Automobile markets are so fierce in the world market that every major manufacturer assure the buyer of the car by give a provocative warranty plan for their cars. For instance Hyundai motor company offer 10 years and 100,000 miles of warranty whichever comes first. But in order for this effort to be successful every critical component such as window switch has to be proven to be reliable in an adverse environment. Therefore, in this article reliability assessment criteria for window switch are established in terms of basic performance test, environment test and life test.
Solvent-Assisted Gel Printing for Micropatterning Thin Organic–Inorganic Hybrid Perovskite Films

<P>While tremendous efforts have been made for developing thin perovskite films suitable for a variety of potential photoelectric applications such as solar cells, field-effect transistors, and photodetectors, only a few works focus on the micropatterning of a perovskite film which is one of the most critical issues for large area and uniform microarrays of perovskite-based devices. Here we demonstrate a simple but robust method of micropatterning a thin perovskite film with controlled crystalline structure which guarantees to preserve its intrinsic photoelectric properties. A variety of micropatterns of a perovskite film are fabricated by either microimprinting or transfer-printing a thin spin-coated precursor film in soft-gel state with a topographically prepatterned elastomeric poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) mold, followed by thermal treatment for complete conversion of the precursor film to a perovskite one. The key materials development of our solvent assisted gel printing is to prepare a thin precursor film with a high-boiling temperature solvent, dimethyl sulfoxide. The residual solvent in the precursor gel film makes the film moldable upon microprinting with a patterned PDMS mold, leading to various perovskite micropatterns in resolution of a few micrometers over a large area. Our nondestructive micropatterning process does not harm the intrinsic photoelectric properties of a perovskite film, which allows for realizing arrays of parallel-type photodetectors containing micropatterns of a perovskite film with reliable photoconduction performance. The facile transfer of a micropatterned soft-gel precursor film on other substrates including mechanically flexible plastics can further broaden its applications to flexible photoelectric systems.</P>

Each parts of vehicles have possibility of fail occurrence, which potentially may cause field action on sold vehicles. Each manufacturers are spending astronomical amount of field action cost, and are required to decide correct field action level. Warranty trend analysis is essentially required for decision, which enables best field action level decision by projecting warranty frequency based on each conditions. In the long view, this satisfies customer, keep brand reputation and increase manufacturer"s income. Hereby, method and effect of warranty trend analysis & projection will be reviewed.
Romey 분석법을 활용한 ‘문장’ 단원의 탐구적 성향 탐색 ― 『언어와 매체』 교과서를 중심으로

본고는 문법 교과서가 문법 교육의 주요한 교육 철학적 관점이자 내용으로서 공고한 위상을 정립한 문법 탐구를 실현해야 한다는 전제 아래 『언어와 매체』 ‘문장’ 단원의 ‘탐구적 성향’을 정량적으로 분석하고 비교하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 Ⅱ장에서는 그간 문법 탐구를 중심으로 교과서를 고찰한 연구들을 살펴 문법 교과서의 탐구적 성향을 정량적으로 파악할 필요가 있음을 보였다. 이어서 Ⅲ장에서는 과학 교과서의 탐구적 성향을 측정하고 해석하기 위해 도입된 Romey 분석법의 적용 가능성과 분석 기준의 적절성을 논구하고, 분석의 범위와 방법을 구체화하였다. Ⅳ장에서는 ‘문장’ 단원의 Romey 지수 분석 결과를 범주별로 제시하고, 특징적인 점을 논의하였다. 이와 같은 본고의 논의는 기존의 정성적 분석 연구와는 달리 객관적인 지표를 통해 문법 교과서의 탐구적 성향을 보였다는 의의를 지닌다. This article aims to quantitatively analyze and compare the “inquiry tendencies” of “sentence” units in “Language and Media.” In doing so, it is based on the premise that grammar textbooks should realize a grammar inquiry to establish solid statuses as major educational philosophy perspectives and grammar education contents. Accordingly, Chapter Ⅱ quantitatively investigates the inquiring tendencies of grammar textbooks by observing studies that examined textbooks, focusing on the grammar inquiry conducted hitherto. Chapter Ⅲ discusses the applicability of the Romey analysis method and the appropriateness of the analysis criteria to measure and interpret the inquiry tendencies of science textbooks. Further, it specifies analysis scopes and methods. Chapter Ⅳ presents the Romey index analysis results of the “sentence” units by category and discusses characteristic aspects. The discussions of this article have significance as they display the inquiring tendencies of grammar textbooks through objective indexes, unlike existing qualitative analysis studies.
