        粘土帶土器文化와 原三國文化의 土器副葬 變化 및 國際關係

        This paper attempts to study the change of variety and set-position of pottery for burial goods, according to correct chronology from Clay-band rim pottery culture to Proto- Three Kingdom period. The result shows variety and set-position of buried pottery was change after formed detailed pattern mirror, besides Upper layer buried which set pottery on upper layer of burial pit. While the variety and quantity of pottery for burial goods are more increase in Proto- Three Kingdom period, pottery became to set several times in the same one pit. The custom which set plenty of pottery for burial goods is concerned with Han culture, however Upper layer buried is not custom of Han culture. Although this Upper layer buried was succeeded in Jin-han and Byeon-han area, disappears in Ma-han area. In other word, the result means that custom of setting burial goods became complex with polity growth by the influence of Han culture, however the influence and growth process were different in the east and west of Korean peninsula 본고에서는 먼저 中國 東北地方과의 병행관계나 일본열도의 야요이(彌生) 토기와의 병행관계를 고려하면서 점토대토기문화 단계부터 원삼국시대 전기까지 시기구분을 하였다. 다음으로 이 시기구분에 의거하여 부장토기의 변화양상을 살펴보았다. 한반도의 점토대토기문화에서는 다뉴세문경이 공반되는 시기까지 점토대토기와 흑색마연장경호를 부장토기의 기본 세트로 한다. 그러나 다뉴세문경 단계 말부터 변화가 생기어(겨) 원삼국시대가 되면 진한과 변한의 지역에서 豆를 포함한 다른 토기가 부장된다. 또한 부장토기의 배치에도 변화가 생기어 목관을 덮은 보충토 내에 토기를 부장하는 상층부장이 나타난다. 이 상층부장은 夫餘에서도 확인된다. 夫餘와 진한・변한과의 직접적인 관계는 불명확하지만, 漢文化에는 없는 풍습이기 때문에 漢의 주변에 있는 지역의 공통성이라고 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 원삼국시대의 상층부장은 진한・변한에서만 확인되고 마한에서 확인되지 않는 점을 지적하였다. 요컨대 다뉴세문경 단계 말부터 발생한 변화의 양상은 원삼국시대가 되면 한반도의 동서 지역에서 서로 달라진다. 대형토기를 포함한 다수의 토기를 부장하는 것은 漢文化의 영향으로 볼 수 있는데, 진한・변한에서는 漢文化의 영향을 받음과 동시에 한문화의 풍습이 아닌 상층부장도 확인되고 있어 마한과도 다르다. 상층부장 자체는 그다지 두드러진 풍습이 아니지만, 이것이 漢文化와의 문화적 차이를 나타내는 점으로 볼 때 소위 東夷의 사회 독자성을 표상하는 것이라고 결론지었다.

        東겗亞 靑銅器ㆍ初期鐵器時代 首長墓 副葬遺物의 展開

        일본열도, 한반도, 중국 동북지방에서는 괞寧式銅劍이나 세형동검 등의 공통되는 문물이 관찰되며, 부장품도 직ㆍ간접적으로 관련성을 가진다. 그러나 부장품의 종류와 취급 방법, 사회 복잡화의 과정에 대해서는 지역마다 다른 점도 많다. 본고에서는 부장품의 종류와 수량, 매장시설과 부장품의 상관성, 구획시설에서 확인되는 출자집단의 유대 강화에 착안하여 동북아시아 각지의 사회 변화에 대해 검토하였다. 그 결과 부장품의 양ㆍ질과 구획시설을 포함한 매장시설의 규모가 일치하지 않는 경우가 많음을 확인하였으며, 이를 통하여 遼西地域을 제외한 동북아시아 청동기시대에는 기본적으로 출자집단의 유대를 강화하면서 집단끼리 경합하는 脫平等社會가 먼저 성립하였음을 짐작할 수 있었다. 그리고 그 후 遼西地域의 夏家店上層文化의 영향에 의해 개인이 돌출하는 계층화 사회가 遼東地域이나 한반도에까지 확산됨을 확인하였다. 한편, 일본열도의 近畿地方에서는 동북아시아 각지에서 계층화 사회가 성립되고 있던 기원전 1세기에도 출자집단 간의 경합이 현저한 탈평등 사회가 지속되었다. 近畿地方에서는 다수의 수전이 확인되었으며 큰 분구를 가진 무덤도 발달하였지만, 기본적으로 부장습속을 받아들이지 않고 있었다. 청동기시대의 한반도 남부에서도 부장품은 존재하지만 기본적으로 이와 유사한 사회 환경이었다고 생각된다. 이러한 사례들을 비교 검토하면 물질적인 풍부와 계층화가 반드시 서로 관련된 것은 아니라고 할 수 있다. There were common artifacts such as Liaoning style dagger and slender style daggers in different time between northeastern China, Korean peninsula and Japanese archipelago. However, many different points are seen in the type and treatment of burial, besides in the process of social complication in these areas. Therefore, in this paper, author studied social changes in some areas of Northeast Asia from the view point of relationship between kinds, quantity of burial goods and the size of graves including dividing facility as cairn and moat. As a result, considering many cases which the kinds and quantity of burial good were not relate with the size of grave, it was found that trans–egalitarian societies which some descent groups basically reinforced steady connection and competed each other were formed at first in Bronze Age of Northeast Asia except Liaoxi area. Besides, author showed stratified society, which has predominant individual, formed in Upper Xiajiadian culture of Liaoxi area and spread throughout Liaodong area and Korean peninsula. On the other hand, trans–egalitarian society was continued in Kinki area of Japanese archipelago around 1st century B.C. when stratified societies were formed in almost all areas in Northeast Asia. It has been recognized that so much paddy fields and graves with large burial mound existed in Kinki area, but the people there rejected the custom of offering burial goods basically. Almost all societies in Bronze Age of Korean peninsula is similar to Kinki area in social circumstance, although the custom of offering became common. Hence, from these case, it can be concluded that material affluence are not always correlated to progress of social complication including formation of stratified society.

