        화학사고로 인한 영향범위 내 환경수용체와 공공수용체를 고려한 위험도 분석방법론

        The Off-site Risk Assessment (ORA) for preventing chemical accidents estimates the chemical accident risk at chemical plants. The method of estimating the risk is made by multiplying the number of residents within the effect area of the chemical accident and the frequency of accidents at a chemical plant. At present, the ORA does not quantitatively consider environmental receptors when the damage types within the scope of the accident are environmental receptors. In order to solve this problem, this study proposes a method of estimating the risk considering resident and environmental receptors. Through these studies, it was confirmed that the ORA impact for the prevention of chemical accidents requires risk analysis considering environmental receptors in the medium and long term. 화학사고를 예방하기 위한 장외영향평가서에서는 유해화학물질 취급시설의 화학사고 위험도를 산정하고, 적절한 안전성 확보방안을 확보하도록 유도한다. 위험도를 산정하는 방법은 '사고영향범위 내 주민 수'와 '취급시설의 사고발생빈도'의 곱이다. 현재 장외영향평가서에서는 사고영향범위 내 피해 유형으로 영향범위 내 주민 수만 고려하고 있고, 환경수용체에 대한 정량적 고려가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 환경수용체를 고려한 위험도 산정 방식을 제안하였고, 가상의 시나리오 분석을 통해 주민에 대한 고려만 이루어진 위험도와 환경수용체를 고려한 위험도 산정방식을 비교 분석하였다. 이러한 연구를 통하여, 화학사고 예방을 위한 장외영향평가 제도에서 중·장기적으로 환경수용체를 고려한 위험도 분석의 필요성을 확인하고 방법론을 제안하였으며, 향후 정책 및 제도개선의 기초자료로 활용하기를 기대한다.

        The Influence of Mothers’ Parenting Stresses and Marital Conflicts on Young Children’s Social Competence: Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Family Interactions

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of mothers’ parenting stresses and marital conflicts on young children's social competence and the mediating effect of family interactions thereon. Technical statistics, correlation, reliability, confirmation factor, structural model, and path analyses were conducted using data from the 1,555 families who responded to the Panel Study on Korean Children (PSKC) (2014) from of the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education (KICCE). The results showed a positive correlation between the parenting stress of mothers and marital conflict, family interaction and social competence of young children. Parenting stress and family interaction, parenting stress and social competence, marital conflict, and family interaction. A positive correlation also existed between marital conflict and young children's social competence. Second, in the relationship between mother's parenting stress and young children's social competence, family interactions were partially mediated, while, in the relationship between mothers’ marital conflicts and young children's social competence, family interactions were fully mediated. This study will be used as a baseline to explore ways by which improve the social competence of young children.

        예비유아교사의 자아존중감과 대인관계능력의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between self-esteem, interpersonal relationship ability, and resilience of pre-service early childhood teachers, and to verify the mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between self-esteem and interpersonal relationship ability. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted targeting 280 pre-service early childhood teachers in the department of early childhood education of four universities located in Gyeonggi-do and Chungcheong-do. In addition, step-by-step regression analysis was performed according to the mediating effect analysis method of Baron & Kenny (1986), and the effect was verified by the Sobel test. As a result of the study, first, all three variables showed a significant positive correlation with each other in the correlation between self-esteem, interpersonal relationship ability, and resilience of pre-service early childhood teachers. Second, as a result of examining the mediating effect of resilience in the relationship between self-esteem and interpersonal relationship ability of pre-service early childhood teachers, it was found that resilience had a partial mediating effect between the two variables. The results of this study are significant in that they verified that the resilience of pre-service early childhood teachers is a variable that can predict interpersonal skills along with self-esteem. The results of this study will be used as basic data for the development of programs and curriculum to improve self-esteem, interpersonal relationship ability, and resilience of pre-service early childhood teachers in the training process, and may suggest the direction of pre-service early childhood teacher education.

        3-5세 누리과정 교사용 지도서에 나타난 신체운동 관련 활동 분석

        본 연구는 3-5세 누리과정 신체운동·건강 영역의 신체운동 관련 활동을 분석하여 연령에 따른 누리과정의 교육 특성을 파악하고, 추후 누리과정 개정 시 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 2017년 7월 1주부터 약 3주 동안 3-5세 누리과정 교사용 지도서 32권에 수록된 전체 2,116개 활동 중 총 326개(15.41%)의 신체운동 관련 활동을 추출하고, 연령별, 생활주제별, 내용범주별, 타 영역간의 관련요소별, 활동 형태별로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 연령이 증가함에 따라 신체운동 관련 활동의 비중이 감소하였다. 또한 생활주제별, 내용범주별, 타 영역간의 관련요소별, 활동 형태별 신체운동 관련 활동을 분석한 결과 모두 어느 한 가지 특정 범주에 치우쳐 제시된 경향을 나타냈다. 따라서 추후 누리과정 개정 시 유아의 전인발달을 위해 신체운동 관련 활동 비중을 높이고 활동 요소들이 고르게 분포되도록 보완해야 한다는 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the physical exercise activity related to the physical exercise and health area in the Teachers’ guidebook of Nuri Curriculum for 3-5 years old, to understand the educational characteristics of the Nuri Curriculum according to the age, and to provide suggestions for the revision of the Nuri Curriculum in the future. For this purpose, extracted 326(15.41%) out of 2,116 activities in the 32 volumes teachers’ guidebook of Nuri Curriculum for 3-5 years old. And analyzed by age, life theme, content category, related factors among other areas, and activity type during 3 weeks from 1 July 2017. As a result of the study, the proportion of physical exercise related activities decreased with age increased. And physical exercise related activities by age, life theme, content category, related factors among other areas, and activity type was biased in a specific category. Therefore, it is expected that the revision of the Nuri Curriculum will improve the proportion of physical activity related activities for the whole development of preschool children and improve all activity elements should be supplemented so that they are evenly distributed.

