        심리적 안전이 창의성에 미치는 영향: 성장마인드셋과 조직지원인식의 매개효과를 중심으로

        [연구목적] 본 연구는 불확실한 경영 환경 속 기업에게 혁신 수단으로서 창의성을 제시하기위해, 심리적 안전이 창의성에 미치는 영향과 그 과정에서 성장마인드셋, 조직지원인식과의 관계를 실증하여, 창의성 제고를 위한 실용적 방안을 제시하고자 한다. [연구방법] 국내 기업에 근무하는 다양한 업종의 구성원 총 420명에게 설문지를 배부하여 353명에게 자료를 수집하였다. 심리적 안전, 창의성, 성장마인드셋, 조직지원인식과 관련된 이론 및 선행 연구를 토대로 가설을 설정하였으며, 통계 도구로는 CFA를 통해 신뢰도와 타당성을 검증하였고, 가설검증을 위해 SPSS25, AMOS25, Macro Process3.0을 사용하였다. [연구결과] 연구 모형에 대한 가설 검증 결과 심리적 안전은 성장마인드셋, 조직지원인식, 창의성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 성장마인드셋과 조직지원인식의 매개효과도 유의한 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 기업 현장의 조직문화 요인과 창의성 간의 관계를 동기부여 이론으로 검증했다는데 의의가 크다. 특히, 창의성을 특별한 재능 소유자의 전유물이 아니라 조직 문화의 변화를 통해 구성원들에게 확산시킬 수 있는 혁신의 도구로 제안했다는 점에서 시사점이 있다. [Purpose] This study aims to present creativity as a means of innovation to companies in uncertain business environment, demonstrate the impact of psychological safety on creativity and its relationship with growth mind-set and perceived organizational support in the process, and suggest practical measures to enhance creativity. [Methodology] Data were collected from 353 members. Hypothesis was set based on theories and previous studies related to psychological safety, perceived organizational support, growth mind-set and creativity. The collected data were reviewed for reliability and validity through CFA, and hypothesis verification was performed using SPSS 25, AMOS 25, and Macro Process 3.0 by Bootstrap. [Findings] Psychological safety was found to have a significant positive effect on growth mind-set, perceived organizational support and creativity, and the mediating effects of growth mind-set, perceived organizational support were also significant. [Implications] This study is significant in that it has verified the relationship between organizational culture factors and creativity at corporate sites with the theory of motivation. In particular, creativity is not the exclusive property of a particular talent owner, but it has implications for spreading to members through changes in organizational culture and, through this, proposed as a tool for innovation.

        Combined GPS/GLONASS Relative Receiver DCB Estimation Using the LSQ Method and Ionospheric TEC Changes over South Korea

        The use of dual-frequency measurements from the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) enables us to observe precise ionospheric total electron content (TEC). Currently, many GNSS reference stations in South Korea provide both GPS and GLONASS data. In the present study, we estimated the grid-based TEC values and relative receiver differential code biases (DCB) from a GNSS network operated by the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute. In addition, we compared the diurnal variations in a TEC time series from solutions of the GPS only, the GLONASS only, and combined GPS/GLONASS processing. A significant difference between the GPS only TEC and combined GPS/GLONASS TEC at a specific grid point over South Korea appeared near the solar terminator. It is noted that GLONASS measurements can contribute to observing a variation in ionospheric TEC over high latitude regions.

