        생체신호와 위치인식기반 사용자 행동패턴 분석 시스템 개발

        바이오센서와 디지털 섬유의 개발로 생체신호를 측정할 수 있는 디지털 의류는 개인의 건강, 독거노인 관리와 스포츠 활동 등 여러 분야에서 사용할 수 있다. 본 논문은 디지털 의류를 착용하여 24시간 측정된 생체신호와 GPS 정보 기반의 사용자의 스트레스 상태, 맥박, 위치, 운동량을 분석하기 위한 데이터베이스 구조와 표준 HL7 메타모델기반의 XML 문서로 저장하는 저장소를 설계한다. 저장된 정보를 분석하여 사용자의 시간에 따른 스트레스 상태 및 운동량 등을 확인 할 수 있다. 또한, 실시간으로 사용자의 맥박, 위치, 운동 강도, 응급상황을 파악할 수 시스템이다. 본 논문은 생체신호를 수집하여 분석하는 시스템구현에 대하여 기술한다. As small sized bio-sensors and digital yarns are developed, digital wear measuring vital signs can be used for individuals' health, the elderly care and sports activities. This paper discusses a database structure for analyzing stress state, pulses, positions, exercise amount of user based on vital signs measured for 24 hours measured by the wear and GPS information, and a storage for storing XML documents following a standard HL7 meta-model. By analyzing the stored information, the system identifies the stress state and exercise amount of users. Pulses, exercise intensity and emergency situations can be also detected by the system in real time. This paper discusses the implementation of a system enabling to acquire and analyze vital signals to understand user behavior patterns.

      • Wellness Information System for Smart Healthcare

        Recently, as the wireless communication technology for data communication and bio sensors to measure bio-engineering signals from a human body advances, the wearable computing technology is utilized and developing in various areas such as personal health, care-giving for senior citizens who live alone, and sports activity. In particular, it is expected that in the future, the wearable computing equipment to measure body signals by means of digital yarns and bio sensors will be taken advantage of. Such wearable computing devices will help users who are able to freely move in daily activity through the customized healthcare service. This study, suggests a customized healthcare service by means of wellness clothing that includes digital yarns and bio sensors. Wellness clothing is utilized to acquire, analyze, and present bio-engineering data including ECG, respiration, acceleration, and body temperature as part of the wellness information system framework. In addition, applications for an appropriate exercise routing, exercise intensity, and stress control will be developed.

        Endoscopic Approach for Major Complications of Bariatric Surgery

        As lifestyle and diet patterns have become westernized in East Asia, the prevalence of obesity has rapidly increased. Bariatric surgeries, such as Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB), sleeve gastrectomy (SG), and laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding (LAGB), are considered the first-line treatment option in patients with severe obesity. However, postoperative complications have increased and the proper management of these complications, including the use of endoscopic procedures, has become important. The most serious complications, such as leaks and fistulas, can be treated with endoscopic stent placement and injection of fibrin glue, and a novel full-thickness closure over-the-scope clip (OTSC) has been used for treatment of postoperative leaks. Stricture at the gastrojejunal (GJ) anastomosis site after RYGB or incisura angularis in SG can be managed using stents or endoscopic balloon dilation. Dilation of the GJ anastomosis or gastric pouch may lead to failure of weight loss, and the use of endoscopic sclerotherapy, novel endoscopic suturing devices, and OTSCs have been attempted. Intragastric migration of the gastric band can be successfully treated using various endoscopic tools. Endoscopy plays a pivotal role in the management of post-bariatric complications, and close cooperation between endoscopists and bariatric surgeons may further increase the success rate of endoscopic procedures.

        브루나이의 벼재배

        브루나이는 열대지방인 보르네오섬에 있는 석유와 천연가스가 풍부한 회교군주국가로서, 국토면적은 5,765 평방킬로미터, 인구는 약 264,000명 (1991년), 1인당 국민총생산은 미화 $17,000가량이다. 석유가 개발되기 시작한후, 농업을 소홀히 하여서, 국민총생산에서 농업이 차지하는 비율은 2%에 지나지 않는다. 1970년대 초에는 4,500톤의 쌀을 생산하여 쌀 자급율이 30%이었다. 그러나 1992년에는 년간 벼 재배면적이 1,067헥타, 벼수량이 1.1톤/헥타, 벼생산량이 1,144, 1인당 쌀소비량은 80킬로그램으로서, 쌀자급율은 3.5%로 떨어져서, 매년 21,000톤의 쌀을 외국에서 수입하고 있다. 브루나이 정부는 2012년까지 쌀자급율을 38%까지 올리기 위하여 벼생산사업에 착수하였다. 1차 사업은 780헥타의 논을 새로 개발하고 760헥타의 논에 관배수시설을 하는 것이다. 2차 사업은 정부직영농장 300 헥타의 관배수시설을 개보수하는 것이다. 3차 사업은 2,300헥타의 수리안전답을 개발하여 기계화 벼생산을 하려는 것으로서, 1985-1987년에 한국의 농어촌진흥공사의 용역단이 타당성조사를 실시한바 있다. 수리안전답에서의 작부체계는 벼 2기작으로서, 예상수량은 1기작에 벼 3.2톤/헥타이다. Brunei has a developing market economy based on the exploitation of petroleum and natural gas reserved. Brunei is an lslamic sultanate, covering an area of 5.765㎢ and 264,000 population in 1991. The gross national product(GNP) per capita was US$17,000 in 1992. The agricultural sector accounts for about 2% of the GNP and employs less than 4% of the work force. The rate of self-sufficiency in rice production obtained about 30% in the early 1970s and then decreased 3.5% in 1995. Therefore, Brunei government should be imported rice grains about 21,000 M/T per year. The rice self-sufficiency rate in Brunei will be increase from 3.5% to 38.0% in 2020 with the Rice production projects(RPP). First step of RPP is to expand the lowland paddy area from 606㏊. to 1386㏊. and to construct irrigation and drainage facilities for 760㏊. of paddy land. Second step of RPP is to improve the irrigation and drainage facilities for 300㏊. of the Wasan farm including the construction of the Imang reservoir. Third step of RPP is to develop 2,300㏊. of rice field with irrigation and mechanization of rice production in order to reduce labor force. For the increasing rice self-sufficiency rite, government will be necessary continued efforts such as improvement of new high yieldingcultivars, development of pest and disease control methods, and development of practical cultivation technique.

