1. It is not right for us to think that we can keep our certain physical, power as ever during our whole life if we get it once. 2. In fact, we should have continuous physical training and sports during our life because our bodys muscles are apt to become weaker and werker without having our continued active physical exercises. 3. we can keep a certain active physical power in social life only by our continued physical exercises and sports with steady endurance and interests while students. 4. Therefore the purpose of this paper is to encourage and guide students' extracurricula sports activties so that they are able to accustomed to having sports in their daily life.

This paper has investigated and confirmed the interest and structure of cognition of their students who are directly related with the existing athletic meeting among national universities. And with these date We are concrete the contradiction and problems accompanying with that event and scrutinize its historical transition and character and grope the way of improvement ot revise that event. Therefore, we have to study the whereabouts of problems and compare and analyze the opionions and assertion of students. There are as follows. First, we have to spread and reinforce public relations Second, We have to confine the qualification of particification as students who is not athletes. Third, we have to assign sport entries equally in both sexes. Fourth, we have to prepare the previous festival for the cultural exchange and mutual friendship among universities. Fifth, we have to actualize the schedule of sporting events reasonably. Sixth, we have to rationalize the standard of scoring each event. Seventh, we have to maintain the admission and exhibition prize rationally conclusively speaking, we can sure that the present athletic meeting will obtain excellent results when opinions of these students are accepted and reflected highly.

專門大學生의 社會的 態度 및 Anomia에 關한 硏究

The aim of this study is to analyze the social attitude and anomia of Junior college students. For this study, 800 students, male and female, are sampled from among college and Junior college stundents. From this study, the following conclusions are drawn. 1. Study of the social attitude and anomia of college students and Junior students 1) In the study of the attitude, (1) In the radical-conservative factor, the Junior college male students and the college female students are radical. (2) In the tough-tender factor, there are no differences between the college and the Junior college students. 2) In the study of the anomia, the anomia of Junior college female students is higher than that of college female students. 2. Study on the social attitude and anomia of Junior college students: 1) In the study of social attitude, (1) In the radical-conservative factor, the male student, the male freshman are radical. (2) In tough-tender factor, the female student, the believer, and older female student are tender. 2) In the study of anomia, a man from country and female have higher anomia. 3. On the study of the interrelation between the social attitude and anomia: There is high correlation between the tough-tender factor and anomia.

The Effects of Visualization and Danjeon Breathing on the Performance of Gun Shooting

본 硏究의 목적은 視覺化 기술과 丹田呼吸의 運動遂行能力을 향상시키는데 효과가 있는가를 조사하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상에는 대학생 48명(남: 28, 여: 20)을 무작위로 선발해서 이들을 4개집단(n=12)(통제집단, 시각화집단, 단전호흡집단, 시각화·단전호흡집단)으로 구분하여 실험하였다. 실험작업은 공기권총 표적사격을 이용하였으며 여기서 얻어진 기록은 절대거리오차와 자료분류처리방법(DDPS)을 사용하여 계산되었다. 실험결과 시각화·단전호흡집단과 단전호흡집단은 거리오차측정에 있어서 통제집단보다 더 유의한 결과를 나타내었다. DDPS점수에 있어서는 통제집단보다 실험대상집단 모두가 더 유의한 결과를 나타내었다. 또 시각화·단전호흡집단의 성적은 타집단의 성적보다 더 우수하게 나타났다. 본 실험의 결과로 보아 이미지 트레이닝이 사격 수행능력을 향상시키며 시각화·단전호흡기술이 가장 효과적인 방법이라 할 수 있다.

Diaghilev has been represented and integrated by general public. In addition, he made the world shudder and indignant by means of dancing. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine his importance in the ballet history as the results of special period when two rockets on their different way aim toward the same target, which are composed of Diaghilev results in Ballet Russe and general public liking and supporting him positively. The reason is that historically dancing has been only culture of each period, while it has been combined with convenction of "Expression of Period" which should be called the religious phenomenon of general public.

Through reviewing of the principles and therapeutic modalities of oriental medicine, it is possible to improve the physical condition and health of the people through exercise therapy of oriental medicine with little facilities and expenses. Exercise therapy of oriental medicine may be helpful to athletes engeged in sports which need highly concentration of attention, such as Shooting Archery, Gymnastics, Diving, Sprinting, also to athletes engaged in sports which need momentary power such as Weight lifting, Judo, Ssireum, Boxing. Moreover this modality is effective in prevention of disease, concentration of sttention, keeping balance between body and mind. Acupuncture in oriental medicine may be used not only to cure injuries of athletes but to relieve the anxiety. Medical therapy in oriental medicine can contribute to improvement of stamina and performance of athletes by developing sports drinks. Massage in manual manipulation can prevent and treat sports injuries and decrease acute fatigue caused by exessive training and hard matches, so it is effective in improvement of performance. There are few doctors and athletic leaders specialized in oriental sports medicine and progression of studies in this field is little at present. Therefore oriental sports medicine should be studied and developed furthermore with close relation of western medicine. It is mandatory ot develop oriental sports medicine through scientific, objective and systematic method with introduction of statistics, experimental and clinical studies of western style.

平行棒의 演技傾向에 關한 一考察

The results of this study analysis on performance tendencies in Parallel Bars are summarized as follows: (1) In the selection of performance techiques, the techniques, such as Backward Salto, Forward-swing Half-twist, Stable Cut, Diamidov, Cast, ect. are forming a main-stream of perfomance techniques in the parallel bars. (2) In the selection tendencies of performance techniques by style, Push-up style takes almost half of all styles. In order to prepare for required performance techniques, those in four styles must be throughly and evenly familiarized. (3) The selection patterns of performance techniques by degree of difficulty and easiness, are indicated as follows: In one style of techniques, an average number of kinds of such difficulty and easiness for each performer are represented as C=5.5, B=4, A=2 for performers who won in the international competition and as C=4.5, B=4, A=4.3 for performers who won in the Korea representation competition.
