        회복환경으로서의 치유정원과 치유환경요소 분석

        In this study, as a preliminary step of planning garden healing activities for effective garden healing, we analyzed existing literature studies to classify healing environment elements and to find out what the important elements were through expert questionnaires. After listing the contents of garden healing, common contents were extracted, overlapping and similar items were grouped together, and they were classified into six categories: rest and enjoy, exercise and walking, Planting and Management, learning activities, social activities, and events. Among these healing environmental factors, the highest importance recognized by experts was rest (4.833) and enjoy (4.833), followed by planting with 4.667, followed by walking with 4.583, which was found to be an important factor among healing environmental factors. It is judged that the process of feeling comfortable and relieving stress by taking a light walk or appreciating green nature should be done first, and then the healing process should be done by planting activities using plants that can stimulate various senses. 본 연구는 효과적인 정원에서의 치유를 위해 치유 활동 계획의 사전단계로 기존 문헌 연구를 분석하여 치유환경요소를 분류하고, 중요한 요소가 무엇인지를 전문가 설문을 통하여 알아보고자 했다. 정원치유에서 진행된 내용을 나열한 후 공통내용을 추출하고, 중복되는 것과 유사한 것들끼리 묶어서 종합 정리하여 휴식 및 감상, 운동 및 산책, 조성 및 관리, 학습활동, 사회활동, 이벤트, 총 6개 로 분류하였다. 이 치유환경요소 중 전문가들이 인식한 가장 높은 중요도는 휴식(4.833)과 감상(4.833)으로 나타났고, 그 다음 식물 식재가 4.667로 높았고, 산책이 4.583로 치유환경요소에서 중요한 요소로 나타났다. 가벼운 산책이나 녹색 자연을 감상하며 편안함을 느끼고 스트레스를 완화하는 과정이 우선 이루어지고 이후 다양한 감각을 자극할 수 있는 식물을 이용한 식재활동으로 치유과정이 이루어져야 할 것으로 판단된다.

        Spinal Nitric Oxide Synthase Type II Increases Neurosteroid-metabolizing Cytochrome P450c17 Expression in a Rodent Model of Neuropathic Pain

        We have previously demonstrated that the neurosteroid dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEAS) induces functional potentiation of N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptors via increases in phosphorylation of NMDA receptor GluN1 subunit (pGluN1). However, the modulatory mechanisms responsible for the expression of the DHEA-synthesizing enzyme, cytochrome P450c17 following peripheral nerve injury have yet to be examined. Here we determined whether oxidative stress induced by the spinal activation of nitric oxide synthase type II (NOS-II) modulates the expression of P450c17 and whether this process contributes to the development of neuropathic pain in rats. Chronic constriction injury (CCI) of the sciatic nerve induced a significant increase in the expression of NOS-II in microglial cells and NO levels in the lumbar spinal cord dorsal horn at postoperative day 5. Intrathecal administration of the NOS-II inhibitor, L-NIL during the induction phase of neuropathic pain (postoperative days 0~5) significantly reduced the CCI-induced development of mechanical allodynia and thermal hyperalgesia. Sciatic nerve injury increased the expression of PKCand PKA-dependent pGluN1 as well as the mRNA and protein levels of P450c17 in the spinal cord at postoperative day 5, and these increases were suppressed by repeated administration of L-NIL. Co-administration of DHEAS together with L-NIL restored the development of neuropathic pain and pGluN1 that were originally inhibited by L-NIL administration alone. Collectively these results provide strong support for the hypothesis that activation of NOS-II increases the mRNA and protein levels of P450c17 in the spinal cord, ultimately leading to the development of central sensitization and neuropathic pain induced by peripheral nerve injury

        NAG-1/GDF-15 Transgenic Female Mouse Shows Delayed Peak Period of the Second Phase Nociception in Formalin-induced Inflammatory Pain

        Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug-activated gene-1 (NAG-1), also known as growth differentiation factor-15 (GDF-15), is associated with cancer, diabetes, and inflammation, while there is limited understanding of the role of NAG-1 in nociception. Here, we examined the nociceptive behaviors of NAG-1 transgenic (TG) mice and wild-type (WT) littermates. Mechanical sensitivity was evaluated by using the von Frey filament test, and thermal sensitivity was assessed by the hot-plate, Hargreaves, and acetone tests. c-Fos, glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), and ionized calcium binding adaptor molecule-1 (Iba-1) immunoreactivity was examined in the spinal cord following observation of the formalin-induced nociceptive behaviors. There was no difference in mechanical or thermal sensitivity for NAG-1 TG and WT mice. Intraplantar formalin injection induced nociceptive behaviors in both male and female NAG-1 TG and WT mice. The peak period in the second phase was delayed in NAG-1 TG female mice compared with that of WT female mice, while there was no difference in the cumulative time of nociceptive behaviors between the two groups of mice. Formalin increased spinal c-Fos immunoreactivity in both TG and WT female mice. Neither GFAP nor Iba-1 immunoreactivity was increased in the spinal cord of TG and WT female mice. These findings indicate that NAG-1 TG mice have comparable baseline sensitivity to mechanical and thermal stimulation as WT mice and that NAG-1 in female mice may have an inhibitory effect on the second phase of inflammatory pain. Therefore, it could be a novel target to inhibit central nervous system response in pain.

