그러면 分析을 위한 槪念的 틀을 먼저 간략히 설정하고 그 다음에 최근 한국 大學에서 일어나고 있는 民主化運動을 사례로 들어 교육체제 구성집단간의 役割葛藤 樣相을 검토하기로 한다. 본 발표는 客觀的 方法으로 수집된 實證的 資料를 바탕으로 한 분석이 아니라 個人的 觀察과 經險에 터한 假設設定的 論議임을 전제로 하고자 한다.

湖南地域 士林들의 華陽九曲 探訪과 華陽九曲詩 - 趙鍾悳과 趙愚植을 중심으로 -

Jo, Jongdeok(趙鍾悳1858~1927)and Jo, Usik(趙愚植1869∼1937), two persons’ Jonsa sense(尊師意識) and Jonjudaiui sense(尊周大義意識) in order to firmly practice so they visited Hwayanggugok. And in order to strengthen the sense and to celebrate the visiting they composed Hwayanggugok poems. Jo, Jongdeok(趙鍾德) is a disciple of Uam Song, siyeol(尤庵 宋時烈, 1607~1689)’s 9th descendent, Song, Byeongsun(宋秉珣1839∼1912). Jo, Jongdeok had titled by himself as Sohwadunin(小華遯人) after Gyeong- sulgukchi in 1910 and he lived hidden as he read cannon(經傳) and Jeongjajujaseo(程子朱子書). Jo, Usik(趙愚植) is a disciple of Choi, Ikhyeon(崔益鉉, 1833~1906). Jo, Usik(趙愚植) took part in revolt Japanese movement caused Taein Museongseowon(泰仁 武城書院) in Jeollabukdo in Jan. 25th in 1906 by Choi, Ikhyeon(崔益鉉). Like these, two persons practiced as a action and literature of Jonsa sense(尊師意識) and Jonjudaiui sense(尊周大義意識). These two persons’ Hwayanggugok poems(華陽九曲詩) can be greatly divided into three types of expressing Jonjudaiui sense(尊周大義意識) phases(樣相). At first, it praised certain fact that is made sacred place(聖地) which strengthened Hwayanggugok(華陽九曲) through Jonjudaiui sense(尊周大義意識) by Uam Song, Siyeol. Second, they expressed their inconvenience feelings about frustraiting plan which is revenged(復讐) the dishonor from Cheong(靑) Chinese country. Third, they expressed the sense of yearn(崇慕心) for charity(功德) of Sinjong emperor(神宗皇帝) of Myeong(明) Chinese country. As looking the above search, these persons visited Hwayanggugok and composed Hwayanggugok poem in order to strengthen the intention which practice firmly ‘Jonjudaiui sense’ in late Joseon Japanese colonial era. And they had showed their feelings at Hwayanggugok poem. Like these, they did their duty in their contemporary era as classical scholars so I can put meaning of the contemporary Gugok literary. 趙鍾悳(1858~1927)과 趙愚植(1869∼1937) 두 사람은 尊師意識과 尊周大義意識을 공고히 하고 실천하기 위해 화양구곡을 탐방했다. 그리고 시를 지어 그 의식을 강화 실천하기 위해 화양구곡시를 지었다. 趙鍾德은 尤庵 宋時烈(1607 ~1689)의 9세손 宋秉珣(1839∼1912)의 제자이다. 조종덕은 평생 일곱 번 화양구곡을 탐방했다. 조종덕은 1911년 화양구곡을 탐방했을 때 화양구곡시를 지은 것으로 여겨진다. 조종덕은 1910년 경술국치 이후 小華遯人이라 자칭하고 經傳과 程子朱子書를 탐독하면서 은둔했다. 趙愚植은 崔益鉉(1833~1906)의 제자이다. 趙愚植은 1906년 1월 25일 崔益鉉이 전라북도 泰仁 武城書院에서 발기한 항일운동에 참여했다. 조우식은 1910년 화양구곡을 탐방하고 화양구곡시를 지은 것으로 여겨진다. 이렇듯 두 사람은 기호학파 우암학맥 사림의 제자로 尊師意識과 尊周大義意識을 행동과 문학으로 실천했다. 이 두 사람이 지은 華陽九曲詩에 표출된 尊周大義意識의 形象化 樣相은 크게 세 가지로 나눌 수 있다. 첫째, 尤庵의 尊周大義意識의 聖地化에 대한 讚揚, 둘째, 淸에 대한 復讐雪恥의 좌절에 대한 痛恨, 셋째, 明나라 神宗皇帝의 공덕에 대한 崇慕 등이다. 이렇듯 이들이 화양구곡을 탐방하고 화양구곡시를 지은 이유는 조선말 일제강점기에 ‘존주대의의식’‘항일의지’를 공고히하고 그를 실천하려는 의지를 강화하기 위해서였다. 그리고 그 의식을 화양구곡시에 표출했다. 이로서 그들은 선비로서 자기시대의 도리를 다했다고 그 시대적 구곡문학적 의의를 부여할 수 있다.

