세그먼트 시공오차에 따른 이음부 지수재별 방수성능 평가

The interest in the use of shield TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) on the tunnel excavation has been increased rapidly in Korea. The shield TBM tunnel is generally designed as non-drainage tunnel. Consequently, if water leakage through the segment joints happens, big problems on the usage and stability of tunnel can be occurred. In this study, the variation of waterproof capacity of hydrophilic rubber waterstop and gasket, respectively by the construction error and excessive displacement of segment was studied. The test results show that hydrophilic rubber waterstop has favorable on the offset, however unfavorable on the gap. On the other hand, gasket has unfavorable on the offset, however favorable on the gap. 최근 국내에서는 쉴드 TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine)을 이용한 터널 굴착에 대한 관심이 크게 증가하고 있다. 쉴드 TBM 터널은 비배수 터널로써 세그먼트 이음부에서 누수가발생할 경우에는 터널의 사용성 및 안정성에 문제가 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 쉴드 TBM 터널의 세그먼트 시공 시 시공오차 및 세그먼트 과다변형에 의한 수팽창 지수재 및 가스켓각각의 방수 성능을 검토하였다. 실험결과, 수팽창 지수재는 엇갈림에 대해서는 대응성이좋으나, 틈새 간격에 대해서는 대응성이 불리한 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 가스켓은 틈새간격에 대해서는 대응성이 좋으나, 엇갈림에 대해서는 대응성이 불리한 것으로 나타났다.
Effectiveness of One-Sided Gasket Waterproofing System

The application of shield Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) is steadily increasing in downtown areas. Since segments are used in shield TBM, gaskets are mostly required for the waterproofingsystem. Each of the two facing segments has a gasket attached to it, and the two gaskets are pressed tightly together. However, construction errors such as offsets and gaps may cause water leakage during the segment assembly process. In this study, a new waterproofing system was developed that ensures higher waterproofing performance while essentially eliminating the offset effect by putting a gasket on only one side rather than both sides. To investigate the effectiveness of the new system, waterproofing performance tests were conducted, and the results of the existing system were compared with those of the new system. The results of the existing system showed that, when the offset exceeded 5 mm, the gaskets rapidly became vulnerable to leakage regardless of the gap. However, the new system showed that adequate waterproofing performance could be acquired when the height of the gasket was secured above a certain level. Finally, it was found that the new system proposed in this study was relatively superior to the existing system.
수도권 지하철 차량의 운전자세 및 운전실 의자에 대한 인간공학적 평가

지속적인 집중력을 요구하는 지하철 승무원의 육체적·정신적 피로는 시민의 안전과 편의를 위해 관리되어야 할 주요 요인이다. 본 연구에서는 승무원 인터뷰를 통해 작업 관련 피로의 원인으로 장시간 운전 자세와 의자를 평가대상으로 선정하고 수도권을 운행하는 9개 차종, 248개 의자에 대해 인간공학적 평가를 수행하였다. 그 결과 노출비중이 가장 높은 핸들을 조작하는 자세에서 어깨(3/9, 33.3%)와 팔꿈치(7/9, 77.8%)에서 불안정한 작업자세가 나타났다. 의자는 한국인 인체 특성을 고려하여 좌면과 팔걸이 기준, 안정성과 고장 여부 등을 평가하였다. 평가 항목중 가장 먼저 개선되어야 할 문제점은 기능 불량과 고장(45/248, 18.1%)이었으며, 어깨와 팔꿈치에 가해지는 부담을 줄이기 위해 팔걸이의 효용성을 향상시켜야 할 것으로 나타났다. 운전실 설계 시 조작반, 의자 및 작업 특성, 승무원 인체 특성 등 인간공학적 요인이 종합적으로 고려되고 이에 대한 실제 승무원의 의견이 피드백, 개선 조치가 된다면 승무원의 보건과 피로가 관리되고 나아가 안전사고 예방에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. The physical and mental fatigue of subway drivers, who require constant concentration, is a factor that needs to be managed for the safety and convenience of citizens. In this study, long-term driving posture and chairs were selected as evaluation targets as causes of work-related fatigue through driver interviews; ergonomic evaluation was performed on 248 chairs of 9 vehicle models operating in the metropolitan area from 2017 to 2020. As a result, unstable working posture was found in the shoulder (3/9, 33.3%) and elbow (7/9, 77.8%) in the posture of manipulating the handle, which activity had the highest proportion of exposure. The chairs were evaluated for seat and armrest standards, stability, and malfunctions in consideration of Korean human body characteristics. Among the evaluation items, the first problems to be improved were malfunction and breakdown (45/248, 18.1%), and it was found that the effectiveness of the armrest should be improved to reduce the burden on the shoulder and elbow. When ergonomic factors such as operation panel, chair and work characteristics, and human body characteristics are comprehensively considered when designing the cab, the health and fatigue of the driver can be managed and improvements can contribute to the prevention of safety accidents.

Objective: The aim of this study is to make practical application in the field through the procedural and methodological suggestion. Background: As a result of several risk factor investigation of musculoskeletal burdens, efforts have been made to supplement the system. There are some areas that have not been improved, and many researchers have raised problems and improvement directions. But worker’s interest has been lowered as a number of investigation have been repeatedly surveyed. This is because the investigation is not practical aid and it is a formal process. Method: This study summarizes the procedural and methodological aspects of the problems that have been raised in the past and suggests ways to improvement compared with the current situation. As needed we have tried to application by bringing up empirical methodology. Conclusion: The Participatory system has been strengthened recently, procedure and methodology for each step were presented. Application: The results of this study will be helpful as a practical guide to investigate musculoskeletal burdens which are realistic help regardless of industry.

최근 인식 분야에서 많은 관심을 간고 있는 SVM(Support Vector Machines)은 여러 분야에서 자주 응용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현대의 복잡한 교통 상황에서 차량의 정보를 알 수 있는 가장 중요한 요소인 차량 번호판을 인식하는데 있어서 SVM을 이용한 번호판 위치를 찾는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 기술은 입력된 영상에서 정확하게 차량 번호판 부분만을 찾아내며, 실험을 통하여 제안한 기법에 대한 결과를 알아본다.
