In order to know how the [2-(2'-ethylhexyloxy)-5-methoxy-1,4-phenylenevinylene] (MEH-PPV) layer works in organic light emitting diode, two different types of devices were fabricated, which are MEH-PPV single layer devices and MEH-PPV/tris (8-hydroxy-quinoline)aluminium(Alq3) bilayer devices. On the indium-tin-oxide(ITO) glass anode MEH-PPV layer was first spin-coated, and the Alq3 layer and the aluminium(Al) anode were vapor-deposited sequentially. The devices shows a trend that has lower current, luminous efficiency in case the thickness of the device is larger. Some bilayer devices, however, show more improved performance than other devices of smaller total thickness. This results were discussed on the basis of improved exciton formation resulting from balanced carrier transport.
초음파법을 이용한 콘크리트 역타시공 이음부 공극의 화상검출특성

최근 역타시공법 등에 의한 콘크리트 구조물의 시공이 증가 추세에 있다. 이 경우, 자주 발생되는 신ㆍ구타설 콘크리트 시공이음부의 공극은 향후 구조물의 구조적인 특성과 내구성 등에 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 그러나 현재 제안되고 있는 비파괴 검사법으로는 효과적으로 이음부 공극을 평가하기에 많은 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 시공이음부의 콘크리트 충전상태를 평가하기 위해 철골철근 콘크리트와 무근 콘크리트 시험체내에 공극을 모의제작한 후, 초음파속도 측정을 실시하고, 화상처리기법을 이용하여 비교적 용이하게 해석 가능한 방법에 대해 검토하였다.

The joint and void treatment of concrete is one of the technical problems in construction. Joints and voids created with the construction result in serious weakness from the aspects of both structural and water-barrier function. Ultrasonic image processing technique was used for the inspection of construction joints of SRC(Steel-frame Reinforced Concrete) column and voids of concrete block in this study. The advantages and limitations of this technique for non-destructive inspection in construction joints and voids are investigated. As a result, it has been verified that the semi-direct measurement type is more effective than the other types for detecting the construction joints and voids using ultrasonic method.

Reciprocal lattice explorer는 de Jong-Bouman camera와 Buerger precession camera를 合친것이다. 이 explorer를 使用하면 goniometer에 한번 固定한 試料를 使用하여 그 試料의 空間群을 決定하는데 必要한 모든 寫眞을 撮影할 수 있으며 그들은 찌그러지지 않은 逆格子面의 寫眞들이다. 本 論文에서는 de Jong-Bouman 과 Buerger precession 寫眞術의 原理와 使用法을 記述 하였고 또한 de Jong-Bouman의 振動寫眞과 zeroth layer 寫眞으로부터 11個 Laue群의 識別方法도 提示하였다. The reciprocal lattice explorer is an instrument which incorporates the principles of both the Buerger precession and the de Jong-Bouman methods. On the explorer all photographs which are necessary for a space group determination can be taken with a single setting of a crystal and the photographs show undistorted pictures of the reciprocal lattice planes. In this paper, the principles and the usages of the de Jong-Bouman and the Buerger precession photography are described, and a method of 11 Laue group identification using the de Jong-Bouman oscillation and zeroth layer photographs is shown.

三斜晶系에는 2個의 空間群이 있고 單斜晶系에는 13個의 空間群이 있다. 本 論解에서는 이 空間群들을 誘導한후 各 空間群에 屬한 一般位置, 原點移動, 特殊座標 및 反射條件들을 說明 하였다. There are two and thirteen space groups in triclinic and monoclinic systems respectively. After derivation of the space groups, the general coordinates, the special coordinates and the reflection conditions of each space group have been discussed and change of origin of certain space groups is also shown.

The divided channel is not often used on the river and when the installation is for the controlling of the flow quantity. The determination of the channel size is not a easy task. Model tests are examined to confirm the variation of distribution rate by the method of the channel installation and the position of the structure and the adjustment of numerical simulation is executed by the comparing of the results. This study is to execute numerical model according to installation of divided channel by using AQUADYN program, the 2nd dimension numerical model, and HEC-RAS program, the 1st dimension numerical model, by the shape of divided channel. Also, it compares with difference by method about each case.

비부비동 반정성 유두종의 전산화 단층촬영상과 자기공명영상의 분석

Background: Computed tomography (CT) is commonly used to evaluate the degree of sinus involvement in case of inverted papilloma (IP). However, CT cannot differentiate tumor from adjacent inflammatory mucosa or retained secretions. By contrast, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has been reported to be useful in distinguishing IP from paranasal sinusitis. This study investigated whether preoperative assessment with MRI and CT accurately predict the extent of IP. Materials and methods: CT and MRI were retrospectively reviewed in 9 case of IP. Patients were categorized into staged based on CT and MRI findings according to the staging system proposed by Krouse. The involvement of IP in each sinus was also assessed. Results: Differentiation of IP from inflammatory disease may be more successful in routine case where the inflammatory mucosa has low signal intensity on T1-weighted images and very high signal intensity on T2-weighted images. CT imaging could not differentiate tumor from adjacent inflammatory mucosa or retained secretions. Conclusion: Preoperative MRI of IP can predict the location and extent of the tumor involvement in the paranasal sinuses and sometimes predicts malignant changes.
