      • 요가 수련이 건강상태와 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate the effect of yoga practice on health condition and quality of life from August 6th to September 13th 2012. The subjects who were practiced yoga for several duration were recruited from 10 health facilities located in Daejeon . They were asked for cooperation and accepted participation in this experiment with the recording method. They filled in the questionaries after yoga training by self administration method. 217 sheets out of 220 the questionaries were collected and 200 sheets with valid answers were used for the statistical data analysis. The results were as follows. 1. Degree of satisfaction in physical health increased as periods of yoga training(p<0.01). 2. Degree of satisfaction in psychological health increased as periods of yoga training(p<0.01). 3. Degree of satisfaction in social health increased as periods of yoga training(p<0.01). 4. Degree of satisfaction in quality of life increased as period of yoga training(p<0.01). In conclusion, the more yoga training was done, the better satisfactions were given in physical health, peace of mind and personal relationship. Therefore, yoga practice is a mind and body practice that gives energy of life and affects quality of life.

        산모들의 산후우울과 ‘빗속의 사람’그림 반응특성 연구

        This study identifies the postpartum women (PW)’s reaction characteristics on PITR (Person in the Rain) drawing by examining the relation between the EPDS depression level of the postpartum women in birth-care facilities and reaction characteristics on PITR drawing. Then it tries to verify if a PITR drawing test can be applied to a diagnostic tool for postpartum depression. The study conducted EPDS and PITR drawing tests using subjects of 158 PW admitted in 3 different birth-care facilities in S city. These data underwent t-test using SPSS WIN 12.0 program in order to identify the reaction characteristics to PITR drawing depending on the their depression level; and the Pearson Coefficient of Correlation for depression characteristics of EPDS and PITR was deduced in order to determine if PITR drawing test could be used as a tool to diagnose postpartum depression. The summary of study results is as follows: First, PITR drawing test fairly well reflects the depression characteristics of PW. Second, this study suggests the validity of PITR drawing test as a diagnostic tool for postpartum depression. Therefore, this study facilitates to use the PITR drawing test as an early diagnostic tool for postpartum depression and in turn contributes to opportunity of prevention of postpartum depression and early intervention of art therapy. 본 연구의 목적은 산모들의 EPDS 우울 수준과 PITR 그림에 나타난 반응 특성과의 관계 연구를 통해, PITR 그림의 반응특성을 알아보고, 산후 우울을 진단하는 도구로서 PITR그림 검사의 활용 가능성을 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 S시 소재 3개 산후 조리원에 2010년 4월부터 5월까지 입원해 있는 산모 158명을 대상으로 EPDS 검사와 PITR 그림검사를 실시하여 PITR 그림의 반응특성을 알아보기 위해 SPSS WIN 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test를 실시하였고, PITR 그림검사가 산후 우울을 진단하는 도구로서의 활용 가능성을 알아보고자 EPDS와 PITR 그림과의 우울 특성의 관계에 대한 Pearson 상관계수를 구하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 첫째, PITR 그림검사가 산모의 우울특성을 잘 반영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, PITR 그림검사가 산후 우울을 진단하는 도구로서의 그 활용 가능성을 나타내었다. 따라서 본 연구의 의의는 PITR 그림검사를 통하여 산후 우울을 조기 진단할 수 있으며, 산모들에게 산후 우울 예방 및 미술 치료적 조기 개입의 가능성을 여는데 그 의미가 있을 것이다.

        La metaphore joue un role important dans le langage et la pensee de tous les jours. Car elle est une source capitale d'expressions. Le discours politique nous parait tres solidement ancre dans la societe et 1'histoire. Nous y trouvons les metaphores tres interessentes. De ce fait, nous choisirons d'utiliser des expressions tirees des discours politiques de Robespierre et Saint-Just. Le but de notre recherche est de savoir dans quelles mesures la phrase s'apparente a la metaphore, et comment fonctionne la metaphore filee Quelle methode suivre ? Notre analyse comporte deux grandes etapes: I) la metaphore verbale (cette partie se decompose en deux catagories: le classement par domaine d'emprunt et d'application. 1)la metaphore d'une chose animee a une chose animee. 2)la metaphore d'une chose animee a une chose inanimee. Ⅱ) la metaphore filee (cette partie se decompose en sept categories: 1) 1'antithese 2) les verbes+les complements 3) les verbes+les noms 4) le syntagme nomina1+1e syntagme nominal. 5) la comparaison. 6) le jeu de mot. 7) la repetition de termes. 8) le residu. Comme la langue reflete la societe, la metaphore a des caracteres typiques.