        식품 소비유형이 음식물류폐기물 발생에 미치는 영향 (일본사례)

        Quantitative analysis of food waste, especially food loss, has received worldwide attention in the viewpoint of efficient food supply and consumption. Food waste generation characteristics expressed as the place and the quantity are influenced by food consumption styles. Food consumption styles can be classified into Meals at home, Convenience meals, and Meals outside the home. And also food waste was classified into food loss and inedible portion, here, the two have different meaning in terms of reason for generation and the social meaning. Using Material Flow Analysis (MFA), food and food loss flow of Japan in 2008 was drawn, and food waste generation rate by food consumption styles were calculated. First result is that meat, sea foods, and fat are much consumed in externalized meal (convenience meals or meals outside the home). After allocating foodstuffs to each food consumption style, we made a flow diagram of food waste. In wholistic viewpoint, it indicated that food loss are generated mostly in households and restaurants, which is caused by consumer's carelessness. In the viewpoint of food consumption style, convenience meals has the lowest level on total food loss including consumer sector and industrial sector. However, in only industrial part, convenience meals has the highest level on food loss, which means convenience meals increase food loss in supply chain before reaching consumer. Social changes have driven the increase of convenience meals, but also food waste weight-charged system, which is new policy in Korea, may cause the increase of pre-cooked food consumption in households and restaurants. Therefore, it is necessary to do monitor the change of food consumption styles and whole sectors of food waste generation sectors. Material Flow Analysis can be considered as a useful tool to monitor the change and assess the performance by the system from a holistic perspective.

        커피나무의 삽목번식에 미치는 용토 , 삽수 및 발근촉진제효과

        본 실험은 새로운 실내 관상분화식물로 유망시되는 Coffea 나무의 우량묘 증식을 위한 삽목시 삽상 용토, 삽수조건 및 생장조절제 처리가 발근에 미치는 영향을 연구하였던 바 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 용토는 peatmoss : vermiculite : perlite(1 : 1 : 1 v/v) 처리구에서 발근율이 가장 높았으며, peatmoss 단용처리구에서는 고사율(70%)이 높게 나타났었다. 녹지삽목시 NAA 200ppm 침지처리구에서 발근 (100%)이 가장 잘 되었고, 뿌리 수 및 뿌리 길이도 다른 처리구에 비해 증가되었다. IBA powder 1.0% 도포처리구에서도 비교적 좋은 결과를 나타내었다. 녹지삽목시 IBA puwder 1.0% 도포처리한 밀폐샵처리구가 무처리구에 비해 발근개체수가 촉진되었으며, 숙지삽수의 IBA powder(0.5% 및 1%)도포처리구가 녹지삽수 처리구에 비해 발근이 현저히 증가된 결과를 나타내었다. 그러므로 NAA 침지와 IBA talc 처리는 커피나무의 삽목시 유용하게 이용 가능함을 제시할 수 있었다. This experiments were conducted to find out the effect of media, cuttings condition and plant growth regulators on cutting propagation of Coffea arabica as a new indoor ornamental pot plant. Rooting rate was considerably increased with mixed medium of peatmoss : vermiculite : perlite(1 : 1 : 1 v/v). Mortality was 70% in peatmoss treated with individually. Rooting rate was strikingly increased with NAA dip treatment at 200 ppm concentration(100%) in greenwood cuttings, and also increased number and length of root as compared to other treatment or IBA powder 1% application. Number of rooting was incresed at IBA powder 1.0% with moist green cutting. Rooting response of hardwood cutting was markedly promoted by IBA powder (0.5% and 1.0%) as composed with moist green cutting. It is therefore, suggested that NAA dip and IBA talc application can be used effectively for Coffea cuttings propagation.

        배 밀식과원의 간벌이 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향

        밀식되어진 배 과원의 간벌 시 수량의 감소를 최소화하기 위한 간벌방법을 3년차에 걸쳐 감천배를 공시품종으로 한 배 과원에서 실시한 시험 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 수체 생장에 있어서 1/2주 간벌구와 1주 간벌구 보다는 2주 간벌구에서 생장량이 많았다. 2. 과실크기는 간벌구가 밀식구 보다는 컸으며 과중도 1주 간벌구와 2주 간벌구가 밀식구 보다는 무거웠다. 3. 과실의 경도 및 당도는 간벌구가 밀식구 보다는 약간 높게 나타났지만 간벌 처리구별 큰 차이는 없었다. 4. 단위 면적당 주당 평균 착과수와 수량(중량)은 1주 간벌구에서 년차별 증가폭이 컸다. 5. 상품성에 있어서 상품과와 중품과가 1주 간벌구에서 많으나 그 비율은 2주가 높은 경향을 보였다. This study was conducted to get information for development of optimum tree thinning method to minimize yield loss of high density pear orchard. Trunk diameter and main-branch diameter of pear tree in dense planting orchard is higher at two plant thinning than half plant thinning and one plant thinning. Length, width and fresh weight of fruit was higher at tree thinning than control. Number of fruit per tree and yield were the highest at one plant thinning. Number of high quality and middle quality fruit were increased at two plant thinning and low quality fruit was increased at one plant thinning.
