        외국인 유학생 감염병 관리방안: 부산시 소재 대학의 코로나19 대응을 중심으로

        Background & Objectives: The purpose of this study is to present infectious diseases control and crisis response plans for International students by investigating the management of International students and prevention of infectious diseases targeting International students infectious disease control managers at universities in Busan in a situation where the risk of infectious diseases increases due to the spread of COVID-19. Methods: The data were collected from 14 International students infectious disease control managers at universities in Busan. Statistical analysis was done by using SPSS 22.0. Results: There were differences in the importance and performance of COVID-19 infectious disease control and support work by university. Conclusions: It is necessary to integrate management of support and roles of infectious diseases control for foreign students. Furthermore, strengthening the competence of experts and communication tools with international students are needed.

        딥러닝 기반 넙치 질병 증상 분류 모델 성능 분석

        Halibut farming in Korea accounts for more than half of the fishery farming industry. However, 25 to 30 percent of halibut fish deaths are caused by disease per year, which has a very bad effect on the economic feasibility of halibut farming. The accurate diagnosis of halibut disease symptoms in real time is very important for the economic growth of halibut fish farms. In this paper, we propose an independent learning data collection method suitable for a deep learning-based halibut disease symptom classification model, a learning data purification and verification technique that can eliminate labeled learning data set errors, and an equal learning data separation technique, and apply the proposed technique to compare and analyze the halibut disease classification performance for 33 categories of halibut disease symptoms using CNN-based YOLov8 model and Vision Transformer-based Swin model. The YOLOv8 model learned up to 100 Epoch, showing a performance of 0.899 mAP recognition rate, 3 minutes of learning time per 10 Epoch, and 15.4 GB of VRAM usage. The Swin model learned up to 50 Epoch, and the mAP was 0.91, the learning time was 162 minutes per 10 Epoch, and the VRAM usage was 21.3GB. When comparing the performance of the YOLOv8 model and the Swin model, the Swin model showed a good mAP performance recognition rate with less Epoch, but in terms of learning speed, the YOLOv8 model completed the learning with an overwhelmingly short learning time. As shown in the results of this study, if a system that can diagnose halibut disease symptoms in real time using the latest deep learning model is developed, the productivity of the floating halibut style is expected to increase significantly.

        교육개혁조치의 근본이념과 현장 적용성에 대한 연구 : 학교운영위원회 제도를 중심으로 A Stdudy on the School-Site Council