        영어강의에 대한 대학생들의 태도변화 연구

        Choi, Jin-sook, 2012, A study of changes in attitudes towards English medium instructions among university students. This study examines Korean university students`` attitudes towards English medium instructions (EMI), how their attitudes change after participating in EMI, and whether their attitudes are related to English skills. In attempting to investigate the issues concerned, data collection has been carried out with a questionnaire with 84 EMI takers both at the beginning and the end of the semester. The overall results on surveys were as follows; the participants`` English skills were improved and the degree of exposure to English was also increased for one semester. Further, although their attitudes towards EMI did not show big changes for one semester, the anxiety and fear of EMI have been reduced and the perception that they acquired English skills and academic knowledge through EMI has been strengthened. Also, the level of English skills did not significantly affect their attitudes towards EMI at the beginning, but favoritism to EMI and anxiety and fear of EMI have been affected by the level of English skills at the end of semester; the more higher English skills, the more favorable attitudes to EMI and the less anxiety and fear of EMI in general, Additionally, it was notable that the lowest group of English skills showed more higher anxiety and fear of EMI at the final survey than the first survey`s. Therefore, this study suggests that original attitudes can change after taking EMI and English skills can affect the attitudes towards EMI after one semester, but EMI is effective to only those who are in high English skills.

        영어능력으로 입학한 외국인유학생들의 한국어에 대한 태도변화 연구

        This study sets out to investigate whether English skills-based international students' attitudes toward Korean have changed after studying Korean language over the last one semester. Twenty-eight international students who entered into the university based on English skills participated in two questionnaire surveys in March and September 2019, respectively. The results showed that their attitudes toward Korean changed positively, particularly in the interest in learning Korean and favoritism of Korean people. In addition, the fear of learning Korean had been weakened over the last six months, which can be a good sign in improving Korean proficiency. The degree of exposure to Korean, Korean people and Korean culture, including the number of students who had a part-time job increased. When the level of English skills was applied to the attitude changes as a variable, the attitudes toward Korean did not change proportionally as per the level of English skills. However, it was noticeable that attitudes of the group in the highest level of English skills changed in the most positive degree. Looking at the results of this study, it is possible to suggest that the attitudes can change positively after taking a Korean language study, which is likely to affect the degree of exposure to Korean, Korean people and Korean culture. In addition, the results of the study may strengthen the belief that the international students who entered into the university based on English skills are able to complete their studies in Korea successfully as long as they are learning Korean language in the university.

        Language Ideology as an Intervening Process in Language Shift: The Case of Bilingual Education in Guatemala

        In Guatemala, language planning efforts have been formulated in order to decelerate the language shift from the Maya language to Spanish. Although many studies of bilingual education have been conducted to understand its benefits and limitations, ideological intervention in language shift has rarely been dealt with. By exploring the discourses used by education practitioners and parents in Momostenango, a bilingual Mayan community, this study illuminates the ways in which language ideology about the K’iche’ Maya language and language learning plays an intervening role in the on-going language shift in Guatemala. The language ideology can be summarized as follows: 1)the K’iche’ Maya language is “naturally” learned without schooling; 2)home is not where language is learned; and 3) students recognize the K’iche’ Maya language as a second language. I argue that language ideology’s role needs to be taken into consideration for more effective language planning in Guatemala.

