In order to implement continuous-path motion on a robot, it is necessary to blend one joint motion to another joint motion near a via point in a trapezoidal form of joint velocity. First, the velocity superposition using parametric interpolation is proposed. Hybrid motion blending is defined as the blending of different two type’s motions such as blending of joint motion with linear motion, in the neighborhood of a vis point. Second, hybrid motion blending algorithm is proposed based on velocity superposition using parametric interpolation. By using a 3-axis SCARA (Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm) robot with LabVIEWⓡ controller [2], the velocity superposition algorithm using parametric interpolation is shown to result in less vibration, compared with PTP(Point-To-Point) motion and Kim’s algorithm [1]. Moreover, the hybrid motion algorithm is implemented on the robot using LabVIEWⓡ [2] programming, which is confirmed by showing the end-effector path of joint-linear hybrid motion.

Trichoderma erinaceum DG-312 신규 곰팡이 균주로부터 생산된 galactomannan의 항염증 활성

새로 분리된 곰팡이 Trichoderma erinaceum DG-312의 균사체 배양에 의해 갈락토만난(GMs)을 생산하여 쥐에서 항염증 활성을 조사하였다. 5 리터 교반 발효조에서 3일 동안 배양에 의해 얻어진 균사체 및 갈락토만난의 최대 농도는 각각 9.44 g/l 및 2.72 g/l 이였다. Sepharose CL-6B 젤 크로마토그라피와 다당체 성분 분석 결과, crude 갈락토만난의 조성은 주로 mannose $(74.9\%)$와 galatose $(24.1\%)$로 구성된 이종의 다당체인 것으로 밝혀졌다. Trichoderma erinaceum DC-312로부터 생산된 갈락토만난은 아세트산으로 처리한 쥐에서 체중(kg)에 대하여 100 또는 200 mg의 양으로 처리하였을 때 농도에 비례하여 현저한 항 염증 활성을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 갈락토만난의 항염증 활성을 나타내는 모세혈관 투과도(vascular permeability) 및 발작 반응(writhing response)의 저해 수치는 각각 $60.6\%$ 및 $62.5\%$로 나타났다. 따라서 이런 갈락토만난의 항염증 및 발작반응 저해에 효과적인 특성을 이용한다면 치료 목적을 위한 의약물질 개발의 잠재성을 보여준다. The crude galactomannans (GMs) were obtained from the culture of a newly isolated fungus Trichoderma erinaceum DG-312 and their anti-inflammatory activity was investigated in mice. The maximum concentrations of mycelial biomass and GMs reached 9.44 g/l, 2.72 g/l at day 3 in a 5-l stirred-tank bioreactor, respectively. The results of Sepharose CL-6B gel chromatography and compositional analysis revealed that the crude GMs contain heterogeneous polysaccharides consisting of $74.9\%$ mannose and $24.1\%$ galactose. The GMs was shown to possess a significant anti-inflammatory activity against acetic acid-induced inflammatory mouse model in a dose-dependent manner, when mice were treated with 100 and 200 mg GMs/kg body weight. The inhibition in vascular permeability $(60.6\%)$ and in writhing response $(62.5\%)$ evidenced an anti-inflammatory activity of the GMs. The marked anti-inflammatory and writhing-lowering properties of the GMs suggest its potential therapeutic use.

This paper aims at finding out best design condition by using DOE(Design of Experiment), which is designed to select the optimal preferred facilities for the Decision-Making problems. In particular, The 3-axis Cartesian robot is for handling glass lenses of both digital cameras and cellular phone cameras of which needs are gradually increasing worldwide. The endeffector of robot has a vacuum gripper which can do peg-in-hole simultaneous jobs for 6 non-spherical glass lenses. The repeatability i.e., (±5 ㎛) of an endeffector for peg-in-hole job is of major concern in order to prevent both error motion and interference with 6 cavities. If the end-effector of robot have a big deflection or deformation. This is occurred to problem. so necessary to the Reducing Deflection of Ultra Precision Robot Systems by using DOE.

오늘날 조직은 급변하는 시장과 기술 환경에 신속히 적응하지 못하면 경쟁에서 살아남을 수 없으며, 이러한 현대의 조직이 환경적응을 위해서는 조직의 유연성 제고가 대단히 중요해졌다. 이에 따라 많은 조직들이 새로운 팀의 형태를 구성하게 되었다. 최근에 정보통신기술의 발달로 인하여 다양한 가상팀이 구성되어 운영되고 있다. 본 연구는 최근에 이러한 팀들이 가지는 특징으로 팀의 가상성(virtuality)에 대한 개념을 정의하였고, 폭넓은 이해를 위하여 기존 연구들을 종합하여 문헌적으로 정리하고자 하였고, 독립변수인 팀의 특성으로 팀 임파워먼트, 팀 신뢰, 팀 이질성과 종속변수인 팀 유효성(팀 몰입, 팀 성과)과의 상관관계를 실증적으로 살펴보려 하였다. 또한 독립변수와 종속변수의 관계에 미치는 영향에서 팀의 가상성(virtuality)이 어떠한 조절역할을 하는지를 실증적으로 조사하였다. 팀의 가상성에 대한 조절역할은 이론적으로 조사된 바는 아직까지 미미한 실정이며, 실증연구 또한 밝혀지지 않았다. 본 논문에서의 연구는 팀 가상성을 팀 유효성 모델과의 관계를 살펴보는데 의의가 있으며, 더 나아가 팀가상성의 조절효과를 실증 연구하는 시도로서 다양한 팀 특성 변수들이 가상성에 따라 팀 조직 내 유효성에 발전적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는지를 연구하였다.

