          The romantics broke away from the neolassical rules and argued that all matters were appopriate for the stage. Melodrama was the popular nineteenth-century genre. The well-made-play still was empolyed by many nineteeth century dramatists for melodrama. The bussiness of acting was transformed by star system and long run. While the classical, romantic, and melodramtic acting styles were prevailng yet many performers strove for true-to-life style in characterization. The director became the overseer of the production process for total unity and emsemble. The transformations in theatre architecture were a proscenium arch stage and enlarged stage, and the seating consiste of individual armchairs. Thechnolog revolutionized stage lighting the introduction of gas lighting was the first step. By the middle of the century, the gastable enabled control of all of the stage. In 1879, in candiescent lamp further revolutionized stage lighting. Historical accuracy in scenery and costuming become more common with the increasing availiability of works of historical reasearch. The most significant alternative was the box set. The box set could be used during the course of the presentation. Even so, theatre in the nineteenth century built on the innovation of the preceding century and paved the way for the modern theatre especially in play production method. On one hand, realistics artists attempted to create the illusion of everylife on stage. In case of Korean modern theate between 1910s and 1930s, The introduction of western theatre (romatic melodramas and realistic dramas) was the first step. Up to now, however, in korean modern theatre do not accommodate western modern theatre. The reason why limpness in Korean modern theatre is because loss of the conception and identity in traditional Korean theatre.

          독일과 한국에서의 비례원칙에 의한 행정작용의 통제

          Meine Ausführungen zielen darauf ab, einen Eindruck davon zu vermitteln, wie die deutschen und koreanischen Gerichte und Lehren mit dem Grundsatz der Verhältnismäßigkeit umgehen, indem ich über den Begriff, den Inhalt, die Entwicklungsgeschichte, die verfassungsrechtliche Verortung, Anwendungsbereiche, die gerichtliche Kontrolle über die Verwaltungshandlungen des Grundsatzes der Verhältnismäßigkeit(Übermaßverbot) in Deutschland und Korea. Das Übermaßverbot ist in der deutschen Rechtsentwicklung thematisiert worden, als es um die Abgrenzung und Bewahrung der Freiheitssphäre des Einzelnen geht, die gegen staatliche Eingriffe abgeschirmt werden sollte. Die Prüfung durch die Verhältnismäßigkeit wird in drei Schritten vorgenommen: erstens Prüfung der Eignung des gewählten Mittels, zweitens der Erforderlichkeit des gewählten Mittels und drittens der Verhältnismäßigkeit im engeren Sinn(sog. Proportionalität), bei der Gewicht und Bedeutung des angestrebten Zwecks einerseits und Gewicht und Tiefe des Eingriffs andererseits zueinander in Beziehung gesetzt werden. In Korea insbesondere gibt es das große Problem - “Übermaß des Übermaßverbotes.” bei der Prüfung durch die Verhältnismäßigkeit im engeren Sinn. Dieses Phänomen führt zu den Eingriff des verfassungsrechtlichen Grundsatzes der Gewaltenteilung und zur unrichtigen Behandlung öffentlicher Aufgahen. Der Grundsatz der Verhältnismäßigkeit hat seine Wurzeln im Gefahrenabwehrrecht, d. h. im Polizeirecht. Unter der Geltung des Grundgesetzes hat das Bundesverfassungsgericht den Grundsatz der Verhältnismäßigkeit als übergreifende Leitregel allen staatlichen Handelns dem Rechtsstaatsprinzip entnommen und damit zum ungeschriebenen Verfassungsgrundsatz erklärt. Der Grundsatz der Verhältnismäßigkeit ist in den Adelsstand der Verfassung erhoben worden. Die weiteren Entwiklung des Übermaßverbotes zeichnete sich durch die stete Ausdenhnung seines Anwendungsfeldes über den Bereich der grundrechtlichen Abwehrrecht hinweg aus. Es gibt heftigen Streit um das “Wieviel” des Anwendungsfeldes des Übermaßverbotes.(z. B. Leistungsverwaltung). Die rechtliche Problematik und Gefahren sind immer dann gegeben, wenn - wie auf der dritten Stufe der Verhältnismäßigkeitsprüfung - eine Rechts - und Güterabwägung vorzunehmen ist, für die letztlich himreichend operationable Kritetien fehlen. Peter Lerche hat mit seiner Habilitationsschrift zum Thema “Übermaß und Verfassung” in 1961 vor einer Überdehnung des gesetzesbindenden Übermaßverbotes gewarnt. Insbesondere erscheinen dieses Phänomen in Korea bei der gerichtlichen Kontrolle über die Rechtsverordungen, Satzungen und Ermessensakte. 비례원칙(과잉금지)은 원래 독일에서 그 성질상 국가의 침해로부터 보호받아야 할 개인의 자유영역의 경계설정과 보호문제로서 대두되었다. 비례원칙의 심사는 선택된 수단의 적합성, 선택된 수단의 필요성 및 협의의 비례원칙에 관해 행해진다. 우리나라의 경우 특히 협의의 비례원칙 위반의 사법심사에 있어 “과잉금지의 과잉” 현상이 심각한 상태에 이르고 있고, 이는 헌법상의 권력분립원칙의 침해와 더불어 국가사무의 적정한 처리에도 부정적 영향을 미치는 면이 적지 않다. 비례원칙은 원래 독일에서 경찰법 분야에서 발생되었고, 독일 기본법 시행 후에는 헌법상 서열을 인정받고 있으며, 법치국가원칙에 그 근거가 있다고 보고 있다. 한편, 비례원칙의 적용범위에 대하여는 독일의 경우 학설의 대립이 심각하며(급부행정 등), 그것은 특히 협의의 비례원칙의 경우 그 명확한 기준결핍으로 더욱 문제로 된다. 비례원칙에 관한 대표적 논문을 1961년에 발표한 레르헤(P. Lerche)교수 역시 이 문제에 대해 “법률제정권을 속박하는 과잉금지의 과도한 확장”이라고 경고한 바 있다. 특히 우리나라의 경우 법규명령과 재량행위에 대한 재판통제에 있어서 이러한 현상은 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 필자는 감히 이 글이 과잉금지에 관한 우리나라 헌법재판소와 대법원의 판례의 태도에 대한 논의의 새로운 출발점이 되기를 바란다.

