      • 聽覺障碍兒童의 運動興味度에 關한 硏究 : 男高 中心으로

田重基 慶北大學校 師範大學 體育學硏究會 1987 體育學會誌 Vol.15 No.-

The present study is concerned with how much the hearing inpairendness affects the deaf in their interest in various sports activities with a view to establishng a tentative criterion by which we possibly set up a formulation for the direction of physical training education for them. It is assumed that the handicap would influence their interest in sports in varing degrees from the normal, showing more or less signicant feasures condusive to the education. For the contrasive analysis, a total of five hundred and forth-four deaf children attending the schools were selected as the subjects and the data on the counterparts were quoted from the literature available. The subjects consist of 202 children in larger chities, 189 in smaller cities and towns, and 158 in rural environments. The conclusions of the analysis sums up as follows: (1) Both groups have the same preference towards ball games such as soccur, basketball and baseball in that order, reflection role of the visual sense in the games. (2) The children in urban areas put more emphasis on the recreational value than their rural peers; on the overall interest scale, 6.3% more of the former regard the pleasure of the activities as the prime goal of the sports, while 5.41 % more of the latter admit the physical welbeing as its motive. (3) The leading determinants of the interest are the cost and environments involved in the given fields; forth-nine or 12.12% more urban younsters take interest in shooting, compaired with 37 to 23.41% more rural ones interested in sirum. (4) No meaningful differences have been found in their interests in the surveyed individual sports fields between the two groups. (5) Their used of leisure hours are not much varied, with only a slight difference of 7.6% between the groups, viz., whereas 84 or 53.16% of the rural children spend the leisure hours on the sports activities, 115 or 60.84% of the urban subjects make use of the hours for the pursuit. (6) The class hours used for the activies in schools for the hearing impaired are almost the same, irrestective of the regions. However, the hours for the theories slightly differ by the geographical environments ; seventy-five or 37.22 % of the urban subjects responded that they were taught a balanced lesson between theory and practice, while 63 or 39.87% of their rural countparts shared the same benefits. And (7) ar for the stimulating factors provided by the schools and other educational institutes, the respondents in the rural showed a little higher rate of 11.3% or 18 children than those in the urban schools by 2.4%.

In the present study, an effort was directed to elucidate the effect of the physical training on the pulmonary function. Nine male athletics major student who have undergone regular physical training for more than five years were randomly chosen as the athletic subjects, and 9 regular male students who have not been engaged in any form of regular physiycal exercise or training were chosen as the non-athletic subjects, and a comparison was made between the two groups. The following were mainly observed by spirometry for the study respiratory rate, tidal volume, vital capacity, maximun voluntary ventilation (MVV), forced expiratory volume for 1 second (FEY, ), percent FEV, to forced vital capacty (FEV 1%), forced expiratory flow for initial 1 liter (FEF 0.2-1.2L), and forced mid-expiratory flow (FEF 25-75%) The results obtained are summarized as follow; 1) The respiratory rate, and tidal volume showed no significant difference between athletes and non-athletes. The VC and MVV in non-athletes was significantly (p< 0.05, p <0.01)increased to 5.552±0.138L, 158.2±3.11L/min comparing with 4.770±0.2444L, 128.3±9.1L/min in non-athletes. 2) FEV, was 4.781±0.193L in athletes and 4.249±0.136L in non-athletes ; FEV 1% 84.12±1.12% in athletes and 73.45±1.79% in non-athletes, both was significantly (p < 0.05)increased in athletes. 3) FEF0.2-1.2L/min was 296.4±11.7L/min in athletes and 227.7±14.5L in non-athletes ; FEF 25-75% was 3.673±0.119L/sec inathletes and 2.810±0.178L/sec in non-athletes, both showing significant(p<0.05) increase in athletes. 4) Some liscussions were made on these results. The lung volumes showed no significant difference between the two groups, but VC, MVV, FEV1, FEV, %, FEFO.2-1.2L and FEF25-75% in athletes were significantly (p<0.05, p<0.01, p< 0.05, p<0.05, p<0.05, p< 0.05 respectively)higher than in non-athletes. It is therefore concluded that the athletes have more powerful respiratory muscles, or higher compliance of the lung and thorax than the non-athletes.

        文學龍,김경민,전충근,윤기원,양성환,한천구 대한건축학회 2003 대한건축학회 학술발표대회 논문집 - 계획계/구조계 Vol.23 No.2

This study discusses the influence of fineness of cement on mechanical properties of cement mortar. According to the result, compressive strength increases in order of C>B>OPC>A and C>B>A>OPC at mixture proportion of 1:1 and 1:3 respectively. An increase of compressive strength by increase of fineness of cement is because internal structure of concrete grows dense by an increase of hydration reaction. As for curing condition, compressive strength is higher in standard curing than in air curing at mixture proportion of 1:1 and 1:3. There is not any tendency of strength development with age and fineness of cement by 91days. Length change by drying shrinkage increases in order of C>B>OPC>A at mixture proportion of 1:1 and 1:3 due to an increase of water content by variation of W/C.

