십전대보탕과 육미지황탕이 실험동물의 모체에 미치는 생식독성학적 연구

Introduction : The experiments was undertaken to evaluate the effects of herbal medicine, Sibjeondaebotang, Yugmijihwangtang, in pregnant rats and fetuses. Female Sprague-Dawley rats were orally administered with the Sibjeondaebotang, Yugmijihwangtang at dose of 5mg/kg/day for 20 days. Pregnant rats were sacrificed at 20th day of gestation, and observed internal and reproductive organs. Approximately live fetuses in the 20th day of gestation were randomly selected and fixed in 95% ethanol. To observe skeletal malformations, fetuses were stained with alcian blue and alizarin red S. Effect on pregnant rats : Maternal body weight of Sibjeondaebotang, Yugmijihwangtang treated group has a tendency to increase compared to that of control group. There were no significant difference in internal and reproductive organs. There were no significant changes between two groups in blood chemistry and hematological values. There were no significant changes in number of corpus luteum, implantation, live fetuses and implantation rate, delivery rate, and sex ratio. But Yugmijihwangtang administered group showed higher early resorption rate than the control group(p<0.05). Also Sibjeondaebotang administered group showed higher late resorption rate than the control group(p<0.05). From the sex ratio, number of females, bigger than number of males in the control group, and more males than females in Yugmijihwangtang administered group(p<0.05).

국내에는 2018년 3월 ISO 45001:2018 규격이 도입되어 운영 중에 있으나 안전보건경영시스템은 운영조 직의 안전관리정책과 실제 이행 사이의 괴리감과 구성원들의 낮은 안전의식으로 인해 크게 성과를 보여주지 못하 고 있다. 특히 중소기업에서는 인력 및 비용의 부족과 시스템에서 요구하는 다양한 프로세스 실행 및 성과관리의 어려움으로 인해 제대로 이행하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 문헌연구와 IPA(Importance- Performance Analysis) 기법이 적용된 설문조사 분석을 통해 ISO 45001 안전보건경영시스템의 인증유지 활동의 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 안전한 근로환경의 조성 및 지속적인 안전관리방 안 수립에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. In Korea, the safety and health management system ISO 45001:2018 standard was introduced in March 2018 and is in operation, but the system has not shown significant results because the gap between the operating organization's safety management policy and the actual implementation is large and the safety awareness of its members is low. In particular, it is not properly implemented due to the lack of manpower and costs and difficulties in executing various processes and performance management required by the system in small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, in this study, we analyse the problems of the certification maintenance activities of the ISO 45001 and present improvement measures through survey analysis applied the IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) technique with literature research. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to contribute to the creation of a safe working environment and the establishment of continuous safety management plans.

Results : Neonatal body weight and number of fetus of Sibjeondaebotang, Yugmijihwangtang group were increased to those of control group. The fetuses treated with Sibjeondaebotang, Yugmijihwangtang didn't showed external malformation. Vertebral and sternal skeletal variations were observed in Sibjeondaebotang, Yugmijihwangtang administered group, but compared to the control, those skeletal variations were insignificant. There were no significant changes in number of ribs, cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacral and caudal vertebrae Conclusion : From these results, it can be concluded that Sibjeondaebotang, Yugmijihwangtang shows no toxicity effects on fetus body weight and number of live fetuses. Although skeletal variations were shown in vertebrate and sternum, Sibjeondaebotang, Yugmijihwangtang did not show significant changes in bone malformation.
공공기관의 인권영향평가가 인권 리스크 개선 및 인권존중의식 향상에 미치는 영향

The government has recently introduced the human rights management system of public institutions in accordance with the OECD guidelines for multinational corporations and the UN guidelines for business and human rights implementation. For this reason, public institutions receive a human rights impact assessment to be reflected in the institutional management evaluation based on the human rights management manual of public institutions issued by the National Human Rights Commission of Korea. Human rights impact assessment is an institution’s management activities that identify and evaluate actual and potential human rights risks in advance and is divided into institutional and business operations. The institutional operation evaluation is conducted in 10 areas, including human rights management system, employment, labor rights, industrial safety, supply chain, and local residents’ protection, and the project operation evaluation is conducted by itself or by a specialized institution by selecting main projects and fields that can affect human rights of stakeholders. This study compares and analyzes the results of the human rights impact assessment of public institutions and specialized institutions and derives how much they contribute to improving human rights risk and respect for human rights, and what will be improved in the future. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to be of great help in the introduction and internalization of the human rights management system of public institutions.

The treatment of scar contracture has a relatively long history in the department of plastic surgery. Flap surgery, including Z-plasty and skin graft has been a common surgical modality for the treatment of scar contracture. However, the 'deficiency' of the tissue is basically responsible for the limitations of this treatment. The concept of tissue expansion has contributed to the solution of tissue deficiency and thus tissue expansion is currently widely used for various purposes in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Nevertheless, tissue expansion has not yet clearly solved the problems in cases of seven deficiency of surrounding normal tissues, or in cases of multiple and diffuse scar contracture. We have tried to 'expand the scar tissue' to overcome these limitations. The authors 'several decades of experience in tissue expansion has taught us to find the usefulness of incidentally expanded scar tissues. Thirty-one patients with scar contracture urderwent expansion of surrounding normal and/or scar tissues, including 5 cases of pure scar tissue expansion. The postoperative results were satisfactory with a minimal complication rate. In conclusion, scar tissue expansion was usefully applicable for the scar contracture with no surrounding normal tissues. Scar tissue could be expanded safely and sufficiently, designed to various flaps, and the flap survival was reasonable. The functional and aesthetic quality of the scar tissue seems to improve following tissue expansion. In addition, meticulous planning is essential from the initial operation, including the area of expander insertion, flap design considering the aesthetic unit and functional aspect.
