This study examined teachers' thinking and practices in relation to the roles of the teacher in children's outdoor play. The subjects of this study were 10 teachers(five 3-year-old' children's teachers, five 5-year-old' children's teachers). Data on teachers' s roles were collected from teacher interviews and participant observations in outdoor play. Results revealed that teachers had a distinct and shared belief about children's outdoor play that teachers should do the following: safety supervision, pre-planning, and teachers' intervention. Observation of children's outdoor play supported teachers' reports of their beliefs about their role outdoors. These teachers' beliefs were partly consistent with teachers' actual behaviors. Furthermore, teachers did show 'care behaviors' during outdoor play although they did not perceive that they did.

소득에 따른 베이커리 제품 구매 속성과 형태

이 연구의 목적은 소득에 따른 베이커리 제품 구매 속성과 형태에 대해서 조사하였으며, 일반적인 사항에서 전체 1,235명 중에서 여성이 59.6%, 남성이 40.4%로 여성이 남성보다 다소 많았다. 베이커리 제품 구매 속성에서 ‘건강관심형’이 40.0%로 가장 많았고, 거주지에서는 대도시 거주자가 ‘맛관심형 이 35.8%인 반면에 중소도시 거주자는 ‘건강 관심형 (p<0.001)의 45.4%로(p<0.001), 소득이 높을수록 건강에 대한 관심이 높았다(p<0.001). 베이커리 제품을 구매하는 소비자들은 ‘맛’ 67.1%, ‘영양’ 13.7%, ‘가격’ 7.8% 순으로 거주지에 따라 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(p<0.01). 베이커리 이용형태에서는 프랜차이즈 베이커리가 71.1%, 윈도우 베이커리 14.6%, 인스토어 베이커리 8.4%였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate in the residence and the income choice attributes and usage pattern of Bakery Product Purchasers. The findings of survey showed that in general characteristics of respondents, Out of the total 1,235 people, 59.6% of them were women, 40.4% of them were men, so the number of females was slightly higher than that of males. On the matter of bakery purchase attributes, in the case of food life health-interest type was the most popular with 40.0%. In residential areas, people living in large cities received 35.8% of the taste-interest type , while people living in small and medium sized cities received 45.4% of the health-interest type (p<0.001), the higher the income, the more interested in your health(p<0.001). When purchasing bakery products, consumers had different importance factors such as taste 67.1%,nutrition 13.7%, price 7.8%, in residential areas was a significant difference(p<0.01). In bakery-using type, franchise bakery was 71.1%, window bakery 14.6%, in-store bakery 8.4%.

금융투자상품 투자자보호에 관한 판례 연구

자본시장의 발달과 더불어 금융투자상품에 관한 소송의 형태가 변화되고 투자자보호의무에 관한 법률 및 판례도 발전하여왔다. 금융투자상품 관련 투자자보호의무는 금융투자상품의 종류와 내용, 투자의 단계에 따라 그 내용이나 정도를 달리 한다. 투자권유단계에서 투자자보호의무 위반에 현저한 위반이 있고 그로 인하여 투자자에게 손해가 발생한 경우 불법행위가 성립하며 금융투자업자는 자본시장법 제48조나 제64조에 따라 또는 민법상 손해배상책임을 부담한다. 투자운용단계에서의 선관주의의무와 관련하여 영미법의 신탁에서의 법리 등을 원용하고 축적된 판례를 분석하여, 그 내용을 구체화하려는 노력이 필요하다. 손해의 산정에 있어, 손해는 현실적, 확정적으로 발생한 것이어야 하고, 투자금액으로부터 회수되거나 회수될 것으로 예상되는 금액은 공제되어야 한다. 판례는, 금융투자업자의 각 주의의무 위반은 결합하여 단일한 손해를 발생시킨 것으로 보고 있고, 투자자보호의무를 위반한 금융투자업자들은 연대하여 책임을 지며, 투자자의 과실은 이들 전부를 대상으로 산정하여 왔다. 그러나, 주관적 공동관계가 없거나, 주의의무 위반의 국면이나 단계가 상이하여 객관적 공동관계도 없는 경우에는 손해의 산정 및 각 주체별 책임의 준별을 도입할 필요가 있다. As the capital market has achieved significant growth, the form of lawsuits relating to financial instruments has changed, and the legal system for investor protection have evolved rapidly. Investor protection obligations vary depending on the type of financial instrument. If there are significant violations of the obligations at the stage of recommending financial instruments, the financial investment companies shall bear the Capital Market Act Article 48 or 64 liability or civil tort liability. In relation to the fiduciary duty on managing financial instrument, it is necessary to analyze recent judicial precedents as well as to introduce the Prudent Investor Rule of the common law system, and in estimating damage, only real and final loss can be assessed as damage. The amount recovered or expected to be recovered shall be deducted from the investment. Our case law has told that the financial investment companies which breached the obligations are jointly responsible and negligence of investors should be calculated to target all of these. However, when there is no co-relation between each company and the breaches occurred are in different stages, it is necessary to estimate each entity"s damage separately depending on respective specific responsibilities.