        EU의 이러닝 프로그램과 문화정책

        While the recent Euro zone crisis has sparked a fierce dissent among the member states of the European Union, there has been little disagreement regarding the success of the cultural and educational policies of the EU. The EU, which has already achieved acclaim with its Erasmus Programme, launched eLearning Programme to better educate the Europeans on the ICT and to increase the pan-European cooperation in the education sector in 2001. Since then, the eLearning Programme has not only helped reduce the digital divide among Europeans but also enhanced the overall efficiency of the European labor market. Furthermore, the EU has sought to foster a better understanding and a sense of camaraderie between its member states by employing various cultural policies both on- and off-line, including the European Library and Europalia. Moreover, these policies have aided numerous Europeans search information scattered all over Europe at little cost to themselves, thereby encouraging dissemination and creation of information. The success of the European cultural and educational policies strongly suggests that Korea and other Asian nations are likely to benefit from adopting similar policies and establishing the Asian Library, the Asian Capital of Culture and pan-Asiatic eLearning Programme. 근자의 유로존 위기설에도 불구하고 EU의 문화 및 교육 정책의 성공에 대한 공감대 형성은 날로 확산되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 우리는 EU가 교류증진과 사회통합노력의 일환으로 추진하고 있는 이러닝 교육프로그램과 문화정책의 특성을 살펴봄으로써 오늘날 우리에게 필요한 통찰력을 도출해보고자 하였다. 그 결과 이미 에라스무스 프로그램으로 교육정책분야에서 명성을 얻은 바 있는 EU는 보다 개선된 정보통신기술교육 제공과 에라스무스의 MOOC화를 통하여 교육분야에서의 범유럽적 협력 증진을 위한 이러닝 프로그램을 개설함으로써 유럽인들 간의 디지털 격차를 줄여 나아가는 동시에 유럽 노동시장의 전반적 효율성을 제고하는 등 괄목할 만한 효과를 거두었음을 알 수 있었다. 그뿐만 아니라, EU는 회원국들 간의 이해력과 문화적 친밀감을 증진시키고자 유럽 도서관과 Europeana, EU스크린, Europalia 등을 위시한 각종 문화정책을 온, 오프라인에서 활발히 시행하여 문화적 부를 재창출하고 있다. 이러한 유럽의 문화 및 교육정책의 성공은 우리나라를 비롯한 아시아 국가들에게 상호 문화적 공감대 확산과 공동번영을 위하여 교육과 문화의 ‘콘텐츠 전달’이라는 1차적 목적에 그칠 것이 아니라, ‘공동 협력프로젝트’를 통한 가상 캠퍼스나 아시아 도서관, 아시아 문화도시, 범아시아적 이러닝 프로그램 등과 같은 글로벌 소셜 플랫폼의 필요성을 강력히 시사한다.

        초등학생 생활문에 나타난 텍스트 구성과 복문산출 능력에 관한 연구

        배경 및 목적: 아동의 쓰기능력은 초등학생 시기 동안 꾸준히 발달한다. 본 연구는 초등학생들의 생활문에 나타난 텍스트 구성능력과 복문산출 능력을 성별과 학년에 따라 알아보았다. 방법: 전남 S시와 Y시에 있는 초등학교 1학년부터 6학년까지 총 305명의 글쓰기 과제를 분석하였다. ‘운동회’라는 지정 글감이 주어졌으며, 수합된 자료는 텍스트 구성능력과 복문산출 능력으로 나누어 분석하였다. 텍스트 구성능력은 서술어미일치, 문장 간의 연결성, 문장 당 접속사 수 그리고 사건 수를 하위항목으로 보았다. 복문산출 능력은 접속문과 내포문으로 구분하여 살펴보았다. 결과: 첫째, 텍스트 구성능력은 사건 수의 경우에서만 여학생이 남학생보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 학년에 따른 차이는 접속사 수를 제외한 세 개 영역에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 복문산출 능력은 성별에 따른 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며 학년에 있어서는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 그러나 학년에 따른 차이는 텍스트 쓰기 발달이 연령과의 비례적 관계보다는 점진적이면서 동시적 발달과정을 보여준다고 할 수 있다. 논의 및 결론: 텍스트 쓰기 능력의 발달의 하위 요소 중 형식적 측면과 내용적 측면의 발달시기에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 쓰기 교육 및 지도 시 이러한 발달의 특성을 고려한다면 보다 효과적인 지도가 가능할 것이다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the experiential writing text composition skills and complex sentence making skills based on gender and grade differences. Methods: 305 students in elementary school grades one to six located in the cities of Y and K, South Jeolla Province participated in this study. After they completed writing assignments, their writings were analyzed. They wrote on the given theme 'field day,' and the collected data were analyzed to assess their text composition skills and complex sentence making skills. Their text composition skills were concord in predicate endings, paragraph connectivity, the number of conjunctions and the number of incidents, and their skills to make conjunctive sentences and embedded sentences were evaluated. Results: First, as for their text composition skills, female participants were statistically significantly ahead of male participants only in terms of the number of incidents. In addition, significant differences according to grade existed on every item of text composition skills except the number of conjunctions. Second, there were no gender differences in complex sentence making skills, and significant differences were found according to grade. But the finding about differences according to grade seems to imply that the students made progress in text writing in a gradual and synchronistic way, not with age. Conclusions: Because there is a difference in the time of development of formal and substantial aspects in the sub-elements among the developments of writing abilities, teaching writing skills while taking the characteristics of development into consideration will be more effective.
