      • 蜂毒藥鍼이 脊髓內 痛症關聯 神經細胞의 活性에 미치는 影響

        In spite of the use of Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture in the clinics, the scientific evaluation of effects is not enough. Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture is used according to the stimulation of acupuncture point and the chemical effects of Bee Venom. The aims of this study is to investigate the analgegic effects of the Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture, through the change of writhing reflex and the change of c-fos in secondary neurons in the spinal cord. Materials and Methods : Pain animal model was used acetic acid method. The changes of writhing reflex of the mice which were derived pain by injecting acetic acid into the abdomen, after stimulating Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture on Chungwan(CV12) were measured. We used Fos immunohistochemical technique to study the neuronal activity in the spinal cord. Results : 1.Expression of c-fos in superficial dosal horn(SDH), nucleus proprius(NP) and neck of dorsal horn(N) on 6~9th thoracic spine decreased significantly at 2.5×10-4g/kg Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture, compared with saline-acetic acid group. 2.The numeral change of Fos-LI neurons on the NP, N, and ventral gray(V) on 6~9th thoracic spine, SDH on 9~11th thoracic spine, and SDH and V on 11~13th thoracic spine decreased significantly at Chungwan(CV12) Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture, compared with saline-acetic acid group. 3.The correlation between the numbers of writhing reflex and Fos-LI neurons in T6-13 segment was statistically statistically significant at Chungwan(CV12) Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture. Conclusion : This study shows that the Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture on Chungwan(CV12) decreases the numbers of Fos-LI neurons. As the analgegic effects of Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture is recognized. Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture treatment is expected for pain modulation. In order to use it in many ways. more researches are needed for the dose and stability of Bee Venom aqua-acupuncture.

      • 정합용 변압기를 고려한 ZVS-FB형 고주파 공진 인버터에 관한 연구

        In this paper, a theoretical analysis of zero-voltage-switching inverter with each capacitor in parallel with each switching device is presented along with experimental results. The proposed inverter offers both zero turn-on and zero turn-off switching losses, yielding high efficiency at high frequencies. In addition, the soft switching method reduces switching noise associated with the high frequency ringing and high voltage stress at the switching instants. Also, the equivalent circuit of a matching transformer converted primary to secondary side and normalized parameter for generally description are introduced to the estimation of the proposed circuit. A 1KW class-D inverter was built and tested. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental ones. ZVS can be achieved above the resonant frequency and in a limited range of the load resistance. The proposed circuit is considered to be useful for induction heating applications.

        Visible fungal colonization on peritoneal dialysis catheter is a rare complication and it was not reported yet in Korea. We here report a case of Alternaria spp. colonization on peritoneal dialysis catheter without peritonitis. A 58-year-old man on continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis for 2 years, noticed 3..4 mm sized two black-brown immobile fungal colonization plaque on peritoneal catheter lumen (15 cm distal from catheter exit site). The dialysate effluent was clear and culture for fungus and bacteria was negative. Peritoneal catheter was removed and culture from the plaque revealed saprophytic fungus, Alternaria species. The catheter removal alone was sufficient for the treatment. He is on hemodialysis thereafter. (Korean J Nephrol 2004;23(3):523-527)

        ISP의 BcN 투자 및 요금체계 평가모형 : 실물옵션과 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션의 응용

        모든 정보통신서비스가 All-IP 통합 인프라로 제공되는 BcN 구축은 우리나라의 핵심 국책사업 중의 하나로, 인터넷 강국으로서의 글로벌 입지를 굳히는데 결정적인 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 BcN 기술의 성숙에도 불구하고, 제도적 측면에서 이의 성공을 뒷받침하는 연구는 드물다. 특히 BcN 요금체계와 같은 정책적 문제에 대해서는 별다른 진전이 없다. 본 연구에서는 요금정책이 BcN 투자에 미치는 영향을, 실물옵션과 Monte Carlo 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 분석하였다. 실험결과, BcN 수요의 불확실성뿐만 아니라, 요금체계와 관련된 정책대안이 사업자의 수익구조와 투자동기에 중요하게 작용하였다. 또한 수익과 투자시점은 밀접한 관계를 가지며, 트래픽 규모가 수입에 직접 반영되는 요금체계에서 BcN 투자가 앞당겨짐을 알수 있다. 특히 ISP와 CP간의 요금체계가 투자 의사결정에 보다 크게 작용하는 것으로 파악된다. 이러한 결과는, 사업자의 자발적인 첨단 인프라 및 서비스 개발이 국민경제에 긍정적으로 작용하는 동태적 효과를 보다 전향적으로 검토할 것을 요청한다.

