      • Mg_(x)Zn_(1-x)FeAIO₄의 결정학적 구조 및 Mo¨ssbauer 효과

        Mg_(x)Zn_(1-x)FeAlO₄ spinel ferrite에 대하여 X-선 회절과 Mossbauer 스펙트럼을 조사하였다. X-선 회절상으로부터 Mg_(x)Zn_(1-x)FeAlO_(4)는 면심입방구조를 가지는 spinel ferrite임을 확인하였고 Mg 함유량 x가 증가함에 따라 격자상수는 선형적으로 감소하여 8.3496A - 8.4128A의 값을 보이고 있다. Mossbauer 스펙트럼은 모든 시료가 초미세 자기장에 의한 공명흡수선이 나타나고 Mg 함유량 x가 증가됨에 따라 초미세 자기장은 20K와 300K에서 모두 증가하고 있다. I.S.값이 0.2569mm/sec에서 0.3564mm/sec사이에 존재하는 것으로 Fe^(3+)로 이루어져 있으며, Q.S.값은 zero값에 가까운 값이므로 대칭분포 구조를 갖는다.

        This study was to investigate the effects on hematological indices and heinz body formation in various intensity, Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the control group, the low-intensity exercise group, nigh-intensity exercise group (n=7 in each group). Animals of the low-intensity exercise groups were put on exercise 30 min per 1 day, 5 days per week for 6-weeks. Animals of the high-intensity exercise groups were put on exercise 120 min per 1 day, 5 days per week for 6-weeks. Red blood cell count (RBC), hemoglobin (Hgb), hematocrit (Hct), mean ceil volume (MCV), mean hemoglobin corpuscular (MCH), mean hemoglobin corpuscular concentration (MCHC) were analyzed in automated hematology analyzer (ABX Hematology MICROS 60) from 10㎕ of whole blood. Erythrocyte morphology were evaluated in super vital (Brilliant cresyl blue stain) stained blood films. In the present results, Hg, MCHC in the high-intensity exercise group was significantly decreased compared with the different exercise intensity and the control group. MCV in the high-intensity exercise group was significantly increased compared with the different exercise intensity end the control group. Heinz body formation in the high-intensity exercise group was significantly increased compared with the different exercise intensity and the control group. In the present study, it can be suggested that intensity of exercise can influence hematological variables and heinz body formation. These findings suggest that high intensity exercise induces oxidative damage to erythrocyte.

        간호중재로서의 원예요법에 관한 고찰

        The reference study was performed to investigate the nursing importance which was based a theoretical background related to horticultural therapy and to examine the possibility which horticultural therapy was applicable as a nursing intervention through analysis on a preceding study. The research subjects related to the areas of horticultural therapy which related as a nursing intervention. were psychological, physical. environmental, and psycho-social aspects. It is judged that the horticultural therapy is effective in treating depression, emotional disruption of· anxiety. It seems to be also effective in increasing the muscular tension and, thereby, expanding the scope of joint movements. Such theories show that horticultural therapy may be a good alternative nursing means. Plants act to create a pleasant interior atmosphere by generating anion, controlling the temperature and humidity and purifying the air. and therefore, the horticultural therapy may be applied to clinic or environmental therapy. When horticultural therapy is used as a nursing intervention, patients' socio-psychological needs may be fulfilled. It has been found that horticultural therapy is instrumental in treating perceptive of· emotional disruption, depression, loss of self-respect, disrupted everyday activities and social behaviors. In particular, horticultural therapy seems to be effective in managing chronic patients' crisis or improving life quality. Intervention method applied on a preceding study was activity therapy and scene therapy in the horticultural therapy. The above findings suggest that the pro-environmental horticultural therapy is useful as a new paradigm of nursing or holistic nursing conducive to improvement of health. So, it is desirable to prove its effects by applying it in the clinic. In order to apply horticultural therapy as a nursing intervention, it will be necessary to educate nurses on principles and methods of horticultural therapy and encourage them to apply it in nursing and clinics. Moreover, it may well be necessary to develop landscape therapy as nursing intervention as well as a variety of horticultural therapy programs befitting the clinic conditions. On the other hand, we need to provide for some scientific 9round for horticultural therapy through continued studies. In this regard, this study which focuses on patients' health improvement through change of environment. may well Provide for a framework for such studies.

        Due to the rugged energy function of the original Hopfield networks, the output is usually one local minimum in the energy function. This paper an analysis on the location of local minima in Hopfield networks and discribes modified network architecture to eliminate local minima. This modified Hopfield networks has been successfully applied to the construction of analog-to-digital converter with optimal solutions. Experimental results on the voltage transfer characteristics of data converter is presented.

