Paratracheal air cysts are rare lesions and detected incidentally during CT scan or autopsy. Histopathologic diagnoses of paratracheal air cysts include trachocele, tracheal diverticulum and lymphoepithelial cyst. The cysts are lined by ciliated columnar epithelium and have communication with trachea. Previous reports suggested an association with obstructive lung disease because of increased expiratory pressures in these patients. Most of these cysts are asymptomatic but rarely cause productive cough, wheezing, recurrent laryngeal nerve paralysis and difficult intubation. We report a case of paratracheal air cyst causing dyspnea with a review of literature.

4세대 방사광: 엑스선 자유전자레이저

An X-ray Free Electron laser facility (PAL-XFEL) has been built in Pohang Accelerator Laboratory to provide X-ray FEL radiations for photon users. The machine consists of a 10 GeV normalconducting S-band linear accelerator and two undulator beamlines. The hard and soft X-ray beamlines will provide FEL radiations with wavelengths of 0.6 to 0.1 nm and 4.5 to 1 nm, respectively. Beam commissioning of PAL-XFEL is ongoing and user service will start in 2017. In this report, the PAL-XFEL layout and the working principle are discussed.

온라인 쇼핑몰 서비스품질 측정도구 개발에 관한 연구

  현재 온라인 쇼핑몰 서비스품질에 대한 측정은 주로 전통적인 오프라인 서비스업의 서비스품질 측정도구인 SERVQUAL에 기초로 하였기 때문에 온라인 쇼핑몰 서비스의 특성을 반영할 수 없는 실정이다. 이 연구는 서비스품질 차원에 관한 기존 연구에 대한 통합적인 고찰과 실증분석을 통해서, 기존연구에서 간과되었던 개인화된 상호작용과 온라인 커뮤니티 활동에 해당되는 고객간 상호작용을 온라인 서비스품질의 하위차원으로 도출하고, 신뢰성과 타당성이 확보된 온라인 쇼핑몰 서비스품질 측정도구를 개발하였다. 이 연구에서 개발한 측정도구로 소비자 조사를 실시하여 고객들의 불만족 사항을 개선하고, 소비자들이 중요시하는 서비스 속성들을 찾아내어 서비스 차별화와 시장세분화의 기준으로 삼을 수 있으며, 또한 서비스품질의 결과변수에 대한 서비스품질 차원별 영향력의 크기를 분석하여 자원배분의 합리성과 효율성을 향상시키는데 사용할 수 있다.   The scale for service quality of off-line shopping mall is now the basis for evaluating the service quality of on-line shopping mall, so the characteristics of on-line shopping mall can not be showed. This study develops a scale for service quality of on-line shopping mall through a comprehensive and empirical study on the service quality of traditional and on-line service industry. This scale can be used in customers" investigation to find out service attributes that is thought to be important by customers, and can also be used in market segmentation and in analyzing the influence of dimensions of service quality.

박길룡의 주가(住家)계획에서 외부영역의 역할변화에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to analyze the arrangement of rooms in Park Gil-ryong’s housing plans to understand the changing role of outer space. Architect Park published diverse housing plans in Korean newspapers and maganzines. Out of them, this study attempts to clarify the mutual relationship between the outer space and the room arrangement.

연구논문 : 지역공동체 의식 형성이 지역의 원전수용성에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

In corporate management, the importance of interested parties is growing, but out of many interested parties, local community is lesser of an issue among them. However, in specific industry, especially in the repulsive industry which causes environmental problems, establishing a relation with the local community is more important than any other subject matter. Hence, this study, through the case of nuclear industrywhich is the typical repulsive industry, has substantiated the fact that securing a long term trust between the corporation and the local community through social responsibility activity is a key factor to success in this industry. As for the nuclear industry, local acceptance is widely perceived as a key factor in determining the success, and in the previous study regarding the local acceptance, trust, perceived economic benefit and perceived risk on the NPP are recognized as the key variables which have influence on local acceptance on NPP. In this study, by analyzing the effect of community awareness on NPP acceptance and its influence factors, effectiveness of “local community management strategy (long term trust development between the corporation and local community)”was considered. Based on the result of a survey of 800 local residents fromthe locations of NPPs, community awareness had an indirect influence on NPP acceptance, and direct influence on trust in NPP operation institution, perceived economic benefit, and risk perception, which verified that forming a community awareness between the corporation and the local community is an important factor for the success of nuclear industry. In other words, it has shown that development of a long term trust between the corporation and the community will have positive influence on understanding of the industry and expansion of the support base, and thatwill increase the business acceptance.

