함수언어의 컴비네이터 리덕션을 위해서는 람다리프팅(lambda lifting)이 요구되며 컴비네이터의 리덕션 과정에서 동일한 작업의 중복수행을 방지하기 위하여 람다리프팅을 변형한 완전지연 람다리프팅 방법이 널리 사용되고 있다. 또한 병렬수행 환경에서 컴비네이터 내부에 내재될 수 있는 병렬성을 잃어버리지 않도록 순차컴비네이트(serial combinator) 개념이 도입되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 두가지 조건을 만족하는 컴비네이터 생성을 위해 프로그램 변환(program transformation)과 단순 람다리프팅(simple lambda lifting)으로 구성된 모듈화(modular)된 방법에 관하여 기술한다. 본 연구는 완전지연성을 위한 변환을 람다리프팅과정에서 분리해낸 Peyton Jones의 모듈화 완전지연 람다리프터로부터 착안하였다.

This study was designed to identify how the factorial structure of physical fitness and excellent woman's field hockey players required structure of physical fitness. The subjects participating in this study were 35 female woman's field hockey players who were classified into excellent athletes. In order to accomplish this purpose, the 15 selected physical fitness test were conducted to woman's field hockey team of Chunan City Hall in Chungnam. Factor analysis was applied for analyzing factorial structure of woman's field hockey players. The implications of the study were as follows: 1. Among the factors of physical fitness, muscular strength had a significant impact on woman's field hockey performance outcomes irrelevant to the levels of skills. 2. At the excellent woman field hockey players of adults, muscular strength, power, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, agility, balance, and were very important factors for deciding performance outcomes.

Fast Fourier Transformation(FFT) is one of the most useful way to analyze response signal for the purpose of grasping the dynamic characteristics of system. Vibration test using impact hammer is typical and simple experimental method widely used for catching hold of dynamic peculiar characters and modal behaviors of system. In this thesis, impact testing module for NI-PXI equipment is developed The analyzing and visualizing module are developed with LabVIEW tool. A user can see quickly and easily modal shape of system after analyzing acquired data. This developed module will be expected to build up more convenient and serviceable measurement system.

Frequency analysis is one of the most useful way to analyze response signal for the purpose of grasping the dynamic characteristics of system through Fourier transformation. Although it is very effective way for frequency analysis, it is hard to analyze out a specific sound or vibration component which is correlated with others. In this thesis, source contribution analysis tool for NI-PXI equipment is developed with LabVIEW using coherences of MISO(multiple-input single-output) model. For the purpose of examining propriety of developed tool, simulation is performed with several correlated signals that have different frequency range. After checking the OCF(ordinary coherence function) and PCF(partial coherence function) of the each signal for concerned frequency domain, an experiment is conducted on an evaporator that cause the principal noise of a refrigerator. This developed tool will be expected to build up more convenient and serviceable measurement system.
요추간판탈출증 환자의 PELD,OLM 수술 방법에 따른 요부 근기능 회복과 안정화에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to determine the quantitative assessment of lumbar extension strength change for Pre-Op. Post-Op and The ratio of lumbar flexion 71˚ and 0˚ degree in PELD & OLM group of hernia patients. Fifty-eight male (PELD:17, OLM:41) and fifty-eight female(PELD:26, OLM:32) subjects participated and was tested twice at Pre-Op and Post-Op(5weeks). Each test involved the measurement of maximum voluntary isometric torque at seven degrees(72˚, 60˚, 48˚, 36˚, 24˚, 12˚, 0˚) of lumbar flexion using the Medx lumbar extension machine. Result show significant improvement (0,84%) of lumbar extension strenth for pre-op and post-op in OLM group but PELD group indicated non-significant improvement in male. there was significant improvement(18.20%) of lumbar strength for pre-op and post-op in PELD group of female but OLM group of female appeared non significant level. There was non significant improvement of strength at all degrees except 48˚(10.23%), 60˚(12.57%), 72˚(12.50%) for both PELD. OLM group of male but PELD group of female indicated significant improvement(over 15%) at all degrees but OLM group of female was showed non significant improvement ant degrees. The Ratio of lumbar flexion 72˚ and 0˚ Angle decreased from 1.99:1 to 1.89:1 for PELD group and from 2.13:1 to 2.28:1 for OLM group of male, and PELD group of female was decreased from 2.34:1 to 2.08:1 but OLM group of female showed significant decrease(14.28%) from 2.72:1 to 2.38:1.
인간협지방대유래 줄기세포의 골분화에 대한 심바스타틴의 효과

Simvastatin, a cholesterol-lowering drug, has been widely used for hyperlipidemic patients. Recently, it has been reported that they promote bone formation. Also, Human buccal fat pad-derived stem cells(hBFDSCs) have been shown to differentiate into osteoblast. Here, we investigated the effect of simvastatin on osteogenic differentiation in primary cultured hBFDSCs. hBFDSCs were isolated from the buccal fat pad and cultured. After cell expansion and three passages, the cell sorting for STRO-1, CD105 and CD34 were performed to characterize the HBFSCs. Osteogenic differentiation was induced on a monolayer culture with osteogenic media(OM), media including 100 ng/mL of BMP-2 and media including 1 ?M of simvastatin, respectively. After 7 to 28 days, alkaline phosphatase(ALP), Alizarin Red S, von Kossa staining and RT-PCR analysis for osteocalcin(OC) expression were performed for confirmation of osteogenesis. Flow cytometric analysis and biochemical assays demonstrated that hBFDSCs might be a distinguished stem cells, and mineralization was accompanied in all groups. However, with simvastatin, the hBFDSCs presented most efficient staining pattern of ALP and Alizarin red and were not inferior for the OC expression to other experimental groups. These results suggest that simvastatin has the potential stimulatory effect on bone formation through osteogenic differentiation and may be effective for the bone tissue regeneration.
