천리안 위성통신시스템과 관제시스템의 개발 및 활용

천리안 위성은 우리나라 최초의 정지궤도 복합위성으로 국내의 여러 국책연구기관이 공동으로 참여하였다. 천리안 위성 프로그램에서 ETRI는 천리안 위성의 통신탑재체 개발 및 위성관제시스템 개발을 담당하였다. 천리안 위성은 2010년 6월 27일 성공적으로 발사되어 1년이 지난 현재까지 무사히 본래의 임무를 수행 중이다. 본 지면에서는 ETRI가 개발하여 천리안 위성에 실은 통신탑재체의 개발과정과 위성을 감시 제어하는 관제시스템의 개발과정에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다.

우리나라는 2단계에 걸친 달 탐사 계획을 세우고 있다. ETRI는 국내 달 탐사 프로그램에 참여하여 우주인터넷 통신기술 및 탐사선 간 통신을 위한 Proximity-1 통신장치를 개발할 계획이다. 본고에서는 우주인터넷의 기술개요와 기술동향을 알아보고 국내 개발계획에 대하여 살펴본다. 아울러 Proximity-1의 기술개요, 규격 및 국내개발 방향에 대하여 함께 살펴보고자 한다.

멸치액젓의 품질특성에 미치는 여과조제 처리의 효과

멸치액젓제품의 풍미, 색택개선 및 유통중 불용성 침전생성 억제를 위한 기초자료를 얻기 위하여 멸치액젓을 활성탄, 활성백토. 알루미늄옥사이드, 규조토 및 celite의 농도를 달리하여 첨가하고 상온에서 60분간 교반한 후 0.45$\mu$m membrane filter로 감압여과 한 다음 탈색률, 총질소, 아미노태질소, 불용성질소, TMA 및 침전생성 억제율을 측정하였다. 탈색율은 활성탄과 활성백토를 첨가하였 때 높았으며 $5\%$ 첨가농도에서 $32\~33\%$의 탈색효과를 나타내었으나 TMA 함량은 각 처리구에서 $7\%$ 이하의 감소를 나타내어 탈취효과는 기대할 수 없었다. 멸치액젓 저장중 침전물의 생성억제 효과는 $5\%$ 처리농도에서 활성백토 $82\%$, 규조토 $73\%$ 및 $Al_2O_3$ $70\%$로 나타났다. To obtain the basic data for the improvement of flayer and color in salt-fermented anchovy (Engraulis japonicus) sauce and for the inhibition of non-soluble precipitates formation during storage, experiments were carried out on the changes of chemical properties by treatment with 1, 3, 5 and $7\%$ (w/v) of active carbon and filter aids such as active clay, $Al_2O_3$ diatomaceous earth, and celite. Deceleration rate were $32\~33\%$ in case of $5\%$ (w/v) active carbon or $5\%$ (w/v) active clay treatments, but deodoration effect was not expected in all treatments. The inhibition rate of non-soluble precipitates formation in me of $5\%$ (w/v) active clay, diatomaceous earth and $Al_2O_3$ treatments. was shown as $82\%,\;73\%$, and $70\%$, respectively.

발효형 멸치분말 조미료 소재의 제조

대멸의 효율적 이용을 위하여 대멸을 원료로 koji를 첨가하여 발효시킨 다음 동결분쇄한 분말에 정미성분의 보강을 위하여 분말다시마를 혼합한 엑스분 추출용 발효형 멸치조미료 소재를 제조하고 주요 정미성분인 유리아미노산과 핵산관련물질 함량을 조사하여 상업제품과 비교하였다. 멸치육에 Aspergillus oryzae를 접종하여 제조한 상업코지 $10\%$를 첨가한 혼합물은 온도 $40^{\circ}C$, 습도 $80\%$의 조건에서 48시간 배양하였을 때 단백질분해효소의 활성이 최대값을 나타내어 적정 배양조건임을 알 수 있었다. 발효 멸치분말을 동결건조하여 20 mesh로 분쇄한 다음 동일한 입자의 다시마분말 $5\%$를 첨가하여 제조한 멸치조미료 소재는 유리아미노산함량이 6,486.9mg/100g으로 상업제품에 비하여 14.6배 높아 유리아미노산 함량이 풍부하였으며 발효형 멸치조미료 소재의 맛성분은 leucine, glutamic acid, histidine, alanine, valine 등의 유리아미노산과 IMP 등의 핵산관련물질이 주체를 이루는 것으로 판단되었다. 사용의 편리성을 위하여 발효형 멸치조미료 소재를 공기투과도 100 $m^3/m^2/min$인 tea bag으로 포장하여 15분 추출하였을때 엑스분질소의 함량이 높았으며 추출물의 관능적 기호도도 상업제품에 비하여 높았다. In order to utilize large size anchor effectively, fermented and powdered anchovy seasoning for extractives was manufactured, Fermented anchovy saesoning was fabricated by adding $10\%$ koji of Aspergillus oryzae and mixing with $5\%$ Laminalia. The optimum fermentation temperature, humidity and time for manufacture of anchovy saesoning were $40^{\circ}C$, RH $80\%$ and 48 hrs, respectively. The amount of total free amino acids in anchovy seasoning with $5\%$ Lansinaria was 6,486.9 mg/100 g, while that of commercial product was 444.4 mg/100 g. The principal taste compounds in anchovy seasoning material were IMP and amino acids such as leucine, glutamic acid, histidine, alanine and valine. Extractive nitrogen and organoleptic quality of the extractives in anchovy seasoning packed in tea bag with air permeability, 100 $m^3/m^2/min$, were better than those of commercial product.

