1. Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of administration of Taeumjowi-tang on the Taeumin bronchiectasis 2. Methods Consulting her Cheyungkisang(體形氣像) and QSCC, we had diagnosed her as Taeumin and treated her with Taeumjowi-tang(太陰調胃湯). 3. Results After the treatment, she felt her symptoms, cough, sputum, dyspnea, dizziness, general weakness, flushing sign, improved. 4. Conclusions We have concluded that these effects must be useful in the clinical study of the Sasang constitutional treatment on Bronchiectasis.

Artificial graphite generally manufactured by carbonization sintering of shape-body of kneaded mixture using granular cokes as filler and pitch as binder, going through pitch impregnation process if necessary and finally applying graphitization heat treatment. Graphite materials are used for core internal structural components of the High-Temperature Gas-cooled Reactors (HTGR) because of their excellent heat resistibility and resistance of crack progress. The HTGR has a core consisting of an array of stacked graphite fuel blocks are machined from IG-110, a high-strength, fine-grained isotropic graphite. In this study, crack stabilization and micro-structures were measured by bend strength and fracture toughness of isotropic graphite grade IG-110. It is important to the reactor designer as they may govern the life of the graphite components and hence the life of the reactor. It was resulted crack propagation, bend strength, compressive strength and micro-structures of IG-110 graphite by scanning electron microscope and universal test machine.

1. Objectives The purpose of this case is to report that a soeumin patient diagnosed as liver cirrhosis with jaundice was treated with 'Sibimiguanjung-tang gamibang' and then his symptoms and Liver function improved. 2. Methods We dignosed the patient as Soeumin-Taeum syndrome. So we treated him with Sibimiguanjung-tang gamibang 3. Results After we treated the patient with Sibimiguanjung-tang gamibang, his symptom and liver function was improved. 4. Conclusions Sibimiguanjung-tang gamibang may have an effect on treatment of jaundice with liver cirrhosis of Soeumin.

1. Objectives: This study is to investigate the relationship between Intima Media Thickness(IMT) of common carotid artery and Sasang Constitution. 2. Methods: 839 persons, over 40 years old, participated in community-based cohort of Korea Genome and Epiedemiology Study (KOGES) in Wonju City and Pyeongchang City of South Korea from June 2006 to February 2008. The diagnosis of Common carotid Intima Media Thickness was evaluated by B Mode ultrasonography, cardiovascular risk factors were checked using questionnaire and blood samples. Constitution was verified by a Sasang constitution specialist according to the results of PSSC(Phonetic System for Sasang Constitution), facial photos and a simplified Sasang constitutional questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis and logistic regression analysis were performed with SPSS. 3. Results: There were significantly high values in waist circumference, fasting blood sugar, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride, HOMA-IR and hsCRP in Taeeumin and low in HDL-cholesterol and adiponectin in Taeeumin. There were significantly high value in Common Carotid Intima Media Thickness in Taeeumin. Age was the significant cardiovascular risk factor irrespective of Sasang constitution in all participants. There was a positive correlation between smoking and Soyangin in all participants and men. There were positive correlations between LDL-cholesterol, BMI and Taeeumin in all participants and men. There were positive correlations between hsCRP and Soeumin in all participants and men. There was significantly high odds ratio of Taeeumin over Soeumin in common carotid Intima Media Thickness. 4. Conclusions: Regimens on cardiovascular diseases should be considered according to Sasang constitution. There are more sensitive risk factor in each constitution; smoking in Soyangin, LDL-cholesterol and BMI in Taeeumin, hsCRP in Soeumin.