          Antiallodynic Effect of Thalidomide and Morphine on Rat Spinal Nerve Ligation-induced Neuropathic Pain

          Background:Tumor necrosis factor-alpha and other proinflammatory cytokines are becoming well recognized as key mediators in the pathogenesis of many types of neuropathic pain. Thalidomide has profound immunomodulatory actions in addition to their originally intended pharmacological actions. There has been debate on the analgesic efficacy of opioids in neuropathic pain. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of thalidomide and morphine on a spinal nerve ligation model in rats. Methods:Male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 100−120 g were used. Lumbar (L) 5 and 6 spinal nerve ligations were performed to induce neuropathic pain. For assessment of mechanical allodynia, mechanical stimulus using von Frey filament was applied to the paw to measure withdrawal threshold. The effects of intraperitoneal thalidomide (6.25, 12.5, 25 and 50 mg/kg, respectively) and morphine (3 and 10 mg/kg, respectively) were examined on a withdrawal threshold evoked by spinal nerve ligation. Results:After L5 and 6 spinal nerve ligation, paw withdrawal thresholds on the ipsilateral side were significantly decreased compared with pre-operative baseline and with those in the sham-operated group. Intraperitoneal thalidomide and morphine significantly increased the paw withdrawal threshold compared to controls and produced dose-responsiveness. Conclusions:Systemic thalidomide and morphine have antiallodynic effect on neuropathic pain induced by spinal nerve ligation in rat. These results suggest that morphine and thalidomide may be alternative therapeutic approaches for neuropathic pain. (Korean J Pain 2010; 23: 172-178)

