김수영 시에 나타난 젠더로서의 자기풍자 연구

김수영 시인에 대해 한마디로 말하기는 어렵다. 신경림은 “김수영에 대한 많은 비평적 논의가 어느 정도 일치된 이해에 다다르고 있는 것이 사실이기는 하지만, 어느 두 사람 또는 다른 두 세대가 기억하고 중요하게 문제 삼는 것이 똑같은 김수영일 수는 없다. 난해한 모더니스트 시인 및 철저한 소시민적 자학, 언론 자유의 실천자 및 참여파 시인, 반시론자 등 김수영에 대한 연구는 다원주의적 차원으로 나아가고 있다.”1)고 말한다. 김수영에 관한 항간의 논의는 그 원류를 짐작하기 어려울 정도로 다양하게 논의되고 있는 것이 사실이다. 또한 김수영 사후 50년이 지난 지금도 그에 대한 연구는 오히려 과열된 양상을 보이고 있다. 김수영을 논의할 때 흔히들 여성을 비하하며, 혐오하는 태도를 지닌 점에 주목한다. 젠더는 생물학적 성에 대항하여 사회. 문화적 규범과 관련된 남성, 여성을 지칭할 때 사용된다. 흔히 말하는 남성적이다, 또는 여성적이다 라는 말 속에는 젠더 개념이 함유되어 있다고 볼 수 있다. ‘젠더는 섹스에 대한 사회적 해석이다.’ 라는 구호는 젠더에 관한 초창기 해석에서 등장한 것이다.2) 김수영은 몇몇의 시편에 나타난 바대로 다소 여성 비하적인 측면이 있다는 논고들이 많은데, 이는 당대의 주류 문화였던 가부장적 인식의 산물이었던 점에 비추어보면 그의 여성에 대한 태도를 지나치게 평가절하하는 것은 무리가 있다. 또한 가부장제 하에서의 김수영의 내면에는 상황에 대한 자기폭로와 고발, 즉 자기 조소적이며 자기풍자적인 면이 나타나는데 이는 김지하가 말했듯이 김수영 문학 전반에 나타나는 하나의 특징이라고 할 수 있다. 자기 조소적이며 자기 풍자적인 특징이야말로 김수영의 젠더에 관한 관점을 가장 잘 드러낸 부분이라고 볼 수 있는 것이다. 김수영의 작품 속에 드러나는 자아의 양상은 라캉의 사회적·상징적 질서의 재편과 맞닿아 있다. 즉 자기 폭로를 함으로써 사회적 질서에 대한 반향 의식을 적절히 드러내고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 김수영의 섹슈얼리티는 그의 정치적 무의식과 관련되는데, 이는 푸코가 말한 바, 권력에 대한 추동으로서의 미적인 지점을 의미한다. 섹슈얼리티는 근대의 산물이며, 권력과도 밀접하게 관련되는데, 국가의 권력 뿐 아니라 개인 및 집단 간의 성적 관계와 관련이 있다고도 볼 수 있다.3) 김수영은 그의 작품에서 가부장적 태도를 스스로 노출시킴으로서 자기를 대상화하고 여성을 상징화하는 섹슈얼리티를 구가했다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 스스로를 풍자함으로써 세속적이고 일상적이고 천박한 어투를 통하여 미적으로 완성된 섹슈얼리티를 보여주고 있는 것이다. 이는 라캉이 말한바 권력에 대한 추동으로서의 정치적 무의식을 함의한다. It is difficult to define the Poet Kim Soo-young in a word. Shin Gyung-lim says, “It's true that many critical discussions about Kim Soo-young reach a somewhat consistent understanding, but it cannot be the same Kim Soo-young that any two people or two different generations remember and raise an issue on importantly. The study on Kim Soo-young is moving toward pluralism, such as a difficult modernist poet, a perfect petty bourgeoise self-tormenter, a practitioner of freedom of speech and a participating poet, and a anti-poetry poet.”¹⁾ It is true that discussions on Kim Soo-young are taking place in such diverse ways that it is difficult to guess their origin. In addition, even 50 years after his death, the studies on Kim Soo-young still show some signs of overheating. In this paper, the focus will be placed on Kim’s gender consciousness in connection with his attitude and perspective toward women.²⁾ When discussing Kim Soo-young, we often note that he has the attitude of degrading and hating women. However, it is considered that he rather has gender sensitivity to women. Gender is used to refer to men and women associated with social and cultural norms against the biological sex. The common term “masculine” or “feminine” may include the concept of gender. The phrase “gender is a social interpretation of sex” came from an early interpretation of gender.³⁾ Kim Soo-young's poetry under the patriarchal system, includes something like self-exposure and self-accusation about the situation, that is, self-ridicule and self-sarcasm, which are considered characteristics that appear throughout Kim's literature, as Kim Ji-ha argued.⁴⁾ In other words, it is a characteristic of Kim Soo-young's gender consciousness, from which we can get a glimpse of his vein of humor, something like self-satire and self-ridicule. In addition, a dilemma occurs from Kim Soo-young, who is subordinate to the patriarchal culture, which is expressed to the members of his family such as his wife and son. In other words, he shows inner conflicts as the head of a household, such as incompetence and shabbiness to his wife as the head of the household and sense of debt to his son as the father, from which we can clearly identify the patriarchal nature of the poet wandering in the bridle of patriarchal culture. Kim's attitude toward women is similar to the one found in his view of the 4.19 Revolution. Compassion for prostitution is the source of love for human beings embraced by a poet as a male speaker, and this love for human beings is the reason why Kim Soo-young praised the 4.19 Revolution. Kim Soo-young's sexuality shows a desire for political power, which takes the form of self-criticism that exposes his inner nature that degrades women. In other words, he is justifying himself by exposing and accusing his own nature of degrading women, not hating women. This is meaningful in that he objectified himself and sang the sexuality that symbolized women by exposing his patriarchal attitudes himself. He used women-hate only as a tool, and he shows aesthetically perfect sexuality through his secular, everyday, and vulgar tone by satirizing himself. Although his desire for sexuality is revealed as a sensitivity to desire for power, it is meaningful in that he showed self-reflective attitude by revealing his own hypocrisy. Kim Soo-young's desire for sexuality is implicit in his political unconsciousness, which indicates that he had the spirit of resistance to the Syngman Rhee regime. Kim Soo-young sang the sexuality as a desire for power, which may be because his political unconsciousness underlay his consciousness base as a satire on unreasonable social reality of that time.