The Communication Satellite Transponder Testing by EGSE System

EGSE is used to check out satellite payload during the development prior to launch. The EGSE represented in this paper is a test system for Ka band communication transponder of COMS. The EGSE consist of two subsystems as CTS subsystem and PCTS subsystem. Communication Test subsystem (CTS) performs satellite transponder RF performance testing, data analysis and trending. Most of transponder RF performances are automatically tested by the CTS subsystem. Power, Command & Telemetry subsystem (PCTS) monitor telemetry messages from the transponder and send tele-commands to satellite transponder for the configuration change. PCTS also provide simulated S/C power to the transponder during the ground validation testing. The EGSE test functions are verified by the transponder simulator testing and will be used for the flight model transponders testing.

혼합 금속 분말의 고온 치밀화 거동

Densification behaviors of mixed metal powder under high temperature were investigated. Experimental data of mixed copper and tool steel powder with various volume fractions of Cu powder were obtained under hot isostatic pressing and hot pressing. By mixing the creep potentials of McMeeking and co-workers and of Abouaf and co-workers originally for pure powder, the mixed creep potentials with various volume fractions of Cu powder were employed in the constitutive models. The constitutive equations were implemented into a finite element program (ABAQUS) to compare with experimental data for densification of mixed powder under hot isostatic pressing and hot pressing. Finite element calculations by using the creep potentials of Abouaf and co-workers agreed reasonably well with experimental data, however, those by McMeeking and co-workers underestimate experimental data as observed in the case of pure metal powders.

한·중 항로 복선화 전후 혼잡도 변화 연구

A significant growth in local air traffic volume is leading to airway congestion and flight delays especially for Incheon-China and Incheon-Europe sectors. A key method to increase the airway capacity is to place a supplemental airway parallel to the existing one and in cooperation between the aviation authorities between China and Korea, a dual airway track was implemented on December 6, 2018. Here, we use airline A's flight data to analyze the congestion change effect of the new airway. Results show total delay time to Europe is reduced 51% (13.4 to 6.6 minutes) as the delay distribution for 16-30 minutes, 31 minutes and greater decreased from 23.2% to 8.2% and 8.7% to 1.0% respectively. The delay to China also decreased but the drop is not as significant as flights to Europe. This is caused by the difference in flight distance, traffic volume, and characteristics of flights landing and transiting China. Flights to Europe show a broad distribution in altitude allocation and reduction in aircraft separation demonstrating the effectiveness of a dual airway track.

지역 수준 도덕과 교육과정에 대한 비교분석

본 논문은 지역 수준 도덕과 교육과정에 대한 비교분석을 그 목적으로 한다. 국가 수준 교육과정이 갖는 획일성을 보완하기 위한 방법으로 지역 단위 수준의 교육과정 재구성이 요청된다. 그간 도덕윤리과 교육학계에서 실제 도덕과교육에 심대한 영향을 미치는 지역 수준의 교육과정에 대한 연구가 이루어지지 않았던 점을 고려해보면, 본 연구는 충분한 의의가 있다고 판단된다. 전국 17개 시도 교육청에서 고시한 교육과정 편성⋅운영지침을 분석대상으로 하여, 목표, 교수학습방법 및 평가방법으로 대별하여 그 내용을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 본 논문에서는 도덕과의 지역 수준 교육과정에 대한 지속적인 주의 환기와 연구 필요성을 제기하였다. The purpose of this thesis is to analyse local moral education curriculums in Korea. To make up for the weak points in the national moral education curriculum, it is important to reconstruct it in a local level. Because in the academic community of moral education, a study of local moral education curriculums has not been performed at all, to research them is valuable. The objects of this thesis is 17 local moral education curriculums released by all the local offices of education in Korea. We analysed them focusing purposes, teaching methods and assessment methods. Concludingly, we assert that to remind and research local moral education curriculums is essential in order to make them more concrete and practical in schools and classrooms.

