본 연구는 영아의 공동주의 행동 중 가리키기 행동의 출현 빈도에 따른 영아의 언어 발달간의 상관성을 알아보기 위해 13개월에서 35개월까지의 영아 35명을 대상으로 하여 연구되었다. 영아의 가리키기 행동 관찰은 Adamson 등(1984)의 코딩 체계를 근거로 자유놀이 상황에 나타난 가리키기 행동의 출현빈도를 관찰하였으며, 영아의 수용 및 표현언어 발달의 측정은 Fenson등(1991)의 MCDI-K(The MacArthur Communicative Development Inventory -Korean)를 수정사용하여 이들 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 영아의 가리키기 행동의 출현 빈도는 월령에 따라 유의한 상관관계를 보였으며, 영아의 가리키기 행동의 출현 빈도는 표현 언어 간에는 유의한 상관을 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 영아의 언어 발달 과정에서 나타나는 가리키기 행동이 영아와 타인간의 소통을 이끌어내기 위한 적극적 동작으로서 기능함을 뜻한다고 할 수 있다. This research is designed to check the relation between the frequency in use of pointing which is a kind of infants' joint -attention behavior. An object of this study is 29 infants in a nursery who are from 13-months old to 35 months old. According to the study, the frequency of infants' pointing action is not significantly related to received language but is pretty related to infants' language expression power. This result implies that infants' pointing, a kind of joint attention behavior appearing in the process of infants language development, becomes a powerful hint to draw attention for their communicating to others. Especially showing up infants' pointing can be interpreted as an expression of their progressive attitude in order to underst and others' mind as well as attention & to lead others' interest to their intended way.

Pan Kyo would master principle of nature. All natural beings should conserve their innate nature from his view point. He, as a energy theorist, would insist that all things in universe should be composed of energy and he should paint as Heaven has created. He would not have a particular master, but he would look up to nature as his mentor. This would be on the basis of idea of Lao-Tzu in which all creatures should resemble nature and it would be the most ideal that all creatures should act according to innate nature, and idea of Chuang-Tzu in which great beauty could be made in the world when our mind would move according to principles producing all creatures in nature as it is. We can find a factor of anti-neutralized unconventional-beauty in his incomplete handwriting. The stone in his painting would be ugly, but the ugly stone would be gallant and eminent. And he would express disssatisfaction with his society, gloom, anger and sorrow in his life as ugliness, peculiarity, oddity and disorder. This is based upon viewpoint at beauty and ugliness of Lao-Tzu and Chuang-Tzu in which Lao-Tzu and Chuang-Tzu would worry what is the real beauty through relativity of beauty and ugliness. He disgusted with official position he envolved in middle age after hard times and achieved wisdom of living like a fool. Under friendship with nature, being content amid poverty and taking pleasure in acting in an honest way, his spirit is shown in his works and expressed at his pleasure. His energy can be freely exposed because his mentality was emancipated. This mental emancipation would be obtained when unification of myself and objects, unity of object and myself, concept of Chuang-Tzu, would be embodied under human emotional meditation. We can find mentality in which Pan Kyo would like to be unrestricted in great artifice of Lao-Tzu and Chuang-Tzu, similar to doing-nothing-but-not-doing nothing, and unity of artifice-Tao. 板橋는 自然의 도를 체득하였다. 모든 자연물을 있는 그대로 두고 타고난 天性을 보존하는 것에 의미를 두었다. 그는 元氣論者로서 우주만물은 모두 元氣가 뭉쳐 이루어진 것이며, 하늘이 만들어 낸 것을 그림으로 그리는 것이니, 자신은 스승이 따로 없고 自然을 스승으로 삼았다고 말했다. 이는 萬物은 자연을 본받아야 하며 그 本性에 따라 움직이는 것이 가장 이상적이라고 말하는 老子의 사상과 無爲自然으로 萬物을 생기게 하는 道안에서 마음이 노닐게 될 때 천지에 大美가 있게 되는 것이라고 말하는 莊子의 사상이 깔려 있다고 할 수 있다. 또한, 그의 六分半書에서 脫 中和的 破格美의 요소를 찾을 수 있다. 그는 자기가 그린 돌은 醜石이지만 ‘醜而雄’이고 ‘醜而秀’라고 하였으며, 그는 자기의 一生 가운데서 사회에 대한 불만과 우울, 분노와 애통을 醜?怪?奇?亂으로 표현하였다. 이는 美醜의 상대성을 통하여 진정으로 아름다운 것이 무엇인지를 고민한 老莊의 美醜觀에서 찾을 수 있다. 끝으로, 갖가지 어려움을 겪은 후 知天命의 나이에 관직에 나갔던 그는 시간이 지남에 따라 염증을 느끼고, 마침내 難得糊塗라는 멍청하게 살아가는 지혜를 얻었고, 自然과 벗하며 安貧樂道하고 싶어 하는 정신이, 그의 작품 속에서 天氣가 流露하고 縱橫이 자유롭게 표출되었는데, 이는 그의 心性의 大 解放에서 이루어진 것이다. 이 같은 정신적 解放은 莊子의 物我一體 사상, 物과 我의 통일이 인간의 감성적 觀照 속에서 체현될 때 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 老莊의 無爲而無不爲의 大巧, 技道合一의 경지에서, 板橋가 자유로워지고자 했던 정신세계를 찾을 수 있는 것이다.

