        In this thesis, output voltage, current and power of solar module were classified by irradiation and module temperature from data of overall operating characteristics collected for one year in order to manage efficient photovoltaic generation system and deliver maximum power. In addition, from these data, correlations between irradiation, module temperature of photovoltaic cell and amount of power given by photovoltaic cell was quantitatively examined to deduce optimization of the design and construction of photovoltaic generation system. The results of this thesis can be summarized as follows. As I-V characteristics according to a irradiation range of 100~900 [W/㎡J, voltage and current were increased with an increase in irradiation. The result is thought of as an increase in output power with increasing irradiation.

        석임을 첨가한 탁주의 품질 특성

        The objective of this study was to determine the quality and sensory characteristics of Takju using different levels of seokim (0, 2, 4 and 6%(w/w)) at each fermentation step. The pH of Takju was dramatically reduced according to fermentation period after 1 day and total acidity was shown dramatically increased. The sugar content was increased sharply immediately after fermentation, and showed a tendency to decrease for 2-7 days. Reduced sugar content was increased by up to 2 days of fermentation, and then it was decreased to 2-7 days of fermentation. The alcohol content of all samples were increased until the end of fermentation period. After 7 days of Takju fermentation within Seokim, the addition of 0, 2, 4 and 6% seokim resulted in alcohol content of 10.3, 10.9, 12.1 and 12.2%, respectively. In the present study for the production of Takju, however, 4%(w/w) of seokim and the increase of alcohol content was low (maximum 12.2%, v/v). In Takju fermentation, the best content of seokim was 4%.

      • Charge Accumulation in Glass under Electron Beam Irradiation

        Charging of spacecraft occurs in plasma and radiation environment. Especially, we focused on an accident caused by internal charging in a glass material that was used as the cover plate of solar panel array, and tried to measure the charge distribution in glass materials under electron beam irradiation by using a PEA (Pulsed Electro-Acoustic method) system. In the case of a quartz glass (pure SiO₂), no charge accumulation was observed either during or after the electron beam irradiation. On the contrary, positive charge accumulation was observed in glass samples containing metal-oxide components. It is found that the polarity of the observed charges depends on the contents of the impurities. To identify which impurity dominates the polarity of the accumulated charge, we measured charge distributions in several glass materials containing various metal-oxide components and calculated the trap energy depths from the charge decay characteristics of all glass samples.

        Due to a variable noises in the field underground lines, clear technology of noises is very important in the diagnosis technology of partial discharge. Therefore we progressed filter test to improve the measuring test of partial discharge in a field. We applied to field test after making W-LC filter for partial discharge measurement, and then designed experimental environment such as under- ground distribution lines of field. Measuring sensor for test was UHF sensor. And we analysed those using the Lemke Probe and oscilloscope (TDS-3054, Tektro- nix). Finally, we obtained excellent data of noise decrement in the joint box of 22.9[㎸] distribution lines from above experiment.

      • 액체배양법에 의한 액체 누룩의 제조

        쌀의 도정 정도에 따른 액체 누룩의 효소활성 및 총당 함량과의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 Nuruk액과 Aspergillus kawachii, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus oryzae, Monascus kaoliang를 이용하여 제조한 액체 누룩의 α-amylase, glucoamylase 활성을 측정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 누룩곰팡이의 종류에 따른 α-amylase의 활성은 배양 24시간째 액체 현미누룩에서 Aspergillus niger처리구 및 Aspergillus kawachii처리구에서 높은 8.82, 8.72 units/mL를 나타내었으며 도정 정도가 증가할수록 α-amylase의 활성은 낮게 나타내었다. 배양 48시간째에도 현미를 Aspergillus niger로 배양하였을 때 8.83 units/mL로 가장 높은 활성을 나타내었으며 도정 정도가 높을수록 α-amylase의 활성이 낮아지는 경향을 나타내었다. 도정 정도에 따른 glucoamylase의 활성은 배양 24시간째에 액체 현미누룩에서 Aspergillus oryzae처리구〉Nuruk처리구〉Monascus kaoliang처리구〉 Aspergillus niger처리구〉Aspergillus kawachii처리구 순으로 높게 나타내었으며, Aspergillus oryzae처리구가 3,013 units/mL의 높은 효소활성을 나타내었다. 도정 정도가 증가함에 따라 glucoamylase 활성은 감소되어 액체 현미누룩이 가장 높은 효소활성을 나타내었고, 액체 백미누룩은 가장 낮은 효소활성을 나타내었다. 배양 48시간째에도 현미를 첨가한 액체 누룩에서 가장 높은 효소활성을 보였다. α-amylase, glucoamylase 활성은 도정 정도가 낮을수록 높은 효소 생산성을 나타내었으며, 총당 함량과는 역 상관의 관계를 나타내었다.