다문화주의적 관점에서 『걸리버 여행기』의 재조명

2012년 한국 최초로 귀화자 출신 국회의원이 나왔다. 현재 한국에는 140만여명의 외국인이 장기 거주하며 앞으로도 그 유입은 지속될 것이다. 많은 외국인들이 한국인들과 함께 살아가는 가운데, ‘제노포비아’ 같은 갈등을 어떻게 해결해야 할지에 대한 고민도 깊어진다. 여기에 조나단 스위프트의 『걸리버 여행기』가 교훈이 될 수 있다. 걸리버는 미지의 세계에서 다양한 경험을 하며, 견문을 넓히고 인격적으로 성장해나간다. 『걸리버 여행기』는 작가가 추구하는 이상 사회의 제안을 담고 있다. 스위프트가 『걸리버 여행기』를 썼던 18세기는 다니엘 디포가 『로빈슨 크루소』를 썼던 시기이다. 두 작품은 모두 새로운 세계를 향한 도전의 기록이면서도, 상반된다. 스위프트는 제국주의에 대해 비판적이었다. 영국 작가 다니엘 디포와, 아일랜드 작가 조나단 스위프트의 차이는, 자신만의 왕국을 건설하는 로빈슨 크루소와, 이민족들과 상호작용을 하면서 배우고 인격적으로 성장하는 걸리버로 달리 나타난다. 인간의 기본권은 인종, 민족, 피부색에 따라 다르지 않다. 인권 존중은 법 이전의 도덕적 의무이며 인류의 보편적 규범이다. 이때 필요한 자세는 차이를 ‘틀림’이 아닌 ‘다양성’으로 인식하고 수용하는 자세, 즉 ‘관용’이다. 『걸리버 여행기』는 ‘작은 분량의 이성을 부여받은’ 인간이 상식이 자리잡는 세상을 건설하려는 소망을 드러낸다. 인간이 기본적으로 갖추고 있는 이성과 상식에 기초하여 세계를 움직일 때 사회적 폐단이 치유될 수 있다. 이를 위해서는 나 자신이 상대방의 위치가 될 수 있다는 가능성, 그리고 나에게 중요한 가치도 다른 이에게는 쓸모없는 것이 될 수 있다는 가능성, 즉 상대성의 인식이 필수적이다. 동시에, 지구촌 시대에 여러 민족들이 인류의 보편의 가치 위에 서로 충돌하는 문화와 가치 규범을 중재하려는 노력도 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 모든 인간에게 본래적으로 주어져 있는 이성과 상식이 가장 중요한 자산임을 인식할 필요가 있다. In 2012, the first immigrant-representative enters the National Assembly of Korea. Korea now has more than 1,400,000 long-term foreign residents (including immigrants and naturalized citizens) and the population of them will continue to grow. While the increasing foreigners have lived with Korean natives, the symptoms of 'xenophobia' begin to occur and the problem of how to reconcile cultural conflicts among various ethnic groups gets bigger. Hence Jonathan Swift's novel, Gulliver's Travels, can provide some lessons. This work contains the suggestions of an ideal society the writer pursues. Gulliver shows his own character development through diverse experiences in unknown worlds. In the 18th century, Daniel Defoe produced another adventure novel, Robinson Crusoe while Swift did Gulliver's Travels. Both are the works of exciting challenges to a new world, but they are contrary to each other because Swift was opposed to imperialism. Daniel Defoe from Britain, the ruler, and Jonathan Swift from Ireland, the ruled, respectively create Robinson Crusoe who builds his own kingdom and Gulliver who learns everything and grows his own character through the interactions with strange tribes. The basic rights of a human being should always be equal among different races, nations, and skin color. Respecting human rights is a moral obligation prior to laws and a universal norm of human society which anyone should observe. Then, it is necessary to recognize and accept 'difference' as 'variety', not as 'wrongness'. This is called 'tolerance'. Gulliver's Travels shows the wish for a human being 'with only a small amount of reason' to build a world where common sense rules. Social evils can be treated when people operate the world with reason and common sense which a human being primarily has. It is necessary to recognize the relativity, that is, the possibility in which I could be put in another's place and in which my precious values could be meaningless for other people. At the same time, it is also necessary for various ethnic groups to attempt to mediate conflicting cultures and norms on the basis of universal values in the age of globalization. Thus, it should be perceived that human reason and common sense are the most important assets that a human being is given primarily and genuinely.
