        패싯 분석 기법을 활용한 건설 시소러스 구축 방안에 관한 연구

        전통적으로 건설 산업 분야는 패싯 분석 기법을 활용한 대표적인 영역 중의 하나이다. 국제적으로 분류체계인 "건설정보통합분류법(Uniclass)"이나 시소러스인 "건설산업시소러스(Construction Industry Thesaurus, CIT)" 등에서 패싯 분석 기법을 적용하고 있다. 국내의 경우, 분류체계인 "건설정보분류체계" 등에 활용되고 있으나 시소러스에서의 패싯 분석 기법의 연구나 구축 사례는 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 연구의 목적은 패싯 분석 기법을 활용한 건설 분야의 정보검색을 위한 시소러스의 구축을 상정하여 패싯 유형을 확립하고, 패싯 분석 기법에 따른 건설 분야 시소러스의 구축 방안을 제시하는데에 있다. 기본 패싯으로 최상위 10개의 패싯(주체 및 수동체, 인공물, 추상물, 재료, 부품/구성요소, 공종, 속성, 매체, 프로세스, 공간, 시간)과 하위 20개의 패싯을 설립하고, 국제표준(ISO 25964-1)이 제시하고 있는 시소러스 구축 절차에 따른 구축 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 패싯 기반 시소러스의 적용뿐만 아니라 향후 택사노미나 온톨로지 등에서의 재활용 및 건설 분야의 분류체계 등과의 상호운용성에 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대하고 있다. Traditionally, the construction industry field is one of the typical fields using facet analysis method. Internationally the facet analysis method is applied to the classification scheme "Uniclass" or thesaurus "Construction Industry Thesaurus(CIT)". In the case of Korea, the facet analysis method is being used in classification scheme "Construction Industry Classification System" but it is difficult to find studies on facet analysis method in thesaurus or building case study. This study aims to establish facet types by introducing building of thesaurus for information retrieval in construction field using facet analysis method and to suggest building plan of thesaurus in construction field using facet analysis method. In this paper, We establish the 11 top facets(agent/patient, artifacts, abstract, material, parts/component, works, attribute, media, process, space, time) and the 13 subfacet as rudimental facets and suggest building plan according to thesaurus building procedure which is suggested by International Standard(ISO 25964-1). The result of this study is expected to apply to facet based thesaurus. And it is also expected to reuse in Taxonomy or Ontology etc. and to use in interoperability with the classification scheme of Construction filed.

        문헌정보학분야의 외국학술잡지 이용빈도와 이용분포에 관한 연구 - 박사학위 논문을 중심으로 -

        도서관은 학술잡지의 종류의 증가와 구독비용의 상승으로 인하여 이들을 구독하는데 곤란을 겪고 있다. 인용문헌 분석은 학술잡지를 평가하는 한 방법이다. 본 연구는 학술잡지 평가방법을 보완하기 위하여 서울소재 대학에서 수여된 문헌정보학분야의 박사학위논문을 대상에서 이용된 참고문헌과 학술잡지에 대하여 이용빈도와 이용분포를 연구한 것이다. 예산적 측면에서 인용문헌의 분포를 통한 학술잡지의 선택과 취소는 도서관에 매우 유용한 방법이다. 그러나 도서관은 단지 한가지 방법으로 학술잡지를 평가하여서는 곤란하고 여러 가지의 평가방법을 복합적으로 적용하여야 한다. The Libraries are face to difficult of academic journal subscription for the increasing price of journal and the increasing number of journal. Bibliographic citation analysis is one of method of evaluating the use of a journal collection. This study is used bibliographic use and scatting of foreign academic journal in Library and Information Science found in doctorial dissertation of graduate students in Seoul city, for serve to complement another method of journal evaluation. Journal selection and cancellation may be done on the basis to dispersion of journal citation to usefulness of journal subscription in the library budget. But the library should not rely on one single evaluation technique, it should take advantage of combination technique.

        해외 광물자원개발 프로젝트 파이낸스 수출모델분석

        Korea is one of countries with least natural resources which depends on import for 97% of energy. Without securing minerals steadily, Korea economy cannot sustain growth. In the late 2000s, the rise of global resource development boom made Korean companies participate in equity investment and EPC contracts as well as offtake contracts. The objective of this study is to present the key factors to structure mining project finance successfully by examining risk profiles of two mining projects, e.g. Roy Hill iron ore mining project and Ambatovy nickel mining project. This paper examines risk mitigants to enhance bankability and a tentative performance of the two projects. The findings in the case analysis show that so long as a comprehensive completion risk mitigation package acceptable to lenders is structured, it is possible to successfully finance large-scale integrated mining projects on a limited-recourse PF basis without a full sponsor completion guarantee. The key factors are experienced sponsors, fixed price turnkey EPC contract and ramp-up phase cashflow sharing arrangements. Other customary factors in this type of financing are also effective. The study also shows that due to cost overruns, turn-key EPC contractor of the Roy Hill and Ambatovy sponsors providing completion guarantee recorded a significant loss. The study recommends that Korean firms should analyse the risk profile precisely and bear the risk within their control. They are required to build global capabilities in high value-added consulting services in the area of legal, finance, engineeringand environment. Furthermore, the studyproposes that Government have a consistent policies toencourage private sectors toinvest inminingprojects. Considering industrial characteristics, both public and private sectors require a long-term perspective to turn failures into opportunities.

