        방문요양 요양보호사의 소진 경험에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to derive useful theoretical and practical implications for the prevention and overcoming of burnout of visiting caregivers by conducting a qualitative case study researb on the burnout experience of visiting caregivers. To this end, we analyzed the context in which visiting caregivers experienced relationships with the elderly 65 years of age or older and their family carers for long-term care benefit service, and the dispatched home elderly welfare center. As a result, a total of 12 high-level categories were derived, Which were 'I fell into a suspicious person', 'Fallen self-esteem', 'Visiting caregiver activity I don't want to do anymore', 'Oppressed being', 'In a violent situation Exposure', 'Devaluated care worker', 'Work that is difficult to be recognized as a professional occupation', 'Labor where the boundaries of work are not clear', 'Disappointment with family guardians', 'Social awareness and effort that is not easy to improve', 'Poor treatment of dispatching agencies' and 'Distrust of dispatching agencies'.

        호텔산업의 합리적 수요예측 방법에 관한 연구

        Although quantitative data are available in the hotel industry, traditionally hotel managers tend to predict their room sales based on their simple judgement because of lack of knowledge on quantitative forecasting models. This practice, however, does not guarantee accuracy of their room sales in near future, making hotel yield management difficult. In this respect, this study aims to compare forecasting accuracy between quantitative and qualitative forecasting techniques when predicting hotel room sales. To this end, this study employs quantitative forecasting techniques such as Holt, Winters, and Regression models using actual data of hotel room sales. Then, these forecasts are compared with traditional qualitative forecasts by hotel managers in terms of accuracy. The results of this study indicate that forecasts by quantitative approach were more accurate than traditional qualitative forecasts by hotel managers in terms of hotel room sales. In other words, forecasts by hotel managers were found significantly different from actual room sales. The findings suggest that hotel management should utilize more accurate quantitative forecasting approach than traditional qualitative method when predicting room sales. Furthermore, the Winters Exponential Smoothing model was found to be the most appropriate forecasting method in terms of simplicity and accuracy. Thus, this study also suggest that hotel managers should utilize relatively simple forecasting method of the Winters model in particular when data of room sales depict seasonality.

        소비자 가치가 LOHAS 지향행동에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구

        This research is to design the relation model among the personal value, consumer trends value, hedonic value, and LOHAS value, attitude toward LOHAS and LOHAS-oriented behaviors, and analyze the effect relation in variant factors on the basis of main variances that differentiate LOHAS consumers presented in the LOHAS journal that American Natural Marketing Research Institute publishes. The subjects are the guests who accommodate the top-class hotels and restaurants in Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Gyeongju, Kangwon area. The hypothesis testing and model application on the effect relation among these variances were analyzed appropriate. The results can be summarized as follows through careful discussions. First, after testing the hypothesis that personal value, hedonic value, and LOHAS value has an effect on LOHAS attitude, we found it wrong. Second, after testing the hypothesis that personal value, consumer trends value, hedonic value, and LOHAS value affects LOHAS behavior, we found that LOHAS value and hedonic value has an effect on LOHAS behavior positively in a meaningful level. Third, after testing the hypothesis that personal value, consumer trends value, hedonic value, and LOHAS value affects LOHAS-oriented behavior, we found that LOHAS value and hedonic value has an effect on LOHAS-oriented behavior positively in a meaningful level. Fourth, after testing the hypothesis that LOHAS attitude affects LOHAS-oriented behavior, we found that LOHAS attitude has an effect on LOHAS-oriented behavior positively in a meaningful level.