        실내벽면녹화 공간의 생육환경 변화에 따른 식물 색채변화분석 -서울시 신청사 에코프라자 벽면녹화를 기준으로-

        (Background and Purpose)The number of cases in which plants have been introduced into indoor space to create green space is on the rise. Wall planting in an eco-plaza was designed to highlight natural plant colors. Since it focuses on a design point, a controlled growing environment is required to maintain the color design of the plants. Therefore, in this study, fundamental data regarding maintenance of plant color were collected by analyzing the proper growing environments for wall planting spaces. (Method) Accordingly, an investigation regarding a proper growing environment for wall plantings was the testbed for temperature and humidity of soil and plants. The system studied was the same as that used in the wall planting of the Eco Plaza in the new Seoul City Hall Building. Thus, it was important to analyze changes in plant colors. (Results)According to the analysis, the plants grow well indoors, but they tend to wither, die, or lose/change their color because of temperature and humidity issues. It is expected that this study serve as a guideline for identifying the proper growing environment of indoor plants to maintain natural color in wall plantings.

      • 벽면녹화(Green-wall) 색채 유지를 위한 관리방안

        서울시는 2012년 자연에너지를 극대화한 친환경 건물 에코프라자를 신축하고 실내에 거대 수직정원 Green-wall을 조성하였다. 에코프라자 수직정원 Green-wall은 단순히 녹지 확보만을 위한 벽면녹화가 아니고 식물자체에서 표현되는 색채를 활용한 디자인벽면녹화로서 다양한 의미와 기능을 가지고 있다. 식물의 기본색상인 Green계열을 주조색으로 식물마다 가지고 있는 명도, 채도를 고려하여 조화롭게 배치하고, 꽃과 열매가 피는 시기를 고려하여, 계절에 따라 다른 분위기를 연출할 수 있도록 계절별로 색채계획하였다. 본 연구는 색채 계획되어 배치된 14종의 6만 5천본 식물의 유지관리현황을 분석하고 식물의 생육과 자연 색채를 유지할 수 있도록 지속가능한 관리방안을 제안하고자 한다. 에코프라자는 건물 외벽과 대부분의 내벽이 유리로 처리되어 있어 자연광을 그대로 받기 때문에 계절별로 식물이 잘 자랄 수 있는 생육환경이 조성되는 식물의 지속가능성에 대한 기술력을 기반으로 설계되었다고 볼 수 있다. 또한 중앙통제실에서 계절별로 적정온도를 조절하여 이용자들에게 쾌적한 환경을 제공하고 있지만 식재된 식물 중 스킨답서스 ‘마블(Epipremnum aureum ‘Marble Queen’)은 광량이 부족하면 잎의 무늬가 없어지거나 강조색으로 배색 계획된 꽃과 열매도 개화와 결실을 하려면 충분한 광이 필요하므로 온도와 습도를 유지해서만은 식물 본연의 색채를 유지하기 힘들다. 이렇듯 에코프라자 수직정원 Green-wall은 시각적인 디자인을 중요시하여 설계한 만큼 계획된 색채디자인이 잘 유지될 수 있도록 벽면녹화를 유지관리하는데 필요한 인력과 비용을 고려하고 지속적인 온도, 습도, 광량의 모니터링이 필요할 것이다. The environmentally friendly Eco Plaza building that you take full advantage of the natural energy was constructed by Seoul city, in 2012, and was to be created as a huge vertical garden(Green-wall) indoors. Vertical garden is designed as Green-wall that is utilizing color of plant, simply not the wall to ensure green space. G-color of the plants was placed together considering the brightness, saturation, Moreover green-wall was designed by season of blooming and bearing fruits to be able to produce different atmospheres. In this study, maintenance of the 14 species, 65,000 plants are analyzed. And this study proposed a sustainable management plan to maintain the natural colors and plants growth. Eco plaza was built by glasses inside and outside to penetrate natural lights. So it seems to be designed by the technology of the durable environment for flourishing plants in any seasons. Even if the appropriate temperature was seasonally controlled in the central room to provide a comfortable environment to users, pattern of the Pothos(Epipremnum aureum ‘Marble Queen’)’s leaves disappear when lack of light and flower, fruit that was the planned-color to highlight color were needed a sufficient light for flowering and fruition. So it is difficult to be maintain the color of the plants under a proper temperature and humidity. This way, Eco Plaza vertical garden designed as much as important visual design, maintain the costs and manpower will be required, and need continuous monitoring of temperature, humidity, light.

