수신 빔형성 프리앰블을 이용한 송수신 빔형성 기반 OFDMA/TDD 시스템

It is well-known that mobile communication systems are usually limited in their performance and capacity by three major impairments, which are multipath fading, delay spread and co-channel interference (CCI). OFDMA (OFDM-FDMA) system can cope with the multipath fading and delay spread easily due to the beneficial properties of OmM technology. Though OFDMA scheme avoids intra-cell interference using the orthogonality among subcarriers, the scheme contains difficulty of reducing co-channel interference. Therefore, in this paper, adaptive antenna techniques are deployed into OFDMA/TDD system to minimize the co-channel interference induced by adjacent cells and to enhance the uplink performance. For the improvement of downlink performance, we apply TxAA (Transmit Adaptive Array), a kind of transmit diversity technique, utilizing preamble symbols for training antenna may into OFDMA/TDD transmitter side. Simulation results show that the uplink and downlink performance under multipath Rayleigh fading channel improved 9dB and 7dB each compared with the case of single antenna system at target BER $10^{-3}$ . 이동 통신 시스템의 성능은 다중 경로 페이딩, 지연 확산 및 동일 채널 간섭 (Co-Channel Interference CCI)에 크게 영향을 받는다. OFDMA (OFDM-FDMA) 시스템은 OFDM 의 특성상 다중 경로 페이딩 및 지연 확산에 쉽게 대처할 수 있다. 또한 OFDMA 시스템은 서브 캐리어 간에 유지되는 직교성을 이용하여 셀 내의 간섭을 피할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있지만, 인접 셀로부터 오는 CCI를 감소시키는 면에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인접 셀로부터의 CCI 를 감소시키고 상향 링크의 성능을 향상시키기 위하여, 배열 안테나 기술을 OFDM/TDD 시스템에 적용한다. 또한 하향링크의 성능을 향상시키기 위하여, 배열 안테나의 적응을 위한 프리앰블 심볼 구간동안 채널을 추정한 후, 이 값을 이용하여 하향 링크 전송시 송신 다이버서티 기법의 하나인 TxAA (Transmit Adaptive Array) 방식을 적용하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과에 의하면 다중 경로 레일레이 페이딩 채널에서 단일 안테나 시스템에 비하여 $10^{-3}$ BER에서 상향링크는 9dB, 하향 링크는 7dB 정도 성능이 개선됨을 알 수 있다.
『傷寒論』 辨病診斷體系에 근거하여 吳茱萸湯을 투여한 편두통 증례 및 하지불안증후군 증례 각 1례

Objective : This study was intended to evaluate if treatment with Osuyu-Tang following the disease pattern identification diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions (DPIDS) worked analyzing the progress of patients with migraine and restless legs syndrome and to reinterpret the provision of 309 Soyinbing Osuyu-Tang based on the analysis of whether it worked. Methods : Two cases treated with Soyinbing Osuyu-Tang were analyzed using DPIDS. The migraine and restless legs syndrome in both cases were evaluated using the migraine disability assessment (MIDAS) and the Korean versions of the international restless legs scale (K-IRLS), respectively. Results : In the first case, during 45 days of treatment, the MIDAS decreased from 10 days to 3 days. In the second case, during 30 days of treatment, the K-IRLS decreased from 30 to 9. In both cases, Soyinbing was associated with the disease, although the activity was less; and Leng (冷) was associated with numbness in the kneeling position. Conclusions : It was confirmed that treatment with Osuyu-Tang was effective against migraine and restless legs syndrome and that Leng could be associated with numbness in the kneeling position. The etymological analysis of the Shanghanlun characters suggested the possibility of further clarifying the clinical significance and interpretation of Shanghanlun.
『상한론(傷寒論)』 변병진단체계(辨病診斷體系)에 근거하여 오령산을 투여한 월경통 치험 1례

Objective : This case report aims to show the effect of Oryeong-san on dysmenorrhea. the patient was diagnosed with Taeyang-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, the patient was diagnosed with Taeyang-byung and has over-worked since she had been sick. So she took Oryeong-san decoction for 1 month. We evaluated the results of treatment by Visual Analogue Scale and Moos Menstrual Questionnaire. Results : After taking Oryeong-san decoction for 1 month, the symptoms of patients improved. Conclusions : This case report sowed and effectiveness of using Oryeong-san according to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on dysmenorrhea.
