Objective: The purpose of this study is to report the effectiveness of Sihochunggan-tang gagambang in the four patients with eczema on<bold>g</bold>roin, inner thigh.Methods: This case study was conducted for four groin, inner thigh eczema patients who have visited Korean Medicine Clinic. Sihochunggan-tang gagambang was prescribed to all four patients and evaluated the symptom change through photographs and two assessment methods. The assessment methods are Atopic Dermatitis Severity Index(ADSI) and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). ADSI was used to evaluate the objective symptom change and VAS was used to evaluate the subjective symptom change.Results & Conclusion: The ADSI and VAS were decreased compared to the first in all four patients in our study. And most symptoms of four patients were improved. As a result of examining ADSI, VAS scores and photographs, Sihochunggan-tang gagambang can be effective on the groin, inner thigh eczema in four cases in our study.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends on the effects of laser therapy on atopic dermatitis. Methods : We searched papers using pubmed, First search used the keyword "Laser Therapy, Low-level and Atopic dermatitis". Inclusion criteria were last 10 years, RCT, Clinical trial, Human. Second search used the keyword "LLLT and Atopic dermatitis". Inclusion criteria were Human. Third search used the keyword "Laser and Atopic dermatitis". Inclusion criteria was the same as first search. Finally we searched papers using the keyword "Laser and Atopic dermatitis" in NDSL and RISS. Papers not matched with inclusion criteria were excluded. Results : A total 20 studies were found, 14 studies were excluded and 6 studies were selected and analyzed. They turned out to be effective and no serious side-effect, but there was mild side-effect in 2 papers out of 4 papers using high-level laser. Conclusions : Low-level laser and high-level laser therapy, both can be effectively used as an alternative to the treatment of atopic dermatitis. Thus further attention and studies are needed on this topic in order to reduce the side effects and demonstrate the effectiveness clearly.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report the effectiveness of Sihochunggan-tang gagambang and Sunbangpaedok-tang gagambang in the five patients with nummular eczema.Methods: This case study was conducted for five nummular eczema patients who have visited Korean Medicine Clinic. Sihochunggan-tang gagambang Sunbangpaedok-tang gagambang was prescribed to all five patients and evaluated the symptom change through photographs and an assessment method. We used Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) as the assessment method.Results & Conclusions: After the treatment, the grade of VAS was decreased and most symptoms of five patients were improved. As a result of examining VAS scores and photographs, Sihochunggan-Tang gagambang and Sunbangpaedok-tang gagambang can be effective on the nummular eczema in five cases in our study.
임플란트의 직경과 길이 변화가 초기 안정성에 미치는 영향

연구목적: 충분한 골질과 골량은 임플란트의 조기 실패 방지와 초기 안정성을 위해서 중요한 사항으로 알려져 있다. 임플란트 길이나 직경이 초기 안정성에 미치는 영향을 연구한 다수의 실험들이 골과의 접촉면적을 달리하였기 때문에 직경과 길이만이 초기 안정성에 미치는 실제 영향을 파악하는데 한계가 있다. 이에 유사한 표면적을 가지는 임플란트를 통하여 길이와 직경 상대적 변화가 초기 안정성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 골질에 따라 피질골과 해면골의 두께가 다른 4종류의 폴리우레탄 모형골을 임플란트 식립에 사용하였다. 유사한 표면적과 형태를 가지나 직경과 길이가 서로 다른 임플란트 ($3.5{\times}13.0\;mm$, $4.0{\times}11.5\;mm$, $4.5{\times}10.0\;mm$, $5.0{\times}8.5\;mm$) 10개를 식립하고 식립 회전력과 공진 주파수를 측정하였다. 결과 및 결론: 초기 안정성에 영향을 미치는 주 요소는 골질이었으며 (P < .05), 식립 회전력과 공진 주파수 모두 골질이 우수할수록 높은 측정치를 보였다. 2. D1, D2, D3 모형골에서 임플란트의 직경이 커지고 길이가 짧아짐에 따라 공진 주파수는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으나 (P >.05), 식립 회전력은 증가하였다 (P <.05). 3. D4 모형골에서는 임플란트의 직경이 커지고 길이가 짧아짐에 따라 공진주파수와 식립 회전력 모두 감소하였다 (P <.05). 이상의 결과로부터 골질이 양호한 조건에서는 길이가 짧더라도 직경이 큰 임플란트의 사용이 초기 안정성 측면에서 부가적 수술의 대안이 될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Statements of problem: Adequate bone quality and quantity were important to achieve initial stability and to prevent early failures. However there were few published data available regarding the actual effect of dimensional change in implant geometry on initial stability. Purpose: The purpose of the current study was to investigate the influence of diameter and length changes on initial stability of implants. Material and methods: Four types of dummy bone (D1, D2, D3 and D4) consisted of cortical and cancellous layers with different thickness were simulated. Implants which had similar surface area to each other ($3.5{\times}13.0-mm$, $4.0{\times}11.5-mm$, $4.5{\times}10.0-mm$, $5.0{\times}8.5-mm$) were inserted in dummy bones. Implant stability as a function of peak insertion torque and resonance frequency values were recorded for each implant. Results: 1. Bone quality was a major influential factor to achieve initial stability (P <.05). 2. In D1, D2 and D3 dummy bones, implant stability quotient values were not significantly different to each other (P >.05), however insertion torques were increased with wider and shorter implants (P <.05). 3. In D4 dummy bone, implant stability quotient values and insertion torques were decreased with wider and shorter implants (P <.05). Conclusion: From a point of view of initial stability, it is suggested that use of wide and short implant may be helpful in avoiding bone augmentation procedures in area of adequate bone quality.
비행체 하중을 고려한 항공기용 센서 포드의 피로수명 예측