        이 연구는 정부에서 발표한 다양한 교육개혁조치 가운데 학교현장에 많은 변화를 가져올 것으로 기대되어 왔던 '학교운영위원회'를 선택하여, 그 제도가 추구하고자 하는 목적과 근본이념이 무엇이며, 과연 그러한 목적이 학교현장에서 원래의 의도대로 시행되고 있으며, 그렇지 않다면 그 원인은 무엇이며, 이를 달성하기 위하여 어떤 방향으로 개선되어야 할 것인가를 탐색하였다. 학교운영위원회 제도의 근본이념과 취지는 이제까지의 교장중심의 독단적인 학교운영에서 탈피하여 학교 사회의 주된 구성원인 교장, 교사, 학부모, 지역사회인사 등이 함께 모여 학교의 주요한 일들을 협의해 가는 '학교운영의 민주화'라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 학교현장에서는 이 제도가 위원의 선출, 안건의 상정과 심의 및 의사결정과정 등에서 원래의 취지대로 운영되지 못하고, 비민주적인 방식으로 운영되고 있다. 그 주된 원인은 제도자체의 미비점, 졸속적인 시행과 준비부족, 제도정착을 위한 노력의 미흡, 학교장의 권위주의적 태도 그리고 학부모의 전통적 교육관과 의식 등에서 찾아 볼수 있다. 이를 개선하기 위해서는 학교 급별, 지역별, 학교별로 다양한 형태의 위원회를 구성하여 운영할 수 있도록 허용하고, 위원의 선출과정과 절차의 준수, 위원들의 역할과 권한에 대한 철저한 교육 등이 이루어져야 한다. Korean government like any other countries believes that his future depends on the quality of education. Most people think that current educational systems are not effectively working and students do not study worthwhile knowledges and skills eventhough they work very hard. Such as increasing world-wide competitiveness, technological development requires educational reform. If the future generation continues to concentrate on memorizing inert and tedious informations in these situations, the nations may face serious danger. The Presidential Committee on Educational Reform was organized in 1994 and tried to reestablish educational system of our country. The Committee suggested many educational agenda. Most people at that time appreciated their efforts and hoped their success. The School-Site Council(SSC)is one of such educational reforms of the Committee. The school is not democratic and parents cannot participate in school government. Only the principal has monopolic power in decision and management of the school. The study is to make clear what the fundamental purpose of SSC is. Even though the Presidential Committe suggested three purposes, enhancing the diversity of schoolings, trying to make parents and teachers participate in school administration, and connecting the school with the community, they can be summarized with making the school democtratic. The study finds out how SSC is democratically organized and performing in school. In other words we want to know whether educational ideal of SSC is really achieved in school or not. However, the answer is negative. The procedures and management of electing the members of the council are, first of all, undemocratic. The council members of the parents do not represent them because very few parents among the whole participate in the election. The members in some schools are appointed by the principal. The principal in some cases ask the council to pass the agenda because they are already informed to the parents. The coucil easily agrees with his asking. Such as an agenda about the management of school curriculum is never argued even though the council is to touch upon it. Why is SSC not so effectively working in school? The members, first of all, do not know what their roles are. Most of them are never heard of them and educated. They only guess that SSC is similar with the past parent association which was organized in order to collecting money from the parents for the development of the school. The second reason is that the principal is very authoritarian in most cases. He or she thinks the council do not know what is going in school and cannot make good decision. Most parents are very obedient and seldom against the principal. How can we make achieve the ideal purpose of SSC? We must allow the diversity of SSC. The school district should make an effort to educate the members what they do for the school. The members are to be elected in such ways to represent the whole parents and they are able to do their roles and work hard.

        ‘생활방식으로서의 민주주의’에 대한 오천석 사상 탐구

        This paper aimed to study Cheon-Seok Oh’s ideas of democracy as “a way of life” and its implications for education. Cheon-Seok Oh’s concept of democracy is clarified through the philosophy of Dewey, which Oh terms “a way of life.” The paper grasps the meanings of democracy as “a way of life” through four concepts: 1) faith in human nature, especially the capacity of intelligent judgment and action, 2) human freedom and equality, 3) social inquiry and social intelligence, 4) the realization of the individual and community life through communication based on everyday experience. The result of discussions indicates that the core meaning of democracy as a way of life implies the importance of community life to guarantee the full development or realization of the individual. Due to the socio-political conditions right after Independence, Cheon-Seok Oh was concerned with Korean democratic educational systems and democratic education in schools. Yet, despite Cheon-Seok Oh’s achievements in implementing democratic education, it is necessary for us to further democratize educational institutions today. This paper also argues for the necessity of expanding our public discussion of education based upon the continuous exploration of social systems as well as educational institutions.

        풍속 및 수중확산에 따른 방역용 Deltamethrin의 수중 잔류변화

        The objectives of this study were to provide the basic data of the residue of deltamethrin in the stream water. Deltamethrin was treated on side of Ban-Suk stream and Juk-Dong ditch for hygienic purpose by air spray. The drift concentration of deltamethrin was investigated with different wind speed condition on Ban-Suk stream (A), and the change of residue with time course on Juck-dong ford (B). Also we found the residual change of deltamethrin until 48 hour in Yu-Seong stream confluence (C) where two streams join. Maximum residues of A were 0.17 μg/L (5 min, 200 m) at strong wind speed and 4.42 μg/L (0 min, 25 m) at moderate wind speed according to different wind velocity. Residues of B were 0.15~0.26 μg/L (0~480 min) after spraying, and decreased to a non-detected level after 720 min. Residues of C were 0.15 μg/L (0 min), 0.11 μg/L (1 min) and 0.10 μg/L (12 hr) after spraying, and no residues were detected in any other samples. From these results, it is concluded that deltamethrin residues in water should be rapidly diluted into stream water and affected negligible toxic effect to stream ecosystem.

