        AHP 분석을 통한 건설현장 타워크레인 안전사고 요인별 중요도에 관한 연구

        건설현장의 규모가 대형화됨에 따라 대형 건설기계의 사용이 증가하고 있다. 특히, 타워크레인은 고층, 초고층 건축물을 짓기 위해 사용하고 있는 대표적인 건설기계이다. 이처럼 타워크레인이 건설현장 내에서 유용하게 활용되고 있지만 크기, 중량 때문에 다양한 위험요소를 내재하고 있다. 2021년 발생한 타워크레인 사고로 인해 작업자가 사망하는 중대재해가 발생하곤 했다. 기존에는 타워크레인 안전사고에 대한 보편적, 정성적 분석만을 하였다. 하지만 본 연구는 AHP 기법을 이용해 정성적, 정량적으로 분석하여 요인별 중요도를 평가하고자 한다. AHP 계층 분석 모델을 수립하기 위해 국내외 타워크레인 안전사고 사례 및 기존 문헌을 이용하여 요인을 도출하였다. 모델 수립 후 요인들 간의 쌍대 비교 설문한 후 AHP 기법을 적용하였다. 타워크레인 안전사고 요인의 중요도를 평가한 결과 상위 요인 중 설치·해체·상승 요인(0.3082)이 가장 높은 수치를 기록하여 해당 작업이 가장 중요도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 전체 요인의 중요도를 분석한 결과 설치·해체·상승 작업 시 근로자의 숙련도 부족이 가장 중요한 요인인 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 타워크레인 설치, 해체 및 상승 작업 시 작업에 관한 교육을 반드시 이수하고 충분히 숙련된 작업자를 투입하도록 지도하여야 할 것이다. 본 연구의 결과는 타워크레인 안전사고를 포함하여 건설 산업 재해의 저감에 기여할 수 있도록 안전관리를 위한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다. As the size of a construction site increases, the use of large construction machines increases. In particular, a tower crane is a representative construction machine used to build high-rise buildings. However, tower cranes have various risk factors associated with their use due to their size and weight. For example, a tower crane accident in 2021 caused serious damage, and several workers died in it. However, previously, only universal and qualitative analyses of tower crane accidents were conducted by researchers. So, this study aimed to evaluate the importance of each factor in this accident by analyzing the accidents qualitatively and quantitatively using the AHP technique. So, for the AHP class analysis model of the accidents, the factors were derived using data on South Korean and foreign tower crane accidents and existing literature. Subsequently, the AHP technique was used to analyze the model after a dual comparison questionnaire between the factors. As a result, installation, dismantling, and rising of tower cranes (0.3082) were the factors of the highest importance, indicating that the careful operation of the cranes was the most important aspect of their usage. In addition, the lack of skill of the respective workers was the most important factor affecting the installation, dismantling, and ascending of the tower cranes negatively. In effect, this study is expected to be used as a basis for tower crane safety management to contribute to the reduction of tower crane-related accidents in the construction industry.

      • 수분섭취와 피부유형과의 관련성 고찰

        A skins take the most part of your body, and are the measure for your biological age, as well as a great tool to express your external beauty. But it cannot be a fundamental solution for the health of your skin to supply nutrition to the surface of your skin through cosmetics. Water accounts for over 80% of the skin of a newborn baby, but less than 50% of the skin of an elderly man. Aging is a word that depicts the process of the loss of water, while your outermost aging is the wrinkles coming from drying. Modern people in their dull and stationary daily life and busy schedules rarely consciously pay attention to drinking water. They thus incur chronic dehydration, feeling bodily heavy and tired, with itchy and dry skins, due to excessive intake of caffeine from the state of the lack of body water. This is the case with over 90% of the Koreans in general. Although modern people are eager to remove the wrinkles on their skins, they have little interest in increasing the water portion in their skins through the intake of water, which is a fundamental solution. Most modern people, who habitually drink beverages, rather than water, although they feel dry and thirsty, are in states of chronic dehydration, which they are not aware of. We are going to grasp such problems, look into the organic relationship between the amount of water intake and the types of the skins, and find out how to properly intake water to maintain the healthy skins.

        공동주택용 열회수 환기장치의 미세먼지 제거 성능 현장 평가 방법

        Recently, the importance of air filters used in air purifiers and ventilation systems is emphasized in Korea. As a result, air filter test reports are required by users to ensure the removal efficiency of particulate matter. However, the tests are conducted for the filter material alone, which lead to a possible discrepancy between the test report and actual efficiency when applied to actual devices. Therefore, in this study, the removal efficiency data of the filter test reports were compared with actual filter efficiency data after application to the ventilation systems for some ventilation systems in the market. For ventilation system A, the field test results using filter leakage test method were slightly lower than those in the test report but nearly the same. For ventilation system B, the field test result was much higher than reported in the test report. This was due to the broad range of particle sizes measured using the filter leakage test method. The field tests using the particle counter method showed that the removal efficiency of ventilation system A for 0.3 μm was under 50% which translates to less than half of those of the filter test reports. For ventilation system B, the removal efficiency was 15%~21%. much lower than reported in the filter test reports. The lower removal efficiencys are mainly assumed to be caused by leakage of the filter installation among other factors. Therefore, the field test methods for the particulate matter removal efficiency of ventilation systems should be established to verify actual efficiency and improve the efficiency in the future.

