In the process of designing a building, the process of expressing the designer's ideas through images is essential. However, it is expensive and time consuming for a designer to analyze every individual case image to generate a hypothetical design. This study aims to visualize the basic design draft sketch made by the designer as a real image using the Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) based on the continuously accumulated architectural case images. Through this, we proposed a method to build an automated visualization environment using artificial intelligence and to visualize the architectural idea conceived by the designer in the architectural planning stage faster and cheaper than in the past. This study was conducted using approximately 20,000 images. In our study, the GAN algorithm allowed us to represent primary materials and shades within 2 seconds, but lacked accuracy in material and shading representation. We plan to add image data in the future to address this in a follow-up study.
보험사 FC의 행동유형이 영업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 사례연구

국내 보험사 FC의 사업 영속성은 1년 이내로 짧기에 창업이전에 FC에 대한 정확한 분석을 통해 창업 성공률을 높여야 할 필요가 있다, 이는 FC 본인뿐만 아니라 해당 기업의 성과에도 영향을 미치는 핵심적인 문제이자 관심사이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인간행동 유형에 대한 문헌고찰을 통해 William M. Marston의 DiSC 행동모델을 사용하여 FC의 행동유형과 영업성과간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 주도형(D형), 신중형(C형)행동경향의 경우 영업성과 변인별로 유의미한 관계를 보였다. 주도형 행동경향의 경우 총수수료와 보유 고객면에서 높은 성과를 나타냈으며, 신중형(C형)행동경향의 FC는 행동경향이 높을수록 영업성과면에서는 평균에 못미치는 낮은 결과를 나타냈다. 본 연구가 시사하는 바는 계속적으로 증가하고 있는 국내FC의 창업성공률을 높이기 위해서는 사전에 FC의 주요 행동유형을 분석할 필요가 있으며, 이를 통해 영업성과를 극대화 시킬 수 있는 주도형 행동경향의 FC육성을 위한 창업교육이 사전에 반드시 필요하다는 점이다.

As the relationship between Korea and China strengthens and the importance of Chinese market rapidly grows, this report analyzes the Chinese tax system and administration to address tax problems Korean companies are facing when they invest in China. The report can be summarized as follows: First, we must understand the Chinese perspective that tax system is one of the most important policy means to achieve national goals, an expression of national rights and interests, and belongs to the deeds of national governing. Second, we must predict future tax reforms properly and take appropriate measures. Third, we must find ways to reduce taxes by understanding of the current Chinese tax system and administration, and various preferential tax policies. Fourth, we must pay continuous attention to the preferential tax policies for foreign investments. China has recently promoted preferential tax policies for high-tech industries such as IT & BT and the field of infrastructure. Fifth, we must understand the recent changes in the partial return system of VAT and take appropriate actions under the given situation. Sixth, it is expected that the quasi-tax (SHOU FEI) will be imposed on all companies for a considerable period of time. We must take this into account at the investment preparation stage. If an investment has already been made, we must actively seek ways to reduce its burden. Seventh, as the State Administration of Taxation is strengthening its transfer pricing system and preparing relevant database, we must keep an eye on the transfer pricing system. In particular, Korean companies in China with their parent companies in Korea must be prepared for potential tax audit, so that they can prove that the transactions are made according to the arm's length principle.

Monoclonal antibody (OC 125) has been developed by hybridization of spleen cell from mice immunized with an epithelial cell line OVCA 433. CA 125 is the antigenic determinant recognized by this monoclonal antibody. CA 125 is considered as a clinically useful tumor marker for monitoring patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. But the specificity of CA 125 is low due to its elevation in other malignancy and benign disease including liver cirrhosis, pelvic inflammatory disease and tubeculous peritonitis. We report a case of tuberculous peritonitis in a 62-year-old woman. Her serum CA 125 level was raised and fell in response to antituberculous therapy.

An optimize delectroabsorption modulator structure is designed for high speed optical communication systems considering the extinction efficiency, operating bandwidth, polarization loss, and wavelength chirping. the operating wavelength region is $1.55\mu\textrm{m}$ and the deep ridge structure is adapted for th eminimum polarization loss. Simulations show that the absorption layer thickness larger than $0.25\mu\textrm{m}$, and the modulator length shorter than $200\mu\textrm{m}$ are required for the bandwidth over 10GHz. To obtain the modulatiron efficiency over 10dB/V, a wavelength detuning needs to be determined less than 40meV.
CW-HB를 이용하는 전치증폭기를 가진 SOA-MZI 파장변환기에서 IPDR 개선

CW-HB(continuous wave-holding beam)를 이용하여 전치 증폭되는 SOA-MZI(semiconductor optical amplifier-Mach-Zehnder interferometer) 파장변환기가 제안되고 10Gb/s에서 실험적으로 검증되었다. 바이어스 전류만으로 전치증폭기를 제어하던 기존의 방법과 비교할 때, 제안된 CW-HB 제어 방법은 IPDR(input power dynamic range)의 개선 측면에서는 20dB 정도로 유사하나 출력신호의 왜곡을 제거하여 Q 파라미터를 $2{\sim}3$ 정도 향상시키고 낮은 NF(noise figure)를 달성하여 $2{\sim}5dB$ 정도 더 높은 소광 비를 얻을 수 있어서 매우 우수하다. A pre-amplified semiconductor optical amplifier-Mach-Zehnder interferometer(SOA-MZI) wavelength converter (WC) using a continuous wave-holding beam(CW-HB) is proposed and experimentally demonstrated at 10Gb/s. The proposed scheme achieves not only enhancement of input power dynamic range(IPDR) to over 20dB but also higher Q parameter of about 2 to 3 by no output signal distortion and higher extinction ratio(ER) of about 2dB to 5dB by low noise figure (NF), compared with the bias current control method.
협대역 마이크로파 광전송을 위한 전광 이중 전계흡수 광변조기의 선형특성

협대역 마이크로파 아날로그 광전송을 위한, 이중 변조구조를 이용한 새로운 전광 전계흡수 광변조기의 선형화 방법이 제안되었으며, 이론적으로 고찰되었다. 주-변조기와 소자 길이, 흡수층의 밴드갭 파장 그리고 DC 바이어스 전압을 달리하는 부-변조기의 주-변조기와의 이중 변조구조를 적용하여, 주-변조기의 3차 비선형 왜곡 성분인 CTB(composite triple beat distortion)를 최소화하는 동작점이 작은 바이어스전압으로 이동함과 더불어 ~30dB의 CYB의 억제효과를 얻을 수 있었다. CTB의 억제에 따라 협대역 채널 대역에서의 ~20dB 동작영역의 향상을 이룰 수 있었다. For analog optical transmission of narrow-band microwave signal, a novel all-optical linearization technique of electro-absorption (EA) optical modulator by using dual modulation scheme is proposed and theoretically investigated. By using the dual modulation scheme where the sub-modulator has a different length, DC bias and band-gap wavelength, the DC bias operation point where the third-order intermodulation products of ~30dB and the following increase of spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) of ~20dB wave achieved in sub-octave narrow band operation.
