도서관에서의 상용고객우대제도(FFP: Frequent Flyer Program) 도입

다양한 판매촉진수단들이 기업들에 의해 활용되고 있었으며 그중의 하나인 단골고객보상(Continuity Program) 즉 상용고객우대제도(FFP: Frequent Flyer Program)를 도서관에 도입하고자 하였으며, 이 제도를 통해 도서관은 상용고객을 확보하고, 지속적으로 이들과 우호적인 관계를 유지하여 새로운 신규고객을 유인하는 수단으로 활용하여야 할 것이다.

대학생의 생활스트레스와 자살생각과의 관계: 인지적 정서조절의 조절효과와 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 생활스트레스와 자살생각과의 관계에서 인지적 정서조절의 조절효과와 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 선행연구와 관련이론을 바탕으로 생활스트레스를 독립변인으로, 인지적 정서조절을 조절변인과 매개변인으로, 자살생각을 종속변인으로 관계모형을 설정하여 그 효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 400명(남 138명, 여 262)을 대상으로 대학생 생활스트레스 척도, 인지적 정서조절 척도, 자살생각 척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였고 구조방정식 모형을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 모형검증 결과, 대학생의 생활스트레스와 자살생각과의 관계에서 적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략은 조절효과를 보였고 부적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략은 매개효과를 보였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점에 관하여 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderating and mediating effects of cognitive emotion regulation on the relationship between stress and suicide ideation among college students. A total of 400 college students (138 males, 262 females) completed Stress scale, Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, Suicidal Ideation Questionnaire. Data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The statistical methods are structural equation modeling(SEM). It was found the adaptive cognitive emotion regulation moderated the effect of stress on the suicidal ideation of college students and the maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation mediated the effect of stress on the suicidal ideation of college students. Based on the findings, implications for therapeutic interventions were discussed. Limitations of the current study and the suggestion for further research were also discussed.

대학생 생활스트레스와 자살생각의 관계 : 부적응적 인지적 정서조절과 좌절된 대인관계욕구의 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between the Korean college students’ life stress and suicidal ideation, especially the mediating effect of maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation and frustrated interpersonal needs. The study included a sample of 534 college students. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. It was found that both maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation and frustrated interpersonal needs partially mediate the relationship between life stress and suicidal ideation among college students in Korea. Additionally, the partial dual mediation effect of the two intervening variables was also found. Based on these findings, therapeutic implications as well as limitations of the current study were discussed. 본 연구에서는 대학생의 생활스트레스와 자살생각의 관계에서 부적응적 인지적 정서조절과 좌절된 대인관계욕구의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 534명을 대상으로 대학생 생활스트레스 척도, 부적응적 인지적 정서조절 척도, 좌절된 대인관계욕구 척도, 자살생각 척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였고 구조방정식 모형을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 모형검증 결과 대학생 생활스트레스와 자살생각과의 관계에서 부적응적 인지적 정서조절과 좌절된 대인관계욕구 각각의 부분매개효과와 이 두 변인의 부분이중매개효과가 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점을 논의하였다.

A Study on Management Plan of Korea Garden Show through Surveying Garden Experts

This study aims to present direction for management of Korea Garden Show based on a survey of 105 experts in garden from a variety of backgrounds. Considerations for improving management of Korea Garden Show are as follows. First, when inviting applications for Garden Show, presenting a specific theme such as existing management method can encourage people to present more ideas from limited diversity. Second, it is the greatest time to hold the Garden Show from April to May in consideration of the diversity of plants and flowering time, and two week period is considered to be sufficient for the show according to the matters of operation and management of the show garden and requests of experts. Third, the show should be held in a designated place and after promoting sustainability and improving public awareness of the show. It should be also developed to show extended base of a garden and a variety of local characteristics, and held in provincial and municipal areas. Forth, industry-linked contents should be strengthened in the process of organizing the garden show. A symposium should be organized to introduce materials of garden industry including high-tech materials and new plant varieties and provide information about garden trends, and the show should perform its role as a platform for establishing garden culture.

