5-11세 소아에서 코로나19 백신의 효능 및 안전성에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰

Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccines in children aged 5-11 years, a rapid systematic review was conducted on published clinical trials of COVID-19 vaccines and studies that analyzed real-world data on adverse events after COVID-19 vaccination. Methods: A systematic search was conducted on medical literature in international (Ovid-MEDLINE) and pre-published literature databases (medRxiv), followed by handsearching up to January 4, 2022. We used terms including COVID-19, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2, and vaccines, and the certainty of evidence was graded using the GRADE approach. Results: A total of 1,675 studies were identified, of which five were finally selected. Among the five studies, four consisted of data from clinical trials of each of the four types of COVID-19 vaccines (BNT162b2, mRNA-1273, CoronaVac, and BBIBP-CorV). The remaining study consisted of real-world data on the safety of the BNT162b2 vaccine in children aged 5-11 years. This systematic review identified that COVID-19 vaccines in recipients aged 5-11 years produced a favorable immune response, and were vaccines were effective against COVID-19. The safety findings for the BNT162b2 vaccine in children and early adolescents aged 5-11 years were similar to those data noted in the clinical trial. Conclusions: There is limited data on COVID-19 vaccines in children aged 5-11 years. Consequently continuous and comprehensive monitoring is necessary for the evaluation of the safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccines.

Purpose: This study aims to identify current status of evidence-based nursing education to nursing students and strategies for dissemination. Methods: For investigation of current education status of evidence-based nursing, a searching for websites of 204 nursing colleges in Korea. And a focus-group interview was performed. Ten participants were faculties working at college of nursing. Interview data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results: Nineteen (9.3%) colleges were running evidence-based nursing (EBN) course in the undergraduate course and 29 colleges opened EBN course in the graduate school. Five topics regarding experience on teaching EBN were as follows, 1) there are need to teaching EBN in nursing colleges 2) EBN education leads to improvement in professional perception and research, but low level of feed-back also indicated. 3) Barriers were lack of faculty ability, difficulty in course management, limitation of resource and gaps in practice. 4) Facilitators were changes in clinical nursing practice, teaching faculty and developing teaching program. 5) Educational strategies for dissemination were changes on external evaluation and strengthening of academic society activities. Conclusion: EBN education for nursing students are effective in improving critical thinking and nursing research. Developing strategies for dissemination of EBN to nursing students are needed.

This paper proposes an improved no-reference image quality assessment (NR-IQA) method. It introduces a new model that combines convolutional neural networks (CNN) and the self-attention mechanism of Transformers to extract both local and global features from input images. The proposed model employs CNN to capture local structural information and uses the CNN-extracted features as sequential inputs to the Transformer to model the global representation of the images. This paper proposes an advanced version of TReS, which uses convolution operations to improve NR-IQA performance. Experimental results show that the proposed method provides performance improvement for various datasets compared to the original TReS model.

This study investigates the effects of the story based role-play project by proficiency levels and the effects of parental involvement by posting role-play video clips on the class website. In order to verify the effects, multiple tests, surveys and periodical interviews were carried out. The results reveal that employing story based role-plays with peer teaching was effective and that video clips of the students’ role-plays on the class website motivates the parents to involve actively in their children’s academic achievement and greatly improves students’ motivation. The speaking test results also show that the total amount of vocabularies and the average number of words per utterance had significantly increased. The effects of peer teaching turned out to be effective for both groups; The lower level students showed improvement in their language proficiency, responsibility, and participation in role-plays and the higher level students, handling with the conflicts in preparing their role-plays, developed experienced leadership.

본 논문에서는 컬러영상에 존재하는 문자들을 효율적으로 추출하기 위한 새로운 접근 방법을 제안한다. 빛 또는 조명성분의 영향에 의해 획득된 영상 내에 존재하는 반사성분은 문자 또는 관심객체들의 경계가 모호해 지거나 관심객체와 배경이 서로 혼합 되었을 경우, 문자추출 및 인식을 함에 있어서 오류를 포함시킬 수 있다. 따라서 영상 내에 존재하는 반사성분을 제거하기 위해 먼저, 컬러영상으로부터 Red컬러 성분에 해당하는 히스토그램에서 두개의 pick점을 검출한다. 이후 검출된 두 개의 pick점들 간의 분포를 사용하여 노말 또는 편광 영상에 해당하는지를 판별한다. 노말 영상의 경우 부가적인 처리를 거치지 않고 문자에 해당하는 영역을 검출하며, 편광영상에 해당하는 경우 반사성분을 제거하기 위해 호모모픽필터링 방법을 적용하여 반사성분에 해당하는 영역을 제거한다. 이후 문자영역을 검출하기 위해 최적전역임계화방식을 적용하여 전경과 배경을 분리하였으며 문자영역 추출 및 인식의 성능을 향상시켰다. 널리 사용되고 있는 문자 인식기를 사용하여 제안한 방식 적용 전과 후의 인식결과를 비교하였다. 편광영상에서 제안된 방법 적용 후, 문자인식을 한 경우 인식률이 향상되었다. This paper proposes a new approach to eliminate the reflectance component for the detection of text in color images. Color images, printed by color printing technology, normally have an illumination component as well as a reflectance component. It is well known that a reflectance component usually obstructs the task of detecting and recognizing objects like texts in the scene, since it blurs out an overall image. We have developed an approach that efficiently removes reflectance components while preserving illumination components. We decided whether an input image hits Normal or Polarized for determining the light environment, using the histogram which consisted of a red component. We were able to go ahead through the ability to extract by reducing the blur phenomenon of text by light because reflection component by an illumination change and removed it and extracted text. The experimental results have shown a superior performance even when an image has a complex background. Text detection and recognition performance is influenced by changing the illumination condition. Our method is robust to the images with different illumination conditions.
