For automated vehicles, the integrity and fault tolerance of environment perception sensor have been an important issue. This paper presents radar, vision, lidar(laser radar) fusion-based fault detection algorithm for autonomous vehicles. In this paper, characteristics of each sensor are shown. And the error of states of moving targets estimated by each sensor is analyzed to present the method to detect fault of environment sensors by characteristic of this error. Each estimation of moving targets isperformed by EKF/IMM method. To guarantee the reliability of fault detection algorithm of environment sensor, various driving data in several types of road is analyzed.

Purpose: This study attempts to find how the cultural marketing activities utilizing cultural space affect firm’s brand image and brand loyalty, and whether this culture marketing technique is recognized as a social contribution activity by potential customers and thereby influence brand image and loyalty. Methods: The data was collected by using the structured questionnaires to consumers who have experience using the Naver Library, Starfield Library, and Hyundai Card Library. The proposed research model is tested using 178 valid questionnaires using Smart PLS 2.0. Results: This research indicated that among cultural marketing factors, cultural support and cultural promotion have little impact on brand image, whereas culture firm influence brand image. Brand image also had an impact on brand loyalty, but it was found that public libraries operated by companies were not recognized as corporate social contribution activities, nor did they have an impact on the formation of the company’s brand image. Conclusions: The study offered a theoretical and empirical foundation for future research by empirically identifying the relationship between cultural marketing and brand image and loyalty and confirmed the coordinating effect of social contribution activities between a cultural firm and its brand image.

In terms of development of the tourism industry, interest in fair tourism, a new paradigm of tourism, has been spreading around the UNWTO. Early research on fair tourism began with the activation of local economy, sharing of local culture, and eco-friendliness. At present, it is reinterpreted and used in various meanings of sustainable tourism or responsible tourism, which is the relation between equality of tourists and residents of local communities and tourist sites, and economic, socio-cultural and environmental aspects. This study proved that tourism itself has educational and ethical aspects, and that if tourist experiences and recognizes fair tourism, psychological capital, which is a psychological aspect of tourism, will lead to regional competitiveness. In other words, regional competitiveness means that if tourists felt psychological capital in tourism activities, they affected the quality of life, economic power, and openness to the area where I live. On the other hand, this correct and equitable fair tourism proved to be necessary between the tourism of subjects, objects and media. These findings suggest that the relationship between fair tourism and local competitiveness can be highlighted as a new paradigm centered on psychological capital.

By substituting Cr in inverse-spinel Fe₃O₄, Cr<SUB>x</SUB>Fe<SUB>3-x</SUB>O₄ thin film samples were prepared by sol-gel spin-coating method and their structural, electronic, and magnetic properties were analyzed. X-ray diffraction indicates that the lattice constant decrease with increasing Cr composition (x). This result can be explained in terms of occupation of octahedral sites by Cr<SUP>3+</SUP> ions with smaller ionic radius than that of Fe<SUP>3+</SUP>. Vibrating sample magnetometry measurements on the samples at room temperature revealed that saturation magnetization (M<SUB>s</SUB>) decrease by Cr substitution, explainable by comparing spin magnetic moment among the related transition-metal ions. A decrease of magnetoresistence effect with x was observed, similar to that of M<SUB>s</SUB>. The coercivity of the Cr<SUB>x</SUB>Fe<SUB>3-x</SUB>O₄ films was found to increase with x, attributed to the increase of magnetic anisotropy by the existence of octahedral Cr<SUP>3+</SUP>(d<SUP>3</SUP>).

Effects of V substitution of Fe on the magnetic properties of Fe₃O₄ have been investigated by x-ray diffraction (XRD), x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), conversion electron Mossbauer spectroscopy (CEMS), and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM) measurements on sol-gel-grown films. XRD data indicates that the VxFe₃-xO₄ films maintain cubic structure up to x=1.0 with little change of the lattice constant. Analyses on V 2p and Fe 2p levels of the XPS data indicate that V exist as V³+ mostly in the VxFe₃-xO₄ films with the density of V²+ ions increasing with increasing V content. Analyses on the CEMS data indicate that V³+ ions substitute tetrahedral Fe³+ sites mostly, while V²+ ions octahedral Fe²+ sites. Results of room-temperature VSM measurements on the films reveal that the saturation magnetization for the x=0.14 sample is larger than that of Fe₃O₄, while it becomes smaller than that of Fe₃O₄ for x≥0.5. The coercivity of the VxFe₃-xO₄ films is found to increase with x, attributed to the increase of anisotropy by the substitution of V²+(d³) ions into the octahedral sites.

Purpose: As communicable disease, COVID-19, pandemic strikes over the world, it is critically bewared that air travel possibly be a major pass way to deliver the infectious disease virus. Especially the airplane could be an unique environment to cultivate the virus spreaders. In order to keep the continuous safe airway as well as the industry, related international associations and organizations have been published the guidelines for the prevention and control the infectious disease through the all aspects of aviation. By reviewing the guidelines, focusing on the in-flight infection prevention and control, this study would not only inform a summary of the international guidelines but also provide an essential and general consideration for related research or guideline study. Methods: Guidelines of 5 major countries are reviewed, which has been seriously influenced by COVID-19 : U.S., Canada, E.U., Australia and China. The items of the guidelines are re-categorized as its similarity and structure by applicable cases. Results: The result of this study shows that each guideline seems to share a major structure and issue such as identifying sick traveler, sick passenger care, and cleaning even though that of China has a different since it used to consider the flight conditions based on 3 levels of infection risk. For sick passenger care, the guidelines includes crew safety, service level, sick passenger isolation, and cleaning. Implications: A published guideline as a public manual could be to prevent and control the in-flight infection efficiently and promptly. It also could provide a confidence of knowledge and educate for all users to prepare the in-flight emergency as well.
