경기육괴 북동부에 분포하는 중생대 문암동층의 퇴적학적 연구

The Munamdong Formation is a small scale sedimentary deposit which is located in Yuljeonri, Naemyeon, Hongcheon Gangwon-do. In order to understand the depositional environment and its sequential change in the formation, sedimentary facies analysis was conducted. The result indicates that the Munamdong Formation began to be deposited in alluvial fan system accompanying volcanic activity and gradually deposited in lake system. As well, U-Pb, K-Ar and $^{40}Ar/^{39}Ar$ ages are determined from the Munamdong Formation. The SHRIMP U-Pb Phanerozoic Eon age of the detrital zircons in the middle part of the Munamdong formation yields $229.8{\pm}2.5Ma$. The K-Ar and $^{40}Ar/^{39}Ar$ ages of the volcanic rock in the lowermost part of the Munamdong formation are $203.7{\pm}3.9Ma$ and $227.4{\pm}8.4Ma$ respectively. These results confirm that the Munamdong Formation was deposited during the Late Triassic, indicating that the basin might be formed due to post-collisional rifting or collapsing. 문암동층은 강원도 홍천 율전리 일대에 불규칙한 형태로 분포하는 소규모 퇴적암층이다. 분지의 형성과 발달사를 규명하기 위하여 야외조사를 통해 퇴적상 분석을 실시하여 퇴적환경과 이의 순차적인 변화를 해석하였다. 퇴적상 연구에 따르면 문암동층은 전체적으로 하부의 화산활동을 수반하는 선상지 환경에서 상부의 호수 환경으로 점차 전이하는 환경 변화를 보인다. 분지의 형성시기와 퇴적시기를 규제하기 위하여 문암동층 구간내의 시료에 대하여 U-Pb, K-Ar 및 $^{40}Ar/^{39}Ar$ 연대측정방법으로 절대연령측정을 실시하였다. 문암동층의 중부구간 사암시료의 쇄설성 저어콘에 대한 SHRIMP U-Pb 현생이언 연대결과는 $229.8{\pm}2.5Ma$이며, 문암동층 기저의 시료에 대한 K-Ar과 $^{40}Ar/^{39}Ar$ 연령은 각각 $203.7{\pm}3.9Ma$ 그리고 $227.4{\pm}8.4Ma$로 측정되었다. 이러한 결과는 문암동층의 퇴적 시기가 트라이아스 후기인 것을 확인해 주며 분지는 충돌 후 열 개작용 또는 붕괴에 의해 형성되었던 것을 지시한다.

Synthesis of an optically active azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane skeleton as a backbone of the tropane alkaloids has been achieved by employing intramolecular Mannich reaction. Utilization of (R)-alpha-methylbenzylamine as a chiral auxiliary provided an excellent cyclization of amino dioxolane precursor. However, this auxiliary did not afford high asymmertic induction for the preparation of the optically active cyclization precursor.

홍삼농축액분말을 발효주정을 이용하여 과립입자를 제조한 후 이것을 원심력에 의해 부유시키고 성장시켜 100% 홍삼농축액 환을 제조하는 새로운 원심분리 코팅방법을 개발하였다. 본 방법은 홍삼농축액을 순차적으로 분무하면서 흡입공기 온도 60~70℃, 분무공기 압력 3.0~4.0 bar, 투입구 온도 20~50℃, 투입속도 1~1,000 g/min, 회전판속도 1,000~1,500 rpm, 외부온도 (outlet temperature) 25~40℃ 의 조건으로 제조하였다. 홍삼농축액환의 제조수율은 85% 이었고, 제조에 소요된 시간은 7~8 시간 이었다. 홍삼농축액환은 홍삼농축액 분말에 비해 흡습성 내성이 매우 우수하였고, 비중감소에 의해 물에서의 용해시간도 1 분 이내로 우수하였다. 반면 홍삼의 활성 및 지표성분인 진세노사이드는 제조과정 중 큰 성분분해없이 안정하였다. The centrifugal coating granulating system, a new method of preparing red ginseng extract pills, has been developed. The red ginseng extract was first powdered with 85.5% of edible ethanol and dried for 3 to 4 hours at 50℃. The powders were fed in chamber of centrifugal coating granulating system and then granulated, sequentially. The centrifugal system operated at 20 to 50℃ of inlet temperature, 1 to 1,000 g/min of feeding speed, 60 to 70℃ of atmosphere temperature of intake, 3.0 to 4.0 bar of spray atmosphere pressure, 1,000 to 1,500 rpm of centrifugal plate speed and 25 to 40℃ of outlet temperature. The product yield was about 85% and preparation time was 7 to 8 hours. Especially, major ginsenoside components of red ginseng were not decomposed after processing of red ginseng extract pill.
대심도 지하역사에서의 화재시 연기거동과 피난에 대한 수치해석 연구

Advantages of the deeply underground subway are underground space efficiency high speed decrease of noise and vibration. However when fire occurs in the deeply underground subway station large casualties are occurred like Daegu subway station fire due to the increase of evacuation distance. In this study a numerical analysis was performed by using the fire and evacuation analysis program FDS+EVAC for smoke movement and evacuation in Beotigogae station among the deeply underground subway station. Heat release rate of carriage fire was set 10MW and the fire growth rate was ultrafast. As a result the smoke move to the exit at 1085 second. The total evacuation time took 956 second.
홍삼과 홍삼 혼합물 섭취가 유,무산소성 운동수행능력, 피로회복능력에 미치는 영향

This study was to investigate the effects of red ginseng and mixed red ginseng supplementation on aerobic·anaerobic performance and fatigue recovery rate. The subjects of this study were divided into three groups such as red ginseng group(RG), mixed red ginseng group(MG) and placebo group(PG). We measured time of exhaustion and peak power for acute supplementation and time of exhaustion, VO2max, peak power, average power, V·CO2, and blood lactate for 6 week supplementation and 2 week interruption. Aerobic training was performed using the treadmill at 60%~70%V·O2R for 30 minutes, three times a week, and total 6 weeks. Collected data were statically analyzed by SPSS PC win 12.0(kor) and two-way and three-way repeated ANOVA were used to analyze data and Tukey method was used to verify the significant difference among group as a post-hoc analysis. Statistical level was set up as α=0.05. The results of acute supplementation, there were no significant effects on time of exhaustion and peak power between groups. however, there were significant effects on V·O2max, time of exhaustion, peak power, average power, and V·CO2 between time in MG and blood lactate between groups. In conclusion, it expected that red ginseng supplementation and mixture of red ginseng may increase aerobic·anaerobic performance and fatigue recovery rate.