The purpose of this paper is to examine two theories of narrative and draw educational implications for schooling. Narrative could be either inborn abilities supporting endogenous theories or acquired abilities with intentions, beliefs, values and desires upholding plightmodeling theories. Schools should be the place where students not only make their experience meaningful but also understand the world through active communication with peers and teachers. Narrative theories suggest that we should design narrative-based instruction which will facilitate meaning making, give students a variety of opportunities to understand human mind which has an influence on human actions and plights, and use culturally acceptable teaching and learning strategies.
요양병원 간병 종사자의 직무만족과 LMX (리더-구성원 교환관계)가 서비스 질에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 요양병원 간병 종사자들의 직무만족과 리더-구성원 교환관계(LMX), 그리고 서비스 질을 살펴보고, 이들의 직무만족과 LMX가 서비스 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 서울시 소재 6개소 요양병원의 간병 종사자 154명을 분석한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무만족은 서비스 질과 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 리더-구성원 교환관계는 서비스 질과 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 요양병원 간병 종사자들의 서비스 질에는 직무만족 중에 직업의식과 근무조건이 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 요양병원 간병 종사자들의 서비스 질에는 리더-구성원 교환관계 중에 정서적 유대감과 공헌이 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 연구 함의를 기술하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the job satisfaction, leader-member exchange relationship(LMX), and service quality of the care workers of Long-term Care Hospitals, and to investigate the effect of their job satisfaction and LMX on service quality. The results of the study that analyzed 154 care workers at six of Long-term Care Hospitals in Seoul are as follows. First, Job satisfaction showed a significant positive correlation with service quality. Second, LMX showed a significant positive correlation with the quality of service. Third, the occupational consciousness and the working condition out of the job satisfaction had a significant positive(+) impact on the quality of service in care workers of long-term care hospitals. Fourth, the emotional bonds and contributions out of LMX had a statistically significant positive(+) effect on the quality of service in care workers of long-term care hospitals. Based on these research results, the research implications were described.
종합병원 간호사의 직무스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향 -조직몰입의 매개효과-

본 연구는 종합병원 간호사의 직무스트레스, 조직몰입 및 이직의도 정도를 살펴보고 직무스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하며 그 관계에서 조직몰입의 매개효과를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 G 광역시에 소재한 200~400병상 종합병원 간호사 199명이었으며 자료수집 기간은 2017년 9월 1일부터 9월 20일까지 본 연구자가 직접 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multiple regression analysis 및 Sobel test로 분석하였다. 연구결과. 대상자의 직무스트레스와 이직의도 관계에서 조직몰입의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 회귀분석 결과, 1단계에서 독립변수인 직무스트레스가 조직몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주었고(${\beta}=-.321$, p<.001), 2단계에서 독립변수인 직무스트레스가 종속변수인 이직의도에도 유의한 영향을 주었으며(${\beta}=.389$, p<.001), 3단계에서는 직무스트레스와 조직몰입이 이직의도에 유의한 예측요인으로 나타났다. 두 변수의 설명력은 45.5%이었다. 이때 독립변수인 직무스트레스는 3단계 ${\beta}$ 값이 .203(p<.001)으로 2단계의 ${\beta}$ 값 .389(p<.001)보다 작아 조직몰입이 이직의도에 매개효과가 있었다. 조직몰입의 매개효과 크기에 대한 유의성 검증을 위해 Sobel test를 실시한 결과 Z값은 -3.694이었으며, 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계에서 조직몰입의 매개효과는 유의하였다(p<.002). 따라서 본 연구는 직무스트레스를 감소시키고 조직몰입을 높여서 이직의도를 낮출 수 있는 방안을 모색하고 이에 대한 중재프로그램을 개발하는데 기초적 자료로 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다. This study is a descriptive research to grasp the effects of job stress on turnover intention and to confirm the mediating effect of organizational commitment according to the extent of job stress, organizational commitment and turnover intention in the relations between job stress and Turnover Intention of nurses working in general hospitals. Method: The subjects of this study were 199 nurses are working in general hospitals, that have more than 200 beds and less than 400 beds, located in Gwangju. I surveyed them using a structured questionnaire for collecting data from Sep. 01, 2017 to Sep. 20, 2017. The collected data were analyzed by the frequency, the percentage, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's Test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, Multiple Regression Analysis and Sobel Results: In the first step, job stress as an independent variable had a statistically significant effect on organizational commitment(${\beta}=-.321$, p<.001). In the second step, job stress, an independent variable, also had an important effect on turnover intention as a dependent variable(${\beta}=.389$, p<.001). Job stress and organizational commitment were meaningful predictor variables of turnover intention in the third step. The explanatory power of two variables was 45.5%. The value ${\beta}$ of job stress in the third step was .203(p<.001) which was smaller than its value ${\beta}$,.389(p<.001), in the second step. That meant organizational commitment had the mediating effect on turnover intention. The Sobel Test was conducted to verify the significance of the extent of the mediating effects of organizational commitment. The test result was that the value Z was -3.694 and the mediating effect of organizational commitment was significant on the relation between job stress and turnover intention(p<.002). Conclusion: this study is expected be useful to find ways to reduce subjects' turnover intention by decreasing their job stress, increasing their organizational commitment and developing intervention programs as basic data.

