OTA를 이용한 Analog Multiplier 구현에 관한 연구

아나로그 승산기를 구현하기 위하여 OTA를 회로의 기본요소로 사용하였다. OTA에서 일반적으로 나타나는 이동도 감쇄등의 비이상적인 현상을 두개의 OTA를 크로스 커플 형태로 사용함으로써 최소화 할 수 있음을 보였다. 실험적으로 $90^{circ}C$의 고온에서도 3차 고조파왜곡이 상쇄됨을 확인함으로써 OTA를 기본으로 하는 접근방식이 아나로그 신호처리에 적합함을 입증하였다. A building block approach to generate an analog multiplier architecture is described. Several non-idealities including the effects of the mobility degradation present in a typical operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) are minimized by using a two cross coupled OTA structure. It is shown that the third-order harmonic distortion is cancelled even at high temperatures. It is proved that OTA based approach is suitable for analog singal processing at relatively high temperatures.
교육서비스품질이 학생만족도와 학교충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This research investigated the relationship between service quality, student satisfaction, and behavioral intentions in higher education settings in Korea. SERVPERF and the service quality model for higher education were used to conduct an analysis of a conceptual framework comprised of six dimensions of service quality: administration, faculty, tangibles, reliability, assurance, and curriculum. Of these dimensions, tangibles, faculty, and administration were the important factors for student satisfaction, and they, in turn, showed significant influences on behavioral intentions toward the universities to which the students belonged. These results partially confirmed the linkage between service quality, student satisfaction, and behavioral loyalty in higher education settings in Korea.
평생교육실습 프로그램의 운영실태 및 평생교육사 직무모델에 기반한 요구도 분석

This study was designed to analyze the present condition of the lifelong education field training program and to implement the need assessment of field training program based on the job model application. In order to achieve these goals, surveys were conducted through questionnaires and in-depth interviews targeting staffs of lifelong education institution in Busan area. The 115 subjects were analyzed by frequency distribution, the paired samples t-test, and the Borichs need analysis. The result showed that the field training program was poorly executed during the year of 2013 due to deficiency of certified practitioners and systematic guidelines. Also, the most highly demanded tasks were promoting change, networking, planning, developing programs and conducting surveys among various roles of lifelong educators. On the other hand, the need for the assisting and supporting programs were relatively low. Finally, this study concluded the need for developing systematic guidelines and for accrediting as a lifelong education field training institution nationwide. The results of this study would ultimately contribute to enhance the quality of lifelong education field training program.
