automatically and got the homograph matrix between two images, then projected points which were picked by hand on the one image to the other image, at last we would search the interesting feature points in the neighborhood of corresponding points in the two images. Experiments have shown that this method decreases the redundancy brought by large number of points and successfully finds the important feature points, so it lays a good foundation for 3D reconstruction.

Flow Field Improvement by Optimizing Turning Profile at Electrolyte Inlet in Electrochemical Machining

Dong Zhu,Ronghui Zhang,Cheng Liu 한국정밀공학회 2017 International Journal of Precision Engineering and Vol.18 No.1

Flow field is one of the crucial factors that influence the surface quality in electrochemical machining (ECM). In this study, to eliminate the flow marks on aero engine blades, the distribution of flow field is optimized by adjusting the turning profile on the cathode at the electrolyte inlet. To observe the flow situation, a simulation model is proposed with varying turning radii by using the finite element method. Then, the turning radius is optimized dynamically. When the radius is 0 mm, cavitation occurs at the inlet near the cathode side and the electrolyte velocity is very small at the turning location, which might produce the flow mark. However, when the radius increases to 0.5 mm, the uniformity of the distribution of flow field in the machining gap is clearly improved. Furthermore, verification experiments are performed at radii of 0 and 0.5 mm for the ECM of blades. Major flow marks are observed on the machining profile at the radius of 0 mm, whereas the profile is smooth at the radius of 0.5 mm. The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results, which implies that the proposed optimization method is effective in improving the flow field.

Tearing of metallic sandwich panels subjected to air shock loading

        Zhu, Feng,Lu, Guoxing,Ruan, Dong,Shu, Dong-Wei Techno-Press 2009 Structural Engineering and Mechanics, An Int'l Jou Vol.32 No.2

This paper presents a computational study for the structural response of blast loaded metallic sandwich panels, with the emphasis placed on their failure behaviours. The fully-clamped panels are square, and the honeycomb core and skins are made of the same aluminium alloy. A material model considering strain and strain rate hardening effects is used and the blast load is idealised as either a uniform or localised pressure over a short duration. The deformation/failure procedure and modes of the sandwich panels are identified and analysed. In the uniform loading condition, the effect of core density and face-sheets thicknesses is analysed. Likewise, the influence of pulse shape on the failure modes is investigated by deriving a pressure-impulse (P-I) diagram. For localised loading, a comparative study is carried out to assess the blast resistant behaviours of three types of structures: sandwich panel with honeycomb core, two face-sheets with air core and monolithic plate, in terms of their permanent deflections and damage degrees. The finding of this research provides a valuable insight into the engineering design of sandwich constructions against air blast loads.

Yaw wind effect on flutter instability of four typical bridge decks

        Zhu, Le-Dong,Xu, You-Lin,Guo, Zhenshan,Chang, Guang-Zhao,Tan, Xiao Techno-Press 2013 Wind and Structures, An International Journal (WAS Vol.17 No.3

When evaluating flutter instability, it is often assumed that incident wind is normal to the longitudinal axis of a bridge and the flutter critical wind speed estimated from this direction is most unfavorable. However, the results obtained in this study via oblique sectional model tests of four typical types of bridge decks show that the lowest flutter critical wind speeds often occur in the yaw wind cases. The four types of bridge decks tested include a flat single-box deck, a flat ${\Pi}$-shaped thin-wall deck, a flat twin side-girder deck, and a truss-stiffened deck with and without a narrow central gap. The yaw wind effect could reduce the critical wind speed by about 6%, 2%, 8%, 7%, respectively, for the above four types of decks within a wind inclination angle range between $-3^{\circ}$ and $3^{\circ}$, and the yaw wind angles corresponding to the minimal critical wind speeds are between $4^{\circ}$ and $15^{\circ}$. It was also found that the flutter critical wind speed varies in an undulate manner with the increase of yaw angle, and the variation pattern is largely dependent on both deck shape and wind inclination angle. Therefore, the cosine rule based on the mean wind decomposition is generally inapplicable to the estimation of flutter critical wind speed of long-span bridges under skew winds. The unfavorable effect of yaw wind on the flutter instability of long-span bridges should be taken into consideration seriously in the future practice, especially for supper-long span bridges in strong wind regions.

