본연구는슬관절과견관절의초기재활과정에서관절운동범위와스트레칭, 그리고유산소성운동프로그램에대한논문이다. 만약관절이손상후장기간동안고정된다면관절이굳어지고 근육은위축이 될것이다. 그러므로본 프로그램은다양한운동기술을포함하고있다. 즉관절의경직을예방하기위한운동범위확보와근육의이완을위한스트레칭, 심폐기능의감소를예방하기위한심혈관훈련(수영, 상체자전거, 고정식자전거)을포함하고있다. 초기재활과정에서는임상운동전문가와환자사이의상호관계를형성하는것이매우중요하다. 또한임상운동전문가는환자의통증과운동적응도, 체력수준, 프로그램의진행등에관해스포츠의학전문의와상의하는것이권장된다. This is a review article about range of motion, stretching, and aerobic exercise in accelerated rehabilitation of knee and shoulder. If the joint was immobilized for a long time after injury, it would cause stiffness and atrophy. Therefore, this program includes various exercise techniques; range of motion for joint stiffness, and stretching for muscle relaxation, and cardiovascular training (e.g., swimming, upper body extremity, stationary bicycle) for prevention of cardiopulmonary function decrease. In accelerated rehabilitation, It is very important factor to make interaction between clinical exercise specialist and patients. Also, we recommend that they should discuss with sports medicine doctor as a team members the following; pain, adaptation of exercise, fitness level, and progression of program.
건강한 성인 남성의 웨이트 트레이닝 장비에서의 등척성 최대 근력을 이용한 1-RM 추정

The purpose of this study was to estimate one-repetition maximum(1-RM) by isometric maximal strength in healthy male adults. 50 male adults were performed isometric strength in seven weight training machines (leg extension, leg curl, chest press, shoulder press, abdominal curl, arm curl, latpull down, long full). Isometric muscular strength was determined tensiometer(model JNB-500L). After 48 hours later, 1-RM measurement were followed. The data analyzed correlation isometric muscular strength and 1-RM. also regression analysis used for development of regression equations to predict one repetition maximal strength. The result was shown that high correlation between isometric strength and 1-RM(r=.55~.84, p<.01), R2=.37~.72 had linear relation. Regression equations were leg extension(1-RM)=39.81+0.43*(MVC), leg curl(1-RM)=40.26+0.47*(MVC), chest press(1-RM)=0.81*(MVC), shoulder press(1-RM)=34.45+0.57*(MVC)-0.61*age, abdominal curl(1-RM)=89.73+0.36*(MVC)+0.41*weight, arm curl(1-RM)=0.69*(MVC), latpull down(1-RM)=0.38*(MVC), long full(1-RM)=0.45*(MVC). In conclusion, the regression equations on this study may be predicted acceptable degree of accuracy to 1-RM of weight training machines and isometric test can provide a valid estimation of 1-RM performance in untrained male adults.
알파인 스키 선수들의 경기기록과 체력 변인들 간의 상관 분석

본 연구는 알파인 스키 선수들의 경기기록과 체력 변인들 간의 상관관계를 비교 분석하는 연구로 17명의 스키선수들을 대상으로 윗몸 앞으로 굽히기, 수직뛰기, 눈감고 외발서기, 10m왕복달리기, 사이드스텝, 슬라롬(slalom), 허리의 등속성 근기능, 운동부하검사, 윙게이트 검사를 실시하였으며, 레이싱 수행능력은 경기기록으로 평가 하였다. 자료 분석은 상관분석을 이용하였으며 가설검증을 위한 유의수준은 p<.05로 설정하였다. 분석결과 알파인 스키 선수들의 슈퍼대회전, 대회전, 회전 종목의 경기기록과 수직뛰기, 10m 왕복달리기, 사이드스텝, 슬라롬, 요부관절의 굴신근 근력과 근파워, 윙게이트 최대파워, 30초 피로지수 간에 유의한 상관이 나타났다(p<.05). 결론적으로 알파인 스키 선수들의 경기기록을 향상시키기 위해서는 비시즌 훈련 프로그램에 순발력과 민첩성, 요부의 근력, 근파워를 향상시키기 위한 트레이닝과 무산소성 능력을 향상시키기 위한 트레이닝을 실시해야 한다. The purpose of this study was to provide an effective off-season training program on the base of the analysis on correlation between competition record and total physical fitness variables in Alpine skiers, Seventeen male skiers were subjected for this study. Physical fitness test variables were consisted with stand and reach, vertical jump, one leg stand, 10m shuttle run, side step, slalom, isokinetic trunk test, graded exercise test, and Wingate test. Racing performance was defined by the competition record. Analysis of the data was accomplished by using the correlation with the significant level for hypothesis rejection at α=.05. As a results, There were significant correlations between competition record and vertical jump, 10m shuttle run, side step, slalom, isokinetic muscle strength, muscle power, muscle endurance of trunk, Wingate peak power, fatigue index (30sec) in super giant slalom, giant slalom, and slalom (p<.05). These data suggest that in order to improve competition record of Alpine skiers, instantaneous reactionary force, agility, muscle strength and muscle power of trunk, anaerobic power should be trained during off-season training program.
