<P>Abstract</P><P>Objective </P><P>To examine the feasibility and accuracy of a handheld rebound tonometer, TonoVet<SUP>®</SUP>, and to compare the intraocular pressure (IOP) readings of the TonoVet<SUP>®</SUP> with those of an applanation tonometer, TonoPen XL<SUP>®</SUP>, in normal Eurasian Eagle owls.</P><P>Animals studied </P><P>Ten clinically normal Eurasian Eagle owls (20 eyes).</P><P>Procedures </P><P>Complete ocular examinations, using slit-lamp biomicroscopy and indirect ophthalmoscopy, were conducted on each raptor. The IOP was measured bilaterally using a rebound tonometer followed by a topical anesthetic agent after 1 min. The TonoPen XL<SUP>®</SUP> tonometer was applied in both eyes 30 s following topical anesthesia.</P><P>Results </P><P>The mean ± SD IOP obtained by rebound tonometer was 10.45 ± 1.64 mmHg (range 7–14 mmHg), and by applanation tonometer was 9.35 ± 1.81 mmHg (range 6–12 mmHg). There was a significant difference (<I>P =</I> 0.001) in the IOP obtained from both tonometers. The linear regression equation describing the relationship between both devices was <I>y</I> = 0.669<I>x</I> + 4.194 (<I>x</I> = TonoPen XL<SUP>®</SUP> and <I>y</I> = TonoVet<SUP>®</SUP>). The determination coefficient (<I>r</I><SUP>2</SUP>) was <I>r</I><SUP>2</SUP> = 0.550.</P><P>Conclusions </P><P>The results suggest that readings from the rebound tonometer significantly overestimated those from the applanation tonometer and that the rebound tonometer was tolerated well because of the rapid and minimal stress-inducing method of tonometry in the Eurasian Eagle owls, even without topical anesthesia. Further studies comparing TonoVet<SUP>®</SUP> with manometric measurements may be necessary to employ rebound tonometer for routine clinical use in Eurasian Eagle owls.</P>
A Time-Based Receiver With 2-Tap Decision Feedback Equalizer for Single-Ended Mobile DRAM Interface

<P>A time-based (TB) receiver (RX) with a 2-tap TB decision feedback equalizer (DFE) is proposed for mobile DRAM interface. The TB RX consists of a voltage-to-time converter (VTC), a TB DFE, and a time comparator. The VTC converts the RX input voltage to a time difference between two VTC outputs by using the difference in clock-to-Q delays between two latches with different input offset voltages. The TB DFE inserts an additional delay to one of the two VTC outputs and bypasses the other VTC output to increase the time opening. The time comparator makes a decision with the first arriving edge of the two outputs of the TB DFE. While the feedback loop delay must be less than 1 UI for proper operation in the conventional voltage-based DFE, the TB DFE allows the feedback loop delay up to 1.43 UI in this paper. A transmitter (TX) transmits a single-ended signal of 200-mV swing by using an n-over-n voltage-mode driver. The transceiver in a 65-nm CMOS process achieves a 12.5 Gb/s with a 0.8-V supply through a 15-inch FR-4 channel of 14-dB loss. The TX and RX chip consume 4.3 and 3.4 mA, respectively. The energy efficiency is 0.49 pJ/b.</P>
Macronutrient Analysis of Human Milk according to Storage and Processing in Korean Mother

Purpose: As the importance of breastfeeding has been reinforced, human milk is often stored for practical reasons. Therefore, we evaluated optimal storage and processing methods for human milk from a nutritional standpoint. Methods: Human milk samples were collected between June 2017 and February 2018. Also, data about maternal information were collected. Human milk was analyzed for macronutrients and caloric content. The samples were subdivided into groups for nutrient analysis. The control group (fresh milk) was not stored or processed. The other groups (9 groups) consisted of samples analyzed based on different storage temperatures (room temperature, refrigerated, frozen), defrosting methods (bottle warmer, room temperature thawing, microwave oven), and storage period (1 week, 1 month, 2 months) and compared with the control group. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the nutrient content of human milk among the collected samples. A significant change in the content of macronutrients in milk samples was observed under storage condition at different temperatures for 1 week with subsequent thawing with bottle warmer compared to fresh milk. Under storage at −20°C for 1 week with subsequent thawing with different defrosting methods, a significant change in the content of macronutrients in milk samples was observed compared to fresh milk. After storage at −20°C for different periods and thawing with a bottle warmer, a significant change in macronutrient content in milk samples was observed compared to fresh milk regardless of the storage period. Conclusion: Unlike previous guidelines, changes in macronutrient content in milk samples were observed regardless of the method of storing and thawing. Apparently, it is proposed that mothers should feed fresh human milk to their babies without storing.

In this paper, We analyze and inspect the problem of our country PSTN subscriber telephone number and suggest the ISDN/PSTN subsciber numbering plan in the future. Expecially, when you eastablish plan to change present telephone number system to ISDN telephone number system, public goverment and public office which has many calls have to be given a same number, that is many people want and being easy rememberance throughout the country. Therefore we think that it is saving hours and reduce lost calls, As concrete action of convert plan it must be made consistent nurnbering plan when the numbering reorganization is carried out in Korea before T-time. If a partial is not carried out, it should be given when the telephone number is newly-organized or the big buliding and goverment and public office eastablish RSS individually. At that time chaos will be minimized.
Case Report : Sclerosing Sromal Tumor of the Ovary in Postmenopausal Women: A Report of Two Cases

Sclerosing stromal tumor (SST) was first delineated as a distinct ovarian sex cord stromal tumor in 1973 by Chalvardjian and Scully. It is a benign neoplasm, distinguished from other ovarian stromal tumors by the production of collagen and a pseudolobular pattern, and it tends to occur in the second and third decades of life in diagnosed patients. We discovered two rare cases of SST in post-menopausal women which are the topic of this report. These case studies are accompanied by a brief review of the literature.