Estabilishment of BALB / c Mice Model Infected With Helicobacter pylori

(Dong Zhu Jin),(Hyun Chae Jung),(Jung Mogg Kim),(Joo Sung Kim),(In Sung Song),(Chung Yong Kim) 대한내과학회 1999 The Korean Journal of Internal Medicine Vol.14 No.2

N/A Objectives:Considering the geographic differences in the prevalence of virulence factors such as CagA or VacA of H. pylori isolated from Korean adults compared with those from western countries, the establishment of a mouse model infected with H. pylori isolated from Korean adults is needed to investigate the pathogenesis and to develop vaccines against H. pylori infection in Korea. The aim of this study was to establish the BALB/c mouse model infected with H. pylori isolated from Korean. Methods:Six-week-old BALB/c mice were inoculated intragastrically with 109 CFU of H. pylori. Loss of glandular architecture, erosions and infiltration of inflammatory cells within the lamina propria compared with normal gastric mucosa were scrutinized. Evidence for H. pylori infection was assessed by rapid urease test of gastric mucosa and by microscopic examination using the H & E stain and Warthin-Starry silver stain. Results:Rapid urease test was positive in 55% of all inoculated mice. Definite histologic changes and the evidence of H. pylori colonization were observed in the H. pylori infected group. Significant infiltration of inflammatory cells was observed 6 weeks after the last inoculation and the level of serum IgG against H. pylori was increased from 2 weeks after the last inoculation. Conclusions:The H. pylori isolated freshly from Korean adults could colonize the stomach of BALB/c mice and induce pathologic alterations that mimics human gastric diseases. This model would facilitate the investigations for the pathogenetic mechanisms of H. pylori infection.

The F-box Protein KIB1 Mediates Brassinosteroid-Induced Inactivation and Degradation of GSK3-like Kinases in <i>Arabidopsis</i>

        Zhu, Jia-Ying,Li, Yuyao,Cao, Dong-Mei,Yang, Hongjuan,Oh, Eunkyoo,Bi, Yang,Zhu, Shengwei,Wang, Zhi-Yong Elsevier 2017 Molecular cell Vol.66 No.5

<P><B>Summary</B></P> <P>The glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK3) family kinases are central cellular regulators highly conserved in all eukaryotes. In <I>Arabidopsis</I>, the GSK3-like kinase BIN2 phosphorylates a range of proteins to control broad developmental processes, and BIN2 is degraded through unknown mechanism upon receptor kinase-mediated brassinosteroid (BR) signaling. Here we identify KIB1 as an F-box E3 ubiquitin ligase that promotes the degradation of BIN2 while blocking its substrate access. Loss-of-function mutations of KIB1 and its homologs abolished BR-induced BIN2 degradation and caused severe BR-insensitive phenotypes. KIB1 directly interacted with BIN2 in a BR-dependent manner and promoted BIN2 ubiquitination in vitro. Expression of an F-box-truncated KIB1 caused BIN2 accumulation but dephosphorylation of its substrate BZR1 and activation of BR responses because KIB1 blocked BIN2 binding to BZR1. Our study demonstrates that KIB1 plays an essential role in BR signaling by inhibiting BIN2 through dual mechanisms of blocking substrate access and promoting degradation.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> KIB1 is an essential positive regulator in brassinosteroid signaling </LI> <LI> KIB1 mediates BR-induced ubiquitination and degradation of GSK3 kinase BIN2 </LI> <LI> KIB1 binding to BIN2 prevents BIN2-substrate interaction and promotes BIN2 degradation </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical Abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

Unconventional Geometric Quantum Phase Gate for Trapped Ions Based on the Squeeze Operator

        Ai-Dong Zhu,Shou ZHANG,엄정인,연규황 한국물리학회 2008 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.52 No.1

A scheme for generating a geometric phase gate (GPG) with the squeeze operator is proposed in a system of trapped ions by using two standing wave lasers illuminating two ions simultaneously. A geometric phase is acquired by using a vibration mode undergoing a cyclic squeezing process in the phase space. This scheme gives an alternative effective way for a GPG in trapped ions, and it is realizable with current experimental techniques.