        한국과 일본 화학산업에서 사업 포트폴리오와 R&D가 경영성과에 미치는 영향

        The Korean chemical industry has been one of the heavy industrial sectors to boost Korean economy during the past three decades. In the early 2010s, the Korean chemical firms faced significant challenges due to global overcapacity and rising competition from China and Middle East countries. The current downturn of Korean chemical industry comes from internal factors on strategic choice, not from global business cycle. In September of 2016, Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy recommended the necessity of cutting the production of four items - Terephthalic acid(TPA), polystyrene(PS), synthetic rubber(SBR) and PVC. Meanwhile, in 1959, Japan, known as the Triad with the US and Western Europe controlled the global chemical industry. However, by the 1990s, with the emergence and growth of companies based in Korea, Taiwan and China, Japan struggled through a lost decade that continued into the 2000s. Although Japanese chemical companies have lagged behind companies in the West in adjusting to new business realities, many companies have already taken significant steps to increase their competitive advantage through restructuring, consolidation and new research. Industry level change inevitably requires a company to fundamentally rethink its strategy and business model. What is the value strategy for the Korean chemical firms to sustain their competitive advantages under uncertainty associated with a strategic infection point (SIP)? A SIP is a critical period during which major threats as well as new opportunities come about. This paper addresses this key question by examining the following issues. Firstly, our study diagnoses whether the current chemical industry in Korea and Japan confronts a SIP on the basis of adapted seven forces model consisting of market forces - the five forces framework of traditional industry analysis and complementors - as well as nonmarket forces associated with technology and government regulation. Secondly, we examine the different adaptation strategies between the most profitable and non-profitable chemical companies in Korea and Japan in light of segment portfolio and R&D using case studies. Lastly, we conduct an empirical study to classify Korean and Japanese chemical companies into three groups by application of cluster analysis. Segment portfolio and R&D are of interest as independent variables because they have been linked to value creation, whereas operating income, as a dependent variable is an external signal to indicate each firm`s financial performance. The data set used in descriptive statistics and cluster analysis comes from DART (Data Analysis, Retrieval and Transfer System) and annual reports of 44 Korean and Japanese chemical firms from 2000 to 2016. Our results show that there exists a significant gap of operating income among three groups, i.e. a high performance group makes known by diversifying segment portfolio into high value-added specialty materials with strong R&D capability. This group consists of most Japanese firms specialized in chemical materials. However, no Korean firm was found there. Our findings suggest that Korean chemical firms are called for in the process of strategic transformation to improve portfolio with value-added specialty by enhancing in-house R&D capability and acquiring specialty business. In order to step out of the pending crisis, Korean chemical companies should shift their growth strategy paradigm in the global market. A SIP signals the timing to change. Transformation involves rapidly and radically changing each firm`s strategy. A key task of top management is to recognize ambiguous and conflicting signals of a SIP, adapt to a new business model and develop new value strategy. Their new resolve must be followed by changes in resource allocation. It is expected that this study can be applied to other heavy industries, e.g. shipbuilding, automobile and steel that underpinned Korea`s past growth.

        삼릉(三稜)이 자궁경부암세포(子宮頸部癌細胞)(HeLa cell)의 Apoptosis에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Purpose: This study is to examine the ability of Rhizoma Scirpi (RS) to induce HeLa cell viability. Methods: We culture HeLa cell which is human metrocarcinoma cell in D-MEM included 10% fetal bovine serum(Hyclone Laboratories) below 37℃, 5% CO2. Then we observed apoptosis of log phage cell which is changed cultivation liquid 24 Hours periodically. Results: 1. RS induces mitochondria membrane potential collapse. 2. P38 MAPK is involved in RS-induced death in HeLa cells. 3. P38 MAPK is involved in RS-induced apoptosis in HeLa cells. 4. P38 MAPK reguates RS-induced caspase-3, -8 and -9 activation in HeLa cells. 5. The inhibition of caspase regulates RS-induced cell death in HeLa cells. 6. RS induces mitochondria membrane potential collapse in HeLa cells. 7. P38 MAPK is involved in the regulation of Bcl-2 and Bax in HeLa cells. 8. RS regulates the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in HeLa cells. 9. SR induces p38 MAPK activation in HeLa cells. Conclusion: RS induces apoptosis in HeLa cells via p38 MAPK activation.
