자기공명영상 기반 3차원 유한요소모델링을 통한 무릎관절의 파손평가

본 연구에서는 먼저 완전 신전상태의 병변이 없는 26세 남자의 자기공명영상이미지를 기반으로 대퇴골, 경골, 관절연골, 반월상 연골의 정밀한 3차원 재구축을 실시하였다. 재구축된 무릎모델에 인대와 건을 생리학적으로 적합한 위치에 부착시켜 3차원 유한요소모델을 완성시켰다. 뼈, 관절연골, 반월상 연골은 균질성, 등방성 선형탄성거동을 보이는 것으로 고려하였으며, 인대와 건은 트러스 요소와 선형, 비선형 스프링 요소를 사용하여 모델링하였다. 제작된 무릎관절의 유한요소모델을 ABAQUS를 사용하여 비선형 접촉해석을 수행하였다. 수치해석결과로서 조직의 손상과 환자의 통증을 추정하기 위한 중요매개변수로 간주될 수 있는 관절연골과 반월상연골의 접촉압력과 von Mises 응력분포를 계산하였으며, 관절연골과 반월상 연골의 접촉압력과 von Mises 응력분포를 분석하여 무릎관절에 대한 파손평가를 실시하였다. In this study, the femur, the tibia, the articular cartilage and the menisci are three dimensionally reconstructed using MR images of healthy knee joint in full extension of 26-year-old male. Three dimensional finite element model of the knee joint is fabricated on the reconstructed model. Also, the FE models of ligaments and tendons are attached on the biologically suitable position of the FE model. Bones, articular cartilages and menisci are considered as homogeneous, isotropic and linear elastic materials, and ligaments and tendons are modeled as truss element and nonlinear elastic springs. The numerical results show the contact pressure and the von Mises stress distribution in the soft tissues such as articular cartilages and menisci which can be regarded as important parameters to estimate the failure of the tissues and the pain of the patients.
痰暈으로 변증하여 淸暈化痰湯을 사용한 소뇌경색환자의 치험 1례

Objectives: The aim of this study was to report the effect of Korean medicine treatment on a cerebellar infarction patient suffering from vertigo, ataxia, and nausea. Methods: We treated the patient with herbal medicine (Cheonghunhwadam-tang), acupuncture, and physical therapy. Clinical symptoms were assessed with a numeral rating scale (NRS), the Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI), and Study Short Form-36 (SF-36). Results: After 24 days of treatment, the vertigo, ataxia, and nausea symptoms were all improved, and the NRS, DHI, and SF-36 scores showed improvement. Conclusion: This case shows that Korean medicine treatments were effective in alleviating the symptoms of cerebellar infarction.
클로드 증후군으로 진단된 복시와 운동실조 증상을 가진 환자의 한방 치료 증례 1례 보고

Objective: The aim of this study was to report the effect of Korean medicine treatment on Claude's syndrome with ataxia and diplopia. Methods: We applied electroacupuncture, scalp acupuncture, and physical therapy to the patient. Diplopia was assessed with the distance between two images of one object, and ataxia was assessed with the Korean Version of the Scale for the Assessment and Rating of Ataxia (K-SARA). Results: After 21 days of treatment, diplopia, abnormal extraocular movement, and ataxia were improved on the basis of the K-SARA score. Conclusion: This case demonstrates the effectiveness of Korean medicine treatment in improving the symptoms of Claude's syndrome.
풍력발전산업의 글로벌 공간전략 : 발전기 제조업체를 중심으로

전 세계에 이미 설치된 육상 풍력발전기의 지리적 분포를 주요 제조업체별로 비교하는 한편, 업체 홈페이 지에서 새롭게 발표하는 주요 사업들의 지리적 분포도 분석하였다. 또 해상발전기 제조업에서 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 발전기 제조업체들이 취한 공간전략들을 비교한다. 더 나아가 대만 해상의 풍력발전소 건설사업을 통해 풍력 발전기 제조업 상류와 하류의 공급사슬을 살펴보며, 사슬에 개입하는 주체들의 지리적 특징을 밝혔다. 그 밖에도 선 도기업들을 추격하는 인도와 중국업체의 상반된 운명을 다루었고, 국내 발전기 제조업체들의 공간전략을 선도기업 들과 비교하였다. 끝으로 벨라루스와 코소보의 예시를 통해 풍력발전산업에서 국제기구의 역할을 예시하였다. This paper summarizes the global spatial strategy of major wind turbine makers in terms of the current geographical distribution of wind turbines and recently mentioned wind farm projects in the official news of company websites. Chinese company Goldwind and American Company GE Renewable Energy was compared with European leaders such as Vestas and Siemens Gamesa due to high dependency on domestic markets of the former companies according to the track records. Although more than 90% of cumulative wind power capacity is onshore, the demand for offshore wind turbines is increasing. While Siemens Gamesa being the leader of offshore wind turbine makers with a licensing agreement with a local Chinese company, Vestas collaborated with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries to make a synergy. On the other hand, GE acquired French power businesses to compete with them. To expand the discussion to upstream and downstream of wind turbine industry, a global supply chain in case of Taiwan offshore wind farms was demonstrated. It was characterized by capital-intensive Western developers and cutting-edge turbine makers from Germany, Japan, etc. with components of turbines provided by Taiwanese and South Korean companies. On the contrary, some examples of challengers in the industry was provided in terms of their spatial strategy. From the wind farm projects in Kosovo and Belarus, the role of international organizations such as European Union and United Nations in the industry was also illustrated.
편두통 예방에 대한 침치료의 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타 분석

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of acupuncture on migraine prophylaxis. Method: Articles were searched from the online databases: PubMed, OASIS, NDSL, and RISS. The search keywords were “migraine prophylaxis” and “acupuncture.” The inclusion criterion was randomized clinical trial. The exclusion criteria were in vivo, vitro, and review articles. Results: Eighty-nine articles were found among those published until March 2019. After reviewing the title, abstract, and original article, 10 articles were selected to show the effect of acupuncture for migraine prophylaxis. Conclusion: The effect of acupuncture for the frequency and number of days of a migraine and for the intensity of the pain seems to be effective, but the mechanism does not appear to be clear. Therefore, further research is needed in future acupuncture for migraine prevention.
