This study analyzes the effect of motivation types on urban-to-rural migrants’ intention and behavior to re-migrate to urban areas. The motivation types are classified into economical and non-economical factors. By using the ordered logit model, we analyze the effect of economical and non-economical factors on the intention to re-migrate from rural to urban areas. The effect of economical and non-economical factors on the actual decision to re-migrate to urban areas is estimated based on the multinomial logit model. According to the estimation results, urban-to-rural migrants who put economical reasons first are more likely to choose to re-migrate to urban ares. On the other hand, it is estimated that urban-to-rural migrants who took prior education before migration or moved with their families are less likely to decide to return to urban areas. 본 연구는 도시민이 귀농·귀촌을 결심할 때 고려하는 동기 유형이 역 귀농·귀촌 의향과 실제 결정에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 요인분석 등을 이용하여 귀농·귀촌 동기 유형을 경제적 동기와 비경제적 동기로 구분하였다. 이러한 동기가 귀농·귀촌인의 역 귀농·귀촌 의향에 미치는 영향은 순서형 로짓 모형을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 실제 결정에 미치는 영향은 다항 로짓 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 경제적 동기로 귀농·귀촌한 이주민은 도시로 역 귀농·귀촌할 확률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 귀농·귀촌과 관련한 교육 이수 시간이 높거나 귀농·귀촌 초기부터 가족과 함께 이주한 경우 등이 실제 역 귀농·귀촌을 결정할 확률은 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

Since the recent financial crisis in universities has caused the decrease of academic library budget, the resource sharing has been considered by utilizing inter-library loan (ILL) data for solving the financial deficit. This study aims to identify the collection profiles of western monographs’ ILL data among 4-year academic libraries. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, this study analyzes ILL data from 2011 to 2017 using the bibliographic data and ILL transactions of the KERIS union catalog. The findings of the study show that the western monographs was significantly provided by large-scale academic libraries in 2011, however, the extent of major regions expanded, and the number of influential institutions rose in 2016. Second, in 2012, the influence in the ILL network increased in the quantity of western monographs holdings and the proportion of common collections. On the other hand, in 2016, it was also shown that the influence in terms of provision in the ILL network increased in the proportion of unique collections. Lastly, the ILL participating academic libraries were classified into six clusters by a hierarchical clustering analysis of holdings and ILL indexes. 대학의 재정 악화는 대학도서관 예산 삭감으로 이어지고, 특히 자료구입비 예산에 큰 영향을 끼쳤다. 이에 대한 해결책으로 대학도서관 자원공유에 관한 논의가 이루어지고 있으며, 상호대차 데이터를 분석하는 연구들이 진행되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구 흐름과 같이 국내 4년제 대학도서관 상호대차 장서 프로파일을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2011년부터 2017년까지 KERIS 종합목록의 서지와 상호대차 데이터를 활용하여 상호대차 현황을 분석하였다. 그 결과로 첫째, 2011년에는 대규모 대학도서관을 중심으로 서양서 상호대차의 제공이 이루어졌으나, 2014년 이후 점차적으로 고유장서의 비율이 증가하면서 상호대차 네트워크 내 주요 권역의 범위가 확대되고, 권역 내 영향력이 증가하는 기관이 다수 출현하였다. 둘째, 2012년에는 서양서 소장 종수가 많고, 공통장서의 비율이 높을수록 상호대차 네트워크 내 영향력이 크게 나타났으나, 2016년에는 이러한 경향과 더불어 고유장서의 비중이 높을수록 제공 측면에서 영향력이 증가하였다. 셋째, 서양서 소장과 상호대차 지수에 의한 계층적 군집 분석에 따른 6개 군집의 대학도서관이 규명되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 대학도서관 자원공유를 위한 정책 수립에 있어서 활용할 수 있으리라 기대한다.
고로쇠나무 수액의 출수에 미치는 영향 인자 분석: (2) 함양 지역

This study was carried out to investigate the optimum condition for sap exudation of Acer mono Max. tree in a site of Mt. Jiri, Hamyang-gun, Korea. Amount of sap exudation, air temperature, relative air humidity, tree diameter at breast height (DBH) and sugar content in sap were monitored during the early springtime, and correlation analysis of several factors was carried out to explain tree-to-tree and date-to-date variations in sap exudation. The correlation, linearly-associated between DBH and sap amount, was strengthened as daily amount of sap increased, but there was no significant tree-to-tree variation in time and period for sap exudation. When amount of sap exudation was above 10 liter/day, the mean air-temperature was averaged at 1.2±1.6℃, the minimum at -4.3±1.5℃ and the maximum at 11.8±1.9℃. The maximum air temperature and mean air temperature were significant (p<0.05) factors for amount of sap in correlation analysis to explain date-to-date variation in sap exudation. Sucrose content in sap was in the range of 1.5 and 1.7% during exudation days, but sharply reduced to 0.6% level at the end of exudation period.
가래나무 수액와 고로쇠나무의 출수량에 미치는 영향 인자 분석: (3) 인제 지역

This study was carried out to investigate the optimum conditioan for sap exudation of Juglans mandsburica in comparison with Acer mono Max. tree in a site of Inje-Gun, Gangwon-Do, Korea. Amount of sap exudation, air temperature, relative air humidity and tree diameter at breast height (DBH) were monitored for the priod of February 1 through March 31, 2008, and correlation analysis of several factors affecting on sap exudation was carried out. Sap exudation from J. mandsburica initiated on Feb. 28 as the same time in case of A.mono and continued for a month, and enhanced in early March compared to around the middle of March for A.mono. The amount of sap of A.mono was linearly proportional to the diameter at breast height (DBH) but there was no apparent relationship for J. mandsburica. As the amount of sap exudation per tree increased then sap exudation per unit DBH was also linearly proportional in both J. mandsburica and A.mono. The amount of sap exudation per unit DBH of J. mandsburica were 0.3±0.1ℓ/cm on average, which was one third times of 0.9±0.1ℓ/cm for A.mono. During the days of enhanced sap exudation, the atmospheric conditions such as air temperature and relative humidity around J. mandsburica trees were very similar with those of A.mono. The minimum tempereature was a significant factor affecting the amount of sap J. mandsburica whereas the range of temperature was the principal factor A.mono. In conclusion, the sap of J. mandsburica exudated in atmospheric conditions similar to A.mono, but the amount of sap was affected by different atmospheric factors compared to A.mono.