본 연구는 전 세계적으로 채택, 적용되고 있는 역량중심 교육에 대한 일반적인 내용을 개관하고, 특히 한국의 상황에서 문제가 되고 있는 지점을 지적하고 그 대안을 모색해 본 것이다. 한국의 경우는 역량중심 교육을 논의하는 갈래가 매우 다양하며, 국가 기관에서 주도적으로 제시하는 바가 전국적으로 적용되고 국가수준 교육과정에도 적용되고 있는 실정이다. 분명히 역량중심 교육은 기존의 단순 지식을 습득하게 하는 고질적인 문제를 해결하는 데에는 실효적이다. 그러나 교육과정의 계획과 실천, 평가의 맥락에서 바라보면 해결해야 할 문제들이 많다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위하여 과거 DeSeCo 프로젝트에 이어서 최근 OECD 2030 보고서에서 표방하는 역량의 흐름과 뉴질랜드에서 새롭게 적용하고 있는 능력 접근에 기반하여 새로운 대안을 제안하고 있다. 동시에 역량중심 교육의 수월성 확보 방안과 역량중심 교육과정 개발을 도입하는 방안을 제시하고 있다. This study criticizes the problem of competency-based education and suggests its alternative. In Korean context, many researchers complain the problem of the competency-based education and re-suggests its new model of competency-based curriculum. There are many pro-con debates about competency-based curriculum in schooling. We discuss the problem of competency-based education and propose a new model of competency curriculum. So called, the word of capability approach will affect the entangled situation of chaos in curriculum implementation. We hope the capability approach will work the alternative method and will guide the pratice of pedagogical setting.
신생아 중환자실에 입원한 중증 신생아의 부모 스트레스의 비교

Purpose: The study examined differences in stress between the parents of sick newborns. Methods: Participants were the mothers (n=57) and fathers (n=57) of newborns in NICU of six university hospitals. An established stress measurement tool (Miles and Carter, 1993) was used. Results: Fathers and mothers displayed the highest stress scores (4.44 and 4.67, respectively) when the baby looked in pain. Maternal overall stress scores were significantly higher than paternal scores. Conclusions: Mothers and fathers experience differing levels of stress concerning their newborn. Further studies are needed to develop customized stress management intervention programs for parents of newborns in the NICU.
브루너의 내러티브 이론에 따른 교육과정 개발 방향의 탐색

Education is the process of human development where the potential of human beings can be drawn to meet the needs of times. Human development is concerned with the development of human mind, and the nature of mind engages in meaning making by internalizing culture. In this process, human m9)ind uses cultural and folk psychology as the cultural toolkit, which is constructed and organized by narrative mode. Also the cultural and folk psychology can be the source of narrative. The goal of curriculum development in the macroscopic aspect is the development of human mind, or more specifically the construction and development of Self. Since the narrative specializes in meaning making, it is inevitable to cultivate and nurture the narrative mode, which is the great tool of understanding human development. Developing narrative mode is implicated in knowing and understanding what narrative is, where it originates and how it works. This study aims at proposing new perspectives on curriculum development based on Jerome S. Bruner`s narrative theory. It starts from the discussion of cultural psychology and folk psychology, which is organized by narrative mode and can be the source of narrative. Two(endogenous and plight-modeling) approaches that explain the narrative theoretically are discussed followed by the display of narrative model in a diagram using a plight-modeling theory. More suggestions are made by curriculum commonplace such as educational goals, selection and organization of educational content, teaching and learning methods, evaluation and language including a new curriculum development model.

This article investigates the meaning and the value of Bruner’s educational theory since the theory of the structure of knowledge. Culturalism theory based on a narrative mode of thought is highly acclaimed as a model of new schooling. In this article, the meaning of narrative and the commonplaces of curriculum are analyzed in terms of teaching and learning. Narrative turn, a symbol of epistemological change, is an umbrella concept of Bruner’s theory in educational contexts. Because of the transformation of the structure of knowledge into narrative, our schooling is undergoing an important change. Now the structure of knowledge can be interpreted in the context of narrative meaning. Narrative as “meaning-making” is the pivotal tool of growth in our culture and the narrative construction of the self. The development of a narrative self as an educational aim implies that the existing conception of the development of a psychic ego should be changed into a new mode of psychological education. Following the tenet of narrative self, we may construct a new mode of pedagogy based on folk psychology. From the viewpoint of Bruner’s narrative theory, we can anticipate a new generation of education under narrative schooling