        경구 Cyclosporin과 혈소판 풍부 혈장 병합요법을 적용한 괴저고름피부증 치험

        Pyoderma gangrenosum is an uncommon, chronic, neutrophilic ulcerative condition of uncertain pathophysiology. Although the main therapy is the systemic administration of high doses of steroid therapy, many other therapeutic modalities have been widely used. Combination therapy with systemic corticosteroids and cyclosporin has proven effective in many cases. However, prolonged therapy is associated with significant side effects. Platelet rich plasma (PRP) has many growth factors such as PDGF (platelet derived growth factor), VEGF (Vascular endothelial growth factor) and FGF (fibroblast growth factor). Recently, PRP has been gaining attention in the treatment of recalcitrant cutaneous ulcers. An 82-year-old woman presented with recurrent painful ulcers on the dorsal surface of both hands. She had been treated with systemic steroids, cyclosporine, minocylclin, triamcinolone intradermal injection and PRP. Thus, we report a case of pyoderma gangrenosum that was successfully treated with combination therapy of oral cyclosporine and PRP. (Korean J Dermatol 2010;48(4):313~317)

        초음파 땀샘 흡입술을 이용한 액취증 수술의 치료 효과

        Background: Axillary osmidrosis is a distressing and uncomfortable condition that can be a serious handicap in a person`s personal and social life. There are many different surgical methods to treat axillary osmidrosis. However, they have caused frequently marked complications. Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of ultrasonic surgical aspiration for the treatment of axillary osmidrosis. Methods: From January 2007 to September 2008, a total of 62 patients was treated for axillary osmidrosis using ultrasonic surgical aspiration. Results: Fifty-three (85.4%) patients had excellent to good results. Postoperative complications were seen in 5 (4.1%) patients out of 124 axillae. All of them were hematoma. The axillary scars are small and nearly negligible. The average recovery period was 5 days. Conclusion: Ultrasonic surgical aspiration displayed satisfactory therapeutic efficacy. This operation has many advantages with a high success rate, small and short scars, a low complication rate and a rapid recovery period. (Korean J Dermatol 2010;48(5):395~401)

        Fluorescein에 의해 발생한 광알레르기 피부염

        Fluorescein has been used for decades in ophthalmology for fluorescence angiography and it is the only fluorophore routinely used in experimental dermatology for in vivo study of the skin. It absorbs blue light, with peak absorption and excitation wavelengths between 465 and 490 nm and fluoresces at yellow-green wavelengths of 520∼530 nm. The most common side effects are nausea and vomiting, and other adverse events such as a vasovagal response, cardiac or respiratory effects, neurologic manifestations or allergy, including anaphylaxis, were also reported. But a photosensitive reaction to fluorescein is very rare. We report here on a case of photoallergic dermatitis due to fluorescein after fluorescence angiography.         반강접 접합부의 요소인 개량 T-stub의 비탄성 해석과 약산식

        보와 기둥과의 반강접에 관한 최근 연구로서 기둥 면과 T-stub 플랜지 사이에 격리재를 설치하는 개량된 T-stub 요소를 개발하고 있다. 개량된 T-stub에 대한 비탄성 해석을 수행하였으며, 그 결과를 실험값과 비교 분석하였다. 비탄성 해석 방법은 기둥 면과 격리재 사이에 간격요소(gap element)를 적용하고, 고력볼트에 초기 응력을 부여하여 실험값과 잘 일치하는 결과를 보인다. 실무에서의 설계와 해석에 적용할 수 있는 약산식으로서 T-stub의 초기 강성도와 압축하중에 의한 소성내력에 관한 설계식을 제시한다. Recently, studies on semi-rigid beam-to-column connections have been done to develop a T-stub element with separators between column face and T-stub flange. In this paper, inelastic analyses for the improved T-stub element are performed, and their results are compared with existing experimental results. The inelastic analyses using gap elements between column face and the separator, and initial stresses at the high-tension bolts result in good agreement with experimental results. Simplified design methods estimating the initial stiffness and the strength of the semi-rigid connection for compression force are proposed.