          섬유 조합에 따른 초고성능 콘크리트의 인장거동

          Ultra-High Strength Concrete(UHPC) has ultra-high material performance including high strength and high flowability. On the other hand it is less ductile than high ductile fiber reinforced cementitious composite. This study investigated the effect of combination of steel fiber and micro fiber on the tensile behavior of UHPC. Four types of UHPC containing combination of steel fiber, polyethylene(PE), polyvinyl alcohol(PVA), and basalt fiber were designed. And then uniaxial tension tests were performed to evaluate the tensile behavior of UHPC according to combination of fibers. And density was measured to evaluate whether micro fiber induces unintentional high pore or not. From the test results, it was exhibited that PE fiber with high strength is effective to improve the tensile behavior of UHPC and basalt fiber is effective to increase the cracking and tensile strength of UHPC. Furthermore, it was also verified that micro fiber does not make high pore. 초고성능 콘크리트는 높은 강도와 유동성을 갖는 우수한 재료 특성을 나타내는 콘크리트이다. 그러나 고연성 시멘트 복합체에 비하여낮은 연성을 나타낸다. 이 연구에서는 강섬유와 마이크로섬유의 조합이 초고성능 콘크리트의 인장거동에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 이를위하여 강섬유와 폴리에틸렌, 폴리비닐알코올, 현무암섬유 조합에 따라 4가지 초고성능 콘크리트 배합을 결정하였고, 인장거동을 평가하기위하여 직접인장 실험을 수행하였다. 또한 마이크로섬유가 제조과정에서 의도하지 않은 과도한 기포를 생성하는지를 확인하기 위하여 밀도실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과 인장강도가 높은 폴리에틸렌섬유는 초고성능 콘크리트의 인장거동을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 확인하였고, 현무암섬유는 초고성능 콘크리트의 균열강도 및 인장강도를 증가시키는데 효과적임을 확인하였다. 또한 마이크로섬유가 의도하지 않은 기포를 생성하지 않는다는 것도 확인하였다.

          높은 연성을 갖는 고강도 시멘트계 복합체의 재료강도 및 변형성능

          이 논문의 목적은 다른 종류의 폴리에틸렌 섬유로 보강한 높은 연성을 갖는 고강도 시멘트계 복합체의 재료강도와 인장변형거동을 실험적으로 연구하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 압축강도 80 MPa 수준의 재료 및 배합을 결정하였고, 보강 섬유로서 2 종류의 폴리에틸렌 섬유를 사용하였다. 그리고 밀도, 압축강도, 1축 인장변형에 대한 일련의 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과 시멘트계 복합체의 인장거동과 균열 패턴은 보강 섬유의 특성에 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 적절한 폴리에틸렌 섬유를 사용함으로써 재료의 압축강도가 77.7 MPa 이고, 인장변 형성능이 7.9% 변형률인 시멘트계 복합체의 제조가 가능하다는 것을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate experimentally the material strength and tensile deformation behavior of highly ductile high-strength cement composites reinforced by synthetic fibers. Materials and mixture proportions were designed to make composites with a strength level of 80 MPa in compression. Two kinds of polyethylene fibers with different properties were employed as reinforcing fibers. A series of experiments on density, compressive strength, and deformation performance was performed. Experimental results showed that the tensile behavior and cracking patterns of cement composite strongly depends on the types of reinforcing fibers. It was also demonstrated that the cement composite with a compressive strength of 77.7 MPa and a tensile strain capacity of 7.9% can be manufactured by using a proper polyethylene fiber.

          ACRT에 의한 초크랄스키 대류진동 제어

          A numerical study was made of the control of transient oscillatory flow modes in Czochralski convection. The reduction of temperature oscillation was achieved by changing the rotation rate of crystal rod, .OMEGA.$_{S}$=.OMEG $A_{S0}$(1+ $A_{S}$sin(2.pi. $f_{S}$/ $t_{p}$t)). The temporal behavior of oscillation flow was scrutinized over broad ranges of two parameters, i.e., the rotation amplitude( $A_{S}$.leq.0.5) and the nondimensional frequency (0.9.leq. $f_{S}$.leq.1.5). The mixed convection parameter was ranged 0.225.leq.Ra/PrR $e^{2}$.leq.0.929, which encompassed the buoyancy-and forced-dominant convection regimes. Computational results revealed that the temperature oscillations could be reduced effectively by a proper adjustment of the control parameters. The uniformity of temperature distribution near the crystal rod was examined. The control of oscillatory flow modes was also made for a realistic, low value of Pr.

          This study investigated the comparison of tensile properties between cement and cementless composite with polyarylate fiber. Test results showed that the cementless composite with polyarylate fiber showed lower strength and higher tensile strain capacity than the cement composite with polyarylate fiber.

          This study investigated the impact resistance properties of UHPC and HDFRC. Test results showed that the HDFRC mixture has a higher penetration depth than the UHPC mixture, however, the HDFRC mixture has a higher impact resistance performance without perforation based on high ductility through multiple micro cracks.