        To construct an environment-friendly apartment complex which considers the city environment and the human life. We should concern the various compositions, the form of arrangements and the outside view. However, the advertisements which is irrelevant with the region's culture and environments is ruining the city view. Especially, the necessity of wall greening is getting is being occurred mostly by passive ways. Such as using creeping plants. But this fact has limitations. In foreign countries, such as Germany and Japan, movements for improving the environment is occuring and to protect the environment, many researches about ecology is progressing. In this study, a device to improve the quality of city and city environment will be suggested by examining the patterns of sculpture in foreign countries.

        As the electxonic commerce motion by increase of internet use smartens recently, trust problem etc.. are happening regarding pnce payment and so on between person concerned that do electronic Commerce. Therefore, establishment of safe payment method to prevent when electronic commerce pays the former to get high trust, forgery of transaction information and improper acquisition is important. So, electronic money was appeared to realize safe electron payment as new electron payment means for electronic commerce on internet. Electron capital transfer or eIectron of disbursement settlement means and so on is being expose in general phenomenon for safe settlement in these environment. End, electronic money of excellent safety that do from various card mean to intermediary instead of cash, check was appeared. This study wishes to present ways that electronic money that is settlement means to analyze success factor and problems of eiectronic settlement system from e-commerce acts important role to get high trust is activated.

      • 롤러스케이트 선수의 운동상해발생과 예방에 대한 조사 연구

        The study was intended to research the fact of roller skate players injury. For the study, kinds and parts of injuries, skills to be hurted, facility, injured time, cause, remedy, mental response and protecting were investigated through 182 roller skate players. The results were as follows : 1. The injury body part was showed that leg was the highest and followed by knee and ankle. 2. In the cause of injury was showed as follows: skills on corner work, bank track with concrete, 200m distance. 3. In the general cause of injury was showed: chronic fatigue by over training. 4. In the treatment and participation period after injury outbreak were showed: treatment period was toward the inside 1 week and participation to play during the treatment. 5. To the injury prevention players responded warm up, and cool down and mental-concentration were needed. Supervisor, coach and players responded knee protector wearing was needed in elementary school players and helmet-chin protector wearing in general players. The game rule revision was not necessary and the agree and disagree for ground unity to resemble. Almost players to be like concrete ground.

      • 프로테오믹스 방법을 이용한 인간 SOD1 단백질과 상호작용하는 효모 단백질들의 탐색

        Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a neurologic disease that rapidly progresses and causes death within 5 years of the onset of symptoms. Mutations of SOD1 gene have been linked to familial cases of ALS (fALS). Although many hypotheses have been suggested, the role of SOD1 in ALS pathogenesis still remains unclear. A hallmark for ALS is the presence of intracellular inclusions containing mutant SOD1 and ubiquitin, suggesting that cells attempt to eliminate SOD1 proteins by ubiquitin-proteasome system. Possibly the neuronal cells' failure to promptly eliminate unfolded SOD1 proteins leads to the protein accumulation and the eventual neuronal death. To study the role of ubiquitin-proteasome system in the degradation of mutant SOD1 proteins, we used yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a model system. When being expressed in yeast, G93A mutant of hSOD1 was degraded rapidly, while wild-type SOD1 was stable. Most of SOD1 expressed in yeast, unlike in mammalian cells, remained soluble. To identify proteins interacting with SOD1 and investigate their roles in the SOD1 degradation, we immunoprecipitated SOD1 and analyzed the binding partners by 2-DE followed by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry.       • 커패시터 공진전압을 이용한 하프 브릿지 고주파 인버터의 특성해석에 관한 연구

        This paper presents operating characteristics of the main conversion considering half-bridge high frequency resonant inverter using capacitor Resonant voltage to the object of research. The analysis of the proposed circuit describes generally by using normalized parameter, and basic operating principle and driving characteristics have been evaluated as to switching frequency and load parameter. Several features are considered, this paper suggests some fundamental data for designing the main power conversion circuit. To prove rightfulness for characteristics analysis of proposed inverter, it is confirmed that this paper are nearly, equal to circuit analysis by comparison theoretical and experimental waveforms results of proposal inverter using Power-MOSFET of switching devices. In the future, design technique proposed in this paper can be applied to several areas such as induction heating, power supply of DC-DC converter, UPS etc.