      • 서안(西安) · 장사(長沙) · 광저우(廣州) 도시색채 비교분석

        도시색채는 도시 이미지 형성에 영향을 주는 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구의 목적은 서안, 장사, 광저우 세 도시별 색채 요소를 분석하고 도시이미지 형성에 색채가 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 서안, 장사, 광저우 세 도시를 비교해 본 결과 중국의 도시 지리적, 환경적 특성에 따라 각각 상이한 특징을 보였다. 역사적인 건축물과 입체적인 도로가 많은 서안은 PB와 P계열의 색채가 중심적이고, 주변이 산으로 둘러 쌓인 장사는 GY와 G계열, 항구 도시인 광저우는 PB계열이 도시에서 중심적으로 나타났고 이는 각 도시의 인문환경, 건축물 등에도 영향을 준 것으로 판단되었다. 본 연구는 도시별로 분석한 색채 데이터를 이용하여 중국 도시 색채 계획에 기초자료로 사용하고자 한다.

        중국의 서안(西安)․장사(長沙)․광주(廣州) 도시 색채 분석 및 제안

        Urban color is an important factor that affects the formation of urban image. The purpose of this study was to analyze the color elements of three cities, Xian, Changsha, and Gwangju, which have very different characteristics in China, and to understand the effect of color on the formation of city image. Xian, Changsha, and Guangzhou were divided into human environment, historical and cultural environment, artificial environment, urban landscape, and natural environment, and the results were analyzed through questionnaires, colorimeters, and programs. Each of them showed different characteristics according to their enemy characteristics. In Xi'an, where there are many historical buildings and three-dimensional roads, PB and P colors are central, Changsha surrounded by mountains is GY and G and in Guangzhou, a port city, PB series appears centrally in the city, which reflects the humanities of each city. It was judged that the environment and buildings were also affected. This study intends to use the color data analyzed by city as basic data for the Chinese city color plan.

        국내에서 유통되고 있는 Croton의 인공광원에 따른 색채의 비교 분석

        The color of plants used in interior design changes depending on the type of light source. Therefore, this study analyzed color changes in plants commonly used in interior decorating under artificial light in order to obtain basic knowledge of green interior design. This study used Croton plants, which have a variety colors and patterns and are often used in interior decoration. Leaves of Croton were analyzed by colorimetric methods using the X-rite Eye-One Xtreme iO bundle under different types of light, including Incandescent Illuminant A, Cool White Fluorescent-F2, and Three narrow band cool white-F11. In the results of this study, the chroma of GY-color of leaves showed similar results under D50, A, and F2 lights, whereas high chroma were observed under F11 light. Further, Red and Yellow showed a clear difference in color depending on the type of light source. Red showed high chroma under D50 and A lights, whereas Yellow showed similar chroma results under F2 and F11 lights and had the highest chroma under F11 light. In addition, when the difference in color under each light was measured and compared with the standard (D50 light), changes in a*and b* showed similar results under A and F2 lights, whereas the color change in a* was highest under F11 light. 인공광원의 종류에 따라 식물 본연의 색이 다르게 지각되어 의도한 바와 다르게 연출되는 문제가 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다양한 무늬 색채를 가지고 있어 그린인테리어에 활용도가 높은 Croton을 대상으로 인공광원의 특성에 따른 식물색채의 변화를 분석함으로써 목적에 맞는 그린인테리어 색채계획의 기초자료를 마련하고자 하였다. 식물선정은 다양한 색상과 무늬를 가지고 있어 실내장식용으로 많이 사용되는 크로톤(Croton)으로 선정하였고, 식물의 잎을 측색기를 이용하여 스펙트럼 데이터를 얻은 후, 기준광(D50)을 기준광으로 하여 가정에서 사용 빈도가 높은 3가지 조명(Incandescent Illuminant A, Cool White Fluorescent-F2, Three narrow band cool white-F11) 아래에서 잎의 색채가 어떻게 변화하는지 비교․분석하였다. 그 결과 기준광 D50을 기준으로 GY 색상의 채도가 A, F2 광원에서 기준광과 유사하게 표현되었으며, F11 광원에서는 채도가 높게 표현되는 것으로 나타났다. R계열과 Y계열에서는 인공광원의 종류에 따라 확연한 차이가 보이는데 R계열에서는 기준광 D50과 A 광원에서 채도가 F2, F11 광원보다 높게 표현되었다. 또한, 각 인공광원에 따른 색상 왜곡의 정도를 살펴보면 기준광 D50과 비교했을 때 A, F2 광원에서는 a* 값과 b* 값의 변화가 유사했고 F11 광원에서는 a* 값의 변화가 큰 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
