인공지능 융합 프로젝트 수업이 초등학생의 데이터 리터러시 향상에 미치는 효과

This paper developed an artificial intelligence convergence project class for improving data literacy targeting elementary school students and verified its effectiveness. By analyzing the learner's actual conditions and needs and the 2022 revised elementary school curriculum, data literacy components suitable for the level of elementary school students and subjects and achievement standards that can form an artificial intelligence education program by converging them were selected. Based on this, after setting the subject of the project class, the overall goal and the detailed goal, the learning topic for each class and activities suitable for it were composed, and the class content was structured to design a total of 18 classes. Teaching and learning materials necessary for each class were developed, and an artificial intelligence convergence project class was conducted for one class in the 4th grade of elementary school. To compare the degree of improvement in data literacy, pre- and post-evaluation was conducted before and after application of the project class. According to the results of the analysis, it was found that the artificial intelligence convergence project class had a positive effect on the improvement of elementary school students' data literacy.
장애인의 자존감과 스트레스의 관계에서 장애수용도의 매개효과

Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the longitudinal relationship between self-esteem, disability acceptance, and stress of the disabled. Method: The participant sample was taken from the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED). Descriptive statistics, Correlation analysis, Latent Growth Model(LGM) and Sobel test were analyzed in the period between 2nd and 4th of 2nd wave of the data. Results: The trajectories of disability acceptance tend to decrease over time but stress showed a constant pattern irrespective of time change. Both variables had individual differences in terms of initial value. Also the rates of change in disability acceptance had it. The higher the self-esteem, the higher the disability acceptance and stress level at the same time, and the higher the disability acceptability, the lower the stress level at the same time. Furthermore, The initial value of disability acceptance was shown to mediate the effects of self-esteem on stress. Conclusion: The longitudinal characteristics of disability acceptance and stress were clarified, and the mediating effect of disability acceptance was confirmed in the relationship between self-esteem and stress. 연구문제: 본 연구는 장애인의 자존감과 장애수용도, 스트레스 변인 간의 종단적 관계를 살펴보기위해 수행되었다. 연구방법: 장애인고용패널조사 2차 웨이브의 2차-4차 데이터를 대상으로 기술통계, 상관분석, 잠재성장모형, sobel test를 진행하였다. 연구결과: 장애수용도는 시간에 따라 감소하는 양상을 보였고, 스트레스는 시간의 변화와 무관하게 일정한 양상을 보였다. 초기 시점의 장애수용도와 스트레스, 장애수용도의 변화양상 모두에서 개인차가 확인되었다. 자존감이 높을수록 동 시점의 장애수용도 및 스트레스 수준이 높았으며, 장애수용도가 높을수록 동 시점의 스트레스 수준은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 장애수용도는 자존감과 스트레스 사이를 매개하였고, 자존감이 높을수록 장애수용도가 높아 궁극적으로는 동 시점의 스트레스 수준을 완화하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 장애수용도 및 스트레스 변인의 종단적 특성을 밝혔으며, 자존감과 스트레스의 관계에서 장애수용도의 매개효과를 확인하였다.
3차원 그래핀망으로 강화된 구리복합체의 전기전도도 연구

Herein, a three-dimensional (3D) graphene–copper (3DiGn–Cu) composite was synthesized via chemical vapor deposition. The 3DiGn–Cu composite has a lesser electrical resistivity value than that of oxygen-free high-conductivity copper (OFHC Cu) under the same experimental conditions. To explain this behavior, the 3DiGn–Cu composite was considered as a parallel circuit comprising a graphene network channel(3DiGn) and a Cu network channel. Thus, the temperature dependence of the resistivity for 3DiGn–Cu and 3DiGn was measured. The measurement results show that the resistivity is proportional to temperature. Therefore, pure Cu powder can be reinforced by the 3D graphene network and the electrical conductivity can be improved up to that of OFHC Cu. 3차원 그래핀망으로 강화된 구리복합체 (3-dimensional graphene-copper composite; 3DiGn-Cu)를화학기상증착법으로 합성하였다. 3DiGn-Cu의 상온 비저항은 동일한 조건에서 OFHC Cu(oxygen-free high conductivity copper Cu) 의 값보다 더 작았다. 전기적관점에서 구리복합체를 3차원 그래핀망과 3차원 구리금속망이 병렬로 연결되어 만들어진 회로로 생각하였고, 구리복합체 전체의 비저항과3차원 그래핀망에 대한 비저항의 온도의존성을 각각 측정하였다. 두 채널 모두에서 비저항의 온도의존성 또한 금속물질과 비슷하게 온도에 비례하는 거동을 보였다. 결과적으로 구리입자를 3차원그래핀망으로 강화하였을 때 기계적 특성의 강화 뿐만아니라 전기적 특성도 개선될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

This study investigates early childhood teachers' perceptions and requirements concerning climate change education for young children, aiming to inform improvements and the development of early childhood climate change education programs. The research involved 356 early childhood teachers from Seoul and Gyeonggi regions, with data collected through online surveys and analyzed using SPSS 25.0. Qualitative analysis was applied to open-ended questions related to the definition of 'climate change.' Key findings include early childhood teachers demonstrating a robust awareness of climate change's gravity. However, they often perceive 'climate change' as primarily 'environmental destruction and natural disasters,' indicating a limited understanding of the concept. Despite 98.8% recognizing the need for early childhood climate change education, the implementation is challenged by high workloads and inadequate preparation time. Vital requirements for effective implementation include the development and distribution of materials suitable for young children's developmental stages and specific climate change educational resources for teachers. Teachers emphasize a proactive, practical educational approach that fosters understanding of climate change causes and impacts while promoting active responses and adaptation. Notably, even though over half of the teachers lacked prior climate change training, roughly 80% expressed intent to participate in future training. These findings lay the groundwork for discussions on early childhood climate change education and teacher training.
수계 Cu 나노입자 잉크에서 Poly(styrene-co-maleic acid) 접착 증진제가 잉크 레올로지와 인쇄패턴의 접착력에 미치는 영향

For a decade, solution-processed functional materials and various printing technologies have attracted increasingly the significant interest in realizing low-cost flexible electronics. In this study, Cu nanoparticles are synthesized via the chemical reduction of Cu ions under inert atmosphere. To prevent interparticle agglomeration and surface oxidation, oleic acid is incorporated as a surface capping molecule and hydrazine is used as a reducing agent. To endow water-compatibility, the surface of synthesized Cu nanoparticles is modified by a mixture of carboxyl-terminated anionic polyelectrolyte and polyoxylethylene oleylamine ether. For reducing the surface tension and the evaporation rate of aqueous Cu nanoparticle inks, the solvent composition of Cu nanoparticle ink is designed as DI water:2-methoxy ethanol:glycerol:ethylene glycol = 50:20:5:25 wt%. The effects of poly(styrene-co-maleic acid) as an adhesion promoter(AP) on rheology of aqueous Cu nanoparticle inks and adhesion of Cu pattern printed on polyimid films are investigated. The 40 wt% aqueous Cu nanoparticle inks with 0.5 wt% of Poly(styrene-co-maleic acid) show the "Newtonian flow" and has a low viscosity under $10mPa{\cdots}S$, which is applicable to inkjet printing. The Cu patterns with a linewidth of $50{\sim}60{\mu}m$ are successfully fabricated. With the addition of Poly(styrene-co-maleic acid), the adhesion of printed Cu patterns on polyimid films is superior to those of patterns prepared from Poly(styrene-co-maleic acid)-free inks. The resistivities of Cu films are measured to be $10{\sim}15{\mu}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ at annealing temperature of $300^{\circ}C$.
