P.S.T 공법 라멘 구조물의 휨 거동 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

기존의 지하구조물 비개착축조공법은 구조물의 강성을 확보하기 위하여 가설구조인 강관에 철근을 설치하는데 시공시 좁은 공간으로 작업이 불편하고 배근작업으로 인한 자재비용이 과다하는 등 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하는 차원에서 스틸 세그먼트를 이음부로서 연결하여 지하구조물 축조시 가설구조물을 형성하고 철근대신 강선이나 강봉을 설치하여 긴장력을 도입하는 새로운 공법인 P.S.T공법(Prestressed Segment Tunnel Method)이 모색되었다. 본 연구에서는 P.S.T공법 구조물의 휨성능을 평가하고자 그에 대한 실험적인 연구를 수행하였다. 세그먼트 형상비, 우각부 원형강관의 크기, 긴장량의 크기 및 이음부의 용접 유무를 실험변수로 설정하여 구조물의 휨거동 특성을 규명하고 부동한 변수에 따른 구조물의 처짐에 대한 효과를 분석하였다. The existing underground trenchless methods use reinforcing rod in steel tube to obtain structural stiffness. However, there are some problems such as inconvenience of work and expensive material fee which are resulted from limited working space and reinforcing work. To resolve these problems, a new trenchless method, namely P.S.T method (Prestressed Segment Tunnel Method), is developed which uses joint to connect the steel segment and form erection structure in underground construction. Further, installing strands for prestressing. In order to evaluate the flexural capacity of the P.S.T method structure, experiment was conducted. The parameters considered in the experiment are the span-to-depth ratio, diameter of steel tube at corner, prestressing force and welding of joint. Altogether examining the flexural behavior, the effect of deflection in structure according to different parameters has also been analysised.

What’s more, the investigation system of the strengthening construction result does not exist, which makes hard to distinguish between excellent techniques and average one. So that, it seems necessary to gain the security of construction and bring about technology competition through making an actual investigation to the enterprise standard of strengthening technology. This thesis presents operating program, and the certification standards of strengthening technology.

The reduction and maintenance of the disphyseal fractures of the forearm bone are difficult due to the special rotational movement between two bones. Over the years various methods of operative treatment have been advocated, and good method must be selected as the fracture level, the fracture type, and the patient's general condition. From May 1988 to August 1993, the authors have reviewed 50 patients of the forearm shaft fracture except the solitary radius or ulna fracture with minimum 1 year follow up which were treated in Department of Orthopedic Sugery, Korea University Hospital. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The most common cause of injury was the traffic accident(38%) and the next was the fall down(24%). The most frequent level of the fracture was middle one-third(54%) and the most common type of the fracture was transverse fracture(64%). The treatment methods were 32 cases of the compression plate and screw fixation in the radius and ulna, and 18 cases of the compression plate and screw fixation in radius and the intramedullary nailing in ulna. 2. The average duration of the radiological union of compression plate and screw fixation of radius and ulna was 12.5 weeks in radius and 12.7 weeks in ulna, and 12,8 weeks of radius and 15.2 weeks of ulna in cases of compression plate and screw fixation of radius and intramedullary nailing of ulna. 3. According to Grace and Eversmann's evaluation, satisfactory results (Excellent and Good) were 87.5% of compression plate and screw fixation and 83.3% of compression plate and screw fixation of radius an4 intramedullary nailing of ulna. 4. Postoperative complication were 2 cases of superficial wound infection and each I case of transient posterior interosseous nerve injury, non-unian and non-union with metal failure in compressionplate and screw fixation of both radius and ulna, and 1 case of non-union in intramedullary nailing of the ulna.

The clavicular fractures occur frequently and are treated conservatively, usually. But things are trending toward operative treatment in displaced cases due to nonunion. From June 1984 to November 1993, 153 patients(156 cases) among 297 patients with the clavicular fractures were analysed at Department of orthopedic surgery, Korea university hospital. The brief summary of the observations are as follows: 1. among 156 cases, the right side were 72 cases, the left side were 84 cases and both were 3 patients. The most common cause of injury was the the traffic accident and the most frequent site of the fracture was middle one-third. 2. According to the Allman's classification, the fractures were classified in three groups. Group I were 113 cases, Group II were 28 cases and Group g were 15 cases and the average age of each groups were individually 28.7 years, 35.4 years and 41.4 years respectively. 3. The average duration of the radiological union of the conservative treatment were 9.8 weeks in Group I, 9.7 weeks in Group If and 10.3 weeks in Group g .And of the operative treatment were 10.1 weeks in Group I, 10.1 weeks in Group II and 9.9 weeks in Group g . Any difference between the conservative and the operative treatment was not observed. 4. The complications were nonunion in 2 cases, delayed union in 2 cases and refracture in 1 case after conservative treatment, and nonunion in 2 cases, delayed union in 1 case, refracture in 1 case and superficial wound infection in 1 case after operative treatment.

The object of this study is to estimate shear strength of Perfobond Rib shear connectors were used by direct shear stress. To estimate shear strength, Head Stud Type Shear Connectors are installed in a narrow space, the required shear resistance performance in a limited space in order to re-install the shear number of construction and design because it is a difficult situation to follow. Existing Study Perfobond Rib Shear Connectors behavior and the most direct shear strength is intently focused on research. After experiments, mechanism of Perfobond Rib shear connector was examined. The result of experiments, primary factors which influence direct shear strength are point bearing capacity of Perfobond Rib shear connector, effect of concrete dowels and effect of reinforcing bars. Lastly, based on primary facors, direct shear strength formula was proposed.

This paper investigates flexural behavior of P.S.T (Prestress Segment Tunnel) method rahman structure according to joint welding through an experimental study. For the experimental study, three specimens, non joint welding specimen and two joint welding specimens, were fabricated. As a result, the joint welding specimen, especially the bottom steel joint welding specimen is the most superior in flexural strength.