        중소규모 건설현장의 거푸집 공사 안전사고 예방을 위한 체크리스트 개발

        The construction industry generates the greatest number of disasters. Laborer injury at construction sites is mostlyreported by small and mid-sized construction sites. Moreover, of the injuries, the greatest number is related to formwork. The objective of this study is to propose a checklist of the risk factors of formwork, in which industrial injuries occurmost frequently in small and mid-sized construction sites, with which safety management can be done thoroughly. Riskfactors and preventive measures are derived by analyzing 9,396 industrial disasters occurring at construction sites inKorea. The checklist drawn in this study was reviewed by five specialists in safety management, and applied toconstruction sites to verify its applicability. In a result, applying the checklist to the site showed that the safetymanagement system of small and medium-sized construction sites were insufficient. It is expected to contribute to theeffective safety management of small and mid-sized construction sites. 건설 산업은 전체산업분야들 중에서 가장 많은 재해사망자를 발생시키는 산업분야이다. 국내 건설업의 사고부상자는 중소규모 사업장에서 거의 대부분 발생한다. 또한 전체공종 중 거푸집 공사에서 가장 많은 재해자가 발생하고 있다. 상대적으로 재해에 취약한 중소규모 건설현장의 거푸집 공사에 대하여 안전점검사항을 제시하고 어떤 항목을 중점적으로 관리해야하는지에 대한 의사결정을 지원할 수 있는 연구가 시급하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 안전의식이 상대적으로 낮은 중소규모 사업장에 대하여 국내 건설현장의 안전사고 중 가장 많은 재해가 발생하는 거푸집 공사의 위험요소에대한 점검사항을 명확히 제시하고 중점적으로 안전관리를할 수 있는 체크리스트를 제안하였다. 연구 방법은 국내 건설현장에서 발생했던 재해 사례 70,618건을 분석하여 위험요인 및 사고 예방 대책을 도출하였다. 도출된 점검 항목을안전관리전문가 5명에게 검토 받은 후 현장에 직접 적용함으로써 현장에서의 활용 가능성을 확인하였다. 연구의 결과는실제로 발생했던 재해의 위험 요인을 도출하여 만든 체크리스트이기 때문에 현장의 작업자들에게 잘못된 점을 명확히 지시하여 시정하는 것이 가능했다. 본 연구의 결과가 중소규모 건설현장에 대한 효율적인 안전관리를 수행하고 재해율을 감소시키는데 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

        뇌졸중 후 우울증 환자에서 플루옥세틴에 의해 유발된 조증 1례 -증례보고-

        oststroke depression is very common and has been reported in as many as 40∼50% of poststroke patients. The fluoxetine is one of the most frequently prescribed drugs for the treatment of poststroke depression. This serotonin selective reuptake inhibitor, known as generally safe and well tolerated drug, has been recently reported to induce mania. We report a case of fluoxetine-induced mania. A 64 year-old male, who has taken 10 mg of fluoxetine daily due to poststroke depression, presented elevated mood, hyperactivity, regressed behavior, excessive planning, sleep deterioration, and talkativeness abruptly. We were suspicious of fluoxetine- induced manic state and discontinued immediately fluoxetine without prescription of mood stabilizer. His symptoms had been ceased over two weeks.

        의료시설 관련 기준 비교와 환경 조사를 통한 의료시설 지침 및 현황 분석

        Purpose: This study aims to analyze and supplement the standards related to healthcare facilities, negative pressure isolation wards, and emergency treatment facilities. In addition, through environmental investigations, analysis of emergency remodeling cases centered on the structural and HVAC characteristics of healthcare facilities is conducted. Methods: Domestic and foreign standards related to healthcare facilities were analyzed. Field investigations and architectural drawing analysis of general and emergency treatment facilities were conducted. Results: Healthcare facilities have different space classifications and air conditioning methods depending on the site situation. Emergency treatment facilities are classified into cases where the HVAC system is remodeled and portable negative pressure unit is installed, and some facilities did not meet the standards for differential pressure and air change rate. Implications: When developing emergency remodeling technology, remodeling and safety evaluation guidelines, it is considered possible to propose clearer guidelines for emergency remodeling treatment facilities for infectious diseases in Korea by referring to the results of this study.

      • DSC를 이용한 이온성 액체 열용량 측정 기술 현황

        Recently ionic liquids received much attention as novel materials capable of replacing traditional solvents. The applicability of the ionic liquids should be determined based on their physico-chemical properties. Heat capacity is one of the most important properties to be considered when a process is developed using the ionic liquids and currently DSC has been proved as an effective technique to measure the heat capacity. Micro DSCII can measure heat capacities of various liquids by both an isothermal step method and a scanning method. DSC Q100 and MDSC are able to measure heat capacities of several ionic liquids. For each ionic liquid linear regression of the heat capacity as a function of temperature has been performed to increase accuracy. To investigate the feasibility of ionic liquids as PCMs, their heat capacities have been measured by using Pysis I DSC. This paper briefly summarizes the present techniques of measuring heat capacities of ionic liquids by DSC.
