먹물버섯의 하나인 Coprinellus congregatus에서는 자실체가 성숙된 후 곧 자가분해되어 먹물로 전환된다. 이 자가분해 과정과 관련된 가수분재 효소의 역할을 이해하기 위한 첫 단계로서, 자가분해과정과 연관된 미세구조의 변화를 전자현미경으로 조사하였다. 자실체의 성숙과정에서 자실층과 자실하층에 존재하는 모든 세포질은 새로운 포자의 형성을 위하여 포자로 이동되는 것으로 보인다. 조직 내의 세포질의 고갈과 포자의 완성은 조직 내의 세포벽의 분해를 야기하는 것으로 보이며, 자실층과 자실하층의 세포벽은 동시적으로 분해 되는 것으로 생각된다. 본 연구는 먹물버섯의 자가분해가 세포질의 분해가 아닌 세포벽의 분해과정에 의한 것임을 보여 주었으며, chitin 분해효소와 같은 가수분해 효소의 중요성을 제시하였다. Coprinellus congregatus, known as an inky cap, is autolysed into ink soon after the maturation of the mushrooms. Electron microscopy was used to examine the ultrastructural changes associated with the autolysis as an initial step to understand the role of hydrolytic enzymes in this process. During the early stages of maturation of the mushrooms, most of cytoplasm of hymenial and subhymenial tissues seemed to be transported to the developing basidiospores. The depletion of cytoplasm within the tissues and the maturation of the basidiospores may initiate the degradation of the cell walls of the tissues. Both hymenial and subhymenial tissues seemed to degraded at the same time. This study suggested that the critical steps in the autolysis of mushrooms is not the degradation of the cytoplasm, but the degradation of the cell wall by hydrolytic enzymes such as chitinases.

ROK military helicopters are frequently exposed to the hazard situations due to the characteristic of operation. Especially, helicopter accident may lead to critical damage of human and structure. Accordingly, pilots have to train the autorotation procedures and learn the skill to prevent hard landing. In this paper, the behavior of skid gear subject to the helicopter autorotation was conducted by using numerical method. The computer simulation approach by using finite element method was employed to accomplish this goal. Additionally, the behavior of skid gear was evaluated for the different landing conditions. In conclusion, the maximum stress concentration was occurred at the attached area of skid cross-tube to the fuselage. Also, it was revealed that the most proper attitude was level landing to prevent hard landing.

This paper proposes a machine-learning-based algorithm for anomaly forecasting for power network systems. By considering the complex voltages of the network as components of state vector, the state forecasting algorithm is introduced based on recurrent neural network. An anomaly detection algorithm is also provided by the classification algorithm based on the robust random cut forest. By combining those two algorithms, we propose an anomaly forecasting algorithm and evaluate its validity with a numerical example.
계안 복원을 위한 식생기반재 돌망태 옹벽의 계안 안정효과 분석

This study has conducted to develop new gabion wall systems with vegetation base materials for stream bank stability and rapid rehabilitation. Vegetation base materials are primarily compounded with fine soil, organic composts and peat moss as plant fibers, a water retainer and a soil improver. Normally gabion wall systems resist the lateral earth pressures or stream power by their own weight. Therefore, fill material must have suitable weight, compressive strength and durability to resist the loading, as well as the effects of water and weathering. In this project, 100 to 200-mm clean, hard stones are basically specified, and about 50-mm rubbles are also used. Test application of new gabion wall system carried out in the stream bank of a small stream in the Gwangreung experimental forest, belonging to Korea Forest Research Institute (KFRI) in December 16th, 2006. As a result of the analysis of hydraulic stability of new gabion wall system, gabion wall system has highest threshold shear stress when the gabion wall covered by vegetation. New gabion wall system is highly resistant to sliding and overturning because safety coefficients exceed 1.5. As a result of term of slope stability analysis of new gabion wall system by Bishop and Fellenius methods, stability of stream bank was highly increased after the construction of gabion wall. Therefore, new gabion wall system is effective to stabilize unstable stream bank.
침엽수인공림에서 임분 성장 및 간벌이 장기 물수지에 미치는 영향

Long-term annual water balances are analyzed for two forest catchments located in Gwangneung covered with forests of different types and ages. The water balance trends of the two catchments from 1982 to 2009 are compared to identify the effect of forest growth and thinning on the water balance in a planted coniferous forest catchment. According to the averaged annual precipitation and runoff for the four designated periods from 1982 to 2009, the water balance of the old natural broad-leaved forest catchment (GB) remained relatively unchanged. In contrast, the young planted coniferous forest catchment (GC) showed significant changes in the water balance due to the forest growing and thinning. The results showed that the catchment runoff decreases with increasing tree age whereas the forest thinning results in an increase in catchment runoff. The mean annual runoff from the catchment GC after thinning increased by 1.7 times, compared with the mean annual runoff before forest thinning. The mean annual runoff from the catchment GB was very stable throughout the period. However, such an effect of forest thinning appeared to last only for about 10 year-period, after which the water yield increment in the catchment GC disappeared. It indicates that the proper forest management should be reconsidered at the interval of 10 years to effectively reduce water loss and increase water yield in the planted coniferous forest.