애니메이션 주토피아에 나타난 문화의 역할: Pop-Culture References와 Easter Eggs 1 를 중심으로

The aim is to examine what role culture can play in movies and to describe what culture stands for from an L2 learners’ point of view. Roell (2010) has made a list of movies, suggesting 33 movies which she considers to be suitable for intercultural training. Academic societies emphasize categorical culture types to enhance cultural awareness and knowledge. However, many EFL college students tend to focus on superficial culture. In this paper, the American animation Zootopia (Howard & Moore, 2016) was analyzed to see what role culture can play. Four scenes were selected. The first was a satire on an American government administration, the Department of Motor Vehicles, which is notorious for its terrible service. The second contained pop-culture references. Zootopia borrowed an authoritative image from the movie The Godfather (Coppola, 1972). The third was about Easter eggs. Zootopia borrowed one scene from the animation Frozen (Buck & Lee, 2013). In the fourth scene, Doug played the chemistry teacher’s role from the American drama, Breaking Bad. This was another Easter egg. We are sure that most Korean college level students enjoy learning about pop-culture references and finding Easter eggs, even though they are very superficial in terms of cultural knowledge. It is also apparent that they learn the L2 implicitly.

이 글은 우리가 누구인지 우리의 문제가 무엇인지를 스스로 말하고 찾아내는 자생적 지식 생산에의 욕망을 담고 있다. 이에 한국 여성을 구성하는 지식의 식민지적 성격을 문제 삼고 그 극복을 모색했다. 전통(성)과 현대(성)를 대표하는 유교와 페미니즘을 통해 한국 여성을 타자화하는 지식의 정치ㆍ문화적인 맥락을 먼저 파악할 필요가 있다. 비서구 여성의 식민화는 서구 페미니스트의 담론과 페미니즘 이론을 통해 나타난다. 중요한 것은 우리 여성을 무능함과 나약함으로 이미지화한 본질주의적 전략이나 수동적 존재로 만드는 서구적 기준과 거리를 두어야 한다는 사실이다. 한편 문화제국주의에 대한 저항으로 전통이 부활되면서 그 내부에는 가부장제라는 또 하나의 식민지가 강화되었다. 여기서 여성은 민족과 전통의 ‘어머니’로 이상화되면서도 물질적 역사로부터는 배제된다. 또한 여성의 타자화는 담론적 차원만 아니라 전통의 핵심을 이루는 유교 이론에서도 나타난다. 지식이란 이론의 정합성 보다 우리가 설정한 목표나 실천적 효과에 얼마나 유용한가에 그 의미가 있다. 유교와 페미니즘에 대한 비판적 해체는 전유와 재개념화의 작업으로 연결될 수 있다. 조건과 맥락 속에서 이론적 범주를 만드는, 이것이 곧 자생적 지식 생산의 기본 원칙이다. This paper tried to find a way of de-colonization of Korean women(feministic) knowledge through de-westernization and de-confucianism. I regard the representative knowledge mechanism of signifying Korean women as confucianism and feminism and criticized its colonial elements. Confucianism with Sino-centrism and feminism with cultural imperialism have been the most influential knowledge systems to women"s life in the pre-modern and modern period. The former is the knowledge which places women as a subsidiary existence for keeping the patriarchy, the latter is the one which makes women a subject for deconstructing the patriarchy. This paper illustrated the procedure of introducing the new knowledges under the international order those days and argued about the concept, theory, and cases of the colonization of women in each knowledge.