고등교육정책과 대학경쟁력 강화방안: 지방사립대학을 중심으로

위기의 대학을 타개하기 위하여 정부는 구조조정을 위한 정책을 강도 높게 추진할 계획을 발표하고 있으며, 그 방안으로 대학재정지원을 차별화하는 정책을 오래전부터 실행하고 있다. 대학의 경쟁력은 곧 국가의 경쟁력이므로 대학의 발전과 성공은 국가발전과 직접적으로 연결되어 있다. 대학발전의 핵심은 교육프로그램을 어떻게 구성하느냐와 프로그램의 활용재원을 어떻게 조달하느냐에 달렸다. 활용재원의 지원정책은 정부의 구조조정에 얼마나 효과적으로 대응하느냐에 따라 달라진다. 등록금수입을 확대하여 대학을 경영하려는 규모의 경제철학도 지났다. 이제 대학도 ‘작고 강한 대학’ 정책을 도입하여 어떠한 경영전략을 수립하는 것이 가장 중요하다. 또한 교육프로그램 및 재정확보를 위한 다양한 전략이 수립되어야 하며, 무엇보다도 국고지원금 확보를 위한 제반정책을 적절히 사용하는 것이 필요하다고 하겠다. 그 대학만이 가지고 있는 장점을 개발하여 적용시켜야 하며 대학혁신의 방향은 차별화로 정하여 강도 높은 구조조정정책을 이루어가야 할 것이다. 본고는 항후 지방대학의 생존전략 및 발전방안의 수립에 필요한 정보를 제공하며, 위기를 헤쳐 나가기 위해서는 새로운 전략과 특성화 방안의 수립에 도움이 될 것이다.

Sb<sub>2</sub>Se<sub>3</sub> is a typical V<sub>2</sub>-VI<sub>4</sub> binary chalcogenide with single phase and fixed composition and recently attracting many interests from many photovoltaic researchers because of its high absorption coefficient, low-cost. In the case of Sb<sub>2</sub>Se<sub>3</sub> solar cells, interfacial engineering of a Sb<sub>2</sub>Se<sub>3</sub> light absorber layer and other component layers such as a metal electrode and an electron transport layer is an important factor to enhance photovoltaic performance of Sb<sub>2</sub>Se<sub>3</sub> solar cells. In this study, we have tried to apply a conformal amorphous ALD TiO<sub>2</sub> thin film as an interfacial protection layer for Sb<sub>2</sub>Se<sub>3</sub> solar cells. Uniformly deposited amorphous ALD TiO<sub>2</sub> thin films were applied to the Sb<sub>2</sub>Se<sub>3</sub> solar cells with the structure of Mo/Sb2Se3/ALD TiO<sub>2</sub>/CdS/ZnO/AZO/Al and we have investigated the possibility of the ALD TiO<sub>2</sub> thin film as an absorber protection layer. 연속체 소성해석에 의한 기둥-보 접합부의 기둥 국부붕괴 내력평가 연구

Steel structures is consist of steel members as using welding or high strength bolt connection, and plate elements which consist steel member can be treated to 2-dimensional elements. In this study, plate elements are treated to 2-dimensional plane-stress or plane-strain problem. Lee(2007) evaluated maximum internal force of L-type joint element for collapse mechanism based on plastic theory. By expanding that, this study tried to evaluate local collapse loads of column at steel structure connection. Objects of this research is connection with a L-type joint element at upper flange and a rib at lower flange by high strength bolt. It is necessary to possess the internal forces exceeding the external forces subjected each member for steel structures so as to display demanded capacity, and this is a premise for design. Maximum internal forces become an index premise plasticity of composed members. In this study, we are going to evaluate local collapse load of column for column-beam moment connection. Yield line theory apply to evaluation of internal forces. Yield line theory originated in plastic analysis of general plates has an advantage which it presents evaluation formula of internal forces.