안와내벽골절의 해부학적 복원술

Purpose: In surgical treatment of the medial orbital wall fractures, restoring the original position of the orbital wall is difficult in some cases. Under such condition, the orbital wall is often reconstructed with synthetic material, without bony reduction, which is considered to be the conventional reconstruction. The purpose of this study is to compare the outcomes of anatomical reconstruction, which restores the bony wall to the anatomical position, from that of the conventional reduction in the isolated medial orbital wall fractures. Methods: Thirty patients, who underwent reconstruction surgery for the isolated medial orbital wall fractures from March 2007 to August 2011, were reviewed retrospectively. The surgical outcomes of two groups, the conventional reconstruction group (15 patients) and the anatomical reconstruction group (15 patients), were studied in 2 measurements, a one day before and 6 months after the surgery. The changes of orbital volume were calculated by the images from a computed tomography scan and enophthalmos was measured by a Hertel exophthalmometer. Results: The orbital volume ratio was decreased by an average of 1.05% in the conventional reconstruction group, while in the anatomical reconstruction group, the ratio decreased by 5.90% (p<0.05). The changes in the Hertel scale were 0.20 mm in the conventional reconstruction group, and 0.70 mm in the anatomical reconstruction group. However, the difference in the Hertel scale was statistically insignificant (p>0.05). Conclusion: In conclusion, the anatomical reconstruction technique of the isolated medial orbital wall fracture results in a better outcome than that of the conventional reconstruction, in terms of restoring of the original orbital volume and anatomic position. Thus, it can be considered as a useful method for the isolated medial orbital wall fractures.

이동로봇(Mobile Robot)의 자율주행 기능에는 추종, 접근, 충돌회피, 경고 등의 여러 기능이 있다. 이 기능들을 하나의 Neural Network로 구성하고 학습하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 이동로봇의 자율주행 기능들을 각각의 Module로 구성하고 상황에 맞게 학습된 Module의 출력 값으로 이동로봇을 제어하면 단일 신경망의 단점을 보안할 수 있을 것이다. 이동로봇은 인간의 감각을 대신할 수 있는 다중 초음파 센서와 USB 카메라를 장착하고 있으며, 이곳에서 측정된 환경정보 데이터들은 Modular Neural Network(MNN)을 통해 학습을 한다. Expert Network(EN)의 활성화 함수를 최적결합으로 MNN을 구성하였고, 그 구조는 학습시간과 오차를 개선할 수 있을 것으로 본다. Gating Network(GN)는 MNN의 출력값인 이동로봇의 진행 방향과 속도를 스위칭 함으로써 제어하는 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 Modular Neural Network(MNN) 내의 Expert Network(EN)을 최적설계 하였고, 제안한 MNN의 검증을 위해 실시간으로 반복하여 이동로봇에 구현하였다. 그 실험의 결과값은 로봇을 상황에 맞게 운행, 제어하였고, 만족할 만한 성과를 얻을 수 있었다. Skills in tracing of the MR divide into following, approaching, avoiding and warning and so on. It is difficult to have all these skills learned as neural network. To make this up for, skills consisted of each module, and Mobile Robot was controlled by the output of module adequate for the situation. A mobile Robot was equipped multi-ultrasonic sensor and a USB Camera, which can be in place of human sense, and the measured environment information data is learned through Modular Neural Network. MNN consisted of optimal combination of activation function in the Expert Network and its structure seemed to improve learning time and errors. The Gating Network(GN) used to control output values of the MNN by switching for angle and speed of the robot. In the paper, EN of Modular Neural network was designed optimal combination. Traveling with a real MR was performed repeatedly to verity the usefulness of the MNN which was proposed in this paper. The robot was properly controlled and driven by the result value and the experimental is rewarded with good fruits.

국제신생벤쳐기업(INV)이론의 국제화 속도 연구

UIP theory has been quoted as a theoretical framework to explain globalization process of the small and medium sized enterprise, new venture, and a big company. However, because of the environmental change, such as, development of the Internet and decreasing the meaning of national territory, the traditional theories have some difficulties to explain current globalization phenomena. So, the new theoretical perspectives, such as International New Venture(INV) theory and Born-Global firm, are emerged to explain current globalization, instead of traditional theories. The purpose of this study is to investigate the globalization phenomena of Busan-Kyongnam regional firms with the comparison between traditional theoretical perspective(UIP) and new theoretical perspective(INV). For a empirical study, questionnaire survey was used, and 207 copies are used for analysis. The analytical results show that some important factors which affect significantly to the globalization speed of firms, are exposed. These factors are technological level of firms, global orientation of top management teams, support from home country, and psychic distance to target market.
