        Currently, the frequency of disasters such as typhoons, floods, and earthquakes has increased worldwide, resulting in many victims such as patients. In addition, as the type of disasters occurring in Korea changes and the scale of damage increases, the period of residence in temporary housing facilities is increasing. However, existing temporary houses have limitations such as nonconformity with minimum housing standards and lack of response to the number of residents, and it is believed that various sizes and space configurations will be required depending on the characteristics of household members. Therefore, I would like to propose a plan that serves as the basic data for temporary houses for victims by utilizing modular architecture.

        This study attempted to present future research directions on the indoor healing environment through the analysis of previous studies in domestic academic papers. Previous studies were analyzed according to purpose, method, and location, and keywords were analyzed using text mining and topic modeling. As a result, it is not possible to know the effect of the indoor healing environment on humans by focusing on literature and cases, and it is necessary to analyze the users recovery consciousness in the indoor healing environment through empirical research. The studied space was concentrated in medical and public spaces, but it has been confirmed that related research is being dealt with importantly due to the recent increase in the proportion of space for the general public.

        This study attempted to present future research directions for the indoor healing environment through prior research analysis of domestic research papers. A total of 151 previous studies were analyzed, and according to the purpose, method, and location according to the time series. The keywords of previous studies were to confirm frequency and connection centrality using text mining and topic modeling, and to derive potential meanings. As a result of the analysis, research has been conducted on the indoor healing environment, focusing on literature and cases. However, it is difficult to know the impact on humans in this way, so it is necessary to analyze the user's sense of recovery in an indoor healing environment through empirical research. And recently, research has been conducted on the effects of the indoor healing environment, focusing on the user's psychology. The space studied was concentrated in medical and public spaces, but it has been confirmed that related research has become important as the proportion of space for the general public has increased recently.

        Recently, the COVID-19 has caused a shortage of negative pressure isolation rooms world wide. After the MERS crisis in 2015, the Korean government revised the law on prevention and management of infectious diseases, but it was insufficient to respond to rapidly increasing virus outbreak. As a result, it is necessary to program utilize a quickly responsive modular NPIR to treat treat the patients. Therefore, the goal of this study is to develop 1) Modular negative pressure space design requirements to cope with national disasters and emergencies such as epidemics 2) Proposal of guidelines for a modular hospital space.

        정신장애 영유아에 대한 K-CBCL 1.5-5 (Korean-Child Behavior Checklist 1.5-5) 조절곤란 프로파일의 요인구조와 정신장애 간 차이검증

        목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 정신장애 영유아의 K-CBCL 1.5-5(Korean-Child Behavior Checklist 1.5-5) DP(Dysregulation Profile)의 요인구조를 확인하고, 정신장애 진단 집단 간 차이를 검증하였다. 연구방법 : 서울 소재의 종합병원 소아정신과, 발달장애 클리닉 등에서 2010년에서 2015년까지 수집된자료를 활용하였다. DSM-IV에 근거하여 정신장애로 진단된 영유아 265명의 어머니에게 실시된K-CBCL 1.5-5 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 결과 : 정신장애 영유아의 K-CBCL 1.5-5 DP의 요인구조는 이중요인 모형(Bifactor)이 상대적으로 가장적합하였다( = 893.722, TLI = .782, CFI = .822, RMSEA = .064). 또한 의사소통장애, 전반적 발달장애, 정서장애, 발달지체 등 영유아의 정신장애 진단 집단 간 차이가 유의하였다(F (3, 259) = 9.780, p < .001). 그 중 전반적 발달장애 집단과 정서장애 집단이 의사소통장애 집단보다 높은 조절곤란을 보이는것으로 확인되었다. 결론 : 본 연구에서는 정신장애 영유아의 조절곤란 문제의 존재를 확인하였다. 이중요인 모형을 통해K-CBCL 1.5-5 DP가 불안/우울, 공격행동, 주의집중문제의 특정요인과 특정요인 이상의 일반요인으로구성된다는 것을 확인하였고, K-CBCL 1.5-5 DP의 다차원성을 규명하였다. 또한 정신장애 집단 간유의한 차이가 있었고 조절곤란 문제는 영유아기부터 전반적 발달장애와 정서장애의 증상 발현과 심화에 기여하는 것으로 사료된다. Object : This study aimed to identify the factor structure of Korean-Child Behavior Checklist 1.5-5 Dysregulation Profile (K-CBCL 1.5-5 DP) in infants and toddlers with mental disorders and verify differences in K-CBCL 1.5-5 DP among the diagnosis groups. Methods : The participants were 265 mothers of infants and toddlers with mental disorders who completed K-CBCL 1.5-5 DP. The data was analyzed using AMOS 25.0 and SPSS 25.0. Results : First, the bifactor model was the most suitable for the factor structure of the K-CBCL 1.5-5 DP. Second, there were significant differences among the diagnosis groups, such as communication disorders, pervasive developmental disorders, emotional disorders, and developmental delays. It was confirmed that the pervasive developmental disorder and emotional disorder groups showed significantly higher dysregulation compared with the communication disorder group. Conclusion : This study confirmed that infants and toddlers had dysregulation problems. Using the bifactor model, the multidimensional nature of the K-CBCL 1.5-5 DP was assessed. It was also meaningful that dysregulation could contribute to onset and deepening of symptoms of pervasive developmental disorders and emotional disorders in infancy.