1900~10년대 대구지역 경제변화와 독립운동에 참여한 경제인의 동기

본 연구의 목적은 1900~10년대 독립운동에 관여한 대구지역 경제인들의 동기와 활동 배경을 밝히는 것이다. 개항을 비롯한 사회변동은 대구지역 경제인들에게 기회와 위기를 모두 가져다주었다. 그러나 경부선 부설 이후, 일본인의 세력 확장이 대구의 기존 상권을 잠식해 나가는 방향으로 이루어지면서 대구의 토착세력과 개항 이후 대구지역에서 특수를 누린 세력 모두에게 위협이 되었다. 이에 대한 한국인 경제인들의 반응은 다양하게 나타났다. 그중에서도 독립운동 참여는 적극적인 대응이다. 당시 일부 경제인들은 상업을 통해 독립운동의 자금을 확보하고 단체 간의 연락을 기도하였다. 이들의 활동은 지역 독립운동의 연속성을 보장함과 동시에 지역 독립운동세력과 다른 독립운동세력을 연결하는 교점을 마련한 것이라 평가할 수 있다. 당시 주요 인물의 행보를 살펴볼 때, 1900~10년대 대구지역 경제인들이 각자의 이익과 신념에 따라 얽혀있었음을 확인할 수 있다. 이들의 입체적인 행보는 친일과 반일의 명확한 구분이나 경제인들의 친일 활동을 단순히 독립운동의 좌절에 따른 타협의 산물이라 이해하는 견해에 의문을 제기한다. 당시 대구지역 경제인들의 활동은 국권 회복 활동과 일본인 실업가와의 협업 등으로 나타났는데, 이는 지역에서의 상업 활동 유지 및 주도권 확보라는 현실적인 동기 때문이었다. 이들의 사례를 지속적으로 발굴하는 것은 지역사회에서 독립운동에 관여한 인물의 위상을 ‘오피니언 리더’로서 이해할 계기를 제공해 줄 뿐만 아니라, 독립운동사에 ‘드러나지 않은’ 부분을 드러낼 수 있는 실마리를 마련할 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 추가적인 사례 발굴이 이루어진다면 인물들의 관계 역시 입체적으로 복원할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to clarify the motives and activities of homo economicus(economic man) in Daegu who were involved in the independence movement in the 1900-1910s. Social changes, including the opening of a port, brought both opportunities and crises to economic man in Daegu. However, after the establishment of the Gyeongbu Line, the expansion of the Japanese power took place in the direction of encroaching on Daegu's existing commercial districts, posing a threat to both the indigenous forces of Daegu and those who enjoyed benefits in Daegu after the opening of the port. There were various reactions from Korean economic man to this. Among them, participation in the independence movement is an active response. At that time, economic man secured funding sources for the independence movement through commerce and attempted to communicate between organizations. Their activities can be evaluated as ensuring the continuity of the local independence movement and at the same time establishing a point of connection between local independence movement forces and other independence movement forces. Next, when looking at the actions of major figures at the time, it can be seen that economic man in Daegu in the 1900-1910s were intertwined according to their own interests and beliefs. Their three-dimensional moves raise questions about the existing views that understand the clear distinction between pro-Japanese and anti-Japanese, or the pro-Japanese activities of economic man as simply a product of compromise due to the frustration of the independence movement. At that time, the activities of economic man in Daegu appeared as the restoration of national sovereignty and cooperation with Japanese businessman, which was due to the realistic motive of maintaining local commercial activities and securing leadership. Finding their cases is meaningful in that it not only provides an opportunity to understand the status of people involved in the independence movement in the community as “opinion leaders,” but also provides a clue to reveal “unrevealed” parts in the history of the independence movement. If additional cases are discovered, it will be possible to reconstruct their relationships in three dimensions.

퇴원손상 심층조사 자료를 이용한 우리나라 운수사고환자의 사망에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석

This study was conducted to analyze the factors affecting the death of transportation accident patients across Korea and to provide basic data when preventing and establishing transportation accidents. Composite sample frequency analysis, composite sample cross-analysis, and logistic regression analysis were conducted and analyzed using the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s five-year in-depth discharge damage survey data from 2016 to 2020. This study contents are as follows.The difference between the general characteristics of patients died, complex Table analysis, complex Table analysis, complex Table analysis, and the difference between the general characteristics of death, and death. The results of this study showed that among the general characteristics, gender, age, hospitalization route, hospital location, bed size, severity, and main surgery were factors affecting transportation accident death. Based on the results of this study, we would like to provide basic data on the development and establishment of systematic and effective policies according to the type of traffic accident and measures to reduce deaths caused by traffic accidents.