항공기 외부에 장착되어 전술임무에 사용되는 센서 포드는 운용기간 동안 예상되는 하중 스펙트럼에 대한 피로수명이 확보되어야 한다. 센서 포드와 같은 임무장비는 해석의 효율성을 고려하여 동적 진동 환경조건을 적용한 주파수 영역의 피로수명 예측방법이 선호되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 실제 비행체 하중 스펙트럼을 고려하여 정적 및 동적 하중에 의한 응력을 합성한 주파수 영역에서의 피로수명 예측방법을 제안하였다. 기존 해석방법과 비교한 결과 제안된 해석방법은 피로수명이 보수적으로 예측되었다. 그리고 제안된 방법으로 해석한 결과 설계된 센서 포드는 피로수명 요구조건을 만족하였다. Sensor pods mounted on the exterior of the aircraft used for tactical missions should have a fatigue life based on the expected load spectrum during operation. For mission equipment such as the sensor pod, the frequency fatigue life prediction method which applies the dynamic vibration environment condition is preferred due to the efficiency of the analysis. In this paper, a fatigue life prediction method in the frequency domain where stress due to static and dynamic loads is synthesized based on the actual flight load spectrum is proposed. After comparison with the existing analysis method, the fatigue life of the proposed analysis method was predicted conservatively. The proposed sensor pods satisfy the requirements of the fatigue life.

In this paper, GPS data for the period 30months were analyzed to quantitatively investigate the plate deformation patterns and distributions in the Korean peninsula. The GPS network is composed of 13 permanent GPS stations. The daily data were analyzed using the precise baseline analysis software and the precise orbits generated by the International GNSS Service (IGS). The research result make it possible to understand the tendency of crustal movement in the Korean peninsula, which have an effect on the occurrence of earthquake.

GPS를 이용한 측위 정밀도가 향상되기 시작하면서 GPS안테나의 정확한 옵셋 결정을 위한 캘리브레이션이 중요시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국토지리정보원에서 운용하고 있는 GPS 상시관측소 성과의 정밀도 향상을 위하여 GPS 안테나에 대한 절대캘리브레이션을 실시하고 그 결과를 비교 평가하였다. 국토지리정보원 GPS 위성기준점 중 4개를 선정하여 안테나 절대캘리브레이션을 실시한 결과와 IGS 표준 안테나 모델과는 평면 최대 1.1mm, 수직 최대 1.6mm의 옵셋 차이가 나타났다. 한편, 절대캘리브레이션에 의하여 계산된 안테나 위상중심변동(PCV)모델 적용결과, IGS 표준 위상중심변동 모델을 적용한 성과와 평면 최대 2.8mm, 수직최대 10.0mm의 차이가 나타나는 것으로 분석됐다. The GPS positioning accuracy has been calibrated to determine the exact offset of the GPS antenna using is beginning to be improved. In this study, in order to improve the accuracy of GPS satellite reference point achievements that are operated by the National Geographic Information Institute to carry out absolute calibration of GPS antenna, we compared the results were evaluated. Results by selecting four of the reference point of the GPS satellite by National Geographic Information Institute, absolute calibration of the antenna was performed, there was a difference between the maximum offset plane 1.1mm, 1.6mm of maximum antenna vertically within IGS standard antenna model. On the other hand, the result of changes in the antenna phase center variation(PCV) model, that the difference between 2.8mm maximum plane, 10.0mm maximum vertical results and applying the model variation phase center IGS standard antenna model will be displayed, which is calculated by the calibration absolute we found.