한국수력원자력의 지역공동체 경영을 통한 원전 지역수용성 제고 전략

한국수력원자력은 수력과 원자력 그리고 신재생에너지를 발전원으로 하여 국가 전력의 약 32%를 공급하고 있는 국내 최대의 발전사업자이다. 특히 원자력발전분야에서 국내 유일의 사업자로서 독점적 지위를 보유하고 있다. 한국 수력원자력은 ``전력산업구조개편법``에 의거 한국전력으로부터 독립하여 성장해 왔으며, 독립 당시 16기였던 원자력발 전소는 현재 21기로 증가되었다. 한국수력원자력은 값싼 전력을 안정적으로 공급하여 국가경제 발전에 기여하고자 하는 사업목적에도 불구하고 원자력발전에 대한 수용성, 특히 지역수용성 저하로 사업추진에 많은 시련을 겪어왔다. 이에 2005년부터 지역수용성 제고를 위한 ``지역공동체 경영``을 전사적으로 추진하여 지역사회에 대한 투자 확대와 지역과의 공생공영 방안 추진, 커뮤니케이션 강화를 통하여 가시적인 지역수용성 증진 효과를 거두었다. 이러한 성 공의 배경에는 ``기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)``의 경영흐름을 적극적으로 수용하여 지속가능성장을 추구하려는 경영전략 이 밑받침 되었다. 하지만 2011년 3월, 일본 후쿠시마 원전사고로 인해 한국수력원자력의 이러한 전략은 새로운 도 전에 직면하게 되었다. KHNP(Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power) is the largest electricity generation corporation domestically which provides approximately 32% of the national electricity demands through the hydro, nuclear, and new & renewable energy. Especially, being the one and only corporation in the nuclear power generation industry nationally, it holds a monopolistic position. Based on ``The Act on Promotion of Restructuring of the Electric Power Industry``, KHNP spun off from KEPCO, and the number of NPP(Nuclear Power Plant) increased from 16 to 21 since the independence. Despite its enormous economical contribution by providing electricity safely at low cost, KHNP has suffered hardships in business due to the downslide of public acceptance, especially the local acceptance, on nuclear generation. Hence, the ``partnership management with local community`` for the improvement of the local acceptance was promoted company- wide since the year 2005, promoting the expansion of investment on local community, measures of symbiosis and co-prosperity with the local community, and consolidation of communication; through of which, tangible effects were obtained. The management strategy to promote a sustainable growth by actively accepting the management flow of ``CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility)`` was in the background of this success. However, such strategy by KHNP has faced a new challenge since the NPP accident of Hukushima in march, 2011.

확률지배분석을 응용한 가구별 소득에 따른 소매점포 유형별 이용도 분석

By using the data on family income and retail-type patronage patterns collected in Kwangju in September. 1997, this study reveals that such statistical methods relying upon summary statistics as regression, ANOVA, and cross-tabulation can result in conclusions conflicting with one another. This study proposes the stochastic dominance method which directly compares a set of cumulative distribution functions as an alternative. Applying different dominance criteria appropriate to each other, it compares Goldman`s(1975) and Hirschman`s(1978) hypotheses by using the data mentioned above. It has found differences in dominant retail store types between adults` apparels(department stores dominating) and foods(traditional markets and neighborhood stores dominating) as Hirschman predicted. However, as Goldman suggested, the rich patron department stores more than the poor, while the poor use discount stores more than the rich for adults` apparels.