        ABCB1 유전적 다형성이 만성 골수성 백혈병 환자의 Imatinib 치료 반응에 미치는 영향: 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석

        A growing number of studies have demonstrated that ABCB1 gene polymorphisms are associated with the variability of responses to imatinib. However, the effects of ABCB1 polymorphisms on imatinib response in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) are inconsistent. The aim of the present study was to clarify the associations between ABCB1 polymorphisms and imatinib response in CML. A systematic literature review was performed. The databases of PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library were searched for all published studies from inception to December 2015. The following terms were used with functions of 'AND' and 'OR': 'chronic myeloid leukemia', 'CML', 'ABCB1', 'MDR1', 'polymorphism', 'SNP', and 'imatinib'. Using the Review Manager 5, odds ratios (ORs) were pooled to estimate the effect of ABCB1 polymorphisms on imatinib response in CML. The pooled analysis showed that ABCB1 2677 G allele was significantly associated with poor response to imatinib in African and Asian patients (GG vs TT, OR: 0.32, p<0.0001; GG+GT vs TT, OR: 0.44, p=0.0005). In subgroup analyses, African patients carrying ABCB1 1236 C allele exhibited higher risk for worse response, whereas Asian patients with 1236 C allele showed better response (CC+CT vs TT, OR: 0.41, p=0.008 for African; OR: 1.65, p=0.03 for Asian). There was no association between C3435T polymorphisms and imatinib response in African, Asian, and Caucasian CML patients.

        리튬이온이차전지용 고효율 음극(SiO-Graphite)

        현재 상용화 되어있는 흑연의 저용량 문제를 해결하기 위해 실리콘이나 주석계 등 고용량 비탄소계 음극전극재료들이 연구되고 있다. 이 중 산화실리콘(SiO)은 초기 충전(환원)과정에서 Li이 삽입되면서 $Li_2O$생성으로 비가역 비용량이 발생하여 초기 싸이클에서 쿨롱효율이 낮고, 싸이클링에 따라 리튬 탈 삽입 과정의 비용량이 증가하는 특징으로 실제의 전지를 설계할 시 문제점을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 고용랑 특성을 나타내는 비탄소계 실리콘을 포함하는 리튬이차전지용 음극활물질과 흑연의 복합체를 제조하여 흑연으로 실리콘의 부피팽창을 완화시키고, 사이클 특성을 향상시키는 실리콘(SiO-Graphite) 재료를 개발하고, 산화실리콘과 흑연 복합체의 높은 비가역 용량의 해소와 싸이클에 따른 리튬 탈삽입 과정의 용량증가를 해소하기 위한 전처리를 통하여 초기 효율을 향상한 전극의 제조에 대하여 연구하였다. A new anode composition material comprising of SiO and Graphite has been prepared by adopting High energy ball milling (HEBM) technique. The anode material shows high initial charge and discharge capacity values of 1139 and 568 mAh/g, respectively. The electrode sustains reversible discharge capacity value of 719 mAh/g at 30th cycle with a high coulombic efficiency${\sim}99%$. Since the materials formed during initial charge process the nano silicon/$Li_4SiO_3$ and $Li_2O$ remains as interdependent, it may be expected that the composite exhibiting higher amount of irreversibility$(Li_2O)$ will deliver higher reversible capacity. In this study, constant current-constant voltage (CC-CV) charge method was employed in place of usual constant current (CC) method in order to convert efficiently all the SiO particles which resulted high initial discharge capacity at the first cycle. We improved considerably the initial discharge specific capacity of SiO/G composite by pretreatment(CC-CV).

        COVID-19 사태에 따른 중증환자 대응 모듈러 음압격리병동 계획에 관한 연구

        Due to the increase of respiratory infectious diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and COVID-19, the importance of facilities such as negative pressure isolation wards are increasing. However, the number of negative pressure isolation rooms and wards are in short supply worldwide. Therefore, this paper would like to use the modular method as a method of quickly installing negative pressure isolation facilities in large quantities in the event of a rapid spreading diseases. If the modular method is used for negative pressure isolation facilities, it is believed that the hospital room can be quickly installed and expanded in case of emergency disasters such as infectious diseases. In most of the previous studies, studies were conducted based on the general ward. In addition, research on negative pressure isolation wards is limited, and guidelines related to wards that can be quickly deployed in the event of an emergency disaster are still unclear. Therefore, this study aims to identify the limitations of existing previous studies and propose guidelines to effectively respond to the epidemic of infectious diseases by using modular methods that can quickly install negative pressure isolation facilities in the event of an infectious disease. The purpose of this study is to propose a plan for a modular negative pressure isolation wards that can minimize the spread of infection by proposing a optimal layout and circulation.
