This paper reviewed the father's influence on his children's social ability. Traditional fathers were firm and demanding, authoritarian, and possessed the bulk of the power in their families. Recently, father's role on his family has been changed in that more fathers get involved in their children's bringing up. Fathers' instrumental role has negative effects on the emotional lives of fathers and their children, while when fathers show more affective and acceptive in fathering, their children develop highly in their social and intellectual ability. In order to increase paternal involvement, social supports is needed such as more flexible work schedule.

Today's environment of enterprise is changing. They have to face customers' demands with the right product, the right service and supply them at the right time. And also cut down logistics and inventory cost and bring up the profit as much as they can. This means the change of petting enterprise first in importance to putting customer first in importance. therefore to correspond to customer's demand, shorting lead time is becoming a essential condition. The answer to this changes of environment is supply chain management. In this study, we use Goldratt's drum-buffer-rope scheduling in between manufacturer and supplier. And when shortage of inventory occur, search for the supply chain's CCR. Pressing CCR leer more production, and supply inventory from logistic center to guide for inventory buffing. using logistic warehouse between manufacturer and supplier, can execute function of buffer.

6-(3.4-Dichlorophenyl)amino-7-chloro-5.8-quinolinedione (RCK50) was tested for antifungal activities in mice systemically infected with Candida albicans. The therapeutic potential of RCK50 was also assessed in comparison with ketoconazole. RCK50 had ED_50 0.22±0.01 ㎎/㎏. Ketoconazole as a positive control had ED_50 6.00±1.70 ㎎/㎏. Intraperitoneally administered RCK50 at the ED_50 for 7 days and 14 days reduced Candida albicans colony count in the kidneys and liver. And administered RCK50 at the ED_50 for 14 days improved survival rates. The genotoxicities of RCK50 had been evaluated. RCK50 was negative in Ames test with Salmonella typhimurium and chromosomal aberration test in CHL cells. RCK50 did not show any clastogenic effect in mouse peripheral blood and was negative in mouse micronucleus assay. These results indicate that RCK50 has no genotoxic potential under these experimental conditions. Acute oral toxicity studies of RCK50 were carried out in ICR mice of both sexes. RCK50 did not show acute oral toxicities and LD_50 values were over 2.850 ㎎/㎏ in ICR mice.

To investigate the effect of partial tillage seeding of hairy vetch on green manure biomass and rice yield, on-farm experiment was conducted at eco-friendly hairy vetch cultivation area located in Yesan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. Seeding methods of hairy vetch consisted of partial tillage seeding (PTS) and broadcasting before rice harvesting (BBRH). Hairy vetch was incorporated into soil on May 18 and rice seedling was transplanted on May 26. The growths of hairy vetch before overwintering were investigated on November 11. Plant height of BBRH plot was longer than that of PTS plot, but somewhat larger number of seedling stand was found in PTS. Biomass and N production of hairy vetch were investigated on May 18. Results of the investigation showed no difference between two seeding methods. Although the seeding time was 21 days late in PTS, the biomass of hairy vetch and rice yield were equivalent to those of BBRH seeding, so we conclude that PTS could improve overwintering survival of hairy vetch in rice cropping system.
Reduced thermal resistance of heat sink using graphene oxide decorated with copper nanoparticles

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Three–dimensional thermal interface materials made of graphene oxide (GO) and copper nanoparticles (Cu NPs) were applied for enhancing light–emitting diode heat dissipation. The effect of the stacking order of GO and Cu NPs on thermal resistance was explored by creating two types of samples: spray–coated with a mixed GO–Cu NPs and layer–by–layer stacked with GO/Cu NPs/GO. A reduction of thermal resistance for mixed GO–Cu NPs and layer–by–layer stacked structure by 37% and 33%, respectively, compared to that of Al heat sink. The lower thermal resistance of the mixed GO–Cu NPs sample is attributed to the fact that distributed Cu NPs at the step edge of GO sheets enhances the out–of–plane heat transfer at wrinkles/folds of GO interlayers. Most biodosimetric studies of unanticipated radiation exposure fail to specify cause and effect because researchers have not been able to quantity a valid dosage for many victims in multi-casualties. To date, there has not been an effective technique responsible for all the requirements of ideal biodosimetry. In order to determine whether the apoptosis induction assay could be used to estimate an early dose prediction of the whole body or a part of it within 12 h after accidental radiation exposure, we examined apoptotic lymphocytes after ⁶⁰Co γ-rays within the dose range of 0.25 to 1 Gy. Apoptotic cell death rose steeply at low doses up to 1 Gy and radiation induced rapid changes in peripheral lymphocytes at all dose levels. These data suggest that apoptosis may play an important role in the homeostasis of radiosensitive target organs by the removal of damaged cells. The dose-response curves were linear-quadratic between the frequency of apoptotic lymphocytes and the dose. In addition, there were significant peaks for apoptosis at 4 and 6 h after irradiation, and the morphological findings of the irradiated lymphocytes were typical apoptotic cells that were rarely observed in the non-irradiated controls.
Changes of Lipid Peroxide and Antioxidant Enzymes by UVB-Induced Oxidative Stress

Ultraviolet B (UVB) exposure is known to cause oxidative damage in the skin. In this study, we investigated the acute effects of UVB exposure on the skin and liver. Lipid peroxide levels, the mRNA level and activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) were examined in ICR mice which were exposed to a single dose of UVB (3 KJ/㎡). In the exposed skin, lipid peroxides increased at 3 h after the UVB exposure (p<.001) and then the amount gradually decreased in a time dependent manner. In the liver, lipid peroxides peaked at 24 h after the exposure and maintained at that level for up to 3 days (p<.001). The mRNA level and activity of SOD and CAT increased in the exposed skin, but there was no significant change reported in the liver. Our results exhibited that oxidative damage by the exposure of UVB has an effects not only on the exposed skin, but also on liver. The increase of the antioxidant enzymes in response to UVB, might induce the recovery of damaged lesions.