        A cDNA Cloning of Soybean Trypsin Inhibitor

        Polyadenylated mRNA has been isolated from soybean seed and leaf by phenol extraction and oligo (dT) chromatography. In vitro translation of the mRNA in wheat germ extract shows the presence of various kinds of seed specific mRNA and hence proteins, demonstrating tissue specific gene expression pattern, One of these seeds specific translation products was identified to be soybean Kunitz trypsin inhibitor(SKTI) by immuno-precipitation with antibody. The antibody has been raised by injecting band isolated Ti^a into rabbit and recognizes both Ti^a and Ti^b at the same time. The antibody was not only specific for its antigen polypeptide but also recognized the precursor which was synthesized in vitro. Molecular weight of SKTI translated in vitro was 21,500, which was larger than the protein of 18,000 present in seed. It suggests that SKTI is processed post-translationally in soybean seed probably by proteolytic cleavage. A cDNA clone for the soybean trypsin inhibitor was isolated by immunological screening of a soybean a gtll expression vector cDNA library with the antibody, The cDNA expression library was constructed with polyadenylated mRNA isolated from immature soybean seeds into a gtll expression vector. The double stranded cDNA was synthesized sequentially in a single reaction tube with oligo (dT) as a primer. A cDNA clone with 0.7 kb insert was isolated and was confirmed by secondary and tertiary screening. Further characterization of the clone is in progress.

        Performance Analysis of Long Baseline Relative Positioning using Dual-frequency GPS/BDS Measurements

        The Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) positioning has been widely used in geodesy, surveying, and navigation fields. RTK can benefit enormously from the integration of multi-GNSS. In this study, we develop a GPS/BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) RTK integration algorithm for long baselines ranging from 128 km to 335 km in South Korea. The positioning performance with GPS/BDS RTK, GPS-only RTK, and BDS-only RTK is compared in terms of the positioning accuracy. An improvement of positioning accuracy over long baselines can be found with GPS/BDS RTK compared with that of GPS-only RTK and that of BDS-only RTK. The positioning accuracy of GPS/BDS RTK is better than 2 cm in the horizontal direction and better than 5 cm in the vertical direction. A lower Relative Dilution of Precision (RDOP) value with GPS/BDS integration can obtain a better positional precision for long baseline RTK positioning.

        AGS 인체위암세포에서 발효된 아가콩 추출물에 의한 apoptosis 유도

        본 연구에서는 대두(FS)와 아가콩의 발효추출물(FYA)의 항암활성 기전을 확인하기 위해 AGS 인체위암세포의 증식에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. AGS 세포에서 FS 및 FYA 처리로 인하여 암세포의 증식이 처리 농도 의존적으로 강하게 억제하였고, apoptosis 유발을 의미하는 세포의 전반적인 형태 및 핵의 변형 또한 동반하였다. 또한 세포주기 분석을 통하여 이 현상이 apoptosis 유도에 의한 것임을 확인하였다. AGS 세포에 처리된 FS 및 FYA는 pro-apoptotic factor인 Bax의 발현 증가를 통한 intrinsic pathway나, death receptor 관련 유전자의 발현 증가를 통한 extrinsic pathway를 활성화시키며, 더 나아가서 IAP family인자의 발현 억제 및 caspases의 활성 증가를 일으켜 apoptosis를 유발시키는 것을 유추할 수 있었는데, 이러한 효과들은 FS보다 FYA에서 더욱더 탁월하였다. 이는 향후 아가콩 발효추출물이 항암치료를 위한 적용 가능성이 매우 우수함을 제시하여 주는 결과이다. Extracts of soybeans fermented by Bacillus subtilis have a wide variety of functions, such as enhancing the body's immune function, fibrinolysis activity, anti-inflammation, anti-cancer, estrogen function and anti-infection effects. Recently, it was reported that the extracts of fermented beans exhibit strong anti- inflammatory and anti-cancer properties by suppressing the transcription of pro-inflammatory cytokine genes and induction of apoptosis, respectively. However, the mechanisms of their cytotoxicity in human gastric cancer cells are poorly understood. In the present study, we investigated the effects of ethyl alcohol extracts from fermented soybean (FS) and yellow agabean (FYA) on cell growth and apoptosis in AGS human gastric cancer cells. A treatment of FS and FYA inhibited the growth of AGS cells in a concentration-dependent manner by inducing apoptosis. FS- and FYA-induced apoptosis were associated with down-regulation of XIAP and cIAP-2, and up-regulation of pro-apoptotic Bax expression. Moreover, a treatment of FS and FYA not only triggered an increase in the levels of death receptor (DR)4, DR5, Fas and FasL, but also induced the activation of casepase-3, -8 and -9. These findings illustrate that FS and FYA may have a therapeutic potential in human gastric AGS cells and as a functional food.