      • 용량이행형 KrF 레이저의 개발

        We have developed a KrF excimer laser system with UV preionized charge transfer type and an analysis program of discharge characteristics which oilers calculations of the deposited energy, nonlinear discharge resistance, and electron number density in the laser tube. In addition, we have developed a pulse compression system with MPC type for excitation of excimer laser. From this system, we obtained a maximum output energy of 80 mJ, laser pulse width of 40 ns [FWHM], and overall efficiency of 0.32%. Calculating with analysis program, deposited energy, nonlinear discharge resistance, and electron number density were found to be 200 MW, ∞∼0.17Ω, 1×10 exp (16) ㎝^(-3), respectively. The saturable inductor of pulse compression system made of Metglas 2605 S-2 and Z-11, and the compression characteristics of saturable inductors are compared. With this system, 6.2 us [FWHM], 96 A pulse at the first stage was compressed to 0,4 us [FWHM], 1.61kA pulse at the last stage, and hence the current gain and compression ratio were 16.8 and 17, respectively.

      • Al_2O_3를 첨가한 LaFeO_3 박막의 암모니아 가스감지 특성

        LaFeO_3 thin films with 2%, 5% and 10% A1_2O_3 additives were fabricated by r.f. magnetron sputtering method on Al_2O_3 substrates. Structural, electrical and ammonia gas sensing characteristics of the thin films with different heat treatments were examined. From the XRD results, the compound of LaFeO_3 and Al_2O_3 was not found. Thin film with 5% Al_2O_3 additives, heat-treated at 800℃, showed the sensitivities of about 85% for 100ppm ammonia gas at the working temperature of 300℃. The response time to the ammonia gas was several seconds and the thin film showed good selectivity to NH_3 gas.

        New Record of some red algal species (Rhodophyta) from Korea

        Rhodophyta is one of major groups in the number of species and diversity of the marine algal flora. The occurrence of Korean 5 red algal species is reported for the first time on the list of Korean marine algal flora based on morphology: Ceramium pacificum, Cumathanmnion serrulatum, Gayliella fimbriata, Leptofauchea rhodymenioides, Sorella pulchra. Ceramium pacificum from Korea is recognized by complete cortication, many adventitious branches in a radial arrangement, 7-8 periaxial cells, and plant length of 1-2 cm. Cumathanmnion serrulatum is characterized by cartilaginous single main axis with a prominent midrib, serrulate blade, many higher orders of bladelets on each blade, and tetrasporagia produced near the midrib acropetally and then outwardly. Gayliella fimbriata is featured by clavate gland cell and 5-7 periaxial cells. Leptofauchea rhodymenioides is characterized by erect with flattened, dichotomously branched fronds, 1-2 cortical cells loosely arranged, 2-3 cell medullar layers with large colourless cells. Sorella pulchrais recognized by short branches produced alternately pinnate manner from margins of axial, mostly polystromatic frond, and tetrasporangial sori on the center of branches.

        Syntheses and properties of waterborne polyurethane-epoxy adhesives

        <P>In this study, waterborne polyurethanes (WPUs) with an epoxy group and improved hydrolysis resistance and adhesion were synthesized using a polyester polyol, epoxy resin, 4,4-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, and dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA). The properties of the WPU were evaluated by differential scanning calorimetry, tensile strength, elongation, hardness and adhesion strength. The glass transition temperature (Tg) of the synthesized WPU was approximately -50 degrees C. The Tg and tensile strength increased with increasing epoxy resin content while the elongation decreased. The optimum adhesion was achieved with a polyol:epoxy ratio of 99:1.</P>

        Comparison of patient-controlled epidural analgesia with patient-controlled intravenous analgesia for laparoscopic radical prostatectomy

        Background: Patient-controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA) is known to provide good postoperative analgesia in many types of surgery including laparoscopic surgery. However, no study has compared PCEA with patient-controlled intravascular analgesia (PCIA) in laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (LARP). In this study, the efficacy and side effects of PCEA and PCIA after LARP were compared. Methods: Forty patients undergoing LARP were randomly divided into two groups: 1) a PCEA group, treated with 0.2% ropivacaine 3 ml and 0.1 mg morphine in the bolus; and 2) a PCIA group, treated with oxycodone 1 mg and nefopam 1 mg in the bolus. After the operation, a blinded observer assessed estimated blood loss (EBL), added a dose of rocuronium, performed transfusion, and added analgesics. The numeric rating scale (NRS), infused PCA dose, and side effects were assessed at 1, 6, 24, and 48 h. Results: EBL, added rocuronium, and added analgesics in the PCEA group were less than those in the PCIA group. There were no significant differences in side-effects after the operation between the two groups. Patients were more satisfied with PCEA than with PCIA. The NRS and accumulated PCA count were lower in PCEA group. Conclusions: Combined thoracic epidural anesthesia could induce less blood loss during operations. PCEA showed better postoperative analgesia and greater patient satisfaction than PCIA. Thus, PCEA may be a more useful analgesic method than PICA after LARP. (Korean J Pain 2018; 31: 191-8)
