PDP 소자용 유전체후막을 위한 GLASS-CERAMICS 재료의 특성에 관한 연구

The dielectric layers for plasma panel display device were prepared from two series of glass-ceramics, namely, P₂O_5-ZnO-BaO and SiO₂-ZnO-B₂O₃ glass-ceramics containing filler. The nucleation and crystallization process of glassceramics for dielectric layer have been examined by differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction and light and electron microscopy. Optical, thermal and electrical properties of the dielectric layer were evaluated by means of spectrophotometer, dilatometer and LCR meter. From this research, it was found that these glass-ceramics are useful materials for dielectric layers in plasma panel display device, as those have a similar thermal expansion to soda-lime glass plate, high reflectance, low sintering temperature. Also the addition of Al₂O₃ and TiO₂ as fillers to these glass-ceramics is considered to be suitable for acquiring good properties of dielectric layer for PDP device.

In this paper, we develop the Bayesian test procedure for the intraclass correlation coefficient in the unbalanced one-way random effect model based on the reference priors. That is, the objective is to compare two nested model such as the independent and intraclass models using the factional Bayes factor. Thus the model comparison problem in this case amounts to testing the hypotheses $H_1:\rho=0$ versus $H_2:{\rho}{\neq}0$. Some real data examples are provided.

Analysis of the Dimensionless Torque in Cone Drum False Twisting Mechanism

An investigation of the dimensionless torque in the newly developed cone drum twister texturing mechanism is reported. The cone drum twister is one of the outer surface contacting friction-twisting devices in false-twist texturing. In this cone drum twister, a filament yam passes over the surface of the cone drum that rotates by the passing yarn without a special driving device. This research is composed of the theoretical analysis of the false twisting mechanism and the experimental analysis at room temperature. The equations have been derived which shows interrelationship of the conical angle of cone drum, the wrapping angle, the drag angle, and the yam helix angle. Theoretical values of dimensionless torque were calculated and were compared with the experimental results. It is shown that, as the conical angle and the projected wrapping angle increased, the dimensionless torque also increased. But the conical angle was reached to ${30.75}^{\circ}C$, the dimensionless torque decreased.

When X and Y have independent normal distributions, we develop a Bayesian testing procedure for the equality of two coefficients of variation. Under the reference prior of the coefficient of variation, we propose a Bayesian test procedure for the equality of two coefficients of variation using fractional Bayes factor. 제주도 재래시장과 지역상권 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 재래시장과 상권에 관한 이론적 배경과 제주도 유통산업 및 재래시장의 현황과 문제점을 고찰하였다. 이를 토대로 제주도 재래시장과 지역상권의 경쟁력을 제고 방안을 제안하였다. 제주도의 재래시장과 지역상권 활성화를 위해서는 기본적으로 취급상품과 서비스 등의 영역에서 경쟁업태인 대형할인점, 무점포판매점 등의 신유통업태들과의 차별화와 특화를 추진해야한다. 또한 제주도의지역 시장과 상권의 개념을 뛰어넘어 관광지라는 특성과 청정지역이라는 지역이미지를 바탕으로 전국상권으로의 확대를 위한 전략적 방안을 모색해야 한다. 이를 실천해가기 위한 주체별 활성화 방안으로 지방자치단체에서는 시장 환경 개선사업과 공동물류센터 건립, 재래시장 관광자원화, 전자상거래 도입을 위한 인프라 구축 등의 지원, 제주지역 농수축산물 등 특화산품의 지식기반형 유통물류시스템이라 할 수 있는 프랜차이즈화 추진, 유통정보시스템 도입과 보급을 위한 지원시스템을 구축하고, 유통관련 공무원의 전문성 제고, 재래시장 및 지역 상인들의 경영과 마케팅 교육 등의 교육프로그램 지원 등이 필요하다. 특히 지속적인 재래시장 및 지역 상권의 활성화를 위한 경영지도와 정책개발 등의 기능을 담당하는 재래시장 및 지역상권 활성화 기획단을 구성할 필요가 있다. 또한 재래시장 및 지역상권의 상인들도 자구노력으로 집객력을 높일 수 있는 이벤트 등의 촉진활동을 강화하고, 물류비 감소 등을 통한 가격경쟁력을 높이기 위한 공동마케팅 수행과 시장별 전문화를 통한 차별화 전략 등을 강구해 가야 한다. 이러한 방안을 효과적으로 추진하기 위해서는 지방자치단체와 재래시장 및 지역상권의 상인들이 사업별로 우선 순위를 정하여 단계별로 예산을 확보하여 지속적인 공동 투자를 해야 할 필요가 있다. This study considers the theoretical background for and current issues and conditions of Jeju traditional markets and its regional commercial district. Based on this observation, then, as potential ways to vitalize Jeju traditional markets and regional commercial district, this study proposes to, first, improve the market environment, which includes a process of remodeling and adequate maintenance of the infrastructure, and heightened level of accessibility and basic facilities for consumers, as well as the special maintenance of superannuated facilities and equipment. It also proposes to actively support the establishment of common physical distribution center, to turn the traditional markets into a source of tourism, and to get involved in e-commerce. Furthermore, the study proposes the franchise chain system of patented agricultural and marine products, an expanded pervasion of distribution information system, and the establishment of a consulting and policy development committee for the advancement of regional commercial district. Also included in this study are the proposals to more progressively educate the regional merchants, to support many different kinds of promotion events and activities for the products of traditional markets, and to improve the level of expertise of regional government officials by providing them with various opportunities for further training, research, and education. In conclusion, for further continuous development and growth of Jeju traditional markets, it is indispensable for each individual traditional market to promote specialized and differentiated products by utilizing symbiotic marketing in the process.

Intramedullary neurilemmoma of the spinal cord is extremely rare. This is not surprising, since schwann cells, considered the histogenetic source of such a tumor, normally are not present within the spinal cord. A case of intramedullary neurilemmoma in 47-year-old man is reported and the hypotheses as to it's origin are discussed. In a discussion on the origin of the condition, it is concluded that this case might have an origin from the dorsal root entry zone.

힌지 연결된 분할형 동체를 갖는 유도탄의 고유진동특성 연구

The missile for this study has shown different natural frequency characteristics depending on the test conditions; natural frequencies obtained from its flight test are higher than those in its ground test. It was found that the hinged joints connecting front airframe to rear one had the nonlinear stiffness and caused the missile to show very complex dynamic characteristics. The angular stiffness at hinged joints was calculated using 3D finite element analysis, and it was verified that there was a highly nonlinear relationship between angular stiffness and external load. Natural frequencies calculated considering the nonlinearity of angular stiffness were nearly the same as test results. Through this study, the dynamic characteristics of a missile having split airframes with hinged joints could be clearly identified and a way of maintaining its natural frequencies consistent was generated.
