목조주택 모형개발을 위한 평면모듈 설정에 대한 연구 - 기둥-보 방식 구조를 중심으로 -

In this research, to develope wooden house model with post & beam structure which is commensurate with domestic environment, we analyzed the size and module of a unit space and space organization of existing habitation, then, based on the result, we tried to suggest general wood house modules. For this, we investigated 98 floor plans for 30 pyeong apartment in Seoul, Gyounggi-do, Gwangju, and Jeolla-do. The results are showed as follows. 1) It has shown that 7 posts distances are available in 2 bay floor plan type - 3.0 m, 3.3 m, 3.6 m, 3.9 m, 4.2 m, 4.5 m, and 4.8 m. 2) It has shown that 8 posts distances are available in 3 bay floor plan type - 3.0 m, 3.3 m, 3.6 m, 3.9 m, 4.2 m, 4.5 m, 4.8 m, and 5.1 m. It was concluded as follows, applying the standard of regulations of horizontal modular coordination design, from $\ulcorner$the standard of modular coordination design in architecture(KSF 1525)$\lrcorner$. 1) The available widths are 3.0 m, 3.3 m, 3.6 m, 4.2 m, and 4.8 m, and the available depths are 3.0 m, 3.3 m, 3.6 m, and 4.2 m. 2) To guarantee a space through post module of a room combination, we can use a module of 3.6 m, 4.2 m, 4.8 m except 3.0 m, 3.3 m among available modules. The module investigated in post & beam structure wooden house is applied in basic 6 floor plans as follows. 1) When organize the room on the basis of tile module of 3.6 m, 4.2 m, it was possible to organize the floor plan. 2) After arranging main room, making practical application of variableness which is advantage of post & beam structure, putting to practical use of extra space that becomes the combination of atypical room such as kitchen, dining room, and bathroom, it was possible to organize the floor plan of the residence. 3) It is possible to organize whole rooms through the plan module from 3.6 m to 4.2 m, that decides the floor plan of a wooden house.

Recently the population to enjoy leisure time has increased, due to the advancement of income level and increase of spare time. In the meantime, the growing attention to well-being life has shed light on Han-ok or traditional Korean house. Such a social background as former, the growing number of people prefer staying at Han-ok style accommodation when they are enjoying leisure time. However there has been little substantial study or survey on architectural standards of Han-ok style accommodation because it is a new type of accommodation facility. Therefore this study aims to suggest a set of basic standards on architectural planning for Han-ok style accommodations. For this purpose, it investigated architectural planning on Han-ok style accommodations in Jeollanamdo province through on-site survey and interview to classify them based upon size and scale of the facility, layout of buildings and interior spaces in terms of function, elevation and materials and to find basic standards on architectural planning of Han-ok style accommodations.
생활한옥의 평면구성에 관한 연구 - 전남지방을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to propose a method of developing an improved Hanok. To achieve this, an investigation was carried out on the factors of the main floor plan in the improved Hanok development and an interview was conducted with residents who live in the improved Hanok development. The conclusions obtained through this study are as follows: First, The shape of 一 was marked at the highest in the Korean traditional plan types such as 一, ㄱ and 田. It is considered that this reduces the cost of construction by simplifying the structure of the roof. Second, the size was consisted of $5{\times}3$ Kan, the Korean traditional module that determines the number of columns and expresses the position of the inner wall. However, the Kan measure ments for the bathroom and multi-purpose room differed. Third, 57.6% of the 2 bedroom units were investigated. However, 60% of the residents preferred 3 bedroom units. Fourth, the results of the relationship between the living room and the kitchen showed that the residents preferred L+DK type to LDK type by 54.2% and 45.8% respectively. Fifth, the residents preferred a bathroom constructed next to the bedroom because they considered that the improved Hanok development would be used as an Inn during holiday periods. Moreover, they desired a plan where the bathroom could be directly entered from the outside. Sixth, the design for the improved Hanok development should have a suitable multipurpose-room because 72.5% of the residents have extended their house to accommodate such a room. Seventh, 61% of the improved Hanok units had an entrance space, which does not exist in Korean traditional houses. For this reason, the Korean traditional floor (: the Maru) was avoided due to its inconvenience.
대학기숙사(大學寄宿舍)의 시설현황(施設現況) 및 만족도(滿足度)에 관한 조사연구(調査硏究)

The purpose of this study is to suggest fundamental data for design and planning of university dormitory through the survey of facility condition and resident's satisfaction. The scope of this research is limited to the period from late 1980's to early 2000's. The University Dormitories in Jeollanam-do and Jeollabuk-do are selected as subject. The result of this study is as follow. 1) Even though dormitory's total area is increased than the past, user's satisfaction is still in low level. It's necessary for user to fit a space to life pattern and the difference of human. 2) As a result of comparing of the sexual difference, most men are more active than women in using facility and practice 3) Not only a part of facility but also a part of operation is important element in satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to suggest some alternative on site planning of elementary school through investigating the effects of geographical and urban environment on the site. For this, we selected and surveyed 35 schools in Gwangju. The results of this study are as follows. 1) We cannot find out the differences from the use of elementary schools sites on slopes of sites. However, the sunken space between H type buildings in the site slopes facing east or west and the placing the playground on the north side of the site slopes facing north have some problems 2) The number of adjacent road and surrounding environment didn't show any effect. To separate between cars and pedestrians, we need some plans to block cars on the pedestrian gateway and it is much better to intensify the parking area near the school gate that cars come in and out. 3) The degree of satisfaction on the outdoor facilities of these cases shows low level. Therefore, to use the site of schools efficiently, we should secure the spacious playground and make plans to provide some spaces around school building for the static activities of students and teachers. 4) Most of all, the site which is suitable for educational environment should be selected. and also Special Code on the urban plan should be established to develop this one.

Recently, A lot of study about social welfare facilities is promoted by local government. The youth facility is also one of the subject of study. Many facilities for youth have been in the course of erection without following youth's opinion. In result, most the youth facilities are rearranged their space for various cultural activities.<br/> The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of the planning of the small and midium youth facilities in urban through analyzing with the space composition and space allocation. This study is based on a field survey and an essential research with analyzing functional factor, building area, distribution ratio.

The objective of this study is to propose the architectural basic data for the planning of kindergarten attached to the elementary school. For this study, we selected and investigated 23kindergartens in Gwangju city. The results of this study are as follows. 1) The elementary school in separated style had the advantage of securing educational space and reducing interference with students of elementary school. But it had the problem in using the facilities of elementary school. So we have to consider the kindergarten to be located near by dinning room, multi-purpose hall. 2) Concentrating the entrance, it makes the inside and outside space use easily. For the actual use, we have to establish facilities for convenience in outer-space. 3) For each room, we suggest guides as follow. The classroom and the playroom have to be combined for flexibility and supervision. In the planning of toilet, it must have sliding door for confirm the inside situation and reasonable height partition to consider the student's body-size. The shape of teacher's room must be open-type for supervising children but protect the entry of children. There is consideration for the material room and the sleeping room for all-day-long class.

VR means virtual reality that makes people who try to feel realism by computer more realistic than we guessed because virtual reality presents real image and sound by using many VR tools. Web based contents on this study assemble follow items, 3D database concerned with traditional Korean wooden structure and virtual reality. Architectural database for the traditional Korean wooden structure is important with Korean architectural history and digital architecture. 3dimension architectural database is more useful than traditional styled 2dimension database. Because 3D architectural database has many advantages for writing, reading, coding and distributing. Although architectural web contents especially about traditional wooden Korean structure are not developed progressively, their future is bright and a lot of things are remained to study.