        Hyperuricemia is a risk factor for the progression to end-stage renal disease in minimal change disease

        Background: Minimal change disease (MCD) is one of the most common causes of nephrotic syndrome worldwide. Hyperuricemia increases the end-stage renal disease (ESRD) risk in glomerulonephritis. In this study, we aimed to determine the effect of high serum uric acid levels on the progression to ESRD in MCD. Methods: A total of 800 patients diagnosed with MCD by kidney biopsy were retrospectively analyzed. We determined the relation-ship of hyperuricemia with the progression to ESRD in MCD using the Cox proportional hazard model and Kaplan-Meier survival anal-ysis. The primary outcome was defined as the initiation of dialysis or kidney transplantation. Results: A total of 42 patients (5.3%) progressed to ESRD during the follow-up period. In the restricted cubic spline curve, serum uric acid levels exhibited a positive correlation with ESRD progression in patients with MCD. In the fully adjusted model, the risk of MCD progression increased by 29% for every 1 mg/dL increase in the baseline serum uric acid level (hazard ratio [HR], 1.29; 95% confi-dence interval [CI], 1.09-1.54; p = 0.004). Falling into the high uric acid group (serum uric acid level > 7 mg/dL in men and > 6 mg/ dL in women) was also a risk factor for progression of MCD to ESRD (HR, 3.40; 95% CI, 1.59-7.31; p < 0.001). Conclusion: Our study shows that hyperuricemia is an independent risk factor for the progression to ESRD in patients with MCD.

        DW2007 Ameliorates Colitis and Rheumatoid Arthritis in Mice by Correcting Th17/Treg Imbalance and Inhibiting NF-κB Activation

        In the previous study, the rhizome mixture of Anemarrhena asphodeloides and Coptis chinensis (DW2007), improved TNBS-, oxazolone-, or DSS-induced colitis in mice by regulating macrophage activation. Therefore, to understand the effect of DW2007 on the T cell differentiation involved in the adaptive immunity, we measured its effect on both Th17 and Treg cell differentiation in splenocytes, in the lamina propria of mice with DSS-induced colitis (DIC), and in the spleens of mice with collagen-induced arthritis (CIA). Results showed that DW2007 potently inhibited the differentiation of splenocytes into Th17 cells, but increased Treg cell differentiation in vitro. In the colon of wild type and TLR4-/- mice with DIC, DW2007 potently suppressed DSS-induced colon shortening and myeloperoxidase activity. DW2007 also suppressed collagen-induced paw thickening, clinical index, and myeloperoxidase activity in CIA mice. Overall, DW2007 potently suppressed Th17 cell differentiation in mice with CIA and DIC, but increased Treg cell differentiation. Moreover, DW2007 strongly inhibited the expression of TNF-α and IL-1β, as well as the activation of NF-κB. Based on these findings, DW2007 may ameliorate inflammatory diseases by regulating the innate immunity via the inhibition of macrophage activation and the adaptive immunity via the correction of disturbed Th17/Treg cells.