Basal cell carcinoma(BCC) is the most common human malignancy. It involves the face and neck most frequently. However, BCC can very rarely occur on external glenitalia such as scrotum and vulva. We report two cases of serotal and vulvar BCCs in a 67 year old imale and a 43 year old female. He suffered from well defineril erythematous to violet colored plaque with central erosion on the left scrotum for 5 years. She had a brown black colored plaque on the left vulva for 8 years. They did not show any metastatic foci from g!rimary cutaneous lesions, and underwent surgical excision and curettage respectively. (Kor J Derrinatol 1994; 32(2): 342-346)

Comparison of Cellular Metabolic Responses of18F-FDG According to the Effect of<i>β</i>-Irradiation in p53 Wild and Deleted Cell Lines

        Chung, Hye-Kyung,Cheon, Gi Jeong,Choi, Chang Woon,Kim, Min-Jung,Lee, Su-Jae,Lim, Sang Moo Mary Ann Liebert 2007 Cancer Biotherapy & Radiopharmaceuticals Vol.22 No.5

<P>OBJECTIVE: The tumor suppressor gene, p53, plays a pivotal role for cell survival and apoptosis, which could cause different responses to therapeutic agents. Rhenium-188 ((188)Re) decays with the emission of a beta-particle with high energy and is expected to be an important candidate of radiotherapy. We investigated the cellular response of (18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose ((18)F-FDG) uptake and the effect of p53 according to beta-irradiation by (188)Re. METHODS: The HCT116 human colon adenocarcinoma cell lines, containing a wild-type p53 (p53(+/+)) and a p53-deleted derivative (p53(-/-)), were gifts from Dr. Bert Vogelstein (Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD). Cells were plated in 24-well plates at 1.0 x 10(5) cells, then (188)Re perrhenate was added and incubated for 24 hours. After irradiation, we performed a cellular uptake assay of (18)F-FDG (370 kBq, 60 minutes). We assayed the hexokinase, cell viability, and cell cycle. RESULTS: p53-deleted HCT116 cells showed a higher (18)F-FDG uptake and increased hexokinase activity after (188)Re treatment. p53-deleted cells showed a higher G2/M (Gap2/Mitosis) arrest in a relatively low dose of beta-irradiation. However, cell viability was not different, according to the p53 status, after (188)Re treatment. CONCLUSIONS: Therefore, p53 seemed to have a significant role in cellular glucose metabolism and G2/M checkpoint, according to beta-irradiation, and could cause a different therapeutic response of (18)F-FDG uptake in cancer cells.</P>

      • 18F-FEDAC as a Targeting Agent for Activated Macrophages in DBA/1 Mice with Collagen-Induced Arthritis: Comparison with 18F-FDG

        Chung, Seock-Jin,Yoon, Hai-Jeon,Youn, Hyewon,Kim, Mi Jeong,Lee, Yun-Sang,Jeong, Jae Min,Chung, June-Key,Kang, Keon Wook,Xie, Lin,Zhang, Ming-Rong,Cheon, Gi Jeong Society of Nuclear Medicine 2018 The Journal of nuclear medicine Vol.59 No.5

<P>Activated macrophages have been known to play pivotal roles in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). 18F-FEDAC (<I>N</I>-benzyl-<I>N</I>-methyl-2-[7,8-dihydro-7-(2-18F-fluoroethyl)-8-oxo-2-phenyl-9<I>H</I>-purin-9-yl]acetamide) is a radiolabeled ligand for the 18-kDa translocator protein (TSPO), which is abundant in activated macrophages. We evaluated the feasibility of using 18F-FEDAC in a murine RA model. <B>Methods:</B> RAW 264.7 mouse macrophages were activated by lipopolysaccharide. TSPO expression levels in activated and inactivated macrophages were measured by quantitative polymerase chain reaction and Western blotting. The cellular uptake and specific binding of 18F-FEDAC were measured using a γ-counter. For the in vivo study, collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) was developed in DBA/1 mice, and the clinical score for arthritis was measured regularly. 18F-FEDAC and 18F-FDG PET images were acquired on days 23 and 37 after the first immunization. Histologic examinations were performed to evaluate macrophages and TSPO expression. <B>Results:</B> We found increased TSPO messenger RNA and protein expression in activated macrophages. Uptake of 18F-FEDAC in activated macrophages was higher than that in nonactivated cells and was successfully blocked by the competitor, PK11195. In CIA mice, joint swelling was apparent on day 26 after the first immunization, and the condition worsened by day 37. 18F-FEDAC uptake by arthritic joints increased early on (day 23), whereas 18F-FDG uptake did not. However, 18F-FDG uptake by arthritic joints markedly increased at later stages (day 37) to a higher level than 18F-FEDAC uptake. The 18F-FEDAC uptake correlated weakly with summed severity score (<I>P</I> = 0.019, <I>r</I> = 0.313), whereas the 18F-FDG uptake correlated strongly with summed severity score (<I>P</I> < 0.001, <I>r</I> = 0.897). Histologic sections of arthritic joints demonstrated an influx of macrophages compared with that in normal joints. <B>Conclusion:</B> 18F-FEDAC enabled the visualization of active inflammation sites in arthritic joints in a CIA model by targeting TSPO expression in activated macrophages. The results suggest the potential usefulness of 18F-FEDAC imaging in the early phase of RA.</P>