        호텔기업 최고경영자의 특성이 호텔구성원의 직무만족과 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        최근과 같이 빠르게 변화하는 기업 환경에서 최고경영자의 특성에 따른 전략적 판단은 기업의 성패를 좌우하는 요소가 될 수 있다. 오늘날 많은 학자들이 이 주제에 대하여 많은 연구를 수행하고 발표하는 것은 최고경영자의 특성이 얼마나 중요한 것인가를 잘 말해주고 있는 것이다. 이 연구는 호텔산업에서 호텔최고경영자들의 특성이 구성원의 직무만족과 업무수행력에 어떠한 관계를 가지고 있는가를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구 수행을 위하여 2012년 4월 한 달 동안 특급호텔에 구성원 230명에 대한 설문조사를 통하여 분석하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 호텔경영자의 특성 중 심리적 특성과 업무능력 특성이 구성원의 만족과 업무성과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 심리적 특성 중에서도 위기관리와 불확실성에 대한 심리적 특성이 주요한 요소인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 업무능력 특성에서는 위기관리기술, 조정감각, 부하육성능력이 유의한 요소인 것으로 나타났다. 기업의 문화를 형성하고 조직의 성과를 결정짓는 최고경영자의 리더십은 비전과 목표달성을 위한 조직 내 구성원들의 행동에도 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 최고경영자의 특성에 따른 호텔구성원의 직무만족과 업무성과와의 관계에 관한 상세한 자료를 담고 있다. In this competitive business environment the characteristics of hotel Chief Executive Officers(CEOs) are important elements for any firm to survive and to take competitive advantage. Many scholars are now undertaking researches on this issue in order to find key factors or variables impacting employee job satisfaction and management performance. This study aimed on hotel industry and tried to find the relationship among the CEO’s characteristics, job satisfaction and management performance. Hotel employee in five star hotel in Korea were randomly surveyed for a month of April 2012. Total 203 observations out of 230 were included for analysis. According to this study, in the way of hotel CEO’s characteristics affecting job satisfaction and management performance, CEO’s characteristic in psychology and capability appeared to be key variables. More specifically, actions taking risks and patience to uncertain situations appeared to have statistical significance among psychological characteristic variables. CEO’s risk management skills, sense of control, competence to cultivate predecessor have statisticaliy significant effect on job satisfaction and management performance among ability characteristic variables. This study provides an information for hotel CEOs to enrich higher job satisfaction of the hotel employee and management performance in hotel business.

        호텔불만고객에 대한 보상이 고객만족과 신뢰, 그리고 재방문의사에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of service recovery efforts in the hotel business. This study tested if there is any significant effect of service recovery on consumers` revisiting intentions. Specifically this study identified the level of satisfaction for tangible and intangible rewards and its impact on service satisfaction, trust, and revisiting intentions. The intermediate effect of trust variable was also identified. In Busan, Ulsan, and Changwon 262 observations who have unsatisfied experiences were surveyed. Results show that there are several critical factors impacting on service recovery. First, both tangible and intangible rewards significantly influencing the service recovery but only intangible reward impact on the trust. It means that intangible rewards including kind attitude, sufficient apology, full understanding in the gust`s shoes are better effect on improving trust. This trust leads more intention to visit after assuring the service quality. This study found customers` trust impacts on their revisiting positively. They revisit and build another level of trust. According to this study the trust cannot be achieved without proper level of rewards program intangible. It is imperative to have progressive rewards and strong recovery strategies to retain regular customers when a company failed to meet their expectation.

        호텔기업간 전략적 제휴동기가 제휴결정요소와 운영상태 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Strategic alliance between corporations is considered to be one of the competitive methods to survive in the recent business environment. This study attempted to find questions for what kind of variables influenced business performance according to strategic alliance between hotel corporations, and clarified the effects of motivation of strategic alliance on decisive factors, operation conditions, and business performance empirically. This study carried out a survey for employees working at the five-star, the first and second class hotels located in Seoul. In this paper, a hypothesis test for the questionnaires are configured by default, whether or not to have internal consistency reliability test was conducted to investigate the concept feasibility to measure the validity through correlation analysis were analyzed. For hypothesis testing and correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis Analytical techniques, such as was used. The expectation about contribution to a market share and sales expansion was the major motivation of strategic alliance between hotel corporations. It was also found that the trust, cooperation, and information sharing between partners were main important causes in decisive factors of strategic alliance. The results of this study provide a firm planning to take any form of strategic alliance information regarding the variables influenced business performance according to strategic alliance between hotel corporations so that they can manage those variables. Further, this study provides necessary information to make strategic marketing policy through analyzing relationships among motivation of strategic alliance, decisive factors, operation conditions, and business performance empirically.

      • 소아에 발생한 척수신경초종 2례

        Neurilemmoma is the most frequent solitary tumor of the peripheral nerves, but it is extremely rare in children. It arises from Schwann cells, and has usually benign nature. There is suprisingly good recovery after total removal of the mass in patients with preoperative neurologic deficits. We experienced two cases of neurilemmoma in the spinal cord and report it with a review of the literature.