한의과대학 학생지원프로그램에 대한 한의대생 인식도 연구 - 1개 한의과대학을 중심으로 -

Background and objectives : Student support programs in Korean Medicine (KM) college have been not much activated as compared to other colleges. So, this research is aim to offer a baseline data to plan and run any kind of student support programs by understanding Korean Medicine students' preference and satisfaction. Methods : The survey was taken for 4 weeks from 2nd may 2016 to 27th may 2016, asking 162 out of a total of 255 students from $1^{st}$ grade to $6^{th}$ grade (pre-med to med). 3 Korean medicine doctors and 8 general students in Korean medicine college made the questionnaire by reviewing and modifying used questionnaire for student support programs. It consists of 13 questions (3 questions of demographic characteristics, 10 questions of overall awareness about student support programs). Results : 'Advanced clinical training course' was the most preferred with 23.4% among 13 different student support programs when multiple voting was allowed. 'Chinese Medicine college tour' got 21.6%, and 'Major training in Chinese Medicine college (for 17 days)' followed next with 19.4%. Expected satisfaction score to student support programs was 7.30 on average out of 10. Conclusions : Expected satisfaction to student support program was likely to be high. This research can be utilized as a significant assessment and analysis when developing new student support program for Korean Medicine college students.

대동맥수술에서의 수술 중 신경계감시의 적용

INM은 수술의 안정성을 더해주고 고위험군의 수술을 안전하게 진행할 수 있게 도움을 주고 있다. INM검사가 적용이 되는 모든 수술에서의 수술 과정과 신경학적 결손이 발생할 수 있는 과정에서 집중적으로 검사를 진행해 보다 신속하게 수술자에게 알리지 않으면 손상이 되었을 때 그에 대한 대처가 늦어서 환자에게 돌이킬 수 없는 심각한 후유증을 가져다 줄 수 있다. 대동맥류 및 대동맥 박리로 발생되는 대동맥 치환술은 개흉 및 개복술이 진행되며 심장의 혈류를 차단하는 매우 위험한 수술이다. 대동맥에서 분지되어 척수에 혈류를 공급하는 혈관들을 교체할 때 척수로 가는 혈류가 감소해 척수 허혈이 올 수 있다. 대동맥 수술에서의 INM은 겸자시에 유발전위를 이용하여 빠르게 척수 허혈이 시작되는 시점을 찾아내고 수술자에게 보고해 척수 허혈을 방지하며 심각한 합병증을 막는 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 이에 수술의 과정과 TceMEP, SSEPs의 검사 방법 및 검사 시점, 검사 기준에 대하여 작성을 하여 INM을 시행하는 검사자들에게 도움이 되고자 본문을 작성하였다. 본문으로 인해 대동맥수술에서 INM의 필요성, 대동맥 수술에서의 흐름을 파악하고 정확하고 신속한 검사를 통한 보고로 원활한 검사가 진행되길 바라는 바이다. Intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (INM) ensures the stability and safety of specific surgeries in high-risk groups. As part of INM, intensive tests are conducted during the surgical process. When INM tests are applied during surgery, a delay in notifying the operating surgeon in cases of neurological defects can cause serious irreversible sequelae to the patient. Aortic replacement, which is necessitated due to aortic aneurysms and aortic dissection, is a complicated procedure that blocks the blood flow to the heart. When arteries that branch out from the aorta and supply blood to the spinal cord are replaced, blood flow to the spinal cord decreases, resulting in spinal ischemia. In aortic surgery, INM plays an important role in preventing spinal ischemia and serious complications by quickly detecting the early signs of spinal ischemia during cross-clamping and reporting it to the surgeon. Therefore, this paper was prepared to help examiners who conduct INM by detailing the process, method, time, and warning criteria for INM. This paper identifies the need for INM in aortic surgery and the process flow for a smooth test, accurate and rapid examination, and subsequent reporting.

Social media marketing is the most representative technique of marketing strategy with digital contents, and the influencer marketing is recently introduced. Social media users tend to be annoyed to the advertisements in the social media, which can also occur in the promotional contents of the social media influencer. This paper analyzes the negative relationship between the rewarded referral and the advertisement effect of promotional posts, particularly in posts about cosmetic products in Instagram. In addition, this paper suggests the marketing strategy of Instagram influencer marketing based on the anlaysis.