정부신뢰의 영향요인 연구: 대통령 신뢰의 매개효과를 중심으로

대통령 신뢰와 정부신뢰의 개념적 구분에도 불구하고, 이들의 관계를 경험적으로 검증하는 실증연구는 많지 않다. 이에 본 연구는 기존 선행연구의 내용을 바탕으로 대통령 신뢰와 정부신뢰의 공통된 영향요인을 개인의 사회정치적 태도, 정부의 사회경제 적·규범적 성과로 범주화하고, 독립변수와 종속변수의 영향관계에 대한 대통령 신뢰의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인의 사회정치적 태도와 사회경제적 불안감을 제외한 모든 사회경제적·규범적 성과 변수들이 대통령 신뢰 및 정부신뢰에 공통되게 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 발견되었다. 둘째, 대통령 신뢰는 국가의 경제상황과 정보공개 투명성에 대한 인식이 정부신뢰에 미치는 영향을 완전매개하는 것으로 검증되었다. 셋째, 국가와 국민의 이익에 대한 정부의 책임과 정책에의 국민의견 반영에 대한 인식은 대통령 신뢰를 부분매개하여 정부신뢰에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 정부가 사회경제적·규범적 성과를 증대시키는 과정에서 대통령의 역할이 중요하고, 국민의 정부신뢰 수준을 향상시키기 위해 책임성, 투명성, 반응성과 같은 규범적 성과에 보다 관심을 기울일 필요가 있다는 것을 시사한다. Although existing studies have recognized the importance of trust in president as a separate variable in understanding public trust in government, there have not been enough empirical studies analyzing their relationships. Considering this gap, this study measures the effect of trust in president upon public trust in government. For a more systematic analysis of the mediating effects of trust in president, this study has categorized common factors affecting both trust in president and trust in government into socio-political attitudes and government’s socioeconomic and normative performances. Our statistical analysis shows that, except for socio-political attitudes and the anxiety about socioeconomic risk, all variables of socioeconomic and normative performance are significantly associated with trust in president and government. Next, trust in president completely mediates the effects of perceptions on both national economic conditions and government’s information disclosure upon public trust in government. On the other hand, trust in president partially mediates the effects of government’s accountability and responsiveness to public opinions upon public trust in government. These results suggest that presidential leadership plays a crucial role in improving government performance perceptions. In addition, our findings imply that the Korean government needs to focus on strategic management to enhance the public confidence in government by improving its normative performance such as accountability, transparency, and responsiveness.

공공성(公共性)의 타자들

공공(公共)의 이름으로 그들은 어떻게 구성되며, 공공성의 확보에 그들이 어떻게 동원되는가. 이 글은 조선사회가 구성한 공공성에서 타자화된 존재들에 주목하였다. 즉 공(公)의 개념이 함축하는 공도(公道) · 공의(公義) · 공론(公論) 등은 구체적으로 어떻게 이해되고 실천되었는가를 두 사례를 통해 살펴보고자 했다. 하나는 사족 여성 김씨의 행실을 빌미로 그 자손들을 관직에서 배제시키는 사대부 관료들의 ‘공론’과 그 성격을 보는 것이다. 여기서 ‘음란 여성’ 김씨는 ‘구성되는’ 타자로서 주요 관직을 놓고 ‘경쟁자’를 배제하기 위한 논리로 활용된다. 다른 하나는 과부가 된 한 사족 여성 이씨의 규방을 감시 · 감독하는 사림들의 의리정신과 그 사회적 실천이 갖는 문제를 살펴볼 것이다. 이 작업은 공(公)의 개념에 내포된 다양한 갈등과 타자성을 드러냄으로써 공공성의 조건을 확보하기 위한 성찰적 자료가 되고자 한다. This paper examined on the problem of the otherness, focusing on how the others were constructed and mobilized by the publicity during the Chosun dynasty. The author attempted to explore the way which the publicity expressed in the name of the public way, the public justice, the public discourse was produced in the Chosun society, centering on the two cases. The first was to reveal the characteristics of public opinion made by male officials who excluded a aristocratic woman(Kim)"s descendants from government office, by arguing that she made a corrupt conducts. Kim was otherized, in other words, "constructed as a obscene woman" by male officials"s competitive desire for government offices. The second was to reveal the essence of loyal spirits and social practices of male officials who tried to observe and supervise a aristocratic widow(Lee)"s living room. In conclusion, this paper attempted to disclose the various conflicts and otherness implied in conception of the publicity.