        유교 女訓書의 교육원리에 관한 철학적 분석

        This study aims at examining the nature and limitations of women's education in Confucian women's classics, which had been read during the Choson Dynasty. Such Confucian women's classics are included as Queen Sohye's Naehun(Lessons for Women), Four Women's Classics(Yusaseo; Yukuy, Yunonyu, Naehoon, Yubum), and other works of the Confucian scholars such as Lee Hwang, Song Siyeol, Lee Dukmoo. The educational content of such women's classics can be classified into four types; self-cultivation, human ethical relationship, education of children, and housework. All these education are characterized by the restrict saperation between wife and husband. Recognizing that there had no been proper women's education except learning skills such as spinning, the female authors of the Confucian women's classics urged women to realize the importance of women's education for becoming the virtuous Confucian women. They did so within the neo-Confucian views of women and world. They want to enlighten women through Confucian ethics, since they believe that the relationship between wife and husband is basic in a well-ordered patriarchal society. In Confucian tradition, maintaining a moral character requires education and constant efforts. This is the same for men and women. Natural differences and labor division between the sexes are justified by lawlike assumptions based upon the doctrine of Yin and Yang. The correspondence between human beings and nature legitimates such a dominant code of Confucian ethics as filial piety, wife's obedience to husband, women's chasity as a natural process. It also takes for it granted that women's different education should be limited to the traditional female roles as daughter, wife, daughter-in-law, and mother. Confucian teachings in the texts exclude women's academic learning and critical thinking, but emphasizes the systematic control and subjugation of women. In this way female authors' arguments for women's education offer the protection for the Confucian ethical code, which was given the logical grounds for the discriminate norms and rules between women and men. Their understanding of women's education help to reproduce the ideology of Confucianism through women's spontaneous consent.

        초점집단면접(FGI)을 통한 베트남의 의료정보교육 요구 탐색

        본 연구는 베트남 현지에 적합한 의료정보 교육과정 개설을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 베트남 의료기관 종사자 및 다낭의약학기술대학교 교·강사를 대상으로 초점집단면접(Focus Group Interview, FGI)을 실시하였다. 베트남 다낭시의 1, 2, 3, 4차 의료기관 종사자 15명과 다낭의약학기술대학교 공중보건학과 교·강사 6명을 대상으로 의료정보시스템 사용 경험과 의료정보 교육과정 개설 및 전문인력 양성에 관한 의견을 수집하였다. 이를 통해 베트남의 의료정보시스템 환경을 파악하고, 의료정보 교육과정 개설 및 의료정보 전문가 양성의 필요성을 확인하였다. This study aimed to provide foundational data for the establishment of a health information education program tailored to Vietnam by conducting focus group interviews (FGI) with Vietnamese healthcare workers and faculty members of the University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy in Da Nang. The interviews were conducted with 15 healthcare workers from primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary medical institutions in Da Nang, and 6 faculty members from the Department of Public Health at the University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy. The participants shared their experiences with using medical information systems and their opinions on the necessity of developing health information education programs and training professional personnel. Through this study, the current state of medical information systems in Vietnam was analyzed, and the need for establishing health information education programs and training medical information specialists was confirmed.

        복숭아 중 Methoxyfenozide와 Novaluron의 생산단계 농약잔류허용기준 설정

        Methoxyfenozide and novaluron were sprayed with single and triple treatments separately on peach during cultivation period. Samples were collected over 14 days, 8 times in total (0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 days). Methoxyfenozide and novaluron were extracted with acetone and partitioned with dichloromethane, and analyzed by HPLC/DAD. Method Quantitation Limit (MQL) were both 0.005 mg/kg, average recoveries of methoxyfenozide at two fortification levels of 0.05 and 0.25 mg/kg were determined 92.7±2.9% and 102.8±3.1%, and novaluron were 98.2±4.8% and 96.7±9.0%, respectively. The biological half-life of methoxyfenozide was about 4.41 days at single treatment, and 4.24 days at triple treatments. The biological half-life of novaluron was about 14.81 days at single treatment, and 14.50 days at triple treatments. Dissipation of pesticides on peach was influenced by growth dilution effect. In case of application of methoxyfenozide and novaluron following guidelines on safe use of pesticides, the final residue level was predicted to be lower than Maximum Residue Limit (MRL).