        유아교사의 음악경험과 유아음악교육에 대한 인식

        목적 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 음악경험과 유아음악교육에 대한 인식을 살펴봄으로써 유아교육현장에서의 바람직한 유아음악교육의 방향과 실행을 위한 시사점을 제공하는 데 있다. 방법 연구대상은 경기도, 충청도, 대전광역시, 세종특별자치시의 공⋅사립유치원에 근무하는 교사 224명이며 유아교사의 음악경험과 유아음악교육에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 결과 연구 결과, 첫째, 연구대상 유아교사 중 192명(85.7%)이 음악관련 학원 및 개인교습 경험이 있었으며, 가요를 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 연주회 관람 경험은 1년 1회가 66명(29.5%)으로 가장 많았으며, 음악관련 교내⋅외 입상경험은 51명(22.8%), 노래 및 악기연주 경험은 95명(42.4%)이 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사들은 음악교육에 대해 전반적으로 높은 인식을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구의 결과는 유아교사를 위한 유아음악교육 프로그램 개발 및 교사의 전문성 증진을 위한 교사연수 개발의 필요성을 시사한다. Objectives The purpose of this study was to provide implications for desirable direction and implementation of early childhood music education by examining the music experience and awareness of early childhood music education of early childhood teachers. Methods The subjects of this study were 224 kindergarten teachers working in public and private kindergartens in Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheong-do, Daejeon, and Sejong City. A questionnaire survey was conducted to examine early childhood teachers music experience and awareness of early childhood music education. Results As a result of the study, first, 192 (85.7%) of early childhood teachers have experiences in music academy and private lessons, and they preferred music the most. In addition, 66 (29.5%) had the experience for going a concert once a year, 51 (22.8%) had a prize-winning experience, and 95 (42.4%) had experience of singing and playing a musical instrument. Second, it was found that early childhood teachers generally have high awareness of music education. Conclusions The results of this study suggest the need for teacher education to develop music education programs for teachers and to enhance teachers professionalism.

        Analysis of Concept Mapping of Early Childhood Teachers’ Perception on Happiness in Young Children

        This study aimed to identify teachers’ perception of young children’s happiness by concept mapping. A total of 16 early childhood teachers were selected as participants. They categorized and rated their own thoughts on the focus question. Based on this, multidimensional scale analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis were conducted. The results were as follows. First, 42 final statements were generated as early childhood teachers' perception for young children’s happiness, and these were divided into two dimensions: interpersonal relations-young child individual, and external factors-internal factors through multidimensional scale analysis. In addition, through cluster analysis, they were classified into five groups: “happiness to feel together,” “happiness through play,” “joy and happiness of activities,” “happiness from freedom,” and “joy and happiness of achievement.” Second, as for the fitness for each group, “happiness to feel together” showed the highest goodness of fit, and the statements “when you play as much as you want to be free” and “when you feel loved by mother and father” showed high goodness of fit. The results of this study may provide implications for the direction of teacher education and the practice of effective education for the enhancement of young children’s happiness.

        화학사고 장외영향평가 지원 프로그램(KORA)의 활용도 증대를 위한 제언

        Objectives: All enterprises intending to install and operate hazardous chemical handling facilities should prepare an off-site risk assessment (ORA) report that evaluates the impact of potential chemical accidents on the surrounding environment and population. This study was conducted to introduce the process of development and the functioning of the Korea Off-site Risk Assessment support tool (KORA) developed by the National Institute of Chemical Safety and to suggest manners to increase its utilization. Additionally, this article provided an overview of KORA. Methods: In order to identify problems with and refinements for KORA, the required items for each phase of KORA were derived by analyzing the Chemical Control Act and related administrative regulations. Results: The functions of KORA made receptor-considered assessment of chemical accidents possible, but several limitations were found in particular phases, such as the analysis of impact range, consideration of sensitive receptors, and assessment of environmental receptors. Conclusion: In this study, we suggested manners to increase the utilization of KORA. It is anticipated that the further research suggested in the study could contribute to the stabilization of the KORA system.