        Niraparib in Japanese patients with platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer: final results of a multicenter phase 2 study

        Objective: This study evaluated the long-term safety and efficacy of niraparib in Japanese patients with platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer. Methods: This was a follow-up analysis of a phase 2, multicenter, open-label, single-arm study in Japanese women with platinum-sensitive, relapsed ovarian cancer. Participants received niraparib (starting dose 300 mg) once daily in continuous 28-day cycles. The primary endpoint was the incidence of Grade 3 or 4 thrombocytopenia-related events (defined as the overall incidence of the MedDRA Preferred Terms “thrombocytopenia” and “platelet count decreased”) occurring in the 30 days after initial administration of niraparib, and secondary endpoints included evaluation of treatment-emergent adverse events and progression-free survival. Results: Nineteen patients (median age, 62 years; median body weight, 53.9 kg) were enrolled. As previously reported, the incidence of Grade 3 or 4 thrombocytopenia-related events during the first 30 days of treatment was 31.6%. At data cutoff, median (range) treatment exposure was 504.0 (56–1,054) days and mean ± standard deviation dose intensity was 154.4±77.5 mg/day. The most common treatment-emergent adverse events were nausea (n=14, 73.7%), decreased platelet count (n=12, 63.2%), decreased neutrophil count (n=11, 57.9%), anemia, vomiting, and decreased appetite (all n=9, 47.4%). One patient was diagnosed with treatment-related leukemia, which resulted in death. Median (95% confidence interval) progression-free survival was 18.0 (5.6–26.7) months. Conclusion: Overall, the safety profile of niraparib was considered manageable in this study population of Japanese patients with platinum-sensitive, relapsed ovarian cancer and was consistent with that observed in studies of non-Japanese patients.       • Symmetric Plane Detection and Symmetry Analysis from A 3D Point Cloud Data of Face

        Cleft lip occurs in about 1 in 500 people and is a congenital anomaly that occurs when the lips are not completely formed in the process of fetal face fusion. The treatment of the cleft lip is performed for the purpose of forming bilaterally symmetrical lips and external nose. However, it is based on a criterion that depends on subjectivity, quantitatively determining the degree of symmetry of the surgical site is required. In this paper, we propose a method for detecting the face that serves as the symmetry basis of the face to analyze the symmetry of the surgical site, and an index that indicates the symmetry. In the proposed method, after detecting the facial organs as points in the 3D point cloud data of the subject’s face, we align the mirror image inversion excluding the region from upper lip to the tip of the nose where the effect of shape change due to cleft lip is remarkable with the original point cloud. Next, the symmetric reference plane is set by finding a plane that bisects vertically between one point in the original point cloud and the corresponding point in the mirror image inversion. As a result, the target reference plane is detected with high accuracy. Furthermore, as a result of applying the symmetry analysis method based on the target reference plane, it was possible to visually represent the left-right asymmetric region.

      • Detection of Facial Symmetric Plane Based on Registration of 3D Point Cloud

        Cleft lip is a birth defect that occurs when the lips are not completely formed during healing of the face of the fetus. In Japan, it occurs in about 1 in 500 people. Although treatment is performed to form a symmetrical outer nose, it is necessary to evaluate the degree of symmetry of the surgical site quantitatively because it is based on the judgment criteria that depend on the doctor"s subjectivity. In this paper, we propose a method to detect the plane which is the symmetry basis of the face to analyze the symmetry of the operation site. In the proposed method, the face organ is detected as points from 3D point cloud of the face. Then, the mirror image inversion excluding the area affected by shape change due to cleft lip is aligned with the original point cloud. Next, a symmetric plane is set by finding a plane that bisects vertically between one point in the original point cloud and the corresponding point in the mirror image. As a result of applying the proposed method to real 3D point cloud, we could detect the symmetric plane with good accuracy.

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Kakeromamide A (<B>1</B>), a new cyclic pentapeptide encompassing a thiazole ring moiety and a <I>β</I>-amino acid, was isolated from the marine cyanobacterium <I>Moorea bouillonii</I>. Its structure was elucidated by the spectral analysis and the modified Marfey’s method.       • High-Speed Data Transmission Performance on Ka-band Geo-Synchronous Satellite Communication Link Using TCP

        TCP is generally used for data transmission on a geo-synchronous satellite link. It is known that the throughput increase corresponding to the increase of transmission speed can not be expected on a geo-synchronous satellite link since TCP was originally designed as a protocol for terrestrial cable networks. We established a computer simulation system and an experimental system using a Ka-band satellite to investigate the TCP performance on a high speed satellite communication link. This paper describes the throughput performances obtained by both systems using Window Scaling Option which is expected to improve the conventional TCP performances and shows the relationship between bit error rate and throughput.