      • Red ginseng extract promotes the hair growth in cultured human hair follicles

        Background: Ginseng has been shown to promote hair growth in several recent studies. However, its effects on human hair follicles and its mechanisms of action have not been sufficiently elucidated. Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the hair growth promoting effects of red ginseng extract (RGE) and its ginsenosides. Methods: The proliferative activities of cultured humanhair follicles treated with RGE and ginsenoside-Rb1 were assessed using Ki-67 immunostaining. Their effects on isolated human dermal papilla cells (hDPCs) were evaluated using cytotoxicity assays and immunoblot analysis. We examined the ability of RGE and ginsenosides to protect hair matrix keratinocyte proliferation against dihydrotestosterone (DHT)-induced suppression and their effects on the expression of androgen receptor. The in vivo hair growth-promotingeffect of RGE was also investigated in C57BL/6 mice. Results: Both RGE and ginsenoside-Rb1 enhanced the proliferation of hair matrix keratinocytes. hDPCs treated with RGE or ginsenoside-Rb1 exhibited substantial cell proliferation. Moreover, RGE, ginsenoside-Rb1, and ginsenoside-Rg3 abrogated the DHT-induced suppression of hair matrix keratinocyte proliferation and the DHT-induced upregulation of the mRNA expression of androgen receptor in hDPCs. Murine experiments revealed that the subcutaneous injection of 3% RGE resulted in more rapid hair growth than the negative control. Conclusion: These results suggest that red ginseng may promote hair growth in humans.

        Positioning Precision Improvement of Multi-GNSS Kinematic PPP Using WMN Method

        Multi-Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) can significantly improve the positioning accuracy and convergence speed. The reliability and availability of multi-GNSS precise point positioning (PPP) is steadily increasing with the rapid development of GNSS satellites. In this study, multi-GNSS PPP analysis is performed to compare the positioning precision by processing the observations from different GNSS systems (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou). To improve the positioning performance of the multi-GNSS PPP, we employed the weighed measurement noise (WMN) method. After applying WMN method to multi-GNSS PPP, positioning precision is improved by approximately 26.3% compared to the GPS only solutions, and by approximately 9.1% compared to combined GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo PPP.

        Effect of Sesbania Incorporation as Nitrogen Source on Growth and Yield of Whole Crop Barley and Reduction of N Fertilizer in Saemangeum Reclaimed Tidal Land

        It is known that the poor soil fertility of newly reclaimed saline soils is due to the lack of organic matter and available mineral nutrients for crop production. The effect of green manuring with Sesbania aculeata in combination with five rates of urea-N treatments (N0. N25, N50, N75, N100) on the productivity of a subsequent whole-crop barley and the fertility of the reclaimed saline soil in Saemangeum was evaluated in the field during 2013-2014 growing season. Sesbania was grown during summer season (June to October). The amount of Sesbania incorporated was 16.2 Mg ha<SUP>-1</SUP>. Sesbania contributed to 393 kg N ha<SUP>-1</SUP> to the soils when ploughed down and incorporated before whole-crop barley cultivated. The performances of whole-crop barley following sesbania incorporation were significantly affected by a combination of Sesbania manuring and different N rates. The N fertilizer equivalence without N fertilizer following Sesbania was 42.6% (63.9 kgN ha<SUP>-1</SUP>), compared with N100(150 kg N ha<SUP>-1</SUP>) in fallow soils. The whole-crop barley yield responded to N fertilizer rates in both sesbaniaamended and fallow soil. The yield response to nitrogen rates in fallow soil was linear (Y=0.0586X+3.3011, R<SUP>2</SUP> =0.9534), whereas that in sesbania-amended soils was quadratic (Y= -0.001X<SUP>2</SUP>+0.1322X+5.7143, R<SUP>2</SUP>=0.9576). The yield of whole-crop barley in sesbania-amended with increasing N rates was increased up to SN75 (115 kgN) 10.3 Mg ha<SUP>-1</SUP>. Apparent N recovery (ANR) of whole-crop barely showed decreased with sesbania plus increasing rates of N fertilizer. Despite higher yield with sesbania manuring plus increasing N rates, the contributions of N from Sesbania with increasing N rates to whole-crop barley were decreased, whereas those from fertilizer increment due to excessively mineralized Nitrogen. Considering yield, ANR, N contribution from Sesbania and nitrogen fertilizer, the optimum N rate was N50 rate following sesbania incorporation.