1. Objectives The purpose of this case is to report a Taeumin, who was examined as Hwa-Byeong, received a medical treatment with Cheongsimyeonja-tang and consult of Sasang Constitutional Medicine. 2. Methods We examined this patient as Hwa-Byeong by using Hwa-Byeong Diagnostic Interview Schedule(HBDIS) and we also diagnosed a patient's mental state by using MMPI to understand a human instinct of the patient. Additionally, we used QSCC II and PSCC to distinguish a patient's Sasang Constitution. 3. Results We received a positive result by using prescription as Cheongsimyeonja-tang and consult according to a patient's Sasang Constitutional Medicine. 4. Conclusions We suggested that the patient would receive steady treatments as consult of Sasang Constitutional Medicine and medicinal therapy afterwards.

Gamma-ray has some advantages as a weapon: it has the ability to transmutate matter, high penetrability through materials, and it is very harmful to living things. So it is worth to study the features of gamma-ray weapon in order to utilize it. Such abilities were simulated on the basis of Monte Carlo simulation program GEANT4. For the simulation conceptual design of gamma-ray weapon was conducted. High energy electrons, which were necessary for the high energy gamma-rays, were produced by linear electron accelerator, of which the parameters were derived from the Pohang Light Source(PLS-II). Gamma-rays were get by bremsstrahlung mechanism. The spectra of gamma-rays, that were measured at distances of 500 m, 1000 m, 1500 m and 2000 m, were gained by GEANT4.

P2P (Peer-to-peer) 파일 공유 시스템에서 컨텐츠의 복제는 Hot Spot의 방지와 가용성의 보장, 검색 속도의 향상을 위해 사용되고 있다. 컨텐츠의 복제본의 수(공간 효율성)와 검색 성능은 일종의 trade-off로써 이 논문에서는 가능한 검색 성능을 향상시키면서 적절한 양의 복제본의 수를 유지하는 방법인 SRoD 알고리즘을 제안한다. SRoD는 DHT 기반 파일공유시스템에서 전반적으로 간단하게 접목하여 사용할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 특징은 P2P가 추구하는 자율성과 평등성을 보장하기 위한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 SRoD 알고리즘을 설명하고 이것의 장점과 보완해야 할 점에 대해 논하게 될 것이다.
아군 충돌 회피를 위한 강화학습 기반 지대공 유도 미사일 제어 방안

본 논문은 강화학습 제어를 적용한 지대공 유도 미사일에 관한 연구이다. 목표물과 유도미사일 사이에 아군 비행체가 통과하는 경우 강화학습을 통해 제어기를 학습하여 아군을 회피함과 동시에 표적을 타격하도록 하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 강화학습을 통해 학습된 제어기가 적용된 미사일이 효과적으로 목적을 수행하는 것을 확인 하였다. This study proposes a reinforcement learning-based control method for surface-to-air guided missiles. In the proposed method, reinforcement learning is used to learn a control algorithm that hit a target and simultaneously avoids an ally in case the ally passes between the target and missile. Simulation results show the proposed reinforcement learning-based control method achieves the given objective effectively.

플래시 메모리는 성능이 좋고 전력 소모가 적다는 점 등 많은 장점을 가지고 있어 PC를 비롯한 각종 단말에서 아주 많이 사용되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 운영체제 및 DBMS들에서 사용되는 색인 기법들은 디스크 기반 저장 장치의 특성을 고려하여 만들어졌기 때문에 플래시 메모리 저장 장치의 특성에 맞게 수정한다면 더욱 좋은 성능을 기대할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 플래시 메모리 저장 장치에 특성에 맞춘 원형 해시 색인 기법을 제안한다. 원형 해시 색인 기법은 무효 페이지의 개수를 줄임으로써 New Dynamic Hashing 기법보다 나은 성능을 제공한다. Because the flash memory has many advantages, such as high performance and low power consumption, it is being used a lot in various terminals including PC. However, index techniques used in the existing operating systems and DBMSs designed to consider the characteristics of disk-based storage devices. If index techniques are modified to fit the characteristics of flash memory storage devices, a good performance can be expected. In this paper, a circular hash indexing technique is proposed. It focuses on the characteristics in flash memory storage devices. A circular hash indexing technique provides better performance than the new dynamic hashing technique by reducing the number of invalid pages.
